The location was amazing right in the center of Florence, super quick walking distance to all the main sites of Florence, including restaurants. The rooms where clean modern and extremely spacious compared to some of the other hotels I have stayed in, in Florence. You could move in the bathroom! We were a family of 4 and had a 2 room apartment and did not feel on top of each other. We were lucky the other guests were not loud and the place was comfortably quiet. Even though the hotel was on a main tourist piazza at night we could not hear any noise from the streets, however we were at the back and not facing the square so this may have been a factor in the peacefulness. As we were at the back we did not have the main view of the Piazza but we did have beautiful views for the hills and Boboli gardens in the distance. In the rooms the hotel also left local suggestions of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and gelato shops which was a nice touch as there are so many to choose from when there. The staff at the hotel were extremely warm and welcoming to myself and my family.

The only minor issue we had was the plug sockets, we had the 2 pin adaptors for Italy and majority of sockets in the room were 3 pin, there were 2 pin sockets however these were in the bathroom and one in the living room and kitchen, but the more convenient sockets by the bed were 3 pins, this is not a hotel issue but more of a travel guidance and have noticed this across all hotel in Italy.

Perfect location

Extremely confusing to find initially. Once you know , no problem. But they really need to advise incoming visitors. If we hadn’t had help from local restaurant employees we would never have found the place. Serious - you would not ever find it without direct - oh and you need the code to even open the secret door. Other than that great.

Otel mükemmel bir merkezi konumdaydı, sabah erken saatte pijamalarla Uffizi'ye gidecek kadar. :) Ünlü heykellerle beraber uyuduk uyandık diyebiliriz :D Otel çalışanlarıyla özel isteklerimizi mail yoluyla konuşabilmemiz ve çalışanların bize çok yardımcı olmaları bizi rahat hissettirdi. Odalar geniş ve imkanlar açısından iyiydi. Rezervasyon yaparken bir otel odası gibi değil de stüdyo daire gibi olacağını bilerek bu rezervasyonumuzu yaptırdık. Bu açıdan çocuklu ailelerin konaklaması için gayet iyi bir oteldi. Özellikle mutfak eşyaları kendi yemeğinizi yapabilmeniz için size çok iyi imkanlar sunuyordu. Gayet fiyat performans oteliydi.

Rezervasyon yaparken baktığımız fotoğrafların gerçekteki odalarla farklı olduğunu gördük. Fotoğraflar üstünde düzeltmeler yapılmıştı. Bunu göz önünde bulundurarak rezervasyonunuzu yapın. Evet eski bir bina ama oda içleri o kadar da eski değil. Işıklandırmasında büyük bir sıkıntı var. Biz manzaralı bir odada değildik bundan dolayı pencerelerden ışık da gelmiyordu. Yani sabahları aydınlık bir oda beklemeyin. Uzun süre kalındığında havalandırma açısından da sıkıntı yaşanabilir. Belki bir öneri olarak da resepsiyon çalışma saatleri genişletilebilir.

Cleanliness is my top priority when searching for a place to call home for a day or two. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location. We had the penthouse with a fantastic view of the Piazza Signoria. You are paying for this and it is great. The bathroom was nice, fairly large shower. The rest of the hotel is average I would say.

Rooms are stark white and kind of basic. Kitchenette was very small and not super useful. One small elevator gets bogged down for check in and check out.

Incredible location right in the main square. Room was comfortable and clean, really well insulated for sound, it didn’t matter how many thousands of people were in the square, there was no noise in the room, which is great.

The location is amazing right in the centre of Florence on the piazza a major tourist attraction. Recommend paying a little more to upgrade to piazza view. We had no problem sleeping at all.

Right in the heart of the old town, minutes from the Duomo, seconds from Uffuzi, around the corner from multiple wine windows and the best local and tourist restaurants. This place has it all. Added to this, the room was spacious, clean and well priced. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Florence is an amazing city—the true heart of Tuscany. We had wonderful weather, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is perfectly located in the very center of the city, right on Piazza della Signoria. The hosts were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The apartment is on the sixth (top) floor of the building, and there is an elevator, so carrying luggage is not an issue. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a balcony with a beautiful view of Palazzo Vecchio. The air conditioning works excellently, which is a huge advantage during the summer. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment without hesitation!

The only aspect that could be improved, in my opinion, is the interior décor. A small refresh and a warmer, more homely atmosphere would make guests feel even more comfortable.

Location is excellent. Right next to Piazza della Signoria which is about 150m from Uffuzi Gallery, Museo de Vecchio and a very short walk to Ponte Vecchio. Fulfil and Hectore welcomed us and we're very helpful. The apartment was clean spacious and cool, which was a must considering we visited Florence during the heatwave!

The water did go out the last night we were there.

The location couldn’t be any better and it was quiet for where the property was located. The apartment felt clean though there was a mustiness in the bathrooms.

We had the apartment on the fifth floor with the Murphy bed for our family of four. The biggest issue was that the shower drain was incredibly slow so to not have to stand in water, the shower would have to run very low flow or be turned off. This felt yucky. The apartment was rather dark, drab and sterile. There were no luggage stands and the bedroom side tables were very small. The kitchen had minimal amenities - no paper towels, no complimentary water, no Keurig style coffee maker. The bed and pillows were stiff and not comfortable.

The location is absolutely stunning, right on the main square beside the palazzo vecchio and the uffizzi, the views from the penthouse terrace are worth the trip alone! The staff were very helpful and the apartment was perfect, there was an office for check in and out. We would definitely be back.

The location is outstanding. We had the 2 bedroom apartment with the balcony overlooking Piazza La Signoria. It is beautiful. Given our stay was in June there were lots of tourists but coming back to the apartment was a wonderful haven. It is so close to everything yet private and not noisy. Lovely to watch people enjoying the area and the gorgeous sunsets.

The location was excellent and it was very quiet and comfortable. The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He was helpful in getting us a taxi lined up for our departure.

Location, location, location! It was close to all the major attractions, shopping, restaurants. The penthouse apartment was clean and had a large terrace with a view, unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy sitting out there because of the heat wave in Florence !

Very well located, large rooms and good to have two bathrooms with aircon that coped well with temperatures in excess of 35 degrees. Reception was very helpful in identifying and booking appropriate places to eat.

The location of this hotel is outstanding, right on Piazza della Signoria and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions in Florence. While the room itself was somewhat dated, it was comfortable and the unbeatable location more than made up for it. A great choice for anyone looking to explore the city on foot.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, and the bathroom could benefit from an update. The shower felt quite cramped and showed some signs of wear, including a bit of mold.

Was very difficult to find even with directions given, sink did not drain well so overflowed constantly, pillows were hard and brick like, unsecure luggage storage before and after checkout as luggage had to be left in the open reception area due to no secure location. Cleaners ate Lindt chocolates left in fridge to keep cool.

This is our third stay here and we absolutely loved it! The location, the friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are so lovely. We had a room with an amazing view of Piazza Delle Signora and even though we are right on the piazza you can't hear a thing. It's like a little calm oasis. The air conditioning is fantastic and also the lift is handy especially when you have 2 large cases. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchenette very handy, We would definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful!

The location could not have been better—we easily walked from the train station with our luggage and then spent our entire stay exploring Florence on foot without ever needing a taxi. The hotel/apartment was beautifully renovated while still maintaining the charm of the historic building. We loved having a separate living room and bedroom, which gave us much more space than a typical hotel room. The unit was thoughtfully equipped with a coffee maker, coffee cups, wine glasses, and a mini fridge, making it feel more like a home than a hotel. The building itself was secure and had a lift, which was greatly appreciated after long days of sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Our favorite part was opening the large windows and taking in the atmosphere of Florence. We could hear street musicians performing below, listen to the church bells ringing throughout the day, and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding historic buildings, including glimpses of the Duomo area.

The bathroom and bathroom area are too tight and small. The hotel reserved our rides to the train station twice but our ride never came.

The bedroom area is sizable and a lot of room to move around. The AC works very well. The bed is very comfortable. In all, we had a good experience staying in this apartment style hotel and strongly recommend this hotel and location.

Loved that it was on a great street, not to far from sites! It was super clean and the staff incredibly kind.

It’s a great Penthouse Apartment, the location is Superb, we came for short time, but thanks to the location we were able to see almost everything, the view from the terrace is beautiful. We really love the property.

Mehr Florenz geht nicht! An der Rezeption hat uns Fulvio sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Penthousewohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet und es gibt einen Aufzug in das 6. OG. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ein Luxus, das Bad modern, alles hat funktioniert. Das Highlight ist jedoch die Lage und der Ausblick auf den Palazzo Vecchio. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
