D abord c pas un hôtel c un vieux immeuble. dans appartement ou il y a des chambres le grand problème c est qu il n y a pas d eau ni chaude ni froide toilettes et lave main c catastrophique

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026La ubicación junto a la estación central. Se puede ir caminando hasta el coliseo, a poca distancia. Tiene la nevera llena de agua y cuando llegas te la enseña y te dice que puedes coger. Ha habitación está limpia y tiene ascensor y aire acondicionado.
Si llegas por la noche la zona da la sensación de insegura y sucia.

Colosseo e fontana di Trevi si può andare anche a piedi ci sono 25 minuti ! Le lenzuola belle pulite Ottima posizione! Però e anche stato gentile che noi partivamo alle 18 e ci ha fatto tenere i bagagli nell'alloggio e poi andarle a prendere prima di partire !
Nn mi e piaciuto il bagno ero tutto da rifare la pulizia nn e migliore ! Ci vorrebbe un po di pulizia in più e la zona fuori nn e migliore c'è puzza ma d'altronde nessuno ci ha disturbato e per andarci solo a dormire va bene. !

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026L'immeuble est très proche de la gare et d'un petit parc très sympathique. La chambre est d'une taille largement suffisante pour y dormir (nous étions 3) et les lits très confortables. La clim nous a sauvé la vie lors de cette fin de juillet caniculaire. 🤩🥲 Et le ménage est franchement bien fait, rien à redire. Pensez qu'il y a un frigo et une petite cuisine à disposition, avec du thé et du café. Malgré certains commentaires, nous avons très bien réussi à communiquer avec la propriétaire, qui a accepté que nous revenions chercher nos affaires après l'heure initiale. Merci pour ce séjour.

Le quartier en lui meme mal fréquenté Le stationnement est tres compliqué pour etre serein lors de votre sejour et etre pas loin de la chambre un stationnement sécurisé et a 3min a pied mais au prix de 25 euros par jours...

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Ubicación estratégica, a una cuadra de la estación de trenes, y nos permitieron ingresar al alojamiento varias horas antes, sin costos extra.
Solo para comentar, que a mi pareja no le gustó: no nos hospedamos en la dirección consignada, sino a la vuelta, y las fotos de recepción no son del lugar donde nos terminamos hospedando.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Это квартира с тремя отдельными комнатами. Хозяйка азиатка вполне доброжелательная. Постельное бельё чистое , всё самое необходимое присутствует. Даже можно чай , когда приготовить и пользоваться холодильником в коридоре. Лифт- это отдельное произведение искусства , антиквариат. В обратном на червёрочку для одной ночи хорошо.
Было всё нормально лучше чем в других гостевых домах.

Pour commencer il faut prendre un ascenseur, un peu à l’ancienne qui s’ouvre avec des volets et se ferme manuellement. Notre chambre était au 5 eme étage de mes souvenirs. Le studio à première abord paraît sympathique, mais le lit est dure mais le jeu commence surtout la nuit tomber. Infestation de cafard étant allergique, j’ai été directe et ferme, je souhaite me faire rembourser, nous avons prévu de partir le soir même. Quand on a vu les cafard, on a appeler la gérante, qui a pris le cafard avec ses doigts puis a ramener un produit contre les cafards, elle sait déjà que c’est infesté mais met en ventre le logement. Elle voulait nous proposer un logement en face mais j’ai refuser car rien me dis qu’il n’y a pas de cafard. La gérante en soit est gentille, elle fait ses affaires mais les faits sont les faits, le lit à la nuit tombée, on voit des taches jaunes. Je vous déconseille ce studio, à vos risques et péril, nous on a contacter booking et on s’est fait rembourser.

Reviewed Jun 26, 202610/10 recommended! Aunty Lemei was super helpful! Allowed us to leave our luggage at 8am before check in, and updated our room for free! The corner room has 2 windows facing different street, showed us the best sunset during our trip in Italy! Not to mention the superb location just next to Termini station, easy to go everywhere!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026La climatisation, un indispensable à Rome au mois de Juin. La chambre était propre. On n'entendait pas les bruits de la rue. La présence d'un ascenseur dans l'immeuble pour monter les quatre étages après une journée de visite.
La présence d'une couette aurait été appréciée. On entend bien les personnes qui rentrent dans le logement.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026La atención fue agradable pero nada hospedamos la lámpara de techo dejo de funcionar, avisamos y no obtuvimos respuesta, la mitad de los días de estancia por la noche y amanecer no pudimos asearnos no hubo agua los demás dias desconocemos. El fregadero daba asco pedí que lo limpiarán tampoco obtuve respuesta. La cama doble es muy dura y la individual blanda, para nuestro gusto bien. La fotos no corresponden con el apartamento, ni entrada. Se ve que tiene cocina ( es verdad pero inutilizable)....

El barrio es un poco feo, da un poquito de mal rollo, hay que tener cuidado y vigilar tus cosas cuando sales a la calle.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026La ubicación está muy bien, estaba a unos pasos de la estación Termini, 6 min más o menos. La habitación era amplia y la cama era super cómoda. Hacían limpieza en la habitación todos los días. Pusieron a nuestra disposición en una cocina compartida una máquina de café nesspreso, botellas de agua y una nevera para guardar comida.
Al llegar nos recibió una mujer muy amable pero nos llevó a otro edificio que no se ve como en las fotos. Es un edificio un poco más viejo, tiene pinta más de hostal que de hotel.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026A acomodação me surpreendeu positivamente. Quando vi as avaliações no Google tinha ficado com receio, mas atendeu bem para o que eu precisava. A cama é confortável, o quarto tem ar condicionado e wifi e eles oferecem cafés em cápsulas grátis. Além disso, a localização é muito boa, tanto para pegar o transporte público ou ir a pé em alguns pontos turísticos.
A anfitriã não fala nada de inglês, o que dificultou um pouco o check in, além disso a limpeza do box do banheiro poderia ser melhor.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026L’établissement nous a mis dans une chambre qui n’était pas du tout celle réservée sur les photos ! La chambre était pourrie, pleine de moisissure dans la salle de bains avec donc une odeur désagréable. Pas d’eau non plus ! On a ensuite été changées de chambre mais un autre soir, pas d’eau chaude ! L’établissement a en réalité 3 bâtiments et un seul abrite les belles chambres que l’on peut voir sur les photos booking… Les autres bâtiments ne sont pas du tout ceux mis en photo et l’état des chambres est tout autre ! Je ne vous conseille pas d’y aller, surtout que les hôtes ne parlent ni anglais ni rien donc très difficile de communiqués avec elles…

Η τουαλέτα πολύ παλιά , μυρίζει άσημα δεν τηρούν τους κανόνες υγιεινής δεν αλλάζουν της πετσέτες και δίνουν μόνο μια μεγάλη πετσέτα ανά άτομο. Επισης υπάρχει σκαλοπάτι μεταξύ τουαλέτας κι δωματίου στο οποίο δεν υπάρχει αντιολισθητικό και γλιστράει.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026A localização é muito boa, em 5 minutos no metrô e trem, para quem gosta de andar, da pata fazer muitos lugares a pé. O quarto que ficamos era amplo, arejado com todas as comodidades. Tinha chá, café e água como cortesia.
O bairro é de imigrantes, tem uma turminha de refugiados que não é tão agradável de ver, mas andado 2 quarteirões já está em locais mais iluminados e movimentado.

The place was completely different from what was shown in the photos. There was no reception as advertised, and we were greeted by a woman who did not communicate with us at all, only repeatedly saying, "Follow me." The conditions of the apartment were poor and did not match the description or expectations created by the listing. As a result, we were forced to find another apartment because the accommodation was not suitable for staying. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.

Koszos volt minden, nem beszél angolul a nő, a képeken teljesen más szoba van mint amit kapunk. Nincs recepció, a szobához nincs saját konyha se étkező csak egy koszos fürdő. Zörög a klíma. Egy tetőre és kukára látsz rá. Koszos a fal és ragad a padló. Alig volt fény. Nincs saját hűtő se semmi. Törött bútor ragasztóval megjavítva.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Хороший, чистый номер практически в центре города. Рядом вокзал, от которого удобно добираться из аэропорта и обратно. Отличное соотношение цены с качеством. Все необходимое было в наличии. Бесплатный чай и кофе. В целом, все остались довольны. Я рекомендую
До 10 баллов номер не дотянул из-за необходимости ремонта в ванной комнате и кухне, которая была в общей зоне с другими номерами.

Reviewed May 29, 2026La host era gentilissima, anche se non parla un italiano proprio eccelso, diciamo. Posizione ottima per chi arriva e parte in treno. Ottime finestre che azzerano quasi del tutto il rumore del traffico
La camera è un po' fatiscente (pavimenti vecchi, impianto elettrico vecchio) con un retrodore non proprio piacevole. Il bagno è il punto debole: manca il bidet, non c'è finestra e viene fornito un solo asciugamano a persona, che oltretutto non è stato cambiato, quindi un solo asciugamano per tutto e per tutti e due i giorni. Anche la scelta del sapone e del bagnodoccia liquido (per altro a metà, quindi già usato da altri utenti in precedenza) anzichè le saponette confezionate, è una novità negativa per me.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Проживали в гостинице 4 дня, нас было 3 человека. Местоположение хорошее, удобно добираться до основных мест. По чистоте есть замечания: в целом постельное бельё было чистым, но в номере чувствовался неприятный, тяжёлый запах, что немного испортило впечатление. Также хотелось бы обратить внимание на вопрос безопасности. Из номера пропали мои новые дорогие очки. Просьба к администрации быть более внимательными к таким ситуациям и усилить контроль. В целом впечатление смешанное: есть плюсы по расположению, но есть серьёзные минусы, связанные с чистотой и безопасностью.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Nos gustó que tuviera una mesa con tés y cafés, además de brindar agua y contar con nevera y microondas, eso se valora mucho. La habitación tenía secadora y nos proporcionaron las suficientes almohadas y sábanas.
El ascensor no funcionó para nada durante nuestra instancia y como viajamos con maletas se nos dificultó movernos

Reviewed May 26, 2026Το κατάλυμα ήταν κοντά στο μετρό,λεωφορεία και τρένο.Τέλος έιχε καθαρές πετσέτες και σεντόνια.
Το κατάλυμα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μούχλα, ενώ και στους τοίχους υπήρχαν εμφανή σημάδια βρωμιάς. Επιπλέον, υπήρχε δυσκολία στην επικοινωνία στα αγγλικά με τους ιδιοκτήτες. Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε χώρο που χωρίζεται από άλλα δύο με εσωτερικές πόρτες, με αποτέλεσμα ουσιαστικά να μην υπάρχει καθόλου ηχομόνωση. Θα το πρότεινα μόνο για έναν σύντομο ύπνο, κυρίως λόγω της χαμηλότερης τιμής σε σύγκριση με άλλα καταλύματα στη Ρώμη.

Reviewed May 24, 2026The chinese lady that met us was really scary, she didn’t speak no english nor italian. She showed us different room than the photo, when I said it’s different she screamed at us go go out and it was night. Horrible old lady, very scary. The room was really dirty and small. Don’t waste your money at this property.

The room isn't like the photos. The lady who rents out the flats also lives there, which wouldn't be a problem, but there was a smell of food in the room. What's more, we were having a nap and someone tried to open the door whilst we were in there, without knocking first. Finally, you could hear everything, including someone making a cup of coffee at 4 in the morning. The accommodation isn't bad if they charged less
