Tem uma excelente localização pra quem não quer ficar nas áreas de muito movimento. Muito perto dos museus, do parque e a 3 min da estação de tram. Da pra ir andando tranquilamente até as principais atrações da cidade.

Acomodação precisa melhorar um pouco a limpeza. O carpete do quarto tem um aspecto ruim. Mas tem um excelente custo benefício

In a quieter part of Amsterdam but still close enough to everything. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable.

One or two areas in room hadn’t been dusted for a while. Not a big deal although did feedback to management. They offered to rectify but I’d already done that myself.

Bon petit déjeuner avec un choix assez large de produits chauds / froids, salé et sucré. L’emplacement est assez idéal, quartier calme et transport en commun à proximité qui permet de rejoindre directement le centre ville d’Amsterdam. La chambre était bien équipée que ça soit la partie climatisation, les indications dynamiques pour demander à faire la chambre ou non (écran tactile dans la chambre). Check in et Check out très rapide !

De kamer was erg proper en het was een zeer moderne badkamer. Er was ook tv, gratis wifi en genoeg opbergruimte voor alle spullen. Het hotel ligt dichtbij haltes voor openbaar vervoer en ligt in een vrij rustige buurt, maar toch hadden we niet het gevoel dat we ver van het centrum waren, wat we een pluspunt vonden.

We hadden een rustige kamer geboekt maar kregen een kamer zonder raam. We hadden enkel een raampje helemaal bovenaan en dus amper daglicht. Dit is niet wat we hadden verwacht onder "rustige kamer" Ook het ontbijt was niet enorm uitgebreid, de basis was er maar er mocht misschien nog iets meer zijn voor de prijs die je ervoor betaalt.

Could use more thorough cleaning. It was too dusty. The walls were even dusty. Could also use 2 pillows instead of one or at least have spare available. When I asked, they ran out but they eventually were able to find me litetally a half pillow. Which I still appreciate though

L'hotel è fuori dal centro ma vicino al museo di Van Gogh, posizionato in una via tranquilla e vicinissimo alla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto di avermi dato una camera tripla con una finestra che dava su un muro distante 50 cm, nessun panorama sembrava di essere in un bunker, dopo le mie rimostranze mi hanno dato una stanza al 4°piano con due grandi finestre. Finalmente riuscivi a vedere il panorama, ho poi scoperto che ci sono stanze anche senza finestre al piano interrato. Sono stati disponibili anche perché la camera non è decisamente economica, la pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare, l'aspirapolvere aspirava poco, diciamo così.

Proximity to “Albert to go” and public transport. The beds were ok. The overall cleanliness was good. They took delivery of something I had ordered online.

They had forgotten to put a soap in the bathroom on our arrival. Also a little fridge could be very helpful to us since we needed to keep some medicine in cold, but there was no fridge.

La ubicación nos pareció perfecta. Está ubicado en un barrio residencial muy lindo, seguro y tranquilo pero así y todo está a pocos minutos caminando de la zona de los museos, del Vondelpark, cafés, restaurantes, etc, y de una avenida en la que paran el tranvía y buses, ideal para irse hacia cualquier lado. A unas cuadras está Pinocchio, un restaurante italiano muy rico en el que la cocina cierra más tarde que lo habitual por la noche. Nos salvó en dos ocasiones. La habitación que elegimos estaba ok de tamaño. Era algo pequeña pero tenía todo lo que se necesita y todo estaba en perfectas condiciones de estado y limpieza. El personal fue muy amable al hacer el check in y check out.

No light in the room

24 hour front desk with helpful staff. Has luggage storage system that you can use before check in and after check out. Location is in a very nice neighborhood. Quiet, and a short walk to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and easily accessible by public transportation. Very close to the museums.

Not a dislike, but important to note that while there are elevators, there are still some stair steps you go through to access some rooms. If mobility is an issue, that is something to keep in mind.

Kamer was netjes en schoon. Badkamer ruim en voorzien van alles. Douche deed het goed. Airconditioning deed het goed. Ligging van het hotel was ook prima. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Bedden kraakten erg en topper verschoof steeds. Kwam aardig wat licht binnen door de gordijnen bovenin, maar wel genoeg privacy. 'S avonds en 's nachts hoorden we regelmatig water door de afvoer stromen en dit was luid.

El nivel de limpieza. En nuestra habitación encontramos mugre de estadías anteriores. Nunca nos dieron funda de almohada y un dia no limpiaron la habitación a pesar de pedirlo.

Room was small however it was perfect for a short weekend away. Modern, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Also in a location with easy access to most areas and public transport options a short walk from the building. Overall for the price, I would recommend. However If it was a longer stay I would suggest a place with a bigger room.

Would have been nice to have a small/mini fridge to store things eg leftover food.

Struttura pulita, posizione centrale per il quartiere di riferimento, anche se sconsiglio il quartiere dei musei in quanto molto spoglio sia per vita notturna che per ristorazione. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.

Cialde del caffè contate e non c’era il frigo bar, cosa un po’ scomoda in base alle nostre abitudini. Dato il prezzo avrei preferito avere la colazione inclusa dato l’importo sostenuto a notte. Nulla di troppo rilevante comunque il soggiorno è stato gradevolissimo

Vriendelijkheid personeel ontbijt: geen vers fruit. Om 7u10 miste er nog heel wat aan ontbijt. Dame aan ontbijt erg onvriendelijk. Er waren geen grijpers: spek diende ik met de hand te nemen. Voor dezelfde prijs heb ik al verbleven bij veel betere hotels met beter ontbijt

The receptionist, Anastasia, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She was really amazing!

Due to traveling with four children, we had to book two rooms and for some reason my husband was denied breakfast in the morning. The issue was resolved but it was still unpleasant. The AC in the room wasn’t very strong.

Die Sauberkeit. Der Teppich muss dringend gereinigt werden, es war ständig staubig. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend wenig Auswahl. Für den Preis war die Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt

The location was fantastic, the room was nice and clean and quite spacious!

The room was on the ground floor next to the laundry room and the staff was right next to our window. That was quite strange.

De kamer was wel erg compact. De deur naar de badkamer kon daardoor maar half open. Verder was alles wat jw nodig hebt er wel.

Personeel. We hadden een kamer waar het warmer was dan 30 graden. Na dit aan te kaarten bij de receptie kregen we een veel koelere kamer.

Het ontbijt. Eieren liep wit vocht uit (melk toegevoegd?). Fruitsap, appelsap en multivruchten was extreem zoet, was siroop met water. Yoghurt was ook van mindere kwaliteit. Worstjes, spek, croissants, chocoladebroodjes waren wel heel lekker.

Personeel was vriendelijk. Hotel was rustig.

Ontbijt was minimaal, vlekken op de muren en lakens, stof.

The room was extremely small. The beds were very high and the mattress kept slipping from the bed. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom at times.

Die Lage ist TOP, ruhig und doch zentral. Nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Rijksmuseum, noch weniger Gehminuten zum Van Gogh Museum und noch weniger Gehminuten zu einer Straßenbahnstation. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ebenso die Busstation mit der Linie zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück war nett und ausreichend, dieses kann man tageweise dazukaufen. Es gibt auch Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen! Die Reception 24/7 besetzt!

Der Teppich im Zimmer, der schon etwas älter ist. Daher auf jeden Fall Schlapfen mitnehmen!

Located in the quiet(er) museum quarter, this hotel was a short walk (less than five minutes) from the tram, stores, restaurants. The included breakfast was always fresh, and the rooms were clean and modern.

Location: Great. If you are planning to visit the famous museums of Amsterdam, this is the perfect location. Room: Great value for money. Spacious enough for a fmily of three. Bed: Comfortable as can be. Breakfast: Not too much, not too little. Just right. Staff: Super helpful, and proactive.

Great experience...nothing to dislike here.

Die Unterkunft ist okayish gelegen aber das war’s auch wieder.

Das Zimmer war selbst nach 2 mal Reinigung durch das Personal immer noch extrem dreckig teilweise und nach Anfrage auf neue Bezüge haben wir einfach andere dreckige erhalten. Dazu war die Klobürste so dreckig dass es uns fast hochkam als wir sie gesehen haben und der Teppich war beim genauen hinsehen so abtrug voll mit Haaren von was auch immer. Dazu war das Personal hauptsächlich nicht besonders freundlich oder einfach desinteressiert. Das Bad war sehr klein und die Fotos echt krasses Catfishing, das Zimmer war in echt gut 3-4m2 kleiner als es auf den Fotos aussah. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes und auch nichts Gutes leider, für den Preis kann man sich dies komplett sparen. Bitte bucht hier nicht, das Hotel ist maximal 70€ die Nacht Wert wenn überhaupt. Wir werden hier auf jeden Fall nie wieder buchen.

Bij binnenkomst zag de kamer er op het eerste gezicht schoon en netjes uit. Toen ik het bed opensloeg, zag ik echter kleine haartjes op het beddengoed en het leek alsof de lakens niet vers gewassen waren. Ook hadden de kussens een vreemde geur. Daarnaast was het matras erg hard, wat niet comfortabel was. De handzeep bij de wastafel werkte niet; ik moest de dop eraf halen om mijn handen te kunnen wassen. Verder miste ik een kleine koelkast op de kamer, wat jammer was omdat ik geen koud water kon bewaren. De airconditioning en de wifi werkten daarentegen goed en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam

The staff were always welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The place was always clean, quiet, and no issues whatsoever. Comfortable bed, clean room, easy to walk to tram and museums.

Simplesmente tudo! Localização, limpeza, conforto. Apesar do nosso quarto não ter janela, não temos do que reclamar, muito confortável e perto de tudo. Fizemos tudo a pé.

Awesome beds on which we got great sleep. The black-out curtains were great and kept the light out for great sleep. Shower pressure was great and water was hot! Location is so convenient! Staff was helpful and responsive.

Bathroom was a bit narrow. But likely very standard.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and everything was exactly as expected. We were travelling by bike and really appreciated how accommodating everyone was. Thank you for helping to make our trip such an enjoyable experience.

Superbe emplacement dans un quartier tranquille à proximité des musées, des restaurants et des transports en commun. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse.

Le personnel est sympathique, le petit déjeuner est varié et bon, l'emplacement est idéal. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse pour 2, les lits sont confortables.

La salle d'eau mériterait une meilleure ventilation.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de los museos y la parada de bus. En dos minutos estás en las zonas de los canales. Ideal si quieres más tranquilidad. Personal muy atento, Victor, estefanía, tienen bicicletas para arrendar en el mismo hotel, una comodidad. Recorres Ámsterdam en bici, genial! Desayuno bueno.

La habitación un poco pequeña, ideal para viajeros ligeros de equipaje!

The beds were terrible. And the rooms felt like I was in a closet.

Die lange war extrem gut, ca 15min mit der Tram vom Hauptbahnhof und die Innenstadt ist super gut zu Fuß zu erreichen! Alles war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
