Great place and value.Incredibly clean,superb kitchen and excellent location near the forest hiking trails and the Grouse Grind.North Vancouver is my favourite place to stay in the city as its quiet and a lovely area. The bus stops right outside.Great view towards the city. The breakfast stuff is good and the lemon water a great touch.The bathrooms are modern and so very clean too. Very helpful guy when I had a query.Easy check in too.

Amazing stay, place is beyond expectations, view is absolutely to die for, staff is amazing. The fruit was a nice touch of going above and beyond.

The location was good and they had a nice assortment for the included breakfast. Rooms were very clean and I liked that each room was lockable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating everything was clean and accessible.

There's nothing I didn't like about my stay. The room did get a little hot at night as there is no AC but nothing I would complain about.

Its too much noisy also no washroom is attached too many rooms so washroom is busy and hard to enter

It's a cozy home that is very conveniently located with a bus stop a few steps away. The kitchen area and outdoor space is lovely. I would consider staying again.

The rooms were very basic and often heard what was going on in adjacent room. I had no issues, but I wonder if there would be times in the day when you are waiting to use the shared bathrooms - didn't seem to be enough for the number if guest rooms.

The shared house nature of the place seems to work well. Although shared bathroom facilities there are multiple rooms for this. Relatively generous options for the provided self-administered breakfast, and nothing on the unhealthy list! Very prompt and cordial attention with messaging.

Don’t expect this is near Lonsdale Quay, North Vancouver, but very accessible by bus, and there is off street parking. Shouldn’t imagine on street parking too far away, even though a busy street.

Great location, easy access off the #1. Beautiful deck and view. Nice to have use of a full kitchen, with many thoughtful touches!

Convenient location, cleanliness, value for money. Kitchen is clean, stacked up everything needed for cooking. Additionally, milk, yogurt, cereal, fruit, bagel are plenty to use.

Even bathroom is very clean, but it is shared with others. Anyway, just one night stopped for next trip, not big deal

Place was as described, bed was comfy however walls are really thin and you could hear, otherwise it fits the budget.

Simple, but nice choices for breakfast. Excellent bus service to Lonsdale Quay.

The location was beautiful. I appreciated how easy it was to get in and out of my room at check-in. I generally prefer minimal contact and this place was fantastic for that preference. The value for the place was also unbeatable.

The shower wasn't super clean. The shower head in particular had mold and I really did not like that. If the owner were to simply bleach the appliances in the bathroom I would give this place a perfect score.

Great Place to stay in North Vancouver

It was Not a bnb it was a over priced hostile no where did it say we would share a house with 11 other ppl and no I did not like having to feel like im back at a halfway house or the fact that I was woken up 3 or 4 times because people kept jabbering away after 10pm and even after I told them to shut up it was a terrible experience and the host ignores messages and is hard to deal with just a trash place to stay

The bed was comfortable and the room clean with the exception of some bad odor.

No breakfast, no television, thin walls, you can hear people partying and talking all night. My bad, I was expecting a quaint little b&b not a hostel. Left a night earlier. Very sad. They should list this as a hostel, not a b&b. This was my first ever visit to Canada and that made it suck.

The location was lovely (residential neighbourhood) and external noise levels were very low. Other guests were very quiet, so got a good night's sleep. The staff clearly made a big effort to keep the place super clean and tidy (plus it helped that guests had to take off their shoes at the door). Bed was big and comfy, great firm mattress. I appreciated the availability of a parking spot.

I didn't eat breakfast there because of the poor choices available (e.g., awful processed cereals). The guest room was poorly lit; table lamp didn't have a functioning light bulb so I had to find one. Window blinds were only half functional, but I was able to keep one window partially open all night. No ability to regulate room temperature other than opening the window. Television in the kitchen wasn't available for free so couldn't catch up on the news (maybe that was a good thing!!).

Everything clean and nice. Owner is respectful and friendly.

Fresh bagels available every morning. Helpful host. Fantastic location in a quiet suburb close to points of interest such as Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge and bus stops. Fantastic view of Vancouver from the deck.

This was not quite as advertised. It is not a B&B as is traditional. Cereal and bagels is not what I would classify as breakfast from a Bed and Breakfast. Soap and shampoo as the lowest quality was unexpected. The view is obscured by a light post and you have the light in the room at night.

Très bon emplacement dans un quartier calme, avec une très belle vue. Logement bien équipé, tout était à disposition. Petit déjeuner varié. Hôte accueillant, disponible et facilement joignable. Accès simple en bus ou Uber, à environ 30 minutes du centre-ville.

Nous avons remarqué des tâches sur le lit ainsi que des traces de moisissure dans une des salles de bain.

Lots of breakfast food in the fridge and a nice coffee pot to make coffee with, I was very pleased with all the choices. Also met an interesting couple from England as my family hails from Surrey, England.

The electronic check in without any host being on the property is OK but I'm not crazy about it

Location was easy to find. It definitely had a hostel like atmosphere.

Breakfast was outstanding! The view was lovely. The terrace was great. The room was adequate.

The room was not ready when we arrived. However, it was quickly taken care of and the staff was extremely apologetic.

The room was very clean and the bed and bedding were unbelievably comfortable! The location is great and the view of Vancouver from the front patio is outstanding.

Good location and good people

Breakfast was quite basic (bagels with peanut butter and jelly or yoghurts), but nice to be included in the price. The location was great though, close to the mountains and close to a bus station. Great for people who like outdoors stuff. Grouse grind is a few kilometers down the road and Lynn valley is easily accessible by car. The view is also nice, looking out on Vancouver and Vancouver island. The manager was very friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery and pans if you want to do some cooking. It also doubled as a common area, which made for a great place to meet fellow travellers.

There was a bit of mould on the shower ceiling. No sign outside with a name to make sure you're at the right place.
