B&B Sorrento Queen

The location was nice and close to the pedestrian area of Sorrento. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower. The breakfast and the ladies who handled the reception/breakfast/cleaning were excellent. On the day we left, we accidentally left some items in the closet, and the staff notified us immediately, then met my husband at the door when he raced from the ferry terminal in a taxi. Thanks to them, we made our ferry without leaving anything behind!

We loved the location a 10 minute walk to beach perhaps 20 to peters beach. Close walk to supermarket and restaurants. A special mention to Matilda and staff so welcoming and warm. Breakfast was lovely everything you need.

We didn’t like position of room no natural light as you couldn’t keep curtains open due to privacy. Our air conditioner made clicking noises. Very annoying.

I liked the location. There are two rooms in one unit. It is very clean. The breakfast was good.

The bed is too soft.

Fantastic location -comfortable and clean room -staff lovely and great breakfast- would return

A good addition may be a mirror by the desk area which would help when getting ready

The staff was very nice, Jennipher was very helpful upon arrival.

Mathilde was a very nice lady who prepared breakfast in the morning. She even went as far as waiting for us with our luggage while we went to go and get our hire car for the next destination. Very community feel for an Air BNB. Central location was great. Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, the room was clean and quite modern.

The thin walls and close rooms meant we would wake up when other guests came back late. If you are a young couple/family this is okay however might be of concern to some.

Our hosts, Matilde, Eleni and Jennipher were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts are fantastic and the B&B is situated very close walking distance from the centre of Sorrento. Wonderdul stay!!

Staff e proprietaria super disponibili, gentili e professionali! Avevamo una quadrupla ed era veramente confortevole! Buona colazione e buona posizione! Da raccomandare!

Ne-a plăcut totul. Recomand!

Good air conditioning, comfort bed, excellent breakfast, clean flurry towel and shower room beautifully decorated. Great location.

If it had a pool I would have stayed longer, but that ok.

Excelente La ubicación, comodidad, limpieza y desayuno. Muy recomendable, volveremos sin dudas. Destaco la atención y servicialidad de Matilda

Café da manhã, localização, acomodação e orientações

The hotel was close to the city center and you can just walk there. Rooms are big and clean. We even had a nice patio outside our room. AC Unit was working very good. Breakfast was nice and you can fill your bottle with cold water anytime you want. (Free) And staff was super friendly! Special thanks to Mathilde for welcoming us as if we were family🩷🩷🇮🇹🇮🇹

La ubicación es excelente y la comodidad

En verdad no tiene nada malo

The location was okay, just about a 10 minute walk to the main area. The bed was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The day of our arrival I received communication via WhatsApp asking our check in time which was approximately 3:30 pm. I received videos showing how to access the building. This was all helpful and I appreciated the communication. However, what I did not expect was that there would be no staff on site at all when we arrived. My first impression was not great. The building is a bit dilapidated. Parts of the walls were smashed in. We could see the balconies as we entered and parts of the supports holding up the balconies were missing. I wouldnt step foot on one of those balconies. So as we entered the building, the videos were not loading so I could not find our room. We did eventually figure out that our room was outside of the building. We had to cross a different rooms patio to get to our patio/door. The room had an odd odor. I immediately noticed a chair at the desk that was rusted. The paint on the walls was scuffed and dirty looking. I walked into the bathroom to find the towel hanger/drier all rusted. I would never consider hanging a towel there. The shower had clearly not been cleaned/sprayed/wiped down as there were several hairs visible. I was turned off and wanted to leave. However after calming down and researching other options I realized we were pretty much stuck. It is June in Sorrento. Very crowded tourist season and the only options left available were very expensive hotels far outside my price range. So we decided to make the best of the situation. I checked the bed, it was clean. It was fairly comfortable. We turned on the air conditioning and it worked well. Those are the 2 positive things I can say about this place. We tried to have breakfast which was provided. It was ok, the cornetto was stale. Not many options available. The staff member was on the phone. I dont think she even looked at us let alone greeted us. We decided to leave and go have a breakfast at a cafe. We checked out after 3 nights.

Gostei muito do atendimento dos funcionários

La colazione buonissima. La signora Matilde e' molto molto simpatica. Grazie di tutto

I liked everything. Location, property, very very good staff. Matilda and Liya both very nice lady took very good care of us. They have great humility and helped us a lot. Liya helped us a lot while checking out felt as a family. ❤️Will come again and again for lot of reasons. 😊❤️

Just one thing can have a better spread for breakfast if possible..

Very clean and spacious for 4 of us. Thoughtfully provided amenities. Loved the bathroom had music!Amazing location, walking distance to piazza and beach clubs. Matilde and the other girls were super friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely stay again. Grazie mille!

Todo estuvo genial

Todo bien

Localização ótima, hosts INCRÍVEIS! Nos sentimos em casa, foi perfeito!!!

Ottima posizione

We only stayed overnight as a stop over, but wish we stayed longer. The service was amazing and the breakfast was delicious

Nothing

Staff very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included so good value for money. Ideal location

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect, central to all the local amenities, and the room was a great size for the three of us. Jennifer was a wonderful host—super responsive and helpful with all our queries—and Matilde was incredibly kind; she truly went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The self-check-in process was seamless, which was a huge help for our late arrival. Overall, it was excellent value for money and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend!

Sencillo. Bien ubicado. Nos costó mucho encontrarlo.

El desayunador, un poco incómodo. Mesas muy pequeñas.

I loved how friendly all the staff were. They couldn't do enough for us. Gave great advice about Sorrento and even surprised my partner with a very tasty birthday cake and gave us a gift for our anniversary, which we were celebrating both in Sorrento. Their personal touches and happy smiling faces each day at breakfast really added to our experience at the B&B Sorrento Queen. Thank you so much.

We liked everything.

Egy lakóház aljában található a szállás, ami egy belső pici udvarra nyilt.

Cordialidade dos funcionários, conforto e limpeza do quarto.

Gostei de tudo.

Mucha Deco en el desayunador

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, feines Frühstück

Excellent service, very kind and welcoming staff, delicious and complete breakfast, modern and well-equipped rooms, and a perfect location close to all the main attractions.

Nothing — everything exceeded our expectations.

Posizione ottima. Pulizia perfetta. Bagno suggestivo. Letto comodo. Televisione con Netflix, camera super attrezzata. Colazione eccezionale.

The room was amazing. It had everything that we needed, and also a really cute balcony. The breakfast was amazing, and even though we were late the staff treated us so good and they gave us everything we needed. The staff also provided us tips for Sorrento. The location of the apartment was perfect. It was right above a supermarket and 6 minutes on foot from the center. Definitely recommend it. Thank you for everything :)

Everithing was great. Thank You :)

Bien

Location, breakfast included

Infested with ants and told to do the pest control ourselves, only one outlet in the room, mold and mildew in the bathroom

Perfect location, not far from the bus stop or train station. Jennipher was amazing and so very helpful, and so was the cleaning lady. Little supermarket just outside and Main Street a few metres away. Good breakfast.

Location is very close to downtown area and short walk to the marina.

A little small but manageable.

Tutto perfetto....

It was clean and close to everything

Nice room with great location and private parking for free. Fantastic breakfast and staff were very good.

Outside rooms are a little disconnected from building and right on road, although very quiet.

Posizione e accoglienza

Amazing hospitality. Both Jennifer and Matilda were super nice. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Well arranged. Good breakfast. Even x box. Facilities for that price were excellent.

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Daily housekeeping. Cose to the city center and train station. Walking distance to the port and main market. Super market just at the corner and lot of restaurants around. Attentive and responsive management.

Everything was good.

Breakfast was excellent, do not skip it. Room pretty comfy and hosts exceptionally nice, let us leave bags for a few hours after checkout.

Being on the ground floor some blinds would be nice as you are facing the road. We only had the option of closed curtains or everyone seeing in.

Great location close to main square and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Building is clearly under stress where external soffits have crumbled. Room and bed was was small side and definitely felt damp. Towels etc would not dry . So mixed opinion.

Felicitari!

Totul a fost super ok
