Absolutely gorgeous, heavenly place. Our toddler enjoyed chatting with the pet bunnies in the yard in the morning and we were able to relax over a delicious breakfast.

The location was perfect very central yet out of the busyness. Very nice setting. Well planned out and peaceful. small pool for a nice dip. Great outdoor seating for breakfast. The outside gate for safety made me feel secure. I enjoyed the consistency of the red throughout the garden including the Vespa! I would have appreciated an earlier breakfast starting at 7. There are many tours leaving very early in the morning and there is no time to eat and make it to the tour. An option of oats/muesli (Fiocchi d'avena) for breakfast would have been much appreciated. Having some light lunch options during the day maybe be helpful for guests arriving after tours or after sightseeing and needing a break before heading out to explore again. This doesn’t have to be meals, but instead pastries or small dessert options(banana bread, lemon cake, carrot cake or better yet something more local for the area or something made by the family to share with guests).

The corresponding event space could get loud in the evenings, but is to be expected.

The property was beautiful and the location was perfect and in close proximity of shops and restaurants.

We loved the quirky nature of the property with its design and resident rabbits.

It is a beautiful place, very close to everything at a walking distance, even the train station. The views from the roof top are amazing, it does have a pool, not huge but not that small either, we only spent a night and did not had the opportunity to enjoy it. The best part is their breakfast, everything was so delicious with a lot of variety, not you typical bread and coffee. The room although a bit small, it was clean mattress was very comfortable and AC was cool as should be.

Die Lage von Casa Lucia ist hervorragend, nahe am Zentrum, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen mit großem, gepflegten Garten und kleinem Pool. Die Unterkunft war sauber und individuell eingerichtet. Ich glaube, wir hatten aber auch Glück und ein Premiumzimmer erwischt. Die Qualität der Matratzen war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, der Kaffee allerdings aus dem (guten) Automaten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. Staff are kind, helpful and always have a smile for you. The decor of the hotel is fabulous, too. The pool is a real hilight and we spent most of our afternoons there with the bunnies to keep us entertained! The breakfast was fresh and lovely. Drinks provided by the hotel upon request are good quality and great value.

The music that was played outside at breakfast time was sometimes quite loud and didn’t quite fit the setting…Dean Martin may be more appropriate that Dubstep! We also did have some ants in our room, but only when we had had the door open for a substantial amount of time.

It’s beautiful, with a great garden area that is massive and very shaded which helps a lot to keep the heat off during the summer. We hadn’t realised but it comes equipped with a pool that is very relaxing and provided a great alternative to staying in one of the beach clubs one afternoon when they had filled out. The staff are really friendly and you have to get the breakfast included as it’s excellent value for money and you get to enjoy it in the garden which has such a great style fitting of the Sorrento vibe. (It also has friendly bunnies you can watch as they play around the garden)

**A hidden gem in the heart of Sorrento** We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Lucia. It is one of those special places that manages to feel peaceful and secluded while still being right in the heart of Sorrento. The gardens are beautiful, filled with greenery and lemon trees, and the whole property has a charming and authentic Italian atmosphere. After spending the day exploring busy Sorrento, coming back to the garden and pool area felt like returning to a little oasis. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the old town, restaurants, shops and Marina Grande, yet wonderfully quiet once you are inside the property. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and **breakfast was excellent**. Sitting down in the morning surrounded by the beautiful setting was a lovely way to start the day. Casa Lucia has much more personality and character than a typical hotel, and that is exactly what makes it memorable. **A beautiful, relaxing and genuinely charming place to stay in Sorrento. We would happily return and definitely recommend it. 🇮🇹🍋❤️**

Una vera è propria oasi dove potersi rilassare

Casa Lucia è perfetto per un soggiorno a Sorrento. La struttura è molto bella e pulita, immersa nel verde con una piscina, una jacuzzi e con dei piccoli animali come conigli, gatti e tartarughe (personalmente lo consiglio molto anche per famiglie con dei bambini). La struttura si trova a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione della circumvesuviana, a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro dove troverete veramente di tutto ristoranti, bar, gelaterie ecc. e a soli 10 min a piedi da Marina Grande dove c’è la spiaggia, basta proseguire nel piccolo viale sulla destra, appena si esce dal cancello della struttura, e vi porterà direttamente lì. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era davvero molto bella, spaziosa e molto pulita. La pulizia viene eseguita ogni giorno insieme al cambio degli asciugamani. Personalmente l’ho trovata molto più bella e diversa rispetto alle foto, ma penso abbiano fatto qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione in precedenza. Il ceck-in era alle ore 14:00 ma siamo arrivati con un largo anticipo, non ci sono stati problemi nel lasciare i bagagli e il personale ci ha comunicato che durante l’attesa potevamo usufruire della piscina con i lettini e ombrellone. Se dovete soggiornare a Sorrento per pochi o molti giorni fatelo qui!

Un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso! Sono stata in questo hotel durante un viaggio tra amiche e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La camera era bellissima, spaziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio. Gli spazi esterni sono splendidi e rendono l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole. La colazione è stata spettacolare, con un’ampia scelta di prodotti di ottima qualità. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, ideale per visitare tutto a piedi. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio assolutamente.

Beautiful property that felt like it was in the country even though it is walking distance to the main streets of Sorrento. There were bunnies roaming around, tortoises, and even a pool. Oh and a treehouse with a view!

Le jardin est très agréable, bien decore, et la présence des animaux rend l ambiance bucolique.l établissement est bien placé pour profiter du centre.

La décoration des chambres et les chambres elles mm sont très spartiates, et cela contraste avec les extérieurs. Nous avions une chambre très humide sur le bas, la première nuit nous n avons pas réussi à changer la première nuit mais ensuite ils nous ont changés sans soucis. Nous avons d ailleurs prolongé d une nuit notre séjour dans leur studio.

Non mi è stato comunicato che si trova in zona ZTL pertanto ho preso una multa con lo scooter quasi certamente perché è la prima cosa che mi è stata riferita in reception all arrivo L'accoglienza non proprio ciò che ci si aspetta, basterebbe un tono più empatico e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi per far sentire gli ospiti davvero coccolati fin dal primo minuto. Per il resto, la struttura ha del potenziale.

We LOVE the location and property. The rooms are spacious and updated, the gardens and pool are stunning and so relaxing. They were flexible and made it easy for us to extend our stay! The breakfast was delicious and full, with such fresh fruit and pastries varying each day. We loved returning here after hot and busy days in Sorrento. We were also charmed by the animals on the property - turtles, bunnies, even cats! It felt like a real country oasis.

The one thing to note is this is a lovely garden location but there are some ants in the rooms and property. They did not cause us any issues, but for someone who is extra nervous about ants this may not be the right place.

Die Außenanlage ist traumhaft. Der komplette Garten ist perfekt angelegt worden. 10/10! Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Direkt in der Altstadt. Fußläufig alles schnell zu erreichen. Und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Personal war super lieb, sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich! Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Für jeden was dabei gewesen. Man könnte aber auch verstehen, dass andere für 220€ pro Nacht mehr erwarten.

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Hotelzimmer ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Boden war noch Dreck, auf der Tagesdecke waren Flecken und im Bad waren ebenfalls weiße Flecken verteilt. Das „Kingsize-Bett“ war nicht von der besten Qualität. Jede Bewegung hat der andere im Bett gemerkt.

The B&B is located right in the centre of town and is an excellent location for being able to get around Sorrento on foot. The grounds of the B&B are beautiful and provides a lovely relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring, and for enjoying breakfast in the morning. For our room specifically, we also received the outdoor tub with jets which was a lovely additional touch. As we were in the external cabin we were also very pleased that the air-conditioning worked extremely well, otherwise the room would have been too hot.

We found the room itself to be a little on the basic side and could do with some additional touch ups, for example the bed itself was a little uncomfortable and the two pillows provided were not up to standards. We also didn't realise the low ceiling on the room which made it difficult to stand on the sofa side of the room. We found the privacy of the external bathroom a slight issue as we were able to see the guests by the swimming pool while using the bathroom and also the guests sitting on the tree house looking down onto the shower. Luckily for us we are deep sleeper but the room does pick up all the external noise from the grounds + close by hotels, which was a slight annoyance for us as one night there was a party going on until midnight and we were due up early the next morning for a day trip booked.

A localização não poderia ser melhor. Ficava próximo do centro, embora sem ser na zona mais movimentada, o que tornava o alojamento um pequeno paraíso resguardado. Todos os funcionários foram extraordinariamente simpáticos e falavam um inglês muito competente e percetível. O pequeno-almoço era diferente do típico pequeno-almoço de hotel, primando pela diversidade e qualidade dos produtos. Em geral, uma excelente escolha para as nossas férias. Voltaremos certamente!

Casa Lucia B&B was one of the absolute highlights of our honeymoon and an experience we will never forget. We stayed for four nights, and while Sorrento itself is incredibly beautiful, authentic, and charming, Casa Lucia perfectly embodies all of those same qualities. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for by the wonderful staff. Every single person we encountered was kind, friendly, hardworking, and deserving of recognition. The cheerful and helpful woman at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and was happy to assist with anything we needed. The talented woman who prepared the breakfast buffet each morning created an absolutely delicious spread that we looked forward to every day. One morning, an elderly gentleman—who we believe may have been the owner—personally cooked and served us eggs and provided exceptional service that made us feel like honored guests rather than customers. We also admired the young man who worked tirelessly on the beautiful landscaping while preparing the property for a wedding during our stay. The pride and care that everyone puts into Casa Lucia is evident everywhere you look. Although our room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable and served its purpose perfectly. Most importantly, the bed was by far the most comfortable bed we slept in during our honeymoon—even more comfortable than those at the luxury hotels where we stayed in Positano and Ravello. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The lemon trees, charming gardens, lovely horticulture, and adorable pet rabbits create an atmosphere that feels uniquely special. The vibe is authentically Italian, relaxing, and refreshing. Rather than feeling like a typical hotel stay, it felt as though we were staying with an Italian friend at their beautiful family property, complete with a wonderful homemade breakfast each morning. The location was also ideal.

Lage zur Stadt und kleinem Hafen mit Fischrestaurants. Schön angelegter Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen vom Trubel Sorrents. Frühstück mit Auswahl an Süßem und italienischen Antipasti, frisch zubereitete Frittata. Ca 20min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof.

Leider gibt es den großen Pool mit Liegeflächen laut Website nicht mehr (gehört zur Event Location Masseria Sorrentino und konnte früher von B&B Gästen genutzt werden, wenn kein Event stattfand). Es gibt jetzt einen ca 8x3 Pool am Rand des Anwesens nur für B&B Gäste. Wir hatten uns auch wegen des schönen Pools für die Unterkunft entschieden und hätten mit dem neuen Pool nicht gebucht. Zimmerservice muss nicht jeden Tag sein aber bei 4 Nächten Aufenthalt wäre einmal komplett sauber machen nett gewesen und dann automatisches Toilettenpapier auffüllen. Für den Preis pro Zimmer (330 Euro) haben wir das bisher immer anders erlebt. Balkon des Zimmers ist ein kleiner, französischer Balkon. Wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer. Badfliesen in Dusche teilweise schimmelig in den Fugen ebenso die Decke. Für weniger Geld haben wir schon deutlich intaktere Zimmer gehabt. Möglicherweise aber auch Sorrento als insgesamt teures Urlaubsziel geschuldet.

Walking onto the grounds of Casa Lucia is like walking into a storybook. The facility is impeccably manicured inside and out. Our very large and clean and quiet room had a small balcony with wonderful views of the garden, hills and ocean in the distance. The breakfast was the very best I've had in any country, in any hotel! Most items are cooked from scratch. I particularly appreciated the more savory elements--lots of vegetables, salads and protein--along with traditional breakfast items. Fresh fruit mostly from trees on the property are available for eating or juicing. Coffee is from an on demand machine--it wasn't perfect but for machine made coffee it was good enough. Staff is nearly always available. They were very helpful in arranging private drivers for us when we needed them. The outdoor space was plentiful and beautifully landscaped with many nooks and crannies where you could read a book, enjoy a glass of wine or just sit and enjoy the lemon trees, etc. It was so lovely that one night we went to a nearby shop, bought everything we needed for dinner and ate under an arbor. The cleaning staff was responsive when we needed something (fresh towels, etc.). Personally I liked the location on the edge of the historic district though some might find it too far from the 'action' of the center. It was quiet and a very short walk down the hill to Marina Grande.

Personally I thought my mattress was too firm and I had a hard time sleeping on it until I put a large comforter down on it to soften it up a bit. However, my friend who was in a separate bed thought hers was just perfect. So if you like a firm mattress you'll be fine. It's also important to note that the venue rents out some of their space in the back for private parties, weddings, etc. This can be noisy the night of an event so if noise bothers you be sure to ask if anything is scheduled. I didn't mind it because it sounded very festive--when it came time to go to bed we simply shut our doors and windows and could barely hear the music.

In the heart of Sorrento's hustle and bustle, Casa Lucia was a welcomed haven of peace and quiet. The gardens are beautiful and the ideal spot to soak up some sun after lunch on the cobbled streets surrounding the BnB. Featuring rabbits and tortoises, lemon groves and terraces. The room was a little small but the breakfast area, other facilities and location made up for it and then some.

We'd have liked the pool to be open in April but appreciate it isn't always as warm as it was in April 2026.

The location was great- just off the main streets of Sorrento and close to shops, restaurants and the beach but nice and quiet. Lovely atmosphere and garden area located on the property. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately we had a few issues with our stay. We had an ant infestation in our room and had to ask multiple times for this to be resolved. The staff came to spray the room for us but it didn’t stop the ants from coming back. We also had an issue with the front door to our room on the second night. The door lock was broken and wouldn’t lock from the inside or outside so we were unable to secure our room for the night (this was at 10:30pm). We ended up having to book an emergency stay somewhere else for our own safety and decided to stay elsewhere the rest of our visit too as we didn’t get a response from the property to resolve the issue until we went back to speak to them about it at 11am the next day. We tried to contact the out of hours number for the property at the time of the issue via text and phone call but there was no response. There are no staff on site from early evening until the following morning so in this situation there was no one to speak to for help.

Nothing we loved it all

The hotel had an excellent location, right in the city center and within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, the port, and the bus station — everything was just 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. The facilities were great and very clean throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
