Estuvimos en Septiembre mi marido y yo. Y quedamos gratamente sorprendidos por la amabilidad de Luca que estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, nos recogió en el aeropuerto, nos preparó el desayuno. Hotel ideal. Colchón y almohada perfecto para dormir y descansar. En el día de salida Luca no pudo llevarnos al aeropuerto pero se encargó de que otra persona nos llevara. Muy puntuales. Habitación y baño muy espaciosos y armario ropero grande. Desayuno muy variado y está incluido en el precio de la habitación.

Stayed one night before our early flight home. We were greeted on arrival by Luca the owner who made us feel very welcome. Explained everything to us & recommended some lovely restaurants to eat at in the nearby town. Dropped us to the airport in the morning & gave us some food to eat at the airport as we were too early for breakfast.

The room was very spacious with wardrobes & a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely too. Had a balcony where you can sit & watch the planes.

Super friendly host, Luca, lovely bright modern room with excellent en suite and air conditioning. Very close to bars and restaurants.

A couple of glasses in the room would be useful.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my teenage son, and we had a wonderful experience at Sleep and Fly Rome Airport. The owner, Luca, was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and very helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were cozy and clean, with a spacious shower and a balcony. The air conditioning inside was perfect, which felt incredibly refreshing after a long walk under the hot sun. The complimentary breakfast was good.The location is incredibly convenient, just a 10 minute drive to Fiumicino Airport. It is also great for exploring: it is only a 10-minute walk to the park, 15 minutes to the beach, and about 10-15 minutes to the main port embankment with great restaurants. Also, right across the street, they make amazing pizza! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay before a flight.

La stanza in cui ho dormito era pulitissima. Uguale il bagno della camera pulizia impeccabile. Arredata in modo curato. Il proprietario gentilissimo e accogliente . Consiglio di soggiornare qui a chi parte dall’aeroporto di Fiumicino e a chi torna. si raggiunge in 10 minuti il centro di Fiumicino pieno di ristoranti. Una bella scoperta e ci tornerò sicuramente

Ho soggiornato solo una notte per prendere un aereo la mattina seguente. I due proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, curando i clienti in modo straordinario . Camera carina e pulizia super. Buona la colazione. Posizione buonissima per una piacevole passeggiata sul lungo fiume/ mare. Servizio navetta eccellente. Facilmente raggiungibile con bus shuttle da Termini.

Se devo proprio trovare una pecca, ci vorrebbero degli attaccapanni per asciugamani vicino alla doccia.

Clean, comfortable and the host Luca was amazing. He made us feel so welcome and was accommodating with all requests. He recommended local restaurants to us which were in walking distance. The airport is really close. He prepared a lovely continental breakfast and then we used his shuttle bus to drop us at the airport

My son stayed here for one night while in transit, and we couldn't have chosen a better place for him to stay so far from home. Luca picked him up from the airport exactly as arranged, and everything was seamless from start to finish. Luca was a 10/10 host—friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, Luca, for taking such great care of him. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone needing a convenient and welcoming stay near the airport.

Location and the service we received from the Fantastic Luca! He couldn’t do enough for us. I hurt my ankle when walking on the dodgy pavements in town and he came immediately and picked me up and helped with first aid. Top guy😁

The property is conveniently located just outside of the airport. It is clean and quiet. A perfect oasis after a long travel day! The most amazing thing about the property is the host, Luca. He was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. He also makes the best cappuccino’s in the morning! He was incredibly accommodating and offered some helpful suggestions so that we could visit Rome for a few hours before transitioning to the next place. Luca is the most amazing thing about this property and is the best of Italy!

Modern, clean, great shower and bed. It was very close to the airport, and within walking distance to the river, restaurants, and a supermarket. Lucca was very personable, and provided comfortable transport to and from the airport. He even provided a sack lunch as we had to leave before breakfast.

A wonderful place to stay before or after a flight! The airport shuttle is just a quick five-minute ride and can be scheduled around your travel plans, making everything incredibly easy. Lucca is a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also loved exploring the area: a fishing town, with working docks, a port, and excellent fresh seafood restaurants. Highly recommend for both the convenience and the experience!

The property was very close to the airport, yet easily walkable to restaurants. It was amazingly clean with large room and ensuite. The included breakfast was just right.

The room was very nice and clean. The owner, Luca, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was surprised at how small it was, only three rooms, but very satisfied with my stay.

The staff was exceptionally patient, helpful, and kind. The room was great too! They helped us with everything they needed. Lucca was great. I was sorry we were only staying for one night! We even had a terrace, and he gave great advice for town. I would just mention that the nearby Osteria Fuori Porta is also very good and accessible by foot. This was a great place to stay, and I would stay there again easily.

It's a little hard to get to without a car, but we drove there.

Luca is an excellent host and he is very accommodating. His shuttle service is top notch. One thing we didn't expect (but were pleasantly surprised) was the beautiful breakfast Luca provided. We loved the food, the setting and the best cup of coffee we had on our holiday (cruise included).

Perhaps a small fridge if possible, but we made do just fine.

Our host Luca went above and beyond. Extremely friendly and spoke English well. Picked us up at the airport, helped with our luggage. Gave us supper ideas. Made a great breakfast the next day and drove us back to the airport. He charges 15 Euros each way and that's for a couple, not individual. You cannot go wrong. Our one night stay was great!

The only suggestion we have is for Luca to show people how to lower the window blind. North Americans do not have these type of shutters. Had to look it up on the internet...lol

Luca was extremely helpful during our day. He tells us all we need to know about the accomodation, the area and recommended restaurants. We tried a couple and they were great. My husband was unwell during our stay and Luca made sure we have all we need and are comfortable.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large with a good shower. It was located 7 minutes from the airport and provided parking. Luca was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was provided with many choices for a continental breakfast.

Il servizio navetta fornito dalla struttura è comodissimo e funzionale: cercano sempre di venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Il bnb è in un contesto ameno e tranquillo, con un bel panorama dalla finestra e un grazioso giardino dove si può fare colazione. Letti comodissimi, ottimi per rilassarsi prima di un volo intercontinentale!

Convenience of location, efficiency and helpfulness of Luca in running the shuttle and providing information about the area.

Could use some refreshing - like a deep clean and perhaps a paint job (especially in common areas and outdoors). Property seems a bit neglected and is in a very busy high traffic area.

We had a fantastic short stay. Luca was exceptionally helpful and kind, making us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The room was large, spacious, and spotless, with everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Luca was a great host and he made THE BEST coffee! He was friendly, efficient and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He let us check bags early, picked us up after returning our rental car, and took us to the airport the next day. This is a very clean, comfortable and well run small hotel, perfect for an overnight stay before flying from the Rome airport. It offers direct airport shuttle service. Luca is very helpful and attentive which I greatly appreciated as an older female solo traveler.
