Suite no 7, hidden gem center of Amsterdam

We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place! 😊 The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating, and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. The room was cleaned every day and everything was always super clean and tidy. We also really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks – such a lovely extra! The room itself is beautifully decorated and very cozy, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The location is amazing as well, right by one of Amsterdam’s beautiful canals and perfectly situated for exploring the city. Everything we needed was within easy reach. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and felt very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Wonderful stay in Amsterdam. Julia was an excellent and attentive host, both at check-in and throughout our stay. The apartment is beautifully designed with thoughtful little details everywhere, and even the everyday amenities and consumables are noticeably high quality—it’s clear the hosts genuinely invest in providing a premium experience. The bedroom is exceptionally spacious for Amsterdam, and the location near Museumplein is fantastic, with the city centre within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!

Julia was so helpful and kind throughout our stay. The room is gorgeous, clean and private. Loved staying here and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Amsterdam!

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique chambre. C'est très spacieux, propre et épuré. Literie incroyable Julia est une hôte très accueillante. L'emplacement est pratique car à moins de 10min du centre d'Amsterdam et il y a beaucoup de petits commerces et d'endroits sympas aux alentours pour boire un verre, prendre le petit-déjeuner etc Je recommande.

seul petit bémol : ce n'est pas très bien insonorisé mais ça n'a pas affecté la qualité de mon séjour.

Other than the fact that the decor was top end, the location was perfect. Then, it was located at the rear of the property which meant.absolutely no street noise.

The apartment was spacioius, spotlessly clean, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. The bathroom, wash area and shower were modern and beautifully designed. Our host, Julia, was exceptionally gracious and helpful. Finally, the location was superb and just across the road from a metro station. We would definately book again for a return visit to Amsterdam. Thank you very much, Julia, for all of your kindnesses. We had a wonderful visit.

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, centrally located

Spacious room with very comfy bed. Small fridge with complimentary drinks. It was nice to find some tea, coffee and a coffee machine. Keep in mind that it is not exactly a self catering apartment, there is no table, chairs or cooking facilities at the room. However, there is no shortage of places to eat all around, just next door. The location is superb! There is a metro station at the other side of the street and a tram stop is 250 m away. Short walk will take you to Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, Concertgebouw (concert hall) and many other attractions. On top of everything else, there are absolutely delightful hosts. Julia gave us a list of excellent places to eat and kept our luggage when we checked out. As our flight was very late and we had almost the whole day to explore Amsterdam. We will definitely come back!

Super schöne moderne Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz und tollem Design. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wer Problem mit zwei steilen Treppen hat (ältere Personen) für die ist es nicht die richtige Wahl…für alle anderen sehr zu empfehlen

Top hergerichtet, tolle gastfreundliche Atmosphäre, Kaffee, Snacks, Getränke waren vom Gastgeber bereitgestellt. Lage top: direkt vor der U-Bahn. Einrichtung hochwertig, Bett super bequem, im Bad hochwertige Pflegeprodukte. Sehr , sehr sauber.

Ubytování bylo naprosto skvělé – čisté, moderně zařízené a velmi pohodlné. Hostitelé Alex a Julie byli mimořádně ochotní a vstřícní, vždy připraveni poradit či pomoci. Lokalita je perfektní, klidná. V okolí je spousta skvělých podniků (restaurace, kavárny…). Rozhodně doporučuji a rádi bychom se vrátili.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room is up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The location is perfect, at a walkable distance of all places of interest in Amsterdam. Julia, the host, is super available, nice and flexible. Would definitly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Amsterdam !

The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated throughout. The bed is huge and very comfortable The host is so helpful and communication was superb. In a great location, many bars and restaurants nearby.

Julia was the most fantastic host- we could not of been more fortunate, always making sure we we had everything we needed (clean cups and offering suggestions of places to go and eat)! The room itself was absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly clean and it was made sure that we always had everything we needed. The shower was fantastic and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was excellent- very easy to walk around the city from the apartment and also easy to get to and from the airport. I could not recommend this room enough!

There really isn't anything on this- I would say, the stairs were extremely steep. This was fine for my mum and I but I would say, be mindful if mobility is something that you struggle with/

This is a beautiful room in a convenient location for sightseeing. The host was extremely helpful and friendly and communication was excellent.

We liked the tasteful decor and spacious open floor plan. The corner tavern two doors down was a great place for drinks and Dutch style pub grub.

The stairs were steep, but there was a good handrail. This would not be a place to stay for someone who might have trouble negotiating stairs.

Suite no 7 was just perfect in every way - we loved it! It is such a nice apartment that’s based in a great location. Julia was lovely and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Amsterdam!

Excellent location, near museums and next to a canal. Walked everywhere as the location was close to the markets and restaurant areas.

I've stayed in many apartments and this has to be one of the best maintained apartments. It was extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing. Bonus points for being located in the heart of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was just perfect in every way. Julia (our host) was extremely helpful and very kind, would definitely stay here again.

The suite is lovely, but be mindful if you are travelling with friends that the bathroom area is open and not private.

Beautiful suite! Very comfortable bed felt luxurious! I loved the super big and thick bath sheets and heated bathroom floor. Close to music clubs and museums and parking garage across the street. Julia and Alex were very personable and helpful with suggestions of things to do and making restaurant reservations for us.

Had a problem with the heat at first but it was addressed.

It was a 5 star stay. The property was high quality finish and very spacious. We were in a great location and with a Metro near by. The owners are so helpful and friendly and I would def recommend to any other respectful traveler looking for accommodation in Amsterdam. Two stairs in accommodation to be aware of for anyone with mobility issues.

It would had been nice if there had been a breakfast. This place is not for those with mobility issues. Too many steep stairs up and down with luggage. The host carried our bags which was a plus!

Everything about my stay was perfect, easy communication with the hosts. They very kindly kept my luggage so I could head off for the afternoon, without having to carry my bags around all afternoon. Everything you could possibly need, all provided including cold beverages in the fridge, multiple flavours of tea, wide selection of coffees with Nespresso machine. Fantastic bathroom with an amazing shower, nice fresh white linen and towels all provided. Extremely comfortable bed with Netflix, Disney+ etc available. The decoration in the room is beautiful, a fantastic space with high quality shower gels, shampoos, conditioner and hand soap. Fantastic central location, metro across the road, 30 minute walk from Centraal Station. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay in this beautiful property!!

Perfect from reception till departure. Highly flexible (we arrived before check-in and left after check-out). Room was cleaned and beds made daily hotel-style. Highly recommended.

Good and lovely place to be. Super open and direct communication. great size of the room and the interior is done with a lot of passion. The location could not be better. I really enjoyed the stay.

It was a little cold in the room. the heater was working but sometimes was not heating enough.

Julia and Alexander were wonderful hosts. We really felt like at home at their place. They were gentle, polite and thoughtful. Calling the room a suite might feel like an exaggeration, but in this case it is not. It was spacious, all the details well composed and the location exquisite. The room was facing the inner courtyard, making it totally silent, in midst of Amsterdam. Heartily recommended.

The location , Metro right across the road. Very tastefully decorated, everything we needed in the suite and the little extras eg nuts , chocolate peanuts, various teas , coffee machine, fridge. Lots of wardrobe space. The toiletries were wonderful! Importantly it was quiet.

It was perfect. Beautifully decorated. The bathroom was brand new and gorgeous. The bed had crisp white sheets that felt like a nice hotel. Perfect location- central to everything. Daily service was a nice touch. 10/10 would recommend!

Spacious, comfortable and the only visitors as there is just one room, very clean, well equipped, owned by local people, quirky, generally very quiet in a busy area, attractive area within canal network, great location and close to Rijksmuseum, excellent transport links, plentiful places to eat/drink nearby.

Very special secluded room with excellent facilities in a fabulous location.

You need to be aware that there are steps to get to the room. Fine for us but maybe not for everyone.

Close proximity to M station, easy to find foods to eat, clean and ample supply of tea and coffee, Julia was very helpful and helped with booking our dinner. The room was spacious enough for two.

No breakfast, toilet and bathroom are separate, and hand washing unit in another place. Sound proofing not optimal and can get noisy when the host are talking upstairs.

The location was very central close to the Museums shops and restaurants. There was no breakfast, but there are plenty of places within a short walk to get breakfast. The metro station was over the road, and the tram stop is within a few minutes walk.

The stairs are very steep, but they are part of the character of a traditional Amsterdam house. Not good if you were disabled or had small children.

Very nice decor with comfy bed and a good shower

Unfortunately we had a lot of noise our second night there until gone 2am but I don’t think that is necessary normal. The room is a little dark.
