Localização excelente (fomos a pé para todos os lugares que queríamos), tudo extremamente limpo, novo, bem cuidado e o principal, o anfitrião era absurdamente gentil e cordial. A todo tempo preocupado com nosso bem estar. Voltaria mil vezes se mil vezes voltar em Sorrento.

Fomos recebidos pelo Valério, que foi muito solicito, nos dando informações sobre Sorrento, lugares para fazer refeições e passeios. Ele nos presentiou com uma garrafa de vinho, estávamos comemorando aniversário de casamento. Outro detalhe, o Valério se comunicava conosco via Whatsapp em português e nos escreveu uma carta também em portugês, mostrando como ele é gentil e se importa em facilitar a vida dos hospedes. A localização é muito boa, bem central, as fotos do quarto são fiéis. O quarto muito limpo. Nos sentimos em casa. Com certeza recomendamos o Holiday Sorrento Center

As its a condo/room space, there was some noise of the rooms being opened and closed.

A szállásadónk, Valerio nagyon segítőkész. Bármivel fordulhattunl hozzá. Érkezésünkkor mindent elmondott a városról, mit nézzünk , hol együnk pizzát, hol együnk tésztát. Le a kalappal előtte. A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jo, központi kis utcában. Közel a part, közel a kikötő. Kilépve az utcára az éttermek nyüzsgő világába léptünk.

Valerio was a fantastic host. Our flight was delayed by several hours but he was very helpful in giving advice and trying to secure a way to get from Naples to Sorrento. We ended up having to stay a night in Naples as it was so late but Valerio's help was much appreciated. Was also really helpful when we arrived giving tips of where to go and good restaurants. Location is also brilliant: close to ferries and train station and also in middle of main part of town

Valerio was amazing, he is so friendly and made us fell like home. The location is perfect, so easy to get everywhere from there and the sound proof windows works pretty well he had no problem at all

Posizione ottima, in centro, molto comoda per spostarsi agevolmente tra le vie di Sorrento o raggiungere il mare in quanto anche vicinissima alla Villa comunale da dove si accede ai servizi balneari oltre che al porto. Camera spaziosa e soprattutto molto pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole! Valerio è professionale e gentilissimo.

We had an exceptional time at Holiday Sorrento Center.Valerio was amazing he was very professional, efficient, kind and a top quality host. He helped organise day trips, gave amazing restaurant recommendations and activities; and was accomodating to every need. The room was amazing and clean. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! We loved it.

Amazing experience for myself and my girlfriend. The service was amazing, super helpful by giving us a guide of what is around Sorrento, helping us into our room, and even by surprising us on our last day with some treats and a bottle of wine! The property was beautiful, right in the centre of Sorrento and perfect distance to every bar, restaurant and activities. Valerio was amazing, the nicest person that we have met in Italy and absolutely accomodating for anything. Absolutely amazing, would recommend this over any other stay!!

Lovely place to stay in sorrento, right in the city centre walking distance to shops, restaurants & the beach clubs. Facilities were immaculate, clean, plenty of space in the room. Valerio made us feel very welcome, bed made & room cleaned every day, a bottle of wine & a hand written note from Valerio. He also recommended a seafood restaurant which we tried & it was the best food we had all trip. Will most definitely be staying here again next time.

What an amazing stay in Sorrento, a perfect location in the Center with close access to the beach and ferries if you plan to take any trips! Our host Valerio could not have been more helpful from the moment we arrived! Thank you for being so kind and helpful! You could not fault this property! Tucked away behind the cobbled streets of Sorrento is this hidden gem! Valerio communicated with us prior to travelling and throughout our stay if we had any questions. The room was spotless and had all the facilities you needed, in best part of the town. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at the Holiday Sorrento Center!

There was nothing we did not like - the 4 nights and 5 day stay was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, cozy, and the perfect place to stay, with everything within easy reach. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Valerio, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the surprise bottle of wine – such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended.

Todo fue perfecto, la llegada, la ubicación, la limpieza, los servicios. Pero, por sobre todo, la calidad humana de Valerio, estando en cada detalle desde antes de nuestra llegada y hasta el momento de dejar el hotel. Realmente es para destacar. Sin ninguna duda volveríamos a alojarnos allí, y se lo recomendamos a todos.

Location was great. Central to everything and on a quieter alley. Valerio was an amazing host. He checked in with us periodically to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He even helped up find our luggage that went missing! The room was comfortable and cozy. I’d definitely come back!

We had a great time! The location and the cleanness of the apartment are unbeatable. Valerio is an amazing host and made everything pleasant and easy. We would stay there again! Grazie mille, Valerio!

Breakfast wasn't provided but there were plenty of cafes nearby. Our host Valerio was welcoming and very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and recently modernised and refurbished. It was clean and white. The location was right in the centre of the tourist area convenient to many restaurants even a couple right outside the front door. It was a short walk to the elevator that you could take down to the ferry terminal to save your legs. We took ferries to Positano, Amalfi, and Capri from there..

The property is in a perfect location, it’s extremely clean and well equipped. Valerio is an incredible host and so welcoming and warm. Any questions or suggestions he went above and beyond - would 100% recommend if staying in sorrento.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. Close to everything. Valerio the host at the hotel was so kind and helpful. He provided recommendations and helped us get familiar with the area and attraction's The rooms were extremely clean. The area felt very safe. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

We loved the location and Valerio our host was exceptional. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a map with local attractions he was available for questions via what app. He stocked our fridge daily with water soft drinks and beer and even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy.

The room was very clean and modern, and in a great location - so many restaurants and shops just a few steps away. The host Valerio was very attentive and friendly, giving us delicious restaurant recommendations and tips for getting around the area. He even surprised us with a bottle of wine and a handwritten thank you note on our last night, 10/10 service!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The room was an adequate size and comfortable. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Sorrento, close to everything. The host (Valerio) was extremely helpful and always available, which made our stay even smoother. Daily room cleaning was included, which is nice. Don’t miss the restaurant (O'Murzill) just below the balcony - the food is delicious and the atmosphere is authentically local. Highly recommend!

The host, Valerio was amazing. He waited for us to check in and helped us find our way to Sorrento with train info. He also gave us a ton of info on the map about Sorrento and day trips. The room was comfortable, cleaned daily with a comfortable bed, good shower and everything you would need for the stay! Additionally, the location was superb, in the centre of Sorrento with a gorgeous restaurant just underneath and a little wood carving shop as well. I couldn’t recommend it enough, if we come back to Sorrento we will definitely stay here again!

This is a very cool 3 room boutique hotel. The room is very clean, updated and comfortable. Valerio, mánager, is super friendly and will help you with directions, food recommendations, maps and even facilitated us getting our laundry done. The part of town ( pedestrian) is really fun- there is a lot of shopping, and it is close to where you pick up tours

My partner and i stayed for one week in this very central location. The hotel was very well equipped and spotless clean i honestly couldn't fault a single thing. Our host went above the beond the call to make sure everything was just to our liking and absolutely nothing was a problem. A great location with close access to Sorrento’s old town as well as bus station and port. Safe neighbourhood. The room was clean with amenities provided. Valerio the manager had incredible attention to detail and was very friendly, providing a guide to the town and any information we required.

What a wonderful place to stay in Sorrento! Valerio is the perfect host – so friendly, welcoming, and great at keeping in touch. Even when our ferry arrived late, he made sure everything went smoothly. We were always greeted with a big smile, which made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, ensuring a great night’s sleep. On our last night, Valerio even surprised us with a thoughtful note, a bottle of wine, and some snacks – such a lovely gesture! There’s a fridge stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer at very reasonable prices, which was really convenient. We had read a few reviews mentioning issues with hot water and street noise, but we experienced neither. The hot water worked perfectly, and while you may hear some of the lively atmosphere from outside, it’s only natural given the fantastic central location. For us, it was never a problem at all. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough – from the excellent location to the spotless room and Valerio’s outstanding hospitality, everything was just perfect.

The best location right in the middle of town. Valerio was the most amazing host you could ask for. They cleaned the room everyday, it was so spotless. We would 100% book this again

I was greeted by a very sweet and kind man, Valerio. He was extremely pleasant and gave us a map to direct us to the best places to visit. When entering the room, we noticed right away how clean and tidy it was. All their rooms are cleaned daily and this really shows! Valerio was always available for questions and helped us wherever he could (such as lifting my giant suitcase up the stairs!) I have not met such a kind and pleasant host, and the room was wonderful! The location is also right in the centre, so you can literally walk out of the door and there are nice restaurants and shops everywhere. Despite this, we didn’t have any issues with noise at night! Would 100% recommend, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed! Oh, I almost forgot to mention - he left us a note on the last night thanking us and leaving us a bottle of lovely white wine in the fridge with some snacks. He really went above and beyond!

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Sorrento Center. It is in the perfect location, very central but also felt secluded and was very clean. Valerio was a fantastic host and provided some great recommendations, was available for any help we needed and also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks on our final night. Couldn’t reccomend enough!

It s the perfect apartment located in the middle of Sorrento. Everything is nearby: the old town, the typical italian streets, the beach. At night it can be a bit noisy because every one is having a good time on the little streets, but if you close the window, you will sleep like a baby. I also have to mention Valerio, the host, who was the sweetest person ever. He helped us by recommending where to eat and what to visit in Sorrento and around the Amalfi coast. Also, he was a very fast texter and answered our questions at any time.

We had an incredible 6 nights here. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by our warm welcoming friendly host Valerio. He gave us a map and recommended local attractions. He was available via text (what’s app) anytime we had questions. Our room was extremely secure safe and impeccably clean. We absolutely loved our terrace overlooking the street. We had the most amazing meal right downstairs at Ristorante O’Murzill hands down the best pasta I have ever had. On our last night Our gracious host gave us a bottle of local wine and thanked us for our stay. We loved staying in the center and heart of Sorrento we walked everywhere. The ferry, bus station and train station and beach clubs all with in minutes. And just steps away from the best local restaurants and shopping. A 2 minute walk to the most incredible sunsets with the most stunning sea view. We absolutely loved our stay here in Sorrento and would highly recommend!
