Lo unico para corregir sería que desde la ducha del baño, sale bastante agua hacia afuera, mojando el baño, a pesar de tener cortina.

Wir hatten Zimmer 1, daher Fenster zum Innenhof. Sehr ruhig. Zudem hatten wir ein eigenes Bad mit Fenster für uns alleine (aber über den Flur). Zimmer nett eingerichtet. Das Guesthouse ist nett eingerichtet und besitzt viel Charme. Die Besitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend. Check-In-Daten per WhatsApp. Lage ist nah an Metrostation und direkt bei einer Busstation.

Etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück (zB Brötchen) wäre schön gewesen.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean with jug of water ready for use in the room. Didn't see staff until my last day due to my going out earlier but communicated by whatsapp and were friendly and preparded nice breakfast buffet

I would prefer breakfast maybe to start at 7.30am instead of 8.30 but lots of things in lisbon start later

It is located very central to access the old town, public transport is just on the street, metro and bus. The host, Rachel, is very kind and can give you many advices. The breakfast is simple but adequate. The are shared bathrooms, but everything was very clean at all times.

Not bad but a tip: don’t park in the side street, even not after 7 p.m. It is a parking zone for residents only after 7 pm. The information is not on the pay machine only on the P sign. Emel, the Lisbon parking authority comes to check after 7 pm. It’s 60 € if you park there. We parked in the Telpark Marquise de Pompal park house, 3 days for a total price of 28,95 which is a very good price for Lisbon.

Perfect location, bus right outside door and metro by walking distance. The four seasons Hotel is cross the road (hint for a good spot). There is a park with a lot of green nearby, perfect for an evening walk to enjoy the breeze. Breakfast has some variety and very nice plates selection.

The room was facing the busy roads, so you can't sleep with open window, and the window has great sound proof.

Perfect stay! Comfortable room, private bathroom next door, very good breakfast in a cosy dining room. Great contact with a host with lots of hints for your stay in Lisbon (walking tours, places to visit, restaurants etc).

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut und auch das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war top und das Gemeinschaftsbad immer verfügbar und sauber. Zimmer war zur Straße hin aber die Tür zum (kleinen) Balkon war super schalldicht.

Raquel ist hilfsbereit & freundlich, das Apartment ist sehr hat nur wenige Zimmer, daher sehr familiär, das Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet, der Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr schön, vor allem wenn man den schönen Fensterplatz bekommt. Lage sehr zentral, perfekt für einige Tage sight-seeing. Sehr sauber und sicher. Liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse, daher tagsüber natürlich laut, aber die Fenster sind aber gut isoliert und es gibt eine airco.

Erg goede locatie om Lissabon te verkennen. Dichtbij de metro. Fijn dat er ontbijt aanwezig is. Lief personeel, geen moeite met late check in. Ruime kamer.

Niks, alles was goed.

The room was clean, simple, and equipped with air conditioning. We also appreciated the complimentary carafe of water. Even though our room was facing the main street, we couldn't hear any traffic noise once the windows were closed. Raquel is a wonderful host. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, communication was quick and smooth, and she provided us with excellent recommendations for things to do and great places to eat in Lisbon. The continental breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of options.

These are only very minor suggestions for improvement: The floor of the shared bathroom was sometimes quite wet after someone had taken a shower. As the bathroom is fairly small, it would be great to have a few more hooks or shelves so guests can keep their personal belongings dry. It would also be lovely to have a mirror in the room for applying makeup or checking your clothes. I always had to use the mirror in the shared bathroom, so having one in the room would be a nice little convenience.

Location is just great. The room is cosy, pleasant to be in, windows cut off all street sounds when closed. Bathrooms are kept clean. The breakfast selection is small but well-rounded to kickstart the day: boiled eggs, sandwich stuff, fruit, coffee, some sweets. The common areas and the dining room are lovely, books everywhere, I've enjoyed picking up an album of British design to accompany my morning coffee. Overall the place has a genuine character and a nice vibe. Much respect to the hostess for making it all possible. Would book again w/no hesitation. Thank you!

Stanza grande, cortesia, disponibilità e simpatia dell'host. La posizione nonostante fosse un po' decentrata era comunque ben servita dai mezzi, metropolitana, bus e tram.

Raquel was an amazing host! The room was nice with a cute little balcony. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and was a perfect way to start the day. It was in a great location to walk to the busy spots in town but come back to a nice quiet room to sleep. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Raquel.

Nice location, everything is easily approachable in the city with the nearby metro station. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and regularly checked up on if we needed anything more. The breakfast was delecious and the hostess Raquel was great and very helpful whenever we needed something.

De kamer was groot en zag er prachtig uit! Het bed was ook super. De host Rachel was heel aardig en had mooie tips over wat te zien en waar te eten.

We wisten van tevoren dat de badkamer extern was, maar we wisten niet dat het zo klein en benauwd was. De host had een soort van luchtreiniger geplaatst, maar de vervelende geur die er hing, ging er niet van weg. Maar we kwamen er maar 2x per dag, dus daar was best mee te leven. Wat tegenviel was het ontbijt, dit was echt pover en afgepast.

Isolation phonique moyenne. C'est plus une colocation qu'une Guest house. Nous avions une salle de bain pour 5 personnes (équivalence 3 chambres) et les toilettes étaient dans la salle de bain. Le matin, 2 femmes ont monopolisé la salle de bain (et donc les toilettes) pendant 1h.. Les 3 autres attendions, nous ne pouvions ni nous laver les dents, ni aller aux toilettes.. Donc pour la salle de bain si vous êtes avec des gens qui comprennent qu'ils ne sont pas seuls et qu'il faut faire vite, c'est ok (bien que les toilettes dans la salle de bain ne soient vraiment pas idéal, cela cause trop d'attente), mais si vous tombez comme nous sur des femmes qui se lavent les cheveux, se font leur brushing dans la salle de bain (alors qu'elles peuvent le faire dans la chambre), c'est plutôt embêtant.

Fantastic place to stay, I stayed at Magnolia for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The communication from the property before and during my stay was fantastic—professional, friendly, and very helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy, and beautifully presented. Both the room and the apartment had a boutique feel and were absolutely stunning. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the complimentary water provided each day in glass bottles, which was a thoughtful and environmentally friendly touch. Breakfast was continental, with a selection of fresh fruits and other high-quality foods. Everything was fresh and well presented. The location was also excellent, with the metro just an 8-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. It’s also conveniently close to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend Magnolia and would happily stay here again.

Raquel, l’hôtesse est formidable , elle est accueillante et répond à toutes les sollicitations. L’emplacement est aussi intéressant, proche des moyens de transport, bus, métro..et d’où on peut aller à pied au centre historique.la chambre que nous avons occupée est spacieuse.

Les toillettes sont en dehors de la chambres et nous les partagions avec deux autres chambres, et ce n’est pas du tout pratique. les équipements sont un peu vétustes. Mais comparé avec l’emplacemnt c’est un juste rapport qualité,prix

Frukosten var riklig. Det var rent och snyggt. Värdinnan var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Precis utanför hotellet ligger en busshållplats med buss direkt till flygplatsen.

Kvaliteten på råvarorna i frukosten kunde varit lite högre.

The location is central with good metro connections close by.

The accommodation is a large apartment where the bedrooms are rented out individually (think student share flat). It’s more of a hostel than a guesthouse. The furniture seems cheap, especially the bed was very uncomfortable. The sound isolation between the bedroom is terrible. This kind of accommodation concept is popping up more and more in Lisbon, but we have stayed at way nicer shared apartments with a cheaper price point. Finally, our room was still being cleaned at the indicated check-in time, so we had to wait around for 30 minutes.

Shared bathrooms meant they were usually occupied, no staff onsite at all during my stay. No instructions on how to use the blinds, there was a lot of light from the main road and hotel across that didn’t help my sleep

Die Lage

Jetzt muss langsam Geld in die Hand genommen werden, um das B&B ansprechen zu erhalten. Wir waren früher schon einmal hier und da liegen leider Welten zwischen. Das Sofa im Zimmer ist kaputt, die Tür im Bad blättert innen ab, der Seifenspender ist oll und in die Jahre gekommen - und so könnten wir weitermachen. Früher gab es nachmittags hausgemachten Kuchen der Gastgeberin und hausgemachte Marmelade zum Frühstück - halt viel Liebe zum Detail. Dies sucht man heute vergebens. Mit ein wenig Investment könnte man alles etwas aufwerten. Die Zimmernummern sind mit Filzer an die Türen gemalt - OK kann man machen aber auch hier geht es in schön und nicht einfach schief und krum hingeschmiert. 8.30 Uhr sollte das Frühstück starten. Am Abreisetag könnten wir nicht entspannt teilnehmen, weil es um die Zeit nicht angerichtet war. Wir hatten 20 Minuten Zeit vor unserer Abreise für das Frühstück, also mehr als genug, wenn wir rechtzeitig hätten starten können. So wurde da leider nichts draus... Früher war es ein B&B mit viel Liebe und Charme, jetzt hat es eher das Niveau einer guten Jugendherberge. Muss man wissen, wenn man bucht. Wir würden hier nicht nochmal übernachten.

Alojamiento lindo, quizas no tan cerca de la parte mas turistica. Buenas instalaciones, contabamos con baño privado que sumaba mucho a la estadia. Buen desayuno. Entrada independiente con llaves y códigos. Muy buena anfitriona, atenta y respondiendo a la brevedad.

Tuvimos algun inconveniente con la puerta de la entrada que fue solucionado por la anfitriona enseguida. Resto todo muy bien.

Dopala nam se predusretljivost gospođe Rakel, kao uostalom i svih ljudi u Portugalu uopšte. Dobra je i lokacija, nije sam centar, ali je zaista dovoljno blizu. Prodavnica i autobuska stanica su odmah ispred pansiona, a ni metro stanica nije daleko. Takođe i deo gde se doručkuje je nekako intiman porodični i zaista upečatljiv, (naročito stočić u uglu) uz prigušenu muziku koja ide sa radija.

Nema nekih kardinalni stvari, ali ajde da nešto napomenemo. Možda nije baš najtiše noću, jer prozori gledaju na bulevar, pa se čuje buka automobila.

The bedroom and shared bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It’s in a nice location with good transport links, being close to the Metro and bus stops. There are some good restaurant options nearby, and it was easy to walk down into more central areas. We also had a small shared balcony. Breakfast provided was a nice extra and offered fresh veg/fruit, ham and cheese, bread, and eggs, as well as drinks.

Not so much anything that we didn’t like, but the property is pretty simple, and the shared bathroom situation has its downsides when you’re waiting for whoever got to it first! The walls also felt pretty thin, and sound travelled quite a lot, especially with people coming and going in the hallways late at night.

Había según la hora tiempos de espera para el baño. El baño asociado era compartido por 3 habitaciones. Habia otro baño para dos habitaciones. Creo que se deberían poder usar indistintamente de la habitación en la que estuvieras para así mejorar los tiempos de espera

Raquel was so attentive and though we never met face to face she made our stay very comfortable. She allowed us to drop off luggage early and provided bagged breakfasts for our early morning departures. She also provided us with a list of places in the area to check out.

Il posto non è centrale, ma sotto la struttura c’è la fermata autobus che è comodissima. La proprietaria è stata gentile e deliziosa, ci ha dato consigli su posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare, si premurava che avessimo tutto il necessario. Il primo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con l’entrata nella struttura e ha risposto subito, mettendosi a disposizione per aggiustare il problema. La colazione è piccola ma squisita, i prodotti sono locali e c’è abbastanza scelta. Avevamo un bagno privato fuori dalla stanza, pulito e attrezzato del necessario, con molte asciugamani a disposizione.

La struttura non è molto insonorizzata, si sente il rumore della gente fuori dai locali e pub sulla strada. Il meccanismo di entrata, di apertura della porte e di uso delle chiavi e un po’ complicato da capire, in Portogallo sembra che un po’ tutte le porte funzionino al contrario (noi le apriamo verso destra e loro le aprono verso sinistra) Manca la tv in camera.

Raquel a été de bons conseils, agréable toujours souriante. La guesthouse est à proximité des bus et du métro. Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans le prix. Si nous revenons sur Lisbonne nous y retournerons dans problème.

The sharing of the toilets and it was very noisy. Water from the shower did not come out properly. The store from the bedroom was stuck.
