The staff were warm and welcoming, very helpful and accommodating. The room was a little small, decor needs a little updating and there was a little bit of an issue with the pull out bed but overall the stay was good. We had breakfast every morning which was apart of the booking and it was prepared freshly on our requests which was good.

The property, was clean, managed by decent people, and it was quite safe

It was home away from home words not enough for the 10/10 experience my family had. This is an amazing place and breakfast delicious, fresh and made with kindness patient and love. Hosts attentive, kind, caring, and generous I must say we love their teamwork. We look forward to visiting again.

Everything here was absolutely top tier, big up to the Hosts, they are absolutely amazing, they have a beautiful home, food was delicious, rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable. Was definitely worth every penny, my family and I had a blast and we will definitely be going back🥰👍🙏

My husband and I were very pleased booking this place. Then, once booked, the communication with the owners made us feel at ease. We only heard of this place thru referral and had some questions. Everything with the beauty of the facility and transportation to such wonderful hospitality was top-notch! The entire experience was wonderful! We definitely recommend anyone to book with the Modrians. Also, the food was prepared with love by on site chef. She certainly knows her stuff!

This property is top tier. It's literally a mini palace...I can't get over how clean and neat everything is. From the moment u arrive at the gate, everything is so neat. Not to mention the lovely hosts! They're certainly in the business for the love of it. I felt like I was at a family home in the country, literally felt like home away from home. And oh! How could I forget?? Breakfast is included and let me tell you, food tun up!

The location was excellent. Relaxing and therapeutic. Both the host were attentive and was just a phone call away they catered for our every need customer service was brilliant. They also catered for special dietary requirements and the food was amazing! A real home from home.

My stay wasn't long enough. We both wished we had booked for longer.

The breakfast was very delicious and satisfying The gardens were nicely manicure with a relaxing atmosphere. It really felt like home. I have no hesitation in recommending Modrains .

The property was very clean and nicely located in the Runaway Bay Area. Didn’t care for the pool. Not much to do on the exterior of the property.

The husband “Host” doesn’t belong in the hospitality business. There’s a difference in being friendly and helpful verses being intrusive and invasive which he was. He also called us a racial term. I have travelled a lot and never encountered a host that was this intrusive. The place only accepts cash and the hosts lives on the property. Those are red flags but I decided to still book. The female host was very nice.

They adjusted the food as requested. They made banners and layouts in the room for my anniversary. Abmenice of the pool area for my dining pleasure. Quick response to questions and reasonable prices for items ordered

The room was clean and comfy. Got a complimentary sorrel drink and Christmas cake when we came.

I cannot say enough about Adrian and Maureen! Beautiful couple and beautiful place! We had a small mishap and they handled it right away! The grounds is beautiful and they have a lot of amenities! The food, service and rum punch was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone! My bestie and myself enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay again!

It rained the entire time we was there; that was the only dislike. We still made the best of our time in Jamaica!

This was a beautiful property and a great room. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

What grabbed my attention was the very warm entrance welcoming from Moreen & Adrian. The whole ambiance & the peaceful atmosphere prompted me to be relaxed and tune into the botanical surroundings of their beautiful garden. Even the birds would come & reside in the setting itself. They couples are a great host to whatever capacity to meet your needs. The breakfast was excellent, we even tasted their home grown Ackee straight from the tree in the garden, it tasted out of this world,💫Moreen is an excellent chef, with her own signature dishes, 10/10 five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms were spotlessly clean, breakfast really well presented and excellent quality, very quiet and good location. The owners Adrian and Maureen couldn’t do enough for us, and we’re more than happy to taxi us around for reasonable rates. Felt very safe inside the gated grounds and while driving around at night.

I liked everything about this property especially the food. It was amazing!

Breakfast was great, the food overall was great and the price very reasonable. The customer service exceptional, big up host Adrian. It was peaceful and quiet. Everywhere was clean and fresh. Love the inspirational writings on wall. My family and I will definitely recommend and go back there.

We like the welcome,cleanliness,ambiance,inspirational thoughts.The hospitality of the host the Baxters are great host warm.and caring. This was our second visit. My wife and I enjoyed being there on the two occasions. We would recomend any one to this property without hesitation.

There was nothing not to like

The personal touch is the main 5-star feature. The excellent breakfast and we purchased other meals which were AAA+++. The neat little pool and the constant follow-up ensured we were happy. They thoughtfully added flame lights to our poolside dinner and the birthday sign placed in our room for my wife's birthday. We have nothing to complain about
