Il B&B è in una zona molto tranquilla di Fiumicino e vicino all'aeroporto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibili e rispondono in pochissimo tempo. È disponibile anche il servizio navetta al mattino presto per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Sicuramente lo terrò in considerazione per le prossime volte!

Breakfast was brilliant, the host woke up early to prepare this for us as we were leaving for our flight early. The room is perfect and well furnished, clean and tidy with complementary drinks and snacks. Ideal location for early flights

The B&B was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the airport. Our host was very gracious and answered any question we had. We took the TAM bus from ROME and it was a short walk to the B&B. Our host met us there and gave us a tour of the property. There was a nice little patio area outside also. He gave us directions to local coffee bars and restaurants. Even with Fiumicino being near the airport, we did not hear jet traffic during our stay there. We had an early morning flight and our host took us to the airport and gave us a very nice take away breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. There was nothing negative. We really enjoyed this place and would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the hosts was spot on. They responded quickly to all questions and messages I had before we got there, which was great. Constantino was very kind upon our arrival and had cold water ready for us in the fridge. Very welcome, as we were exhausted, hot, and thirsty. The room was nicely decorated. The bed very comfortable. There was a cute little terrace to hang out on, although, with only one night there, we really didn’t use it. The bathroom was awesome. Super cute and modern, with a great shower. Breakfast was really nice. Yogurt, fresh fruit, sandwiches, pastries, and eggs. Really good coffee. Again, Constantino was very attentive, which we greatly appreciated

Fiumicino isn’t pretty. It just isn’t. Which means the neighborhood that the B&B is located in isn’t pretty either. But what do you expect for 5 minutes from the airport. Rundown and just…not pretty. And, unfortunately, the whole property had an unpleasant smell. Not sure what it was, but it was rough. And the room itself, especially the bathroom, smelled of urine. Maybe a problem with the plumbing? Everything looked very clean, so I have to assume it was the plumbing.

The location was perfect. Close to the airport and walking distance to downtown and nice local restaurants. Lots of great amenities. Toothbrush & toothpaste was awesome. Welcome cookies and water and on the morning we had to leave early to catch our flight and the owners had a bagged breakfast for us which was incredible!

If I have to pick something, the TV does not go very loud. I am guessing they have it locked to be respectful to the other guests. Which I understand.

Everything was fantastic! From the moment Constantino picked us up from the airport, his communication was excellent throughout our stay. As vegans, we were a little unsure what to expect, but our needs were catered for thoughtfully and without any fuss. The room and facilities were spot on, providing everything we needed, and the whole place had a warmth to it that made us feel completely at home. It was only a short stay, but we cannot wait to return and stay longer.

Abbiamo pernottato qua per volo da Fiumicino. Location molto carina stile shabby chic moderno, in zona tranquilla e comodissima per l'aeroporto. Camera molto pulita, bagno comodo, colazione buonissima. Proprietari davvero gentili. Che dire, consigliatissimo!

The staff were really kind, helpful, and very nice. They have a/C which is extra plus.

You have to walk more than 10 minutes to the closest restaurant. Public transportation It's about 15 minutes far from the location.

Perfect for a 1 night stay

Great location to the airport. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The host picked us up and dropped us off to the airport for a small fee which was very handy. They also served a great breakfast.

the two owners were very nice and in particular arranged for our early breakfast and took us to the airport for 15 Euros. Arranged by our Italian cousin, they let us leave our bags early and in the room. Only minor criticism was room was a little small to move around in.

I had an amazing stay for my short stay in Fiumicino, while changing the flight. The staff was extremely friendly and resourceful. I recommend the place.

The bed a bit unconfy.

I'd like to first highlight the Host, He made the stay fantastic for us. He was incredibly helpful with excellent communication. The perks of shuttle services 1/2 price of the taxis and breakfast was wonderful. Ask for a pick up/drop off from the airport or train station. The room and kitchen area were very comfortable and well set up. The bonus of air conditioning was much needed as temperatures soared while we were there.

The location is not the most scenic, but if you are here for a flight this is the place to stay. It was a bit of a walk roughly a mile to restaurants/markets, but the market we found was great with deli food that we were able to take back and enjoy a nice quiet meal at the end for long travel days.

Great stay! Love this place and its host. He is such a nice man. I arrived at 11pm he greeted me made sure I was comfortable then was up at 4:50 am to take me to the airport with a wonderful to go breakfast, nicest best host ever and I’ve been to 28 different countries. Even free toothbrushes and tooth paste, spacious room, spotless, comp would be a Hyatt Place. I put a lot of faith in an Air B&B to get me into the space & to the airport and he is completely trustworthy transfer charge was like 12-15 Euro and direct no messing around with a shuttle.

B&B bem localizado para quem precisa utilizar o Aeroporto de Roma Fiumicino. Fica também próximo a algumas locadoras de veículos como a Centauro, Sicily by Car e Locauto, o que facilita a devolução/retirada do veículo. As instalações são boas e o café da manhã é muito bom. Eles também oferecem um serviço de transfer para/do Aeroporto de Fiumicino, a um bom custo.

The hosts were great. The facilities were clean and spacious. Easy access to restaurants and shopping, plus close to the airport and waterfront.

It’s very close to the FCO airport and they arranged for a transfer to the airport for a decent fee so that was convenient. The host prepared a very nice breakfast and he was very nice and attentive.

The bedsheets and towels are a bit old and the bidet is not working.

Comfortable bed, quiet area, considerate hosts. We arranged to have a pick up and drop off at the airport that was very convenient. The breakfast was generous and there was a nice variety of things to choose from.

Super accueil de Danila & Costantino, le logement étais impeccable, le petit déjeuner un festin.

La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti di macchina dall’aeroporto! È una struttura con un giardino delizioso, immersa nel verde. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, inoltre in camera abbiamo trovato indicazioni su dove poter mangiare. Ci è stata fornita la colazione da portar via (dovevamo essere in aeroporto alle 4 del mattino), oltre ad aver dei biscotti the e caffè in camera. La camera è pulita e molto spaziosa.

Easy walk from the bus from Termini and close to Fiumicino Airport. They provided a cheap shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast was AMAZING!! Great communications with hosts.

Wonderful little B&B close to Fiumicino. Very clean and comfortable room and wonderful breakfast served by the host. In addition the host met me when I arrived by the shuttle service offered by them (for a very reasonable fee) from the airport train station. Perfect location for those coming or going to Fiumicino for a fight. Also great recommendation for dinner at a local agriturismo - "Casale Traiano" - within walking distance.

II Piccolo is tastefully decorated, clean and with with plenty of nice touches like coffee and cookies in the room, still and sparkling water, toiletries and helpful guides. Bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing - very fresh and high quality. II Piccolo is cose to the airport and easy walking to great restaurants. Constantino was instantly available before and during our stay, even providing personal shuttle service from and back to the airport at a very reasonable rate. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will be back!

II Piccolo B&B was a pleasant surprise. We chose it due to its close proximity to the FCO airport and stayed the night before our flight back to the U.S. It was easy to find, on a street where there were homes on one side and a marine barrier wall on the other and had ample street parking for our rental car. The room is located on the back side of hosts personal residence and greeted by Constantino. He escorted us to our room and gave us general information. This space is an add on to their residence which has two rooms with a bathroom in each and a common kitchen/dining area. As you enter, there is a flight of stairs to the area. Each room is essentially the same in size, decor and furnishings. The entire area is very nicely done, styled and decorated with an up to date modern flair. Bed and pillows were comfortable, we slept well. Bathroom had enough space, not cramped. Constantino had a very nice breakfast set up for us and guests staying in other room the next morning, complete with coffee, tea, juice, water, pastries, yogurt, granola, fruit, and sandwiches. It was all very good. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

We arrived when it was dark and google map is not clear exactly where the house is. It is towards the end of the street turning right. I wish they put a sign going that direction somewhere along the way to where they are. Unfortunately we did not our phone data yet to call them. I asked guy walking by to call. Italians are helpful. Street parking. Good breakfast with cappuccino. Host very helpful. All is good.

Quaint neighborhood stay, with garden and Tiber river tributary across the road. I felt like I was experiencing living in a real Italian home. Great breakfast was included. The room had a balcony with comfy furniture to enjoy. The owners provided airport transportation at a reasonable price, and were very kind. There were lots of restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk, as well as a nice supermarket. The owners made some great restaurant recommendations. Grazie Mille!

Everything was great. Wish check out was a little later, but we knew in advance and they let us store our luggage and enjoy their back yard.

Location close to the airport, responsiveness, room was cute with coffee and tea. We had to leave early, so I can’t comment on the breakfast had we left later, but the to go bag better than expected. The host was so helpful in telling us where the local restaurants were and accommodating our early departure.

The essential oil diffusers, but that’s a personal preference. They were too strong for me.

Basically everything! The room was very clean and neat and even had a cute little balcony. Breakfast in the morning was always fresh and ready when requested. Constantino was even kindly helping me to get to a Convention close by, by driving me there. Just overall super friendly staff and extremly considerate!

Not the property itself but I had a bit of a struggle finding the public transport stops (which is probably more of a fault on my part:))

Convenient to Rome (FCO) airport. Relaxing environment. Comfortable bed & room. Amazing breakfast selection. Costatino & Danila go beyond to accommodate and provide for a wonderful stay.

The room was beautiful, clean and bed was comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful. He carried my suitcase up the flight of stairs. Hosts had added nice little touches such as some cookies with a nice note for arrival. His shuttle helped a lot, too…very affordable and hunted to find me at the airport and would not accept a tip for doing so. The bathroom has been remodeled and is great with a nice walk in shower and a sink with counter space. Breakfast is prepared by the host and is much more complete than just a continental breakfast, there were eggs, tea type sandwiches, fresh fruit, coffee, teas and juices. Everything was as it should be!! And as advertised.

Only minor thing is that it is a bit of a walk for someone older to walk to restaurants. But the supermarket is close and has lots of fun edibles.

Tudo ótimo! Apesar de ser bem perto do aeroporto, não é possível ir caminhando! Mas eles oferecem um serviço de transfer que é perfeito e muito mais em conta que táxi.

The owners are amazing and caring. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are completely new and very cozy, cleaned and comfortable. I will definitely go back and highly recommended it for a base near Fiumicino airport or to explore the surroundings.

Excellent B&B. 10 minutes from FCO Airport. We used the B&B's shuttle at a very reasonable cost. Constantino provided us superb service. The B&B itself was beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Wifi perfecto. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Constantino un anfitrión espectacular, el hotel queda a 5 minutos en taxi desde el Aeropuerto Roma Fiumicino, las dependencias son muy cómodas y destacar el desayuno que fue muy diverso y excelente de sabor En mi caso lleguè 22:30 horas y tenía vuelo temprano. Contantino tine un servicio de Transporte y con el nos fuimos al aeropuerto, previa coordinación.
