Notre chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à notre réservation Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès de Booking ainsi que celle de l’hôtel par mail et via Booking et nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse. Je dis bien jamais après plusieurs relances.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o hotel é bem limpo. O café da manhã é muito bom. Como pontos negativos, o elevador parou em um dos dias. O colchão já passou da hora de trocar. Na primeira noite, após uma biagem de 11 horas, ele até funciona. Mas nós demais dias, você percebe que seria melhor ter uma noitecde sono mais confortável.

It all started when we arrived around noon. Our room wasn’t ready, so they charged us €5 per piece of luggage to store our bags. We also had to leave the hotel and walk to another place to store them. The room itself was very small and old. There was barely one meter of space between the bed and the wall, which made it difficult to move around. They also provided only one small bottle of shampoo, so if you’re planning to stay there, I recommend bringing your own. Lastly, the area felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, with many homeless people and drunk people around. We had booked three nights, but in the end, we stayed for only two hours and left. Surprisingly, no one even asked why we were checking out after just two hours. Also, note that the check-out time is 10:00 AM, and if you want to stay until 12:00 PM, you have to pay an additional fee. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying there.

Les couverts en plastique et gobelets, bols et assiettes en carton ne reflètent pas le niveau du standing de l"établissement. Les jus et fruits en boite, cependant le petit déjeuner reste copieux.

O quarto é muito confortável. O banheiro também era bem confortável, amplo e limpo. A equipe da recepção foi muita educada e prestativa. A localização é excelente, próximo a estação de trem e metrô.

O café da manhã era simples e com poucas opções. Para quem é brasileiro e está acostumado com cafés da manhã fartos em hotéis do Brasil, o café daqui é bem simples.

Lo único medio bueno fue el desayuno

Hemos pagado casi mil euros por 7 noches, al llegar la habitación medía aproximadamente lo mismo que un trastero, el colchón de la cama era terrible, se sentían los resortes y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, fuera había unos 30 grados y dentro de la habitación no bajaba de 25. Al reclamar tanto por el colchón como por el aire nos trataron de locas, cabe destacar que llegamos más o menos a las 23 horas y hasta la 1:30 no nos dieron una solución aún cuando tenían otras habitaciones disponibles. Al día siguiente nos fuimos del hotel porque era una vergüenza, en otro hotel nos cobraron menos de la mitad y era excelente. Ese mismo día reclamamos que ya que habíamos pagado mil euros, como mínimo iríamos a desayunar ahí (nuestra reserva tenía desayuno incluido) y la gerente nos dijo que eso no podía ser porque “el desayuno va con la habitación” cabe destacar que no nos devolvieron ni un céntimo y, luego de estar horas reclamando, lo único que obtuvimos fue el desayuno, ni una disculpa por parte de la gerente ni el personal. También debo dejar muy claro que una de las mujeres de recepción y la camarera fueron las ÚNICAS que nos trataron como personas y le dejamos propina. Es una vergüenza de hotel, vimos todo tipo de habitaciones y NINGUNA se parece a lo que enseñan en las fotos y el trato es terrible

Great looking hotel from the outside but very spartan inside. Very clean however.

Rooms had poor air-con (it was 35-degrees in the sun) and few furnishings aside from a bed and low desk/table. No coffee making facilities and a 'cold' feel to the rooms - no decor - just a blank room lacking character. Its a great location a few mins from the train station but this hotel was a let-down overall. Expensive for what it was. Breakfast was OK.

La struttura era in un ottima posizione, essendo vicina alla stazione. Lo staff è accogliente e ottima la colazione e ottimo il servizio ristorante.

La camera non si avvicinava nemmeno alle foto di quando lo abbiamo scelto. La camera andrebbe insonorizzata visto che affacciava sulla strada e sono state diverse le volte che ci siamo svegliati causa clacson o lo sfrecciare dei motorini. Nelle docce era presente muffa e le lenzuola presentavano peli o capelli ancora prima che le utilizzassimo.

Il soggiorno presso l'Hotel Virgilius è stato decisamente positivo. La struttura si è dimostrata all'altezza delle aspettative, garantendo un'esperienza confortevole e ben organizzata.

Scarsa igiene: muffa sui muri e nel condizionatore, molta polvere, doccia arrugginita e struttura molto sporca e vecchia. In camera c’era inoltre un forte odore di vecchio e umido.

Hotel simpático, bom para quem quer apenas dormir uma noite. Não é um hotel 4* como os que existem em algumas zonas da Europa.

Quarto bem pequeno, ouve-se tudo dos outros quartos, o quarto ao lado tinha a TV ligada o que nos incomodava um pouco, também se ouvia bem o barulho da rua. Pequeno almoço razoável, faltava mais variedade de fruta, um hotel com classificação de 4* não pode ter apenas fruta de lata, e umas maças e laranjas, faltava variedade de fruta fresca.

Absolutely not a four-star hotel — more like one star, if that. This hotel is absolutely not deserving of a four-star rating. In my opinion, even one star would be generous. From the moment we arrived, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude, unhelpful and made no effort to assist us. We were also shocked that we had to pay simply to leave our bags at the hotel for a couple of hours. The hotel was dirty, and the room was nothing like the photos advertised online. The standard was extremely poor and completely different from what we were expecting. The location is also very run-down, with hardly anything around the hotel and no real amenities nearby. Breakfast was awful — there was very little choice, and the food looked so unappealing that I couldn’t eat it. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere if you are visiting Naples. Do not be misled by the four-star rating — this hotel is nowhere near that standard. Avoid at all costs.

Breakfast was good. Decent variety of selections to choose from. Location was good, right next to Garibaldi Central Station in a quiet area. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially Gennaro, who was full of humor and sincerity.

Check out could be a little later, 1030am to 11am perhaps and I feel that there should not be a charge to leave luggage at the hotel while sightseeing for the afternoon. I have never experienced that before.

El personal de recepción ha sido siempre agradable.

La cama no era cómoda. Nunca hemos tenido dolor de espalda al alojarnos en ningún establecimiento, sólo aquí. El bufet de desayuno es escaso y te sientes en todo momento observado. Es increíble que no tengan un servicio gratuito de consigna. Puedo entender que si te alojas una sola noche te cobren por el servicio, pero a partir de dos noches, o una semana como ha sido nuestro caso, incomprensible. Deberían renovar el cuarto de baño, grifos y desagües, mampara... No daban buena imagen. En fotografías todo parecía más nuevo. Debería haber hecho fotos para completar mi comentario.

Ideal situation near to the train station and to explore Naples. The room was basic but adequate for our needs with a comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially accommodating our early arrival. The breakfast was good and we ate in the restaurant which was also good but the menu could be a little limiting if staying longer. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Hotel is 2 blocks away from Naples Central Station. Convenient for us who was taking train but the surrounding is not nice. The restaurant pizza and pasta were phenomenal! Cheap and delicious!

It was very convenient to the central station, just one block off piazza garibaldi. It contained a good restaurant where an excellent breakfast was served. There are other good restaurants just across the street. The entire staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff were very helpful and cheerful.

The room was disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom had an awkward design. The shower easily flooded and there was no bidet. The furnishings in the room were cheap and old. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel, but then, I really didn’t pay for a 4 star hotel, so no complaints. When you leave the hotel you can only go in one direction, because every other direction is filth and squalor.

El personal es excelente. Amables, eficientes, intentando ayudar siempre y con una sonrisa; y me refiero a todo el personal, desde las personas de recepción hasta los camareros y el personal de limpieza. Se agradece encontrar personas tan profesionales en un hotel. Tanto la habitación como el baño, así como el resto del hotel, están limpísimos. Cambian las toallas cada día y limpian la habitación a fondo. Es una habitación y un baño muy, muy cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena. Se llega en nada andando al centro histórico y está al lado de la estación de tren, metro y autobús. Aunque la zona de Garibaldi está bastante deteriorada, la calle donde se encuentra el hotel no parece en absoluto pelligrosa. Volvería a este hotel sin dudarlo si volviera a Nápoles.

Hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron: había muy pocas perchas y eran de muy mala calidad; y los vasos para dejar los cepillos de dientes eran de papel, así que no se sujetaban de pie. Como crítica constructiva, sugiero que se sustituyan ambos por productos de más calidad, puesto que es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Y por último, comentar que cobran 5€ por maleta por dejarlas en consigna una vez que haces el checkout. No me parece bien que después de habernos dejado un dinero (en nuestro caso, tres habitaciones) haya que pagar nada por dejar las maletas unas horas; es la primera vez que me cobran por esto en un hotel.

non c'è un bar dove sedersi e rilassarsi,purtroppo un ragazzo ci ha fatti accomodare in sala per prenderci qualcosa da bere ed è arrivato un cameriere rivolgendosi a noi con un modo un po così ""Ma tu che te vuò piglià?"io stando di spalle pensavo stesse parlando con il collega , invece no ... comunque per farla breve , ci è passata la voglia ...

La cortesia di Gennaro alla reception, prontissimo a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, lui ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con una cama y almohadas excelentes que permiten un descanso perfecto. Todo el personal fue extremadamente amable y atento, se esforzaron mucho para comunicarse con nosotros aunque no hablamos italiano. Ubicación inmejorable, a 5 minutos andando de la estación de trenes y autobuses y muy cerca del centro. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Lo que menos nos convenció fue el desayuno buffet. Si bien cuenta con suficiente variedad en cuanto a bollería, la variedad de productos salados es escasa. Nos sorprendió que no hubiera nada de fruta disponible. Además, la calidad del café nos pareció bastante mejorable. También tuvimos el inconveniente de que la ducha se embozaba con mucha facilidad.

Si lascia intendere che ci sia un garage (parcheggio auto). Per capire che non vi sia bisogna leggere attentamente.

Location The hotel is very close to Garibaldi railway station, which is both an advantage and a disadvantage. Unfortunately, the surrounding area does not feel particularly safe. One evening, a woman standing near us had her bag stolen, although fortunately her partner managed to get it back. The neighbourhood is also extremely dirty, and we frequently saw abandoned and torn-apart suitcases in the streets, presumably left behind after thefts. On the positive side, the hotel's location is very convenient in terms of public transport. Thanks to the nearby trains and metro lines, most parts of Naples and the surrounding area are easy to reach. For guests who plan to use public transport frequently, this is definitely one of the hotel's strongest advantages. Room Our room looked very similar to the photos, so the layout and overall appearance were not a surprise. Unfortunately, the minibar/fridge did not cool at all. In fact, it felt warmer inside than cold. The air conditioning, however, worked very well and kept the room comfortably cool, which was especially important during the summer. The bathroom was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. It was quite dirty and there was grime in several places. The taps and other fixtures also had very visible scratches, apparently from being cleaned with something abrasive. Overall, it feels like the hotel underwent a major renovation around 5–10 years ago, but unfortunately it has not been maintained well enough since then. The signs of wear are clearly visible, and in its current condition it is difficult to consider it a true four-star hotel. Breakfast Breakfast was probably one of the biggest disappointments for us. It was very repetitive, with essentially the same selection every single day, and the buffet was heavily focused on sweet food rather than savoury options. During our entire stay, there was only one type of ham and one type of cheese.

Climatisation défectueuse. Le personnel technique est venue 3 fois et a fini par nous laisser comme ça avec une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas. Dans la deuxième chambre réservée la climatisation était très bruyante et ne rafraîchissait pas la pièce.. il faisait 40 degré dehors…

A experiência de um hotel passa muito acolhimento prestado e, neste caso, foi excelente. Em todos os momentos da nossa estadia (3+1 dias) foi marcante a cortesia dos funcionarios do hotel. Para elém dos outros itens em avaliação, que merecem classificação elevada, o destaque deve ser dado ao staff. O Resto: Localização: excelente - escassos metros das estações de metro, Transvesuviana e Estação Central Limpeza: irreprensível Pequeno almoço: muito bom Conforto dos quartos: muito bom (ar condicionado respondendo às necessidades).

Sin duda alguna las personas que en el hotel trabajan. Personas como Fernandino, Vinccenso, Gennaro y compañía hacen de la estancia un lujo. Recomiendo también su restaurante.

Las instalaciones, la ducha está vieja y llena de cal, las habitaciones no son amplias y las paredes finas por lo que se oye mucho a los vecinos y el wifi no va bien. La categoría del hotel no es un 4 estrellas es un 2 o 3. La categoría de su gente, un 5 estrellas.

The hotel was very noise. No soundproofing. You could here everything out of your door and even from the next room. Breakfast was too cheap. No refill after 9:30. No save luggage service. Not recommended

Not a great variety of choices for a 4 star hotel. Also ham, cheese, butter etc not being stored in the fridge making them look unappealing. Scrambled eggs cold and of a greyish colour probably being cooked the day before. Although the hotel has a central location the immediate neighbourhood is very dirty with rubbish being piled on the pavements. There is also very strong smell of urine and lots of dog’s poo that hasn’t been cleaned. It is very disappointing that the hotel doesn’t offer to store the luggage for customers before checking in period unless you buy drink or food at the hotel. There was a paid storage facility nearby. There were two single beds put together to make a double bed, which wasn’t really comfortable as the beds were sliding away.

Breakfast could be better, double bed should be instead of two single beds and the hotel should offer to store the luggage.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó volt. A reggeli finom, nagy választékban édes péksütemények, de van felvágott, sajt, tojás/tojásrántotta is. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes,az szoba óriási volt.

A csomagmegőrzésért fizetni kellett, érkezéskor 5 eurót, távozáskor csomagonként 5 eurót. Én ilyen gyakorlattal még sehol sem találkoztam.

Segítőkész udvarias személyzet, bőséges svédasztalos reggeli. Bejelentkezési idő előtt érkeztünk, mégis azonnal megkaptuk a szobáinkat.

Desayuno correcto. Habitación y cuarto de baño correcto de tamaño y comodidad. Aire acondicionado en la habitación, correcto. Limpieza muy correcta. Ubicación junto a la estación de tren, con restaurantes cerca y a 15 minutos andando de la zona más turística. Y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de Genaro en recepción siempre dispuesto a lo que necesites.

El hotel antigüea un poco, pero está muy correcto en comparación con otras alternativas en la ciudad.
