Pontevecchio Relais

Daniela greeted us and helped us so much. She escorted us to the apartment, made great recommendations and helped us with taxi to the train station. She was also helpful for getting clean towels, coffee and extras for the apartment during our stay. She even helped with my Italian language.

A little street noise, but not so much to keep me from returning.

Fantastisk udsigt - tænk at bo liiiige midt i det mest attraktive turist område - wauw Venligt personale der hver gang spurgte om alt var ok. Køleskab på værelset kæmpe +. morgenmad i byen lige om hjørnet.

Med ørepropper og natbriller så gik det super fint, da der er en del larm fra gaden og telefon i receptionen. Vi havde også værelset lige ved receptionen. Når man vælger at bo et sted hvor alle turister tager til så er der bare meget larm.

It was quite noisy from the toilet pumps. It could clearly be heard from the other rooms. Also the window out to the road needed noise insulation. It was very clear to hear all the sounds from the road.

Great location, instructions were clear. Comfortable room and decent size. It was how it was described.

Really enjoyed our stay our favourite so far on our trip. No tea or coffee in your room. But we were close to everything it was okay.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The place is perfect within Florence (everything is in a walking distance) and the room was exactly what we were expecting from. Very centered in the city and with a perfect perfect view. They also offered us coffee so bonus points ⭐️

The bathroom was a little bit small but nothing problematic. The only thing that bothered me was that the wooden blinds did not block entirely the light. But this is only a problem for me that I can’t sleep well with the minimum light in the room, for example it did not bother at all my boyfriend - so I think it is just a matter of personal choice. I would definitely book again here ☺️

El baño Demasiado pequeño El ruido: había 3 puntos de ruido , el primero respetable porque daba a la calle y siendo tan bien ubicado pasaba mucha gente ( sin problema). El segundo y más importante la entrada y la habitación Tuvimos la habitación a lado de la entrada a escasos 2 metros y desde la habitación se oía absolutamente todo . Desde cuando llegaba la gente , hasta conversaciones enteras . Y por último el baño Si el nuestro ya hacía ruido imaginar el del vecino o alado nuestro que también hacía mucho ruido cuando lo utilizaban

Fantastic location, very central so we could come back to the room multiple times per day to rest as we explored a lot. Bed was comfortable and the aircon was very good.

The small bathroom smelled bad the entire stay, despite the fan and spray. No toilet lid and toilet was dirty, mould on the walls and the shower was very slow to drain. Not too much of a problem for a short stay.

Servizio bidè perdeva l’acqua..Il bar convenzionato per fare colazione a 12 minuti a piedi, anche se sta in piazza S.Croce.Se il tempo è bello va bene la camminata , ma se piove la colazione diventa un sacrificio

I loved everything about it. The pretty view from the balcony, the cleanliness, the helpful and friendly staff, and of course the easy and fast access to all the sites of interest (Ufici, Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria, Galleria d'Academia, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, and many more). I find that Pontevecchio Relais offers more than just a value for money place to stay in my beloved Florence.

De locatie, netjes afgewerkte kamer en het mooie raam in de kamer

Het toilet/leidingwerk maakt 24/7 lawaai. Er zijn tijden waarin het stiller is maar het is nooit helemaal stil. Verder is de badkamer erg klein en is er geen tafel/stoel om eventueel spoelen neer te leggen door een tekort aan ruimte.

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter tous les lieux à pied.

C'est dommage de ne pas avoir eu la chambre avec balcon vue sur le Ponte Vecchio, mais seulement une fenêtre. Autrement le logement est top.

Absolutely lovely place but we believed we had booked a room with a balcony which we didn’t get, so we were disappointed by that.

La limpieza solo la ha en a la siesta ,y por el gran calor estuvimos ahi ,asique nunca nos limpiaron la habitación. Ni ofrecieron ir a otro horario.

Great location! Access to the property was clear. Room was clean and the room had air con which worked moderately well. Luggage storage was available until 2pm and then there was a charge.

Due to its great location it was close to the city centre and it could be noisy.

Das Zimmer war völlig ok. Es gab ein eingebautes Bad. Die Geräusche welche die Pumpe macht ist schon Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist bis Abend schon arg laut, aber auszuhalten. Es war etwas alt alles, aber für zwei Nächte völlig akzeptabel.

Para nós foi tudo perfeito, localização, limpeza, acesso ao responsável, as informações foram precisas, em especial roupa de cama e de banho excelente qualidade. Um forte abraço para Acácio, e Daniela Não temos a menor Dúvida quando voltarmos a Firenze ficaremos no mesmo local.

Personas muy amables, Excelente ubicación y habitación limpia, aroma impecable. Importante: el Aire Acondicionado funciona perfecto (y al llegar te brindan un rico café. Super recomendado.

Emplacement parfait, au pied du Ponte Vecchio. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Idem pour la salle de bain. Accès sécurisé. Possibilité de laisser la voiture au gérant pour la garer dans leur parking car c'est impossible de se garer car c'est une zone ZTL.

Posizione ottima, camera spaziosa e silenziosissima nonostante sia a ridosso di Ponte Vecchio (quindi una zona sempre in movimento!). Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile.

I reserved two rooms, one for myself and my husband and one for our two daughters ages 23 and 25. I had requested the rooms to be close and management had our rooms adjacent which was appreciated! The rooms' balconies overlooking the river were amazing! It was fun to be on our balcony and see our daughters enjoying themselves on their balcony. The location of this hotel ON THE WATER and near shopping is perfect! Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff members were super friendly!!!

L’emplacement est excellent

Quelle déception. Cet établissement se présente comme un hôtel, mais il s’apparente davantage à une location de chambres avec des prestations minimales. La réception n’est ouverte que quelques heures le matin. Pour toute arrivée l’après-midi, il faut prévenir à l’avance et des frais supplémentaires sont facturés pour les arrivées tardives. Après minuit, l’accès est tout simplement impossible. Quant à la consigne à bagages le jour du départ, elle est également payante (elle m’a été offerte car j’ai montré mon mécontentement). Le confort est très sommaire : pas de machine à café, pas de bouilloire, peu d’équipements et une atmosphère assez impersonnelle. La salle de bain est équipée d’un sanibroyeur qui dégage régulièrement une odeur désagréable, ce qui n’améliore pas l’expérience. Concernant la vue, on m’avait indiqué qu’elle serait limitée, mais la réalité est encore moins engageante : la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure totalement aveugle, sombre et sans aucun charme. Le seul véritable atout de cet établissement est son emplacement. Si vous recherchez avant tout une adresse bien située et que le confort vous importe peu, cet endroit pourra vous convenir. En revanche, soyez prêt à payer le prix fort pour des prestations qui restent très en deçà de ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre à ce tarif.

Pues tiene fallos de mantenimiento (lavabo atascado, ruido nevera,) entra mucha luz de noche y algun detalles más.

The property was updated, clean and incredibly convenient to everything most travelers want to do in Florence. We had a view of the river and Ponte Vecchio.

Expect music from the bridge at night. Earplugs helped when going to sleep before midnight. We enjoyed the music around sunset.

Balcony was small but nice. Location was great.

Very small, much smaller the photos made it seem, and no room to place anything really. Bathroom was terrible and toilet made a horrible groaning sound anytime you used any water, sink or shower. For the price, I expected more.

The accommodation is located perfectly in the heart of the city. It’s close to popular tourist spots and many restaurants. The check in was easy, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was an AC in the room which was really helpful in the heat.

The shower was leaking a bit so over our 3 night stay one towel was just to wipe that up, and it couldn’t dry out. As it is right by Ponte Vecchio it time to be a bit louder, which might bother light sleepers.

Le petit déjeuner recommandé à l extérieur était trop loin

La ubicacación es excelente en Pontevecchio pero la imagen que pusieron es de sus oficinas donde la administran, nos llevaron caminando 1 cuadra y media con las maletas al lugar. Me sorprendió que no era lo que aparecía en las fotos. Tuvieron la amabilidad de dejarnos cafetera con cápsulas de Café.

No me gustó que la foto no sea exactamente del lugar donde me alojé, pusieron una foto del Pontevecchio que nunca llegamos a ver desde el alojamiento y era de sus oficinas. Tampoco me gustó que el aire acondicionado no tuviera el mantenimiento debido y arrojaba suciedad, si bien lo reclamé, tuvieron que enviar un técnico a arreglarlo. Otro tema muy relevante es lo pequeño que era el baño y la ducha tan chica que se salía la puerta y no podría entrar una persona de más de 70 kgs. o muy grandota. Por mi parte me chocaba todo el tiempo con la mampara, muy incómodo.

Cute little apartment in the centre on Florence. Loved the location. Apartment was roomy which was nice considering we chose the economy room. Our room was ready midday and we got to check in early. Clean and lovely apartment overall too.

The location was very good, but could get a little loud late night. Staff was readily available. Room was clean and serviced regularly.

This is getting a bit fussy but I would have preferred to have a key card to get into the building and the room. What I was given was a set of three keys, one for the main door one for the floor key and then finally a room key. Not a big deal but I would have preferred electronic access

How could you ask for more? The property is right next to the pontevecchio bridge! There's a cute little balcony that we enjoyed a bottle of wine and some amazing cheese at night, with one of the best views in Florence. The bed was super comfy, the hosts were so friendly, and there is an elevator to bring up your luggage on. The bathroom is small but has everything needed. I would 100% stay here again if coming to Florence.

Εγραφε ότι έχει πάρκινγκ αλλά δεν έχει , στα του δωματίου το στρώμα του κρεβατιού χάλια , το μέγεθος του δωματίου μικρό , και το μπάνιο είναι λες και είσαι σε πλοίο , και μικρό μπάνιο και η τουαλέτα κάνει έναν χάλια θόρυβο !! Είναι πολύ δύσκολο να ξανά έρθω να μείνω !

A localização é excepcional! Na Ponte Vecchio, de onde se aprecia o pôr do sol da janela que fica em frente ao corredor Vasariano. Passamos no corredor e vimos a sacada do nosso hotel. Fica a alguns minutos da Galeria Uffizi e a poucos metros do Museu Bargello. Durante o dia dá para ir descansar um pouco e retornar o passeio. Deve ser registrado que NÃO tem estacionamento. Deixamos na garagem Recomendada, GARAGE LUNGARNO, fica na ZONA ZTL, mas não tem problema. Fizemos reserva antes on line. Recomendo baixar off line o Google Mapa porque perto da garagem cai o sinal. Garage fica a poucos metros do apartamento. Eu voltaria.

The staff was great with their communication during the check-in process. They were very friendly and assisted with our taxi when checking out. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. Coffee and tea were available in the room for guests. The location was great and the street noise was minimal. I am a light sleeper, so that is important.

Based on the photos, I expected better views. And the decor and paint in the room were tired. It needed refreshing.

The location was excellent. Just a few steps from Pontevecchio. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Firm but very comfortable bed.

Meget lille værelse og dertilhørende badeværelse på ca. 3 m2 incl. brusekabine. Ingen plads til opbevaring af toiletartikler. Lidt svært at manøvrere rundt pga. den sparsomme plads og indretning. Ikke plads nok til opbevaring af tøj i det ene skab, der var. Intet sted at lægge sine kufferter, de måtte ligge på gulvet. Et klap-op-bord ville have været fint. Ikke mulighed for at sidde andet end i sengen. Lillebitte køleskab, fryseren virkede ikke. Generelt lidt slidt og ufærdigt visse steder. Stærk lugt af rengøringsmidler eller luftfrisker.

The location was great! The staff were excellent and answered any questions I had via WhatsApp. The room was a good size. I knowingly selected a room that had inner courtyard view and they reached out to make sure I understood that so that there was no confusion. I appreciated their extra effort. I would certainly stay here again.

L emplacement de l hôtel était parfait vraiment on ne peut pas mieux faire ,seul petit bémol pas de petit déjeuner proposé et une seule fenêtre dans notre chambre qui donne dans une cour d immeuble je n'ai pas fait attention lors de la réservation, mais l'ensemble etait très correct et les propriétaires très à l'écoute et disponible .
