La struttura era accogliente e pulita. Ci siamo sentiti come accolti da una famiglia. La colazione era servita dalla titolare, la Sig. Tiziana. Dalla terrazza si può ammirare la Val d’Orcia in tutta la sua bellezza, ed anche Montepulciano. Adiacente all’albergo si trova il caseificio di famiglia in cui si possono comprare formaggi, salumi ed altri prodotti locali.

Tiziana and Laura were exceptional hosts!!!! The bed was extremely comfortable. The view from the patio was phenomenal! I highly recommend Cugusi for anyone. Plus, the location is great.

Our Hist Tiziana was amazing and the breakfast she offered was the best! We also had an amazing view and the picnic baskets we could buy from the shop was something to behold.

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Liebevoll hergerichtetes, leckeres Frühstück, gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer, eine äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin und eine großartige Aussicht auf die toskanische Landschaft - la dolce vita! Was will man mehr 😄! Dazu kommt noch eine Käserei im Haus, bei der wir einen Picknickkorb gefüllt haben und zu dem leckeren Käse auch noch tollen toskanischen Wein genießen konnten. Absolute Empfehlung!

The place is clean and very well organised with great views from the room balcony.

The breakfast was not an open buffet and I needed to ask for a staff member for every food choice to be put on my plate which to me sound a bit restrictive.

The apartment was very cosy and so clean! The beds were comfortable. The ensuite shower was fab! Great pressure.

The dishwasher was a little strange, the tablets didn't fit in the compartment and there was no liquid available. The lighting in the rooms was very very dim but I guess it made it authentic.

La struttura è immersa nella natura, i campi, gli ulivi. Tra Montepulciano e montefollonico con una splendida vista. Pulita con un bel contrasto di moderno pur mantenendo la storicità e rusticità della struttura. Magnifico il negozio, i servizi e la colazione con prodotti freschi, fatti in casa. Che dire lo staff i proprietari magnifici.Ti senti a casa, coccolato.

Everything was perfect. It was by far the best stay of our trip through Tuscany. The location, the house, the room, the atmosphere, and the breakfast were all exceptional. We even started joking about moving there permanently! Tiziana was like a true Italian nonna, making sure we had everything we needed and taking wonderful care of us. The location is also ideal for exploring all the nearby towns and attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely love to come back.

No había TV en la habitación aunque la página dice q si que hay. El aire acondicionado iba fatal, o te morías de frío o de calor, no funcionaba bien. La puerta de la tienda que tienen junto al establecimiento hacía un ruido horrible cada vez que entraba o salía alguien. Baño muy pequeño, no se podía estar dentro para usar el lavamanos sin tener que cerrar la puerta tras entrar. Habitaciones sin insonorización, se oía todo.

Beautiful room. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing too. The host was amazing and very helpful at all times. Has a really nice view of Montepulciano and don't miss the picnic opportunity nearby.

Beautiful place in a beautiful area. The views from our terrace were stunning. The B&B is clean, comfortable and looks very good. The gardens and area around are very nice too. Very spacious room with nice shower and wonderful terrace, tasty fresh breakfasts served by Tiziana every morning. What a pleasure to have breakfast in a terrace with such amazing views. Free Parking is very convenient, near the building. We visited their cheese shop and bought some pecorino cheese there. Tiziana, the host, always with a smile and very friendly. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a fantastic base for exploring the area of Val d'Orcia. Perfect place for relaxion in the mornings and in the evenings with the views of Montepulciano, the hills and the fields around. Excellent stay, we would be more than happy to return. A place with a character, excellent character.

The property was beautiful. Very neat and tidy and its location is beautiful. My room was great. The breakfast was amazing, as was the unexpected onsite store which provided a picnic option. The host, Tiziana, was welcoming, lovely and so helpful.

מקום מקסים, יפה, עם נוף מהמם! החדר שלנו היה גדול, מעוצב נורדי יפה ומואר, נעים, נקי מאד, עם מקלחת מפנקת! טיציאנה המארחת הייתה מקסימה ונעימה מאד, מאירת פנים ועזרה בכל מה שצריך!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern eingerichtet und boten alles, was man für ein paar entspannte Tage benötigt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne Terrasse und der tolle Ausblick, den man dort genießen kann. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und bot einen gelungenen Start in den Tag.

Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern wäre es schön, wenn künftig mehr als ein Kinderbett verfügbar wäre. Die Gebühr von 20 € für zwei Nächte empfanden wir dabei als etwas hoch. Außerdem hätten wir uns über die Bereitstellung von Kinderhochstühlen gefreut, da diese den Aufenthalt mit Kleinkindern noch komfortabler machen würden. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut. Allerdings wurden einige vergriffene Speisen während unserer Frühstückszeit nicht mehr nachgefüllt, sodass die Auswahl gegen Ende etwas geringer ausfiel.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We also loved the beautiful view of Montepulciano, which made every morning even more special. The property is a true place of peace and tranquility, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Tuscany. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

Amazing view - the terrace is so peaceful with a panoramic view of the rolling hills and the town of Montepulciano which is so amazing Close to many surrounding towns Friendly staff - Tiziana is so welcoming and kind and the cleaning lady was also friendly and and did an excellent Job Cleanliness - the facility is well designed and spotless. We also thought the rooms were sound proof very well and spacious. True agritourismo experience Picnic available at the very reputable Cugusi cheese farm - I think this is a must-do experience. Many people (outside of the B&B) come to the facility for this and to buy their cheese HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

So schön und idyllisch, wir hatten ein ganz toll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem unglaublich bequemen Bett! Laura hat ein sehr leckeres Frühstück bereit gestellt. Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super und easy. Direkt nach der Ankunft haben wir uns einen Picknickkorb in der angeschlossen Käserei zusammen gestellt und die tolle Aussicht auf Montepulciano genossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Lovely little BnB with 5 rooms. This Agriturismo produces fresh Pecorino which is served for breakfast, sheeps are enjoying their time just across the BnB on the farmland and the Pecorino can be also bought in the shop. The cheese is breathtaking and a lot of locals come to buy the cheese. The breakfast is outstanding with fresh and homemade varieties. Everything has been renovated both keeping traditional Charme and introducing modern flair. The big terrace can be used for breakfast and has a stunning view to Montepulciano. The BnB is perfectly located to discover Montepulciano, Pienza or Montalcino. The host is absolutely lovely.

What makes this property stand out is Taziana. You have to include her breakfast to your stay. You will absolutely love the views. Location is ideal base for exploring the area. We loved how close we were to Montepulciano and Pienza. Taziana gave wonderful tips on where to visit.

L'endroit est juste magnifique! Nous avions la chambre avec une terrasse privé c'était de toute beauté avec la vue sur Montepulciano. L'environnement autour de l'hébergement est superbe et apaisant. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et fait maison. La propriétaire était très hospitalière et ses conseils pour visiter les environs très appréciés. Il y a une petite boutique la porte juste à côté ou ils vendent de succulents fromages Pecorino. On s'est régalé! Je vous recommande sincèrement cet endroit pour un magnifique séjour en Toscane.

Nous y avons passé seulement que 2 nuits. On en aurait ajouter certainement quelques unes.

Colazione ottima e varia dal dolce al salato con prodotti di qualità. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le varie località circostanti. Lo consiglio vivamente!!!

An exceptional stay in every sense. The property is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, with stunning views over Montepulciano. The breakfast was delicious, with great attention to detail. A special thanks to the very kind host, Tiziana, for her warm hospitality. The experience is elevated by the charming picnic area, where you can create your own unique picnic from a basket filled with excellent cheeses from their own dairy. Truly memorable.

La proprietaria Tiziana è gentilissima, accoglienza top. Un angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde. Parcheggio disponibile in struttura. Ci sta anche il loro caseificio con possibilità di fare un picnic. Colazione in veranda meravigliosa con vista sulle colline spettacolare.

We had three wonderful nights at Cugusi BnB. Tiziana is a fantastic hostess, and the property was spotless, with a lovely terrace and amazing views. The breakfast was also very good. There’s a small cheese and wine shop on the property, as well as a charming picnic area overlooking Montepulciano. Highly recommend!

It exceeded all expectations. A beautiful place, managed by Tiziana who made us feel at home at all times. Very good breakfast, with views of the hill. The room was very spacious, with a mini-fridge.

The location was outstanding. Host was warm, welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property. Gina, the cat, was the cutest surprise.

Loved the beautiful countryside location but close proximity to town. A car was needed but it was so convenient. The property was a dream!

Only thing that would’ve made it more perfrct was having 2 en-suite bathrooms but not a problem at all.

Colazione che variava ogni giorno con prodotti freschi e torte fatte in casa servita in terrazza con vista su Montepulciano... indimenticabile!! Tiziana la titolare è il valore aggiunto sempre sorridente, gentile e disponibile, una persona vera.

Un soggiorno semplicemente favoloso. La signora Tiziana ci ha accolto con una dolcezza e una gentilezza rare, facendoci sentire immediatamente a casa. La stanza comune è meravigliosa: una luce pazzesca, ambienti arredati con grandissimo gusto, curati in ogni dettaglio e impeccabilmente puliti. Anche la nostra stanza era splendida, accogliente e silenziosissima, con un balconcino stupendo che regala una vista incantevole su Montepulciano e su un altro piccolo borgo circostante. Di notte abbiamo dormito benissimo, immersi in un silenzio totale. La mattina la colazione è stata un vero momento di coccola: la signora Tiziana ci ha accolti con preparazioni deliziose, fresche, fatte con prodotti stagionali di altissima qualità. Tutto buonissimo, dal cibo al cappuccino strepitoso, preparato con grande cura. Al rientro dopo una giornata fuori abbiamo trovato la stanza perfettamente pulita e sistemata, con una cura che va ben oltre il normale servizio: persino i nostri pigiami erano piegati in modo impeccabile. Un’attenzione ai dettagli che racconta tutta la passione e l’amore che Tiziana mette in quello che fa. Un soggiorno davvero speciale, reso tale soprattutto da una padrona di casa favolosa. Torneremmo senza alcun dubbio.
