Amazing staff and place. The breakfast in the rooftop was the cherry on the cake. Would definitely come back here on another visit to Marrakech.

Bra service fra personalet. Vi fikk hjelp med transport helt fra flyplassen og inn i medinaen (først bil og så bagasjetralle). Det var et basseng der som ungene badet i som var bra når det var så varmt. Rommet var bra.

Sengene var noe harde. Bassenget kunne ha blitt renset noe mer. Hvis man ikke fikk plass i skyggen ved frokost, ble det veldig hett.

Un petit déjeuner copieux et servi toujours avec le sourire. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité du personnel ainsi que leurs bons conseils. Toujours de bonne humeur et de la convivialité. Le ryad est très bien placé, à 250 metres de la place Jeemna El Fna, en plein dans les souks mais la tranquilité est assurée. Nous vous recommandons absolument ce ryad. Pascale et Jean-Marie

Nous recommandons vivement ce ryad très bien placé au coeur de la médina et du souk de Marrakech., Le personnel est chaleureux et très gentil. Les chambres sont confortables et l'hôtel authentique.

La estancia fue genial, la habitación estaba preparada incluso antes de la hora del check-in, por lo que pudimos descansar a la llegada. Escogimos la opción desayuno + cena, la comida estaba deliciosa y el servicio muy rápido. Destacar el buen trato del personal, en especial Ayoub que estuvo muy atento en todo momento.

Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und die traditionellen Verzierungen im Haus. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann erholsam schlafen. Den Pool habe ich nicht getestet.

Das Frühstück war ein Witz. Kann man wirklich nicht empfehlen. Dann geht man lieber draußen frühstücken in einem schönen Kaffee fürs gleiche Geld. Die Lage ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr weit weg zu öffentlichen Anwendungen.

Un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel à l'Héritage Lalla Aicha Hotel & Spa. Dès l'entrée dans la chambre, on est séduit : un espace spacieux et lumineux, une décoration élégante mêlant charme traditionnel marocain. Literie d'un moelleux parfait, linge de qualité, salle de bain impeccable… tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour un repos absolu. La propreté est irréprochable, l'insonorisation excellente, et le petit plus qui change tout : une vue et une ambiance apaisantes qui invitent à la détente dès qu'on pose ses valises. On s'y sent immédiatement comme dans un cocon. Côté restauration, la table est à la hauteur du reste : couscous, tajine et briwat d'une saveur remarquable, et un petit-déjeuner copieux et raffiné qui commence idéalement la journée. Ajoutez à cela un accueil chaleureux et un personnel aux petits soins, et vous obtenez une adresse d'exception. Nous repartons enchantés et reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation !

Todo el edificio del alojamiento es un riad histórico muy bonito y muy bien reacondicionado. Es un gusto poder alojarse en sitios de este tipo. Las habitaciones están limpias y el personal es muy amable. Los desayunos en la terraza son hechos al momento y nos gustaron mucho. Su situación tan céntrica lo hace perfecto para poderte dar un baño en la piscina o una ducha si tienes calor callejeando por el centro.

La proximité de la place Jemaa El Fna, tout en étant au calme. L'accueil de l'équipe. L'endroit est très joli et on peut profiter de la piscine pour se rafraîchir. Les repas pris au Riad étaient très bons et le petits déjeuner copieux.

La ubicación, ya que está en pleno centro de la ciudad. Justo al lado de la plaza de las especias y a 8 minutos andando de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna punto neurálgico de la ciudad. La limpieza de las habitaciones y el desayuno diario y elaborado por ellos mismos, que sirven cada mañana en la terraza del establecimiento. Recomendable contratar con ellos el servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto. Son puntuales y el trato es exquisito con este servicio. El personal muy amable. Mención especial y agradecimiento a Abdou, siempre disponible, atento y educado. Si volvemos este será nuestro alojamiento en Marrakech. Estuvimos 6 noches. Gracias por todo.

El callejón de acceso al Riad, puede impresionar un poco al principio. Pero no tuvimos ningún problema ni de noche ni de día cada vez que entrábamos o salíamos del Riad incluso de madrugada.

Best nights sleep in a really comfortable bed. Great location, in the heart of the Medina but extremely quiet. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

We had a really lovely stay at this riad. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed before and during our stay. The riad itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed, while the rooftop terrace was a great spot to unwind after a busy day in the medina. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — there was plenty of food and a good variety to choose from. The location was perfect as well, right in the heart of the medina and within easy walking distance of the main attractions.

In all my travels, I have never encountered such helpful, kind, and understanding staff. We are very grateful to them for doing so much for us during our stay. Our room was beautiful and authentic, and the inner courtyard and rooftop terrace were also very charming. The breakfast was plentiful, and the spa services were excellent.

This is a peaceful place where you can feel home! The people from the Riad are lovely and very supportive! They are amazing and made our 8 days the best!! The place is well located, beautiful and you can see the sunset from the rooftop. Breakfast is delicious and food is also great!! Looking forward to get back to this place!!

It`s basically in the heart of Medina, but hidden in a small alley. There is a slight problem with the main door, which are not easy to open with a key. You need to pull it before using a key. Rooftop breakfast, quite typical for Morocco, nothing really special, but plenty of choice and tasty.

La bañera del baño no es una bañera de inmersión como yo me imaginaba.

Breakfast was great and so cute on the roof terrace. We arrived a few hours early, we over estimated how long it would take us to get through customs. The staff at the Riad arranged a taxi for us last minute and sent someone to greet us and help us find the Riad. It was so helpful because we definitely would have gotten lost if we tried on our own! They made us tea and brought us some cookies while we waited for our room to be ready. We were prepared to wander around a few hours first because it was our fault we arrived so early but they were so kind!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti, il posto è molto curato e silenzioso nonostante si trovi nel bel mezzo dei souk. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la sua premura nel prepararci una colazione al sacco in quanto il nostro checkout sarebbe stato al mattino molto presto.

Personnel accueillant. Hebergement bien situé dans les ruelles du souk. Sommes partis très tôt avant l heure du petit dej mais le personnel nous a laissé le petit dej à emporter.

Salle de bain très sombre. La présentation laisse penser à un hébergement bien plus haut de gamme qu il ne l ai. Le repas du soir se résume à un plat unique qu il faut en plus commander avant d arriver ?! Même pas de dessert . Les soins ? Un minuscule hamman et le massage en chambre pour un tarif assez élevé. Rapport qualité peux très mauvais.

Bom pequeno almoço, mais do que estavamos à espera.O funcionário que nos atendeu era muito simpatico e atencioso. As camas eram confortáveis, toalhas e limpeza diarias.

Está a precisar de obras, o quarto em que ficamos apresentava algum desgaste ao nivel das cortinas, WC e paredes. Faltam "cabides" para colocar roupa.

The staff are incredibly attentive & friendly! The location is in a quiet street in the middle of the medina. It's walking distance from all of the sights of Marrakech (e.g., jemaa al fenna, dar el bacha, le jardin secret).

It is a cute bed and breakfast; however, the facilities aren't as nice as the photos. In my room there were water stains on the walls, a leaky sink, and the water temperature varied on the day. I went to Marrakech in April as the temperate is heating up. I found the riad incredibly stuffy even with the AC at its lowest temperature in my room.

L’emplacement vraiment central, au cœur des souks et à 2 pas de la place Jemaa el Fna. Jolie décoration. Organisation du transfert aéroport pour notre vol très tôt le matin.

Oubliez le mot ‘’spa’’ dans le nom : l’établissement possède une salle de hammam de la taille d’un placard (pas possible de s’allonger si on fait plus de 1m70), et les massages proposés se font en fait dans votre chambre sur une table d’appoint… De bien meilleures options sont possibles ailleurs. Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre, mais pas d’emplacement adapté pour que toutes les chambres puissent le prendre, d’autant plus si la terrasse n’est pas accessible à cause du temps. Le petit déjeuner est prêt très tard : top pour la grasse mat’ mais pas compatible si vous prévoyez une visite tôt quelque part. Sur les 5 lits de la chambre familiale, 2 n’avaient que des couettes, sans drap housse Pas d’intimité dans les chambres - les fenêtres qui donnent toutes sur la cour intérieure ne sont pas insonorisées.

I really liked staying here. The staff is amazing, so kind and fun. Breakfast on the terrace in the sun, delicious and you won’t realize that you are in the midst of the medina.

Pięknie i klimatycznie urządzony Riad. Cudowna atmosfera, którą tworzą ludzie, którzy tam pracują. Zawsze uśmiechnięci, życzliwi i chętni do pomocy. Pyszne śniadania (serwowane na tarasie) na słono i słodko, fantastyczny sok pomarańczowy i różnorodne marokańskie placki przygotowane na miejscu dla każdego gościa. Wyśmienity szef kuchni. Zamawiane w restauracji kolacje, to tradycyjne marokańskie dania, pyszne i zawsze ze świeżych produktów. Doskonała lokalizacja w samym centrum Mediny, w bocznej uliczce, wszędzie blisko i zawsze można szybko wrócić do cichego, spokojnego i chłodnego Riadu. Świetne WI-FI, działająca klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie, wygodne łóżka. Spędziliśmy w Lalla Aicha cudowny czas, już tęsknimy, chcemy tam kiedyś wrócić. D&M

Wszystko nam się podobało, lubimy klimatyczne miejsca, nie znosimy resortowych hoteli.

Hele mooie riad middenin de Souks. Van de drukke straten betreed je de rustige riad. Kamers zijn comfortabel. Ze zijn voor twee personen vrij ruim (ligt eraan wat je gewend bent). Badkamer is netjes en schoon. De gastheer is een hele vriendelijke jongeman en zeer behulpzaam. Hij heeft ons gedurende ons verblijf echt heel erg fijn geholpen.

Het bed had een behoorlijke bobbel in het midden. Dat was wel wat vervelend, maar niet storend genoeg om het gelijk te melden. Kamers waren wel wat gehorig, maar vanaf 22 uur is het heel rustig.

Das ganze Riad sollte renoviert werden, es gibt dort nichts Komfortables oder Schönes. Die Badezimmer eine totale Katastrophe. Ich hab mich überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt und bin glücklich wieder zuhause zu sein.

Die Lage war top, direkt in den Souks und trotzdem ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und haben sich um alles gekümmert.

Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig durch andere Gäste. Es gab eine unangenehme Situation direkt zu Beginn mit einem vom Hotel externen Mann, der uns zusammen mit einem Mitarbeiter des Hotels mit dem Gepäck geholfen hat. Dieser war nicht zufrieden mit dem Trinkgeld und hat uns sehr unangenehm bedrängt. Das Hotel hat sich aber dafür entschuldigt und dies in der Endrechnung ausgeglichen.

Localização, limpeza, o pequeno-almoço era ótimo e o staf espetaculares Incansáveis, sempre muito preocupado se estávamos bem e se presidiávamos de mais alguma coisa .

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie is goed, 10min lopen vanaf een goed bereikbare parkeerplaats en je zit dichtbij de levendigheid.

De tweepersoonsbedden waren goed. Het eenpersoonsbed in de 3-persoonskamer was wat aan de harde kant.

I booked this stay for a quick day trip to Marrakesh and honestly everything was great. The room was really nice and comfy. I especially want to highlight their food – I've tried traditional Moroccan cuisine at places all over the country and theirs is well-made and tasty. I'd definitely recommend to check it out.

Finding the place is a bit tricky when you first get to the medina, but that's just how the medina is. The good news is the staff are super helpful and happy to guide you. It can get a bit noisy inside, but I figure that's just part of staying in an old medina building – you can't really avoid it.

Very nice riad in a great location in Medina. The staff was kind and always available and the room was clean. Good breakfast included in the stay which is always a plus and a nice rooftop to enjoy the sun.

We found the place a bit noisy, not sure if it was because during Ramadan the family woke up early to eat and pray or if it's always like that when they set up for breakfast etc and maybe our room was just below the kitchen.

Localisation idéale proche de la grande place. La qualité des repas. Le confort et la propreté de la pièce a dormir.

L'accueil du personnel à notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour était froid et pas serviable. La demi pension n'était pas satisfaisante : un plat principal uniquement sans entrée et dessert. Le petit déjeuner était basique et répétitif. Le rapport qualité prix de la demi pension n'était donc pas justifié. Le riad est bruyant surtout pour les personnes qui occupaient une chambre au RDC. La réception était en face de notre chambre et le staff était particulièrement bruyant sans considération pour les pensionnaires. Propreté du mobilier de la terrasse a revoir.

A localização é muito boa. Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e prestaveis. O pequeno Almoço foi sempre excelente.

Joli riad familial. La gentillesse du personnel. Le très bon petit dej et un succulent dîner au riad. Y manger au moins une fois est un must!

Le prix était tout de même élevé mais sans doute car pendant les vacances scolaires françaises.

L'emplacement du Riad au coeur de la Médina, mais aussi et surtout la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel étaient top ! Les petits déjeuners et diner étaient très bons et copieux.

La literie, bien que correcte, pourrait être un peu meilleure. Les portes pourraient être poncées pour se manipuler plus facilement et ainsi être moins bruyantes.

Wir wurden mit marokkanischem Tee begrüßt. Der Innenhof sieht sehr schön aus. Auf der Dachterrasse haben sie schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Leider ist es im Winter zu kalt, um den Innenhof oder die Dachterrasse zu nutzen (zumindest morgens & abends). Das Frühstück war draußen auf der Dachterrasse, wo es im Februar um 7 Uhr morgens leider super kalt ist. Wir hatten gelesen, dass es als Option ein veganes Frühstück geben kann. Ich hatte dies im Vorhinein schriftlich angefragt und bei Ankunft nochmal erfragt. Der Gastgeber hat freundlich zugestimmt, wusste aber offensichtlich nicht zu 100 % was vegan bedeutet (siehe Foto). Also verlasst euch da nicht drauf. Es war ein marokkanisches Frühstück, wie man es in allen Riads bekommt. Die sind alle sehr ähnlich. Er hat dann für uns noch Gemüse hinzugefügt, was ja nett ist, allerdings mit einem Ei drauf (nachdem wir seine Frage, ob wir Ei essen, verneint hatten). Da er sich aber bemüht hatte und es einfach nicht besser weiß, bewerte ich das nicht negativ.
