The breakfast was very minimal and they didn't have any soya or oat milk so I couldn't have cereal. In the end, I just had a croissant and black coffee.

Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The pictures in the booking app were completely different from reality. The bathroom was disgusting: mold everywhere, a broken faucet, and we couldn’t even turn off the fan. The worst part was that while I was showering after a long day in Rome, they shut off the water entirely. I had to call reception, and I was told I’d have to wait 10 minutes. Seriously, is this what a 3-star hotel charging $338.30 looks like? To make things worse, I had invited a relative who booked another room at this hotel, and it was mortifying, since they had traveled all the way from Austria. I nearly left and booked a different hotel altogether. I also have asthma, and the mold in the bathroom triggered health issues for me. I expect a response addressing these serious issues, including a partial refund given the state of the room and the disruption to my stay.

Много лошо място за настаняване, супер малка стая, тясна и мизерна баня, на която и капи душа и не можеш да се изкъпеш спокойно. Никога повече не бих го посетил това място и не го препоръчвам на никого! Също така беше много шумно!

La tapa del WC rota, la alcachofa de la ducha pelada por la humedad con la consecuencia de clavarme el metal en la mano. Además, me picaron chinches en la barriga, parece que estaban en el colchón o cojines. También humedad en el techo. Atención hablo de la habitación 411.

The ac was great, and a really good location if you’re traveling from Fiumicino or any airport by train because it’s a 2 min walk from it. The only thing is the internet isn’t so good. Other than that I’d definitely recommend staying here, staff was kind and the hotel was one of a kind and unique.

We have stayed in 2 bookings- 31 July-2 Aug 2026and 15-16 Aug 2026. Out of a total of 3 nights stay, 2 of the nights around 13 midnight and 5 am (rushing to catch flight) the water just cut off, no water at all for the bathing, washing and flushing toilets. Have to walk down to Lobby and see front desk to open the water

Bu hata kimde bilmiyorum ama yapilan hic dogru degil. tekli yatak hic rahat degildi ve ortasi çöküktü. cocugum hic rahat edemedi, Oda ve banyo cok dar. hareket imkani cok zor, Tuvalete otururken bile hemen önünüzde ayak yikama teknesi oldugu icin rahat oturamiyorsunuz. Banyo kabini cok kücük ve su cok yavas gittigi icin yikanirken su birikiyor. Gezi icin gittigim sehirlerde, kaldigim otel veye evlerden cok beklentim olmuyor cünkü sabah cikip aksam geliyorum ve sadece yatmak icin kullaniyorum ancak burasi beni gercekten cok rahatsiz etti.

When I got to my room and was ready to shower from ling journey and got day, no water came out of the faucet. I got dressed and went downstairs to inform them. They said oh I’ll need to turn on the water tank and that will take 30min. Mind you it was already after 1am. Then 45min later i tried the water and still nothing. I got dressed went downataira and the attendant said that there was a problem with the water and they were fixing it but it would take an hour and a half, so by then like 4:30 am I should be able to use water. He gave me two bottles of drinking water. I went to sleep and ended up taking a shower in the morning. The question was why had they not checked the water before I got there and two why not tell me when they had d to fix it rather than me having to get dressed in the early morning and go ask what was going on?! They never checked with me from then on.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026La posizione è perfetta per spostamenti dalla stazione ad altri siti e per visitare la città la zona ovviamente non è delle più sicure la notte, specialmente per chi viaggia da solo perché è proprio attaccata alla stazione termini. Ma io personalmente alle due di notte ho trovato Diversi Taxi in attesa e nessuna situazione di criticità, anzi. La camera era piccolina ma c’era tutto Receptionist che mi ha accolta è stata gentile!

La pulizia delle stanza, trovarsi senza acqua di notte e non potersi fare la doccia al rientro. Come giustificazione alla mancanza d’acqua c’è stato detto che c’erano dei lavori in corso ma caso strano ti garantivano l’acqua dalle 7 in poi. Noi siamo arrivati in stanza alle 2/3 e non c’era nessuno a fare i lavori ……Nella hall comunque molto cordiali e gentili, ma posso dire che salendo nelle stanze finisce tutto

Stanze fatiscenti ....il letto molto pulito ...ma il bagno un incubo .....la doccia completamente piena di muffa ....dovrebbero rivedere chi pulisce

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Trato muy amable del personal. Nos atendieron con amabilidad, a pesar de llegar a altas horas de la noche. Para el desayuno no habíamos reservado, pero hicieron el esfuerzo de prepararnos varios productos y ofrecernos la oportunidad de desayunar con los niños antes de irnos (por cierto, el café muy bueno y el precio del desayuno también).
