暖房に埃が溜まっていて、寝る時に布団が汚れそうで気になりました。

Location was great. Staff is very helpful.

I selected the lowest rate and ended up in the lower level. Our room was very small. The property did offer us room options but we decided to stay in a smaller room with a larger window.

We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The location was great and very close to everything, which made it easy to explore the city. The receptionist was honestly the highlight of the hotel, such a kind, friendly and helpful person who made us feel very welcome.

The room itself wasn’t the best. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and overall the room was pretty basic, but it was okay for the amount of time we spent there since we were out exploring most of the day. We absolutely loved Amsterdam and had a great time. I would probably choose a different hotel next time, but I would definitely stay in the same area because the location was very convenient.

Ubication. It really is in a place that is calm but easy to reach the center by foot or to catch a tram. The included coffee is a very nice touch. Staff is friendly.

The room was poorly designed. As in, you have the light switch in the opposite side of the bed (at your feet) and a lot of little details like that. I guess since it was a single room it was made with what space they had to spare. I could see a double bedroom and looked better, to be fair. Bed was not comfortable.

It was a perfect location to access the central area of Amsterdam. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

There was smoking somewhere in the area and it lingered into our room.

It was rather 'tired'. It was clean though. I thought they did breakfast, but no-one told me. Plenty of nice places close at mouth.

Labai gera viešbučio vieta, arti visi lankytini objektai. Mus į kambarį įleido anksčiau nei nurodyta, malonūs personalo darbuotojai. Patiko, kad viešbučio vestibiulyje yra kavos aparatas, nemokama kava, arbata. Kiekvieną rytą buvo nemokamų obuolių. Kambarys su dvigule lova labai mažytis, bet mums vietos užteko.

No sirven desayuno pero hay una máquina de café disponible y sin cargo las 24 hs. También ofrecen fruta (manzana y mandarina cuando fui yo). La ubicación es muy buena, frente a un canal rodeada de restaurantes. Alejada de la estación central de tren (19 cuadras) pero con transporte bien cercano.

Habitación pequeña, muy calurosa y poco ventilada. No tiene aire acondicionado. Cuenta con un ventilador que no alcanza (estuve a fines de agosto). La limpieza dejó que desear, así como también la ropa de cama.

Fantastic location and close to all attractions. Staff are so friendly and pleasant. The canteen area for free coffee and tea as well as fruits were provided all day long.

The double bed room we stayed would be a bit too small for someone taller than us.

Da localização que é maravilhosa em termos de transportes, do atendimento e disponibilidade dos funcionários.

Ainda que haja opções de excelentes frutas, chá e tipos de café diferentes, bem como uma bem apetrechada máquina para snacks; lamento que o hotel não tenha cozinha própria e sala para servir, ao menos, breakfasts. No entanto, há restauração muito boa até na mesma rua.

Fantastisk smilende og hjælpsom personale. Beliggenhed helt i top tæt - lige ud til kanalen. Tæt på restauranter, caféer og diverse museums. En dejlig bydel af Amsterdam.

Værelset var meget varmt og kun et af vinduerne kunne åbnes.

Fantastic welcome, great location and the bed was super comfy! Good size room and love that the window actually opens. We visit Amsterdam 2-3 times a month and are keen to ensure our stays are affordable but comfortable. We will definitely be booking again.

Very minor issues and I am sure if we had mentioned them they would have been dealt with. The bath had no plug so had to shower only, and also our sink waste pipe leaked making a small puddle on the floor after each use. Again very minor things that didn't really affect our stay.

Excellent location and excellent service, with a very helpful and polite staff. The nearby tram stop was especially practical. Would visit again.

Prima kamer. Wel erg warm. En veel overlast van buiten, zwerfer die in de nacht prullenbakken om gooide en boten die harde geluiden maakte in de vroege ochtend.

Adoramos a estadia! O atendimento foi excelente e a recepção foi incrível, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. Um detalhe que fez toda a diferença foi ter café, água e frutas sempre disponíveis para os hóspedes. Foi uma experiência muito agradável e certamente recomendo o hotel!

expensive in terms of price and electricity was gone for 2 hrs in the morning. It was difficult to stay at that time inside the hotel.

A modest hotel, in a great neighborhood from where you can walk to all the attractions, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff!

The cleaning could be a bit improved, there were some hairs on the bathroom wall and someone’s hairpin on the floor; there was complimentary hot drinks and filtered water but no food.

The tv has only on channel and most of the time there is no signal, poor network. They should change their tv to smart tv so more option to watch.

Good location on Prinsengracht, very close to Rijksmuseum, metro, tram and bus stops. Some good places to eat very close by (Leidsekruisstraat), few nice bars, cafes and coffee shops nearby as well. Easy to get anywhere as Centraal Starion was only 10mins by tram and the stop was a short walk away. Room was clean, tidy, everything worked, It was serviced daily and there was water, tea and coffee downstairs all the time. Place to leave luggage for a few hours after checking out was also appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and arranged early check-in when we arrived a couple of hours early. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

Stanza molto piccola Aria condizionata assente Finestra sul cortile interno (un buco centrale) vista stanza di fronte, pochissimo giro di aria. Avevamo a disposizione un ventilatore, purtroppo inefficace visto che la stanza era all'ultimo piano nel sotto tetto. Camera vecchia... Posso capire che il tutto sia datato essendo un Hotel stile vecchia Amsterdam, ma almeno l'aria condizionata andrebbe messa. Comunque va considerato che eravamo ad Agosto, mi sento di consigliare comunque questo Hotel.

The location could not be more perfect. We felt like we were walking distance from many of the major sights of Amsterdam. Right on a canal, a 5 minute walk to the Rieks Museum and several canal tours. There was coffee available in the lobby and the communication with the staff before our trip was outstanding.

The rooms were tiny and the carpet was stained and worn. It was mostly clean but the state of the floors made it feel dirty. Make sure you realize “souterrain” means basement. I was so excited to get a canal view room and when we were sent to the basement, I was definitely disappointed. Granted, it is what I booked, but I did not clock what souterrain actually means. That’s on me. The door to the bathroom couldn’t open fully (like only half way) because it hit the bottom of the bed.

Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt kein Frühstück, dafür aber einen sehr guten, kostenlosen Kaffe. Frühstück kann man sich nebenan in der Bäckerei kaufen und im Aufenthaltsraum verzehren. Excellente, zentrale Lage in Amsterdam - alles fussläufig oder mit ÖVPN zu erreichen.

Zimmer war klein, aber für Übernachtung ok. Bad, Fenster (Einfachverglasung) sehr einfach. Für Übernachtung ok, aber kein Hotel mit Luxus.

We had a limited.outlook, and felt the room was a bit tired and could have done with a bit of a revamp. But given we weren't staying in the room for anything other than sleeping and resting, it was fine.

Very good Central location. Central Amsterdam was within walking distance and very good tram stops nearby. For a 2 star hotel. It was good. No ac in the rooms but a large fan was supplied. It kept us cool as temperatures were considerably cooler after the heatwave

The rooms were quite dated with a handheld shower over the bath.The triple room was not very spacious and beds were smaller than standard single beds. We were on floor 3. We were disturbed every evening by stomping from floor above as hotel is nit very well soundproofed between floors. Must probably as it’s been built some time ago

All good stayed 2 times now. The staff are very friendly let you drop your bag off early so you don't have to carry about all day and the staff will give you a call if you can check in earlier as well will stay again some time

Die Lage ist optimal. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein aber zweckmäßig. Wir waren viel unterwegs und wirklich nur zum Schlafen und duschen im Zimmer. Restaurants und Tram in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt!

Der Teppichboden sollte ausgetauscht werden, der ist sehr abgewohnt und das erweckt einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Das Zimmer, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren trotzdem sehr sauber. Es ist wirklich nur der Teppichboden der Rest war Tip Top und wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!

From arrival to departure the reception staff were exceptional. We were dealing mainly with Ahmed who was most helpful and friendly, whether we wanted information regarding the hotel or the city. The tea/coffee making facilities and seating area were a huge assist to our stay. The hotel is very close to the tram line and bus stop which made traveling convenient.

Room was small but I had only booked a single room. One morning the water was cold for shower but it was fixed once it was brought to the attention of staff.

Chambre au 4eme étage beaucoup trop chaud. Pas de Clim, petite fenêtre donnant sur une cour qui ne permet pas d’aérer la chambre et qui donne sur une bouche d’aération très bruyante donc impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit pour rafraîchir

The hotel is poor. Dirty rooms, evidence of smoke alarms being covered, pictures are from 10+ years ago, walls damaged, door hinges broken, over priced and not worth staying unless you have to!
