Reviewed Sep 12, 2026İlk önce misafirperver bir ev sahibi vardı. Ve çoğu konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Kendisine selam olsun. Odamız tertemizdi ve otantikti. Banyo da temizdi ve bu konuda hiç üzülmedik. Kahvaltısına dahil olmadık ama eminim o da güzeldir. İkram ettiği çay lezzetliydi çünkü.
Sevmediğim herhangi bir şey yok. Yalnız Google mapste tam yeri gözükmüyor. 12 numaralı kapıyı gördükten sonra biraz ilerleyip sağa dönerseniz bulabilirsiniz.

The airconditioning could not stand against the heat during that time of the year so it was so hot in the room but the staff was kind enough to lend us his fan. We didnt know that running water in the whole town gets shut down at a certain time of the night. So it was hard to shower.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Os funcionários foram super prestáveis e atenciosos, do início ao fim. Disponibilizaram o serviço de transfer e vieram ter ao nosso encontro na praça para nos levar até ao Riad. Fomos recebidos com chá e bolos típicos e no último dia pudemos deixar as nossas malas no Riad após o check out. Sempre que precisámos de alguma coisa fomos respondidos com simpatia. O alojamento ficava a 10/15 minutos da praça jemaa el-fnaa e próximo a uma rua com muitos sítios para comer, movimentada e segura. Estávamos com medo que o riad ficasse localizado numa zona muito afastada das ruas com mais movimento, mas ficava mesmo próximo da rua principal e mesmo à noite sentimo-nos bastante seguros em todo o trajeto. O terraço também é bastante agradável, bem como a decoração interior do riad também.
A fonte que surge nas fotos não estava a funcionar. A água do duche tinha boa pressão, mas a temperatura oscilava bastante entre o frio e quente. Não foi problemático tendo em conta as temperaturas que apanhámos em Marrocos, mas talvez no inverno fosse mais incomodativo... O pequeno almoço era bom para o preço pago, mas sentimos que podíamos ter mais opções ao longo dos dias. Sentimos falta de queijo/fiabre para meter no pão/croissaints e de manteiga (que só foi servida num dos 3 dias em que tomámos o pequeno-almoço).

La seule petite chose négative a été une wi-fi qui ne fonctionnait pas bien.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Struttura davvero meravigliosa. Un luogo di tranquillità, ma in un’ottima posizione. Vicino al punto di incontro di molte escursioni “Pharmacie Marrakech”. La colazione è ottima e l’host Imhad è una bravissima persona, molto disponibile che ci ha aiutate in tutto e per tutto. Siamo state accolte con thé e biscotti e acqua al nostro arrivo, ci ha portato le valigie, prenotato un taxi, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli tutto il giorno in struttura dopo il check out e ci ha tenuto compagnia fino a mezzanotte per aspettare il taxi per l’aeroporto!

Reviewed May 12, 2026Personale molto gentile. La conduzione credo sia famigliare, c’era molta cura e attenzione. Buona posizione, letto e cuscino comodissimi. Riad molto tranquillo, c’è pace e al mattino si sentono gli uccellini.
Tutto benissimo. È richiesto di fare silenzio perché si sente un po’ tutto dalle stanze, quindi per rispetto degli altri ospiti bisogna cercare di tenere il tono piuttosto basso.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Très joli riad idéalement situé au cœur de la Médina de Marrakech. Tout peut se faire à pied, avec un accès très rapide à l’une des rues animées du souk. De nombreux petits commerces et restaurants se trouvent à proximité. La terrasse est particulièrement agréable, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Un grand merci à Elhoussien, le propriétaire, pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa communication régulière et efficace tout au long de notre séjour. Une super adresse que je recommande sans hésiter à Marrakech !

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Ottima la posizione appena fuori delle mura, in zona che rispecchia l'organizzazione della Medina ma con più genuinità. Negozi frequentati dalla gente del posto ma anche piccoli locali di buona qualità ma senza lussi occidentali. Il riad è dentro le stradine ma a poca distanza dalla strada in cui prendere il taxi. Facile raggiungere anche a piedi le zone più interessanti della città.
Forse per la stagione la stanza sapeva un pò di chiuso, in effetti le finestre non hanno vetri ma scuri ed inferriate, garanzia di originalità ma con il freddo un pò scomode.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Las calles de la medina de pueden dar cierto vértigo al principio, pero te acabas acostumbrando. En ningún momento sentimos miedo, de hecho, todo lo contrario, estuvimos 1 semana y nos sentimos muy a gusto todo el tiempo, aunque es verdad que hay ciertas zonas que están bastante abandonadas y no te pierdes nada, es mejor caminar por los lados más turísticos de la medina. La gente del barrio y de los comercios es muy amable. Tuvimos el placer de conocer a Teresa, la dueña, en el momento del checkin y fue muy amable dándonos un pequeño tour por el barrio de camino a la plaza. El resto del personal también es muy amable , además hablan inglés, francés y árabe. La terraza de arriba está muy bien para descansar un poco.
La iluminación de la habitación es insuficiente. La puerta de la entrada y del baño no cierran bien y es incómodo, además de que se escucha todo lo que pasa fuera de la habitación precisamente por esto. No te limpian la habitación a no ser que lo pidas expresamente.

The city center is about a 10-minute walk away. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness, and the beautiful rooms. The manager of the riad, Elhoussien, is very helpful, kind, and pleasant—always happy to assist you.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026We stayed at a different Riad in Marrakech for 3 nights before staying in the mountains then only stayed at this riad for one night before our flight home but honestly now wish we’d stayed at Riad Papadou the entire stay. It has a really beautiful interior, courtyard and rooftop and just felt so down to earth. The owner is super friendly and helpful. She greeted us with tea and pastries, made sure we had everything we needed and even walked us to the taxi she’d booked us to go to the airport. The location of the hostel is also great as it’s central but not too close to the hectic souks.
Nothing but just a reminder to other guests to request breakfast as it wasn’t included in the price and we forgot to ask for it

La décoration est très belle, l'accueil était top merci beaucoup, on nous a réservé un taxi pour notre depart et on nous y a accompagné pour faciliter les choses. La terrasse est super, canapés, tables, on peut prendre le soleil au calme. Notre chambre était vraiment nickel également. Et le petit déjeuner incroyable, tout était prêt et nous attendait sur la table devant notre chambre 😊
Tout était parfait, notre seule déception c'est de n'y être resté que 2 nuits.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026It was nice and quiet property with a good open roof terrace. The room was good for 2 nights however quite basic if you was going to stay longer. The manger of the hotel was very kind and helpful and came and picked us up from our taxi.
Our room had no sort of fan in the bathroom. So when we finished using the shower everything became very wet, steamy and condensation would build up.

Elhoussien è stato sempre disponibile, ci ha aspettato di sera per accompagnarci fino al Riad e ci ha offerto anche una bottiglia d'acqua che dopo un lungo viaggio è sempre gradita. Posizione fuori dal caos del Souk.
Il condizionatore era un po' rumoroso e c'era poca insonorizzazione tra le stanze ma tutti gli ospiti sono stati rispettosi e silenziosi.

Además son súper atentos, queríamos dejar las bolsas el último día porque nuestro avión de vuelta era por la tarde, se nos olvidó preguntarlo y vinieron ellos a preguntarnos la hora del vuelo y a ofrecerse a guardar nuestras cosas.

La próxima vez que volvamos a Marrakech, sin pensarlo nos volveremos a alojar. La habitación es muy agradable y todo muy limpio. Además tiene aire acondicionado, en caso de que hago calor o frío. La ubicación esta a unos 10 minutos andando de la plaza central, lo que es un acierto porque no escuchas ruido por la noche.
