Absolutely nothing to complain

The location was absolutely perfect — right in the centre, extremely well connected to the main city attractions, and just a 1-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and our suite was absolutely great: spacious, comfortable and beautifully located.

Everything was great overall. If I had to mention one thing, there was some refurbishment work taking place in the hotel!! However, this did not significantly affect our stay.

Amazing location! walk to everything. The rooftop bar had a view of the Duomo and the river! There was a live band playing below that we could hear, but without all the chaos of being down on the street.

The room was nice and spacious, with the bedroom in the loft. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. They left me a really nice t-shirt, chocolates, and plenty of water and wine during my stay. The staff was exceptional - front desk, breakfast, bar, and housekeeping. The breakfast room is very pretty and there were plenty of choices. The rooftop bar has a bonus view. Best of all, the perfect location.

It may have just been the room I was in, but it was really dark. There was a very large window but outside was an alley and scaffolding. I really find sunlight important in any place I stay. That being said, perhaps they have better choices with an upgrade. The furniture is a bit old and worn. But I would definitely look into staying again if I could have a brighter room.

Very nice building with old charm. The breakfast room, breakfast, and service were outstanding. Next to river and few steps from Ponte Vecchio.

Shower was very small (although bathroom itself is large).

Breakfast more variety of hot food, lots of flies on food. Room faced out onto scaffolding and a street full of rubbish which was noisy at times. Had to ask for more coffee several times Tv kept switching off on its own maybe electrics issue

The staff were so lively and helpful. The hotel is very central, so it was very easy to walk around the center.

We have a big room with good air conditioning and comfortable beds and lots of space . It was next to the uffizzi gallery and easy to get around to all the sights. The breakfast was nice. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was all very pleasant

Great stay, it is old florence fashioned. But we had a great, comfortable stay, the A/C was a life saver. Prime location, lovely they offered T-SHIRTs for free per each guest. Breakfast spread was good - good coffee! Also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, drinks were great and loved the complimentary snacks.

This is a superb hotel and I shall be returning. The breakfast was fantastic.The breakfast room and rooftop bar looking down onto the River Arno were fabulous.The staff were super friendly and helpful,the rooms were lovely,the complimentary wine and T- shirts were a delightful extra surprise.Simply perfect!

The location of the hotel is brilliant, right in the centre of where you need to be, within walking distance to most places. It’s a beautiful hotel, very old worldy with modern twists. The room was large with great aircon and free bottles of water. Immaculately clean too. Turned down bed at night with chocolates on the bed for you. The attention to detail is amazing. The staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and they gave us a lovely bottle of champagne in our room which we took onto the rooftop bar to drink and enjoy the wonderful views. We would happily recommend you stay here.

our fridge wasn't working so drinks were warm and they needed to replace it. I had to ask twice as once they fiddled with the switch and advised to wait 10 mins. after being out for the afternoon, it still wasn't working so after letting staff know, they replaced the fridge. I would have thought that there would have been a follow up check to make sure that it was working before they had to replace it.

Wonderful hotel. Location is terrific, on the Arno maybe a few hundred feet from Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. The room for breakfast is beautiful, with a high ceiling painted with frescoes. As a bonus, there is a rooftop bar/restaurant with views of the Arno and the Duomo that we patronized pretty much every day, including for dinner twice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with restaurant recommendations and reservations, calls for taxis, and anything else we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back if ever in Florence again.

早餐很丰盛，只是因为我们住了五晚，每天都是吃一样的还是有点腻。

房间空调系统有问题，不能关，也不能调节，外面37度，室内18度，三个人中两个人冻感冒了。我们三楼的房间只能看到屋顶，不能看到河面，略有遗憾

The property was in a great location it was quiet in our room. The breakfast was exceptional and the dining room it was served in was lovely.

The property appeared to have some issues with it looking a little tired in places. We had to move rooms because the tap in our room would not stop running. One of the reception staff was quite abrupt and pretty unhelpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were great and very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was a great location. Quiet enough at night but within a few minutes to all the major tourist sites. I really loved the rooftop bar. Can't wait to visit again!

Purtroppo l'aria condizionata non era regolabile e quindi 21 gradi per me sono una condizione di troppo freddo. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere alla reception di spegnerla perché non c'era altra soluzione. Per gli stranieri forse va bene questa temperatura ma per me risulta troppo fredda.

Slow lift. But stairs are easily accessed.

Overall the location was great as a central point. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice with multiple options.

The air conditioning did not work well at all. Make sure you keep your bathroom door shut, and to keep the curtains closed to keep the heat down. The rooftop was very small, with a very limiting very. Pretty much only directly in front and behind you are the only directions you can see. I felt like the price I paid was too high for what I got.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Staff were awesome. Breakfast included in the morning which was fantastic.

Our rooms AC worked very poorly and room temp was 80 plus degrees. Made it difficult to sleep. They did bring a fan which didnt help. They did offer to switch us to a different room, but then we would lose any view of the city.
