Camera pulita e silenziosa . Colazione super. Gentilezza e professionalità del personale !!!

nichts zu beanstanden
Struttura in centro storico.
It’s just gorgeous. My room was spacious, light filled, pretty and all of the services worked well such as AC etc. the family that ran this place were available when I arrived slightly earlier than check in time and then provided a safe place for my belongings when I left and needed to store them for a few hours. The breakfast is superb. It was just so kind to be called by your name and feel so at ease and at home. The little touches everywhere are delightful too. Great location too.
Ottima la posizione e abbondante la colazione. Stanza molto carina.
Posizione in pieno centro storico molto silenziosa. Letti comodi. Stanza spaziosa.
Beautiful B&B and rooms. The staff were friendly and kind. And it’s a great location, in a quiet street
My only complaints are really tiny and superficial: the tv was tiny, like a computer screen, and didn’t have screen sharing or smart features. Second, the power went off twice while I was there but luckily it went back on within half an hour
Emplacement top
Nice visit in Arezzo. The room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was lovely. Centrally located.

Buona accoglienza, buona posizione, ottima colazione. Molto carino l' edificio.
Essere all' ultimo piano senza ascensore.
Colazione buonissima e staff davvero gentile

The good thing was the breakfast and even more importantly the lady serving it. She was very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. She tried to get a taxi for me and even offered to help me with my luggage to the station when the taxi couldn’t come.
I had arranged to come between 3-4 pm. The place said thst was fine. When I arrived, I had to wait outside in the heat until 3:50 for someone to show up to open the door. Only the breakfast lady was ever there to help. For the three day stay I only saw another staff once. There was never anyone to ask for directions etc.
Nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Ottima posizione. Personale gentile, disponibile e professionale.

The location seems okay, but a word of warning. The B&B sits right by Piazza della Badia, which from Thursday to Sunday is THE hangout for every teenager in Arezzo. We’re talking roughly 300 kids on the corner of the piazza, screaming joyfully until 4:00 am. And just as they finally wind down, Via Cavour takes over: one of the busiest supply streets for the restaurants and shops in the old town, with deliveries kicking off bright and early at 5:30. A seamless 24 hour relay of noise, beautifully choreographed. In short: we didn’t sleep for two nights. If you land one of the street side rooms (charmingly labelled “deluxe”), pack earplugs. Lots of them. What we liked most: Arezzo! What an absolutely amazing place. The food, the people, the shops, the culture, the history… go there!
The Hotel That Apologizes Professionally Let me start with the air conditioning, which was broken. The next morning we received a lovely standard gift with a standard note reading: “We’re sorry, but we cannot help you now.” I’m fairly convinced this hotel keeps an entire room stocked with pre-packed apology bags, ready to deploy at a moment’s notice. Efficiency! It’s a beautiful old building with a gorgeous open staircase, which shouldn’t be a problem, except the room door had the structural integrity of a sandwich. Combine that with the acoustics of a centuries-old stairwell and you get a genuinely immersive experience: we could hear our neighbours across the hall flushing their toilet. Surround sound, included at no extra charge. The shower was also broken. The so-called “rain shower” tops out at a majestic 1.80 metres, so anyone taller can enjoy a brisk drizzle. The shower door leaked enthusiastically, the water was practically migrating into the bedroom, and the tiles came generously decorated with mould. Now, the breakfast, which several reviewers raved about. It is anything but fresh. The coffee tastes like the average Dutch office vending machine, the fruit was cold and tired, and the toast arrived sealed in plastic. By day two we’d given up and walked around the corner for a proper Italian coffee and a few cornetti. Highly recommend the corner. And finally, the staff. From minute one they were in full apology mode. They are very friendly, and honestly they’re probably just as fed up as we were, but nothing was ever actually taken seriously. A real shame. The signature move? Leaving a bottle of wine outside your door to say sorry for all the things they already know about, but apparently cannot fix (noise, location, acoustics, etc.). Verdict: Go to Arezzo, it’s wonderful. But book a hotel just outside the old city centre.
Fantastic room and owner!
Ottima colazione.

Beautifully kept old b and b. Spotless. Easy walking to food and shops. Note there is no elevator. We were in a nice room but up door flights. The host was super accommodating.

Colazione molto abbondante e varia!
Posizione ottima, camera confortevole
Se fosse stata all'interno era sicuramente meglio.
A escolha do andar.

Posizione, staff, colazione, bella camera silenziosa.
Nulla
Posizione ottima, staff gentilissimo, camera carina e pulita, palazzo e scala interna splendidi.

Hospitality superb - don’t typically stay in b and bs but the stay was great! Perfect central location for seeing the surprisingly wonderful sights Arezzo has to offer. Underrated- and not touristy - loved our time there!

Super hyggeligt hotel. Simpelt, men meget fint. Det venligste og hyggelige personale.
Ikke noget.
The staff, the cleanliness, the layout of the room, the comfort of the bed, the location and the delicious breakfast.
My room faced the street and it was very noisy until the early hours of the morning. I had to wear earplugs in order to sleep. I would happily stay at the B&B again, but only if I could have a room that didn’t face the street.
Breakfast was sumptious and tasty, and the attendant was very cordial. Our room turned out to be on the fourth floor, which was quite a challenge for our 80-year-old bodies.

Frutta a volontà .... insomma veramente speciale e molto ricca.
We especially liked the location so close to the historic centre - but also the friendly staff, the informal atmosphere and the breakfasts.
Parking instructions!
Vicinissimo a Piazza San Francesco e a tanti posti dove mangiare.

Personale accogliente, ottima posizione
The place is at the bottom of the old city. Good location but you have to take into considuration that getting to the main squares requires a climb. The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.
Our room was on the first floor, the other rooms are on higher floors without an elevator and climbing high stairs. You have to take this into account when you have heavy suitcases. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception even though we had indicated our arrival time. We called and only then did something arrive at the reception.
Velmi utulna stylova izba Vittoria, ticha, s balkonikom. Velmi ustretovy a srdecny personal. Kralovske ranajky, ovocie a nieco pod zub dostupne aj v priebehu dna. A vsade blizko!
Vsetko bolo super
Concludo tutto positivo.
