We stayed with Sylvia and Greg for three nights and had a wonderful experience. They’ve done a great job making the small room feel cozy and inviting. Communication was excellent from the very beginning—friendly, warm, and incredibly welcoming. Greg greeted us when we arrived and shared lots of helpful local tips, from which transit app to use to great restaurant recommendations. Sylvia and Greg even saved us from getting our car towed! We had parked where several previous guests and neighbors had parked before, but apparently one parking enforcement officer thought we were in the wrong spot. Thankfully, everything worked out just fine. :) Sylvia and Greg are truly wonderful hosts. By bus, you can reach either Downtown Vancouver or Lower Lonsdale in about 20–30 minutes. From Lower Lonsdale, you can also take the SeaBus across to Downtown Vancouver.

An incredible experience in this beautifully maintained apartment, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is located in a dream-like neighborhood, close to everything, and the hosts were extremely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the functionality and comfort of this cozy retreat. Having a numbered entry code was great as there were no leys to worry about. There are some great meal options very close by (Chiko Chicken on Capilano Road was recommended to us, and we would recommend it for anyone else staying in the area). While this is on bus route, having our car was great to be able to get around from this to other locations around the North Shore in a timely manner.

Like most any place, there can be a minor detail or two, and this was no exception -as an example, a foot was missing off a luggage stand (like I said, minor detail). The hosts were receptive and appreciative of the feedback. For comparison, I have stayed in some finer (4 and 5 star) hotels that had more issues than here. Thank you for a superb stay.

The property is an absolute cozy beautiful one. Soo clean and the location it is at is mesmerizing and blessings to eyesight. The host Grey was very polite, nice and provided the best host service that i received after a long time. Im definitely gonna book with them for my next stay. From Taking transport to daily needs everything is very approachable around. Must recommended❤️

It was absolutely beautiful. The room had awesome equipment with a very easy to use coffee Maschine and a microwave and they had a little sheet with recommendations of the area which helped a lot.

An absolute gem in North Vancouver. Loved everything about this stay from the beginning. Sylvia, the host, was the most informative and helpful person. She provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. The place was spotless. Bed extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when in Vancouver. 10/10

Behind the residential area, there is a walking trail behind the residential area. But need to walk uphill about 40-45 mins. The host was very kind and informative. Very quiet area.

The location is a bit tricky. Since we only stayed for two nights, we didn’t rent a car and ended up relying heavily on rides, which wasn’t ideal. The area is uphill, so going up and down was tiring without a vehicle. I’d highly recommend renting a car if you plan to visit. The host lives upstairs, which wasn’t a problem for us since we were mostly there to sleep due to jet lag. However, the noise from kids running and jumping above during the day made it hard to get proper rest.

Great taken care of, great location. All the basics you need and more! Nespresso machine for good coffee! And you could easily with a bus to downtown, and enough parking near the accommodation. Hosts really cared, are very friendly and give recommendations and maintained the place well!

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen um auf den Grouse Mountain zu wandern. Die Besitzer waren super freundlich. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Da fällt uns nichts ein. Vielleicht könnte man noch einen Schwamm und Spülmittel zur Verfügung stellen.

Nice location up in the hills of north Vancouver. It was quiet and the place was cozy.

I’m not sure if it was Booking or my phone but I never received info about check-in from the hosts, sort of showed up and knocked on the door which is a bit awkward but fine.

Sylvia and Greg were so welcoming and helpful. They answered lots of questions about the area and gave great tips. Excellent location for lots of hiking and sightseeing. Room is great and the bed was super comfortable. Small kitchenette was handy, perhaps a toaster or small grill would be useful. Loved the outdoor area for afternoon sunshine.

The location was amazing, the hosts were great at answering my questions. They even made sure that I was okay and sent me updates/links to connected groups to help me try to find a place to stay when I got stuck on the Squamish side of the landslide and couldn't make it back for the night. So comfy and feels like home, I'll definitely be recommending this place!

Quiet triple pane windows, quiet heating, super comfy bed, lovely sheets, delicious treats for breakfast. 5 Minutes Capilano valley & Edgemont restaurants—driving and walking around the neighbourhood you’ll see so many gorgeous houses decorated over the top for the season.

We were very comfortable, but the bed could have been more supportive. Also, as a couple, we would have appreciated a slightly larger bed as well (I think it's a double).

The accommodation was lovely and we had a good stay. It’s a really nice, quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to get the bus downtown. Edgemont village was also a nice place to spend an afternoon. The hosts were very friendly and accommodated us when we requested to stay and extra night.

I loved the comfortable bed and pillows, had the best night sleeps of my life! I loved the location, away from the hustle and bustle but close to the bus stop, which was so easy to navigate, and so close to Grouse Mountain. Sylvia had thought of everything I could possibly need, from snacks to water and plates/cutlery/cups, the list goes on. There was a welcome note with everything contained for what I might need during my stay. Loved the way the room has been decorated too. Sylvia greeted me like we were friends from way back, and as a solo traveler there is nothing more reassuring and welcoming! Can’t wait until I can go back there, this will now be my first choice for accommodation in North Van!

The room was cozy and perfectly clean, very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It has a spacious bathroom ensuite and a small kitchenette with all you need for making a quick breakfast and snacks. The owners are very helpful and hospitable and the location is absolutely stunning, close to magnificent trails and to the village, which has great restaurants, shops and cafes. Quick ride to Vancouver with the bus which stops around the corner. Very highly recommended

The space was spotlessly clean, very welcoming, well lit, creatively decorated, and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and great to interact with. Parking is nearby and easy, and access to the city is straightforward.

In addition to the apartment very good facility the location is only a few minutes away from the ski area. Our stay was very nice, we felt very comfortable.
