A localização é excelente. Apesar de estar próximo a lojas, restaurantes e pontos turísticos, o apartamento é bem silencioso. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. O café da manhã, para o padrão italia, é bom.

O tamanho do box do banheiro do Apartamento 105 é muito pequeno. Não sei se o de todos os apartamentos é assim, mas fica até difícil tomar banho.

A localização é o ponto forte desta hospedagem. O quarto não era muito grande e tinha uma pequena cozinha também. Banheiro bom, só a pia que era bem pequena, não tinha onde apoiar as coisas, havia um banquinho ao lado para judar. Chuveiro bom. Atendimento muito simpático da recepcionista. Mas, a localização é realmete o mais relevante.

Café da manhã pode ser melhor.

Adorei a minha estadia! A localização é simplesmente perfeita: super central e próxima de tudo. Fica perto de ótimos restaurantes, lojas e também da praia, o que tornou muito fácil fazer tudo a pé e aproveitar a cidade. Uma hospedagem muito bem localizada, confortável e perfeita para quem quer conhecer Sorrento com praticidade. Sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

Todo, excelente atención del personal en especial la chica de recepción. La ubicación muy cercana al ascensor que lleva al nivel de la playa y el puerto para tomar ferries y hay restaurantes y negocios en la misma calle. El desayuno es muy bueno, la habitación grande, cómoda igual que el baño y nos sorprendió que tenía cocina equipada.

A lovely place to stay. The location was central, our room had a big bathroom small kitchen and large bedroom area. The balcony looked over the side street which we really enjoyed watching the world go by. Highly recommended

We loved the location so much! It was perfect distance from the beach and city centre also restaurants. We had a balcony too That we enjoyed so much!

Great location in the heart of old town Sorrento. Easy walking to majority of restaurants and shops and short walk to the ports for Amalfi, Positano or Capri ferry rides.

The main bed needs improvement with new mattress suitable for king sized bed not two singles placed together.

The location was wonderful. It was close to all the activity. We would definitely stay there again

Can’t really think of anything other than then glass tray above the sink in the bathroom slanted downward so things would roll off in to the sink. Everything else was wonderful.

Location was amazing, everything on your doorstep. The room was clean, really comfortable bed and great to have the mini kitchen and balcony.

Breakfast was good but limited. The apartments are above a busy street so could be noisy until around midnight but we don't sleep early so this wasn't a problem for us 🙂!

Location was great down by the water, close enough to everything including the main part of town but far enough away so you don't get all the noise and could sleep well. The breakfast was superb with plenty of variety and choice. The junior suite had everything we needed with a good functional kitchen. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Sorrento in a very busy, attractive street. The apartment was very clean and tidy and all areas were very roomy with plenty of storage space. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

No towel rail or hooks to hang your towel up in the bathroom. Needed a small coffee table to put drinks on. Bedside lights needed to be operated independently.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καλύτερο από αυτό που περιμέναμε ! Τα δωμάτια αδικούνται στις φωτογραφίες του booking. Το σημείο που βρίσκεται είναι κεντρικό απλά κατεβαίνεις και όλα είναι εκεί !!! Παρά πολύ καθαρό, τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν εκεί είναι το πιο δυνατό σημείο του ξενοδοχείου. Παρά πολύ ευγενικοί, πρόθυμοι και πάρα πολύ φιλικοί! Μας βοήθησαν με την έκπληξη που θέλαμε να κάνουμε για τα γενέθλια της αδερφής μου. Το Sorrento είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή για να πας διακοπές στην ακτή Amalfi, παρά πολυ ζωή, πολύ όμορφο μέρος περάσαμε πραγματικά τέλεια και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούνε ξανά και εννοείται πως θα επιλέξουμε το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο !!! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!!!!

Location is amazing. You are right in the middle of the shops/ stalls.The people are very friendly and helpful . You.can stay in your room and relax or take a walk down.many side roads to seek different findings.

One of the best stays we had in Italy. Good breakfast, good people and very good hospitality. Would recommend it to everyone visiting Sorrento. Location is a plus!

Very clean, modern apartment with everything we needed for our short stay. Convenient location, easy walking distance from all public transport, restaurants and shops. Unexpectedly quiet for a town centre location. Hosts always on hand, very helpful and in communication from before arrival.

Good location in old city of Sorrento. Good access but must be able to pull your luggage up a small incline to the hotel over cobble stones. Apartments are located in an actual apartment building so it is not quite as welcoming. Staff were lovely. Room with kitchenette perfect for short stays. Rooms could be noisy in peak season due to outside foot traffic and local bars & restaurants.

A more powerful hairdryer needed! No breakfast available in low season.

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum starówki. Blisko do punktu widokowego na zatokę. Kilka restauracji w pobliżu.

Nagyon szép, tágas szoba, kévégép, hűtő, tágas terasz, minden volt ami kell ahhoz, hogy az ember otthonosan érezze magát és mindez a parthoz és a komphoz közel, olyan utcában ahol közel vannak az éttermek.

Location was in the heart of the city , easy walk to ferry and streets for shopping and restaurants. Cleaning service was great, made use of laundry service which was very handy. Breakfast was great, similar selection each day

Everything was good, but the Resturant could be a better. We ate there 1 night and the food was just average.

Just spent a wonderful 5 nights at Sorrento Apartment One. It was definitely the highlight of our 9 week European vacation. The apartments were spacious and very clean. The location was perfect. But above all the staff were outstanding! They were very welcoming, friendly and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a bonus and served in a quaint area and had just enough variety to get us started for the day. Again, a beautiful, cheerful signora always greeted us in the morning. We also had the pleasure of trying the restaurant in front of the apartments. The food was outstanding!!! We are very fussy eaters, and we could tell the produce was fresh and the flavours were impressive. Their chef is very talented! We didn’t try risking other places so we ended up eating there 3 nights in a row. Each meal was better than the other. And of course the staff were fabulous !!! We were treated like family and made very welcome, Sorrento apartments one is definitely worth a return visit. Well done to the talented and passionate family who run this very successful business.

En pleno centro, personal súper atento y trato familiar, encantadores. Habitación espaciosa y su cocinita todo perfecto. El baño quizás necesitaría un poco de reforma pero bien para unos días.

Sorrento Apartments One ha una posizione imbattibile: a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione dei treni e nel cuore della città. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, inclusi i luoghi più importanti e il porto per prendere il traghetto verso Capri. L’accoglienza è stata eccellente; il ragazzo che ci ha ricevuto è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Le aree comuni sono piene di arte e buon gusto, uno stile che si riflette anche nella camera. Un grande valore aggiunto è stato poter lasciare i bagagli senza costi extra e tornare, dopo un pomeriggio di pioggia, trovando un caffè caldo ad aspettarci. Piccoli dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza.

The property is located in the historic old town so it is very easy to get around. The staff were very helpful and gave me plenty of advice on check-in. The bed was comfy and the shower was warm. It was very clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

The rooms were a little smaller than expected, particularly the bathroom, which was tiny (and I am not a tall or wide person!). The curtains weren't good, flimsy.

L'endroit est facile à trouver , confortable et l'accueil très sympa .... revenir ici à l'occasion d'un match de coupe de la ligue dans cette atmosphère de Noël .... Le tout en solo ! .... C'était vraiment au top .... Surtout sans ma femme qui critique tout , dépense des fortunes et m'empêche toujours de parler italien avec les petites jeunes ....

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nel cuore di Sorrento! Le camere, ricavate da un appartamento al primo piano del fabbricato, sono confortevoli, pulitissime e curate nei minimi dettagli. I mini appartamenti sono dotati di un cucinino funzionale e di un bagno nuovissimo, con splendide maioliche colorate e un ampio box doccia. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a pochi passi dal Sedil Dominova, dal centralissimo Corso Italia per lo shopping, da via San Cesareo con i suoi negozi di prodotti tipici (limoncello, ceramiche, sandali e intarsi in legno) e da piazza della Vittoria, da cui si gode una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo di Napoli. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La reception e la sala colazione si trovano al piano terra e la sala è davvero bella e ben arredata. La colazione internazionale è ottima, varia e abbondante; il personale è talmente accogliente da far sentire come in famiglia. Unica nota da considerare: la struttura si trova in zona a traffico limitato (attiva da aprile a ottobre e dal 07/12 a metà gennaio). Noi abbiamo soggiornato a novembre e siamo riusciti ad arrivare con l’auto fino all’ingresso. Sulla strada ci sono circa dieci posti auto e, con un po’ di fortuna, abbiamo parcheggiato proprio davanti alla struttura. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Sorrento al meglio!

Non abbiamo riscontrato nulla di negativo. Il soggiorno è stato completamente in linea con le nostre aspettative e, considerando che siamo rimasti solo una notte, il tempo è stato troppo breve per poter individuare eventuali difetti. Tutto si è svolto nel migliore dei modi.

Hotel muy cómodo, muy cercano a los puntos importantes de Sorrento, amables. Desayuno variado y muy rico.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le personnel de la réception est extrêmement aimable et répond très rapidement sur WhatsApp à toutes les questions. L’appartement était propre et le petit-déjeuner, bien que le même chaque matin, était correct et satisfaisant. La dame du petit-déjeuner était également très gentille et agréable. Sur la recommandation de la réception, nous avons laissé la voiture dans un parking un peu éloigné, mais chaque fois que nous en avions besoin, ils nous la ramenaient en moins de 10 minutes. Le prix du parking était de 25 €/jour.

Point négatif Le matelas du côté de la fenêtre m’a vraiment dérangée et m’a gâché le sommeil. Il présente une déformation évidente et devrait être remplacé, car il n’est plus confortable.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Lage in Sorrento und ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer . Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Frückstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr umfangreich.

酒店离车站十分钟步行距离，离海边电梯非常进，离去卡布里岛坐船的码头步行十几分钟。员工Aira非常热情，帮我们拿行李，认真介绍了房间里的所有设施。厨房设施非常齐全，房间干净明亮，还有一个独立的室外空间，相当大，感觉可以开party。

可能是季节问题，楼下餐厅没有开，很可惜。

Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable basic room with ensuite. Very nice complimentary breakfast. If you have heavy bags it can be difficult to move them because of the cobble stone streets in Sorrento.

Hotel One was fantastic! Exceeded our expectations! We loved our stay! The staff facitilities were all top notch! Room was so nice. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to everything! Would recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat!
