Es war gut mit dem Taxi von Flughafen zu erreichen und die Anweisungen für den Self Check in waren gut. Da ich kein Personal gesehen habe, kann ich es nicht beurteilen. Auch den Frühstück Voucher habe ich nicht eingesetzt da ich die Adresse auf Google Maps nicht finden konnte.

Für italienische Verhältnisse okay. Matratze war mir zu weich, aber das ist Geschmacksache

der Kühlsckrank kühlte nur sehr schwach, wenn man zu spät zum Frühstück kommt ( dort gibt es nur einen viel zu heissen Kaffee und ein Crousant), dann waren auch die Crousants nicht mehr verfügbar. Der alte Aufzug und das Stiegehaus sollten auch saniert werden.

Winda w drugim budynku płatna 20 centów za każdy przejazd. Tani i nieprzyjemnie miękki materac. Śniadanie odbywa się w kawiarni w okolicy, a w jego skład wchodzi coś słodkiego i kawa, nie da się tym najeść jako pierwszy posiłek.

Stylish and smells good. Staff was very friendly and nice. Location is next to a church. Restaurants everywhere and bus stops near by. Clean.

The water heads for the shower didnt all work, only the handheld worked while the body/massage spouts did not work at all and appear broken,neglected. Breakfast is included but there was only a coffee and toast or a croissant at the cafe inside the church next door. I guess they worked a deal together.

La ubicación medio complicado

Het was een perfecte plek als uitvalsbasis voor al onze activiteiten. Wij hadden 2 appartementen. Alles was aanwezig. Ruimte was zeker geschikt. Linnen en handdoeken aanwezig.

1 appartement daar kon de airco de hitte niet te baas. Zou vernieuwd moeten worden want daar was t te heet. Er was maar 1 dame voor ontvangst waardoor we lang moesten zoeken en wachten in de hitte vooraleer we binnen konden. Een betere communicatie over inchecken zou helpen. Want na n vlucht wil je snel rusten en opfrissen.

Chambre propre, déco très sympa, emplacement au calme. Le petit déjeuner est proposé juste à côté de l'hotel dans une ancienne église transformé en lieu d'exposition - à ne pas manquer ! Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible à tout moment.

Les chambres sont confortables mais bien plus petites que sur les photos de l'établissement.

Ambiente molto moderno e di design curato e pulito. Personale in accoglienza molto gentile e disponibile ci hanno dato delle informazioni molto utili per la cena e ci sono venuti incontro per la colazione.

Me gustó que había aire acondicionado y funcionaba bien. La bienvenida con Enrico fue bien porque es amable y atento, pero la ubicación del hotel te envía a una dirección que no es donde al final nos hospedamos, la habitación que nos tocó bastante pequeña y no parece igual que las fotos.

No me gustó nada la ubicación, ya que cuando sales de estación central te encuentras un panorama que no es de buen gusto. El desayuno bastante mal ya que tampoco es en el alojamiento y no es cómodo porque tienes que desplazarte a otro lugar (5 min aprox.)

La amplitud de las habitaciones y de las camas. Bien ubicado.

El desayuno es muy escaso, es en la cafetería de al lado y no puedes elegir más que un café y un croissant. Éramos dos habitaciones y una de ellas no la limpiaron en los 3 días. También nos cobraron un recargo por llegar más tarde de las 8.

There were lots of little flies in the room which was quite offputting. The shower water in the morning was totally freezing after the first minute (no hot water for both of us) and the room wasn’t very clean with some cardboard furniture (bizarre!). Plus nobody on reception to checkout in the morning

We liked the layout of the room which provided enough room for our family.

The cost seemed high given the area the property was in. It was a rough neighbourhood.

部屋はとても清潔で、毎日の清掃も丁寧に行われていました。スタッフの皆さんもとてもフレンドリーで親切に対応してくださり、気持ちよく滞在できました。客室にはエアコンや飲料水も完備されており、暑い時期でも快適に過ごせました。

トイレの床の一部が少し柔らかく感じられる箇所がありました。また、室内でアリを数匹見かけました。 立地については事前に承知していましたが、周辺の治安には少し不安を感じました。 朝食会場が分かりにくく、見つけるまで15分ほどかかりました。教会内のカフェが朝食会場だとは思わず、少し迷ってしまいました。また、朝食はクッキー（またはパン）とコーヒーが中心で、やや物足りなく感じました。

Everything, the balcony had an amazing view, Teresa met us at the reception and she was exceptionally kind and helpful and friendly! The room was super clean and amazingly beautiful!

The area is horrible. Property was advertised as free private parking but there wasn't any spare, and it had to be paid for despite false assurancesfrom the owner. The staff had no clue about anything. Awful place. The door patio door could be pulled open when locked.

Great location, room big, clean and modern. We arrived quite late and we were able to self check in and through WhatsApp they replied in 1min if we had any question even at late hours. Breakfast is inside the monastery next to the building and was very cute cafe. Loved it highly recommend.

Secure and stylish! Great location and close to port and airport for stop over between travelling. Close to city streets full of restaurants and shops. The staff cant do enough for you!

The breakfast options are limited.

Everything was great! The apartment is located right in the city center, and since we were only staying for one night, it was very convenient for getting to the airport. Enrico was incredibly kind, and so was the lady who cleaned the rooms.

The apartment had everything we needed, although it could use a little updating. The corkscrew was broken, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat.

Central location, around 15min walk from the train station.

Poor communication: Host got in touch to ask when we’d arrive but failed to inform how to get to the reception. We arrived there and ringed the bell multiple times but it didn’t work. When I tried to get information through Booking chat, they told me to stop sending messages (screenshots attached). We ended up staying in the 38•C for 30min waiting total time. We managed to get inside with a neighbour’s help and also had to find out what was the floor where reception was located. Got there and the receptionist made our checkin. She told us to get downstairs as our room was in a different building across the street. There, we keep waiting for god knows what while she sends audios on her WhatsApp. All under the sun in the middle of that not safe street (pictured attached of the moment). It happens that we were waiting for coins - someone brought them so we could use the elevator in the other building. The room: it was full of ants and the bed was a string mattress, so not very comfortable. The mini fridge was connected but didn’t cool our beverages even overnight. On the booking page, it says the room has “city view” but the view is to the other building’s wall. Breakfast: They gave us a voucher for a pastry + coffee in a nearby cafe. We were so annoyed by all that we didn’t even bother going. Overall bad experience.

Het was goed gelegen. Het lag dicht bij het oude centrum en openbaar vervoer. Er was airconditioning wat wel nodig was in de zomerperiode om af en toe wat af te koelen.

Ons verblijf van 4 nachten was helaas teleurstellend. Vanaf de eerste dag hebben we gemeld dat het water vanuit de regendouche een VERSCHRIKKELIJKE geur verspreidde. We konden enkel de doucheslang gebruiken, die bovendien ook lekte. We vroegen de manager om een oplossing (reparatie, andere kamer of compensatie), maar kregen gedurende ons hele verblijf geen enkele reactie. De receptie was enkel bemand bij het inchecken. Daarna hebben we er nooit meer iemand gezien. Ook werd niet vermeld dat het ontbijt zich verderop in de straat bevond, waardoor we dit zelf moesten uitzoeken. Het "ontbijt" stelde bovendien weinig voor: enkel een koffie en een koffiekoek. Als je rond 9 à 9:30 aankomt, zijn de koeken al op en wordt er geen alternatief voorzien. Bij het inchecken vroegen we of we na het uitchecken onze koffers veilig konden achterlaten. Door de afwezigheid van personeel en het gebrek aan communicatie hadden we hier echter geen vertrouwen in. Complete afwezigheid van service en het negeren van onze melding. We kunnen deze accommodatie niet aanbevelen.

Não é como nas fotos, casa de banho bastante degradada, o duche fica entupido. Na cozinha não tem os utensílios necessários para cozinhar. Mosquitos e moscas em todo o lado. Local muito difícil para fazer check in porque não tem placas a indicar que é no 4.º andar. Oferecem pequeno almoço num café perto, dizem que abre às 8h mas só servem a partir das 9h.

The bathroom could use some renovation and the room some cleaning. The location of the b&b is a bit difficult to find.

Just out side of the historical centre and the rooms are beautiful and well kept with a great shower.

The breakfast is served in a cafe on the opposite street. Not much of an issue for everyone but personally I like to have breakfast and then shower so its just a personal preference which is not an issue really. Otherwise everything was great!

The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was air conditioned and clean, the area was well connected. We enjoyed our say and would come back anytime

La ubicación.

No explican que el apartamento está fuera de las instalaciones del resto de habitaciones. Da a una calle en la que entra muchísima luz e hiz muchísimo ruido durante la noche, pues está a pie de calle y pasa bastante gente.

La ragazza dell’accoglienza è stata davvero molto cortese e disponibile. Ha dimostrato grande empatia, immedesimandosi nella nostra situazione. È stata l’unica nota positiva di questa struttura

Abbiamo prenotato il soggiorno a giugno e, contestualmente alla prenotazione, abbiamo richiesto tramite Booking un check-in anticipato nella fascia oraria 11:00-12:00. La richiesta è stata approvata dallo staff su Booking (allegheremo lo screenshot), motivo per cui abbiamo organizzato il viaggio contando su quell’orario. Il giorno dell’arrivo abbiamo provato a contattare i numeri indicati su Booking. Un referente non ha mai risposto, mentre l’altro ci ha risposto inizialmente senza poi darci ulteriori aggiornamenti. Solo successivamente ci è stato comunicato che la stanza sarebbe stata disponibile tra le 13:30 e le 14:00. Arrivate sul posto alle 13:30, abbiamo atteso circa mezz’ora l’arrivo del proprietario per pagare la tassa di soggiorno.Una volta concluse le pratiche, siamo entrate nell’appartamento intorno alle 14:15 e abbiamo trovato le addette alle pulizie ancora al lavoro. Il bagno aveva ancora il pavimento bagnato, il soggiorno veniva ancora aspirato e le pulizie non erano state completate. Inoltre abbiamo riscontrato polvere sul piano cottura e lenzuola macchiate, circostanze documentate con fotografie. Abbiamo immediatamente segnalato la situazione alla ragazza dell’accoglienza, che è stata davvero molto gentile, disponibile ed empatica. È stata l’unica persona che ha cercato di comprendere il nostro disagio e merita sinceramente un ringraziamento. Poco dopo siamo state contattate telefonicamente dal proprietario, il quale ha assunto un atteggiamento che abbiamo trovato poco professionale e irrispettoso. Durante la telefonata ha minimizzato i disagi subiti, utilizzando espressioni inappropriate e rivolgendosi a noi con toni che riteniamo inaccettabili nei confronti di clienti che stavano semplicemente segnalando problemi oggettivi.

This is a beautiful place with perfect location, a small walk from the main hustle and bustle of Napoli. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautifully designed. All staff went out of their way to accommodate me. This place is extremely reasonably priced and I will tell everyone to stay there. You won't be dissatisfied or disappointed! Book it now! ❤️

The location wasn’t great. I didn’t feel overly safe walking out for food. The elevator is tiny, I got stuck in there with luggage and a baby , but the staff were good and came to my rescue

We went to the main building on Google Maps, rang the bell but it wasn’t working. Only managed to enter because someone opened the main door below. Then we got to the hotel, and the lady was there, but apparently our room was on the opposite side of the street so we had to go there and climb 5 flights of stairs because the elevator wasn’t working. (I didn’t receive this information, otherwise I’d have gone straight to the correct place). All good besides the fact that you had to pay 20 cents to use the elevator, but they provided 60 cents (they fixed the elevator though). The water from our room was cold, so we took cold showers and the shower head had 0 pressure and it wasn’t a great experience on that matter… They fixed it once but then water became cold again on next day. People from the breakfast area were nice but they overheated a croissant that was steaming hot, not sure why but that also wasn’t great.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Alles war einladend. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfreich. Unsere Junior-Suite war gut klimatisiert und bot einen hübschen Ausblick auf Kirche und Stadtgeschehen. Genau so haben wir uns Neapel gewünscht. Die Lage am Rande des historischen Zentrums war für uns genau richtig. Wir haben es sehr gemocht, hier mitten im neapolitanischen Leben zu sein

Da gab es nichts.

Ένας καφές και ένα κρουασάν δεν είναι πρωινό ξενοδοχείου. Ήταν σε ένα μικρό καφέ πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Δεν ήταν ξενοδοχείο όπως σας ζήτησα. Ήταν ένα παλιό κτίριο που μύριζε μούχλα, χωρίς ασφάλεια με ένα ανακαινισμένο δωμάτιο τύπου air B&B. Ανελκυστήρας με κερματοδέκτη(απαράδεκτο μέσα στη νύχτα να ψάχνεις σε τέτοια γειτονιά κέρματα)που μόλις χωρούσαν δύο άτομα. Φτάσαμε βράδυ όπως είχαμε ενημερώσει. Δεν μας περίμενε κανείς. Από τις Τρεις μέρες τη μια συναντήσαμε μια καθαρίστρια που μιλούσε μόνο ιταλικά.

- La chambre est très moderne et est décorée avec goût, très spacieuse pour 4 personnes - Teresa était sympathique et serviable - Bon rapport qualité - prix

- L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas à l’arrivée et au départ. Nous avons dû monter nos bagages jusqu’au 5e étage puis les redescendre. Nous avions signalé le problème à l’équipe qui l’a pris en charge mais qui a refusé de prévoir une compensation pour ce désagrément - Il manquait le café dans la chambre - Le petit déjeuner qui est inclus pourrait être plus copieux et garni (il est simplement composé d’une viennoiserie et d’un café) - À l’arrivée, nous avons dû changer complément d’immeuble par rapport à l’adresse indiquée pour avoir notre chambre ce qui n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im 4 Stock eines historischen Gebäudes - es gibt einen Aufzug, man muss durch eine schmale Tür in den Innenhof. Wir wurden freundlich von Teresa empfangen und konnten schon vormittags unsere Koffer dort abstellen- das Auto haben wir in einer 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernten Garage abgestellt - nicht günstig mit 40 Euro/Tag, aber vor der Unterkunft hätten wir keinen offiziellen Bezahlparkplatz bekommen - nur zum Ein- und Ausladen. Man ist direkt an der Altstadt, Die Zimmer sind modern , begehbare Dusche (vom Zimmer aus einsehbar) - es gibt einen winzigen Balkon mit Blick auf eine Kirche. Der Flughafen ist nur 6 Km entfernt, daher hört man die Flugzeuge - hat uns aber nicht gestört und da wir früh morgens zurückflogen, war das für uns praktisch. Frühstück gibt es in der hauseigenen Bar/Café ca. 200 m die Straße entlang. - 1 Getränk und 1 Stück süßes Gebäck, auch dort ist das Personal freundlich , es ist neu renoviert und lecker. Da wir am Abreisetag vor der Öffnung los mussten, durften wir am Vortag quasi doppelt frühstücken :-D Danke dafür! Die Kommunikation lief ohne Komplikation auf Englisch -. Für uns die optimale Wahl

in den Seitenstraßen ist teilweise Rotlichtviertel - da wären wir im Dunkeln nicht alleine herumspaziert.

They offer free breakfast redemption card that you can go to cafe about 10 minutes walking away. The cafe is cute and they give you a drink and a large croissant/sandwich. Also in the email I got you can have a free glass of Prosecco from the same cafe. The room was nice and big. We reserved the one with a bathtub and it had a nice view. Small free snacks and free water bottles in mini fridge.

Getting to the hotel was confusing and felt kind of sketchy. You have to go into a small door inside of a huge door that opens to a courtyard. On the left there is a tiny, shaky elevator that you take to the four floor. The elevator sometimes didnt work because people would forget to close the inner doors and that would be annoying. The shower could use some demolding. We ran out of hot water for the bathtub pretty quickly.

Die Zimmer relativ geräumig. Sauberkeit ist auch in Ordnung gewesen.

Die angebene Adresse der Unterkunft ist für die Zimmer im Nebengebäude eine andere. Wir sind mit allem Gepäck hoch ins "Hauptgebäude ", dann wieder runter und mussten ca. 200m zum Nebengebäude. Der abgestimmte Snack zum Frühstück wurde nicht aufs Zimmer geliefert. Kaffee war ebenfalls nicht auf dem Zimmer verfügbar. Frühstück ist erst ab 8 Uhr in einem nahe gelegenen Bistro erhältlich. Das Bett ist durchgelegen und das Schlafsofa ist eine Katastrophe. Das Schlafzimmer war direkt an der Rezeption und die Tür hat die Geräusche nicht gedämpft. Die Straßegeräusche sind ebenfalls sehr laut.

Aucune possibilité d'avoir un yaourt ou un fruit. Sur 3 petits déjeuner payés avec le prix de la chambre, un seul utilisé et catastrophique , car petit déjeuner à prendre dans un café situé à 5 mn de la chambre, ouverture à 8h30 soit trop tard pour départ touristique prévue

Leider war wir das Appartement ohne Fenster im Erdgeschoss erhalten. Konnte man leider auch nicht bei der Buchung wählen.

La habitación es moderna, amplia y muy limpia.con detalles que lo hacen sentir a uno muy cómodo. La ubicación es muy buena. Pudimos disfrutar de una excelente estadía.

La recepción funciona a partir de las 14 hs. No hay nadie para recibirte antes de ese horario. Hay que pagar 20 centavos cada vez que uno quiere usar el ascensor.. Hubo momentos en que no tenía monedas de 20 y tuve que subir los 5 pisos por escalera con bolsas.

Bien situé, la chambre était grande jolie et confortable. Propre, moderne et il y avait tout ce qu’il faut Très facile et pratique Bien situé Bon rapport qualité prix C’est chouette d’aller prendre le petit déjeuner un peu plus loin dans leur bistrot café

Le petit déjeuner inclus est un voucher, avec un café et une viennoiserie. C’était bon, juste que ce n’est pas un réel petit dejeuner. Cependant vous avez 10% si vous souhaitez prendre quelque chose en plus

Der Aufzug war uralt und klapprig. Parken war schwierig. Mussten ins Parkhaus, was für drei Tage 120€ gekostet hat

Freundlicher, professioneller Empfang und Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter, um z.B. eine Taxibestellung vorzunehmen

Unser Appartment war im Souterrain also nicht im Hauptgebäude neben der auch Werkstätten sind, in einer Lage, wo man aufpassen muss, auf dem Bürgersteig nicht in Hundehaufen zu treten. Die Frückstücksbar war ca 200 Meter entfernt.

Das Zimmer, Größe u d Ausstattung.

Der Zugang war extrem schwierig . Portal und Fahrstuhl sehr schlecht.

L'hébergement ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes ni à ce que nous pensions avoir réservé. Le descriptif Booking présentait des logements lumineux avec fenêtres. Le notre était en réalité un bunker sans aucune fenêtre. D'autre part, l'environnement était très bruyant.

The lift to get to reception but that’s just because I get scared easy

On the morning of departure, at the agreed time with the hotel at 6.30 am, the lift was not working from our 4th floor. I am 85 years old, and the taxi driver was not very helpful in carrying the cases down the stairs. I would not recommend this hotel Ian Foster
