La atencion del recepcionista de la mañana, poco comunicativo, sentias que tenias que estar pidiendo un favor para hacer una pregunta, con malos gestos. La habitacion un sauna un pequeño ventilador que lo tenia direccionado para una cama, no logre conseguir en toda la noche, era como la estancia en un spa pero durante toda la noche, la verdad no fue nada confortable.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Spacious common areas – living room, terrace, kitchenette, and a slightly smaller dining area. Daily cleaning – we found a clean kitchen every morning. Friendly staff. Clear rules of conduct communicated by the staff, and their effort to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Bed curtains.
The rooms look more spacious in the photos—in reality, there was nowhere to put our backpacks and belongings. The 6-person room was small, and lockers were available only for a fee. Even though I knew beforehand that the rooms were mixed-gender, as a woman, I didn't feel comfortable. The majority of the guests were men, and I got the impression that some of them were staying there long-term. It would be good if at least one room were designated for women. The roommates did not observe quiet hours.

Lo que no me gusto es, el personal mas ruidoso riendo y hablando muy fuerte ya era a las 22:00 y queremos descansar para poder dormir para disfrutar el dia siguiente y hay normas que estan escritas con los horarios del uso pero no se cumple para nada por ejemplo en la terraza y la cocina comun

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026There was no sign to indicate where the hostel actually was. I spent 15–20 minutes outside in the rain and wind asking people for directions because I had called the reception, messaged them on WhatsApp, and even emailed them and no one answered. Even the neighbors said they’re always like this. Eventually a pregnant woman opened the apartment door and let me in. When I knocked, the rude receptionist didn’t even greet me and just told me check-in was at 3 pm. I said that was fine, but asked if I could at least wait inside in the common area, especially since I had come from far away with luggage. (He clearly didn’t care.) I stayed only one night and immediately changed hotels the next day. The sheets, covers, and blanket all had marks and stains on them, as if they hadn’t been changed or washed. The common area and kitchen were extremely unfriendly, when you say hello, no one even responds or nods. From that day until now I’ve been sick and still haven’t fully recovered. This was by far the worst hostel I have ever stayed in.

I didn't like that there were only 2 showers and 2 toilets available for the whole hostel. Also the hallways and rooms sometimes felt a bit cramped.

Возле моей кровати не было ни розетки, ни светильника, у меня в кровати лежал удлинитель, который свисал с розетки верхней кровати. Очень жарко, кондиционера нет, а вентилятор в комнате не спасал. Мало туалетов, на все комнаты всего 2 туалета и одна ванная комната с душем, но без туалета. Нестандартные шкафчики для хранения вещей, обычно можно повесить собственный навесной замок, но тут замок встроен и чтобы получить ключ надо внести депозит, при выселении его возвращают, но если вы выселяетесь раньше чем начнет работать ресепш, то залог вам не вернут.

Well-equipped kitchen; the place was clean, including the rooms, showers, and restrooms. An environment with a young crowd.
The place is extremely close to a concert venue, and the bedroom window wouldn't close. The volume was unbearable; the room was shaking, and I didn't sleep at all. I hope they fix the window, but even in the common area, I found the noise from outside difficult to deal with.

A mí parecer, le faltaban más baños, ya que muchas veces estabas a la espera. Otra cosa fue que no puede entrar hasta que no fuese la hora de check-in, 15hs. No es nada malo"" pero al final los horarios del transporte te pueden dejar a cualquier hora. Pero insisto que puede ser un punto a mejor y no algo problemático.

1 czynny prysznic dla wszystkich gościa. Caly czas mokra podłoga w łazience. Tylko 2 toalety. Brak lampek przy łóżkach. Duszno w pokoju. 1 mały wiatrak nie dochodzi do wszystkich łóżek.

Não era o que eu estava á espera! O WC para tomar banho estava sujo. Não está preparado para noites quentes como estas. Ventoinhas que pouco ou nada faziam , dormi a primeira noite e já não consegui ir dormir a segunda noite !

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026They forgot to send me the code for the entrance after I checked in. I know I'm probably not a great person for giving them a 1 star for this, but I felt so bad at the moment. Like I was super tired and wanted to go to sleep and came with a taxi(which i usually dont do) and knocking did not help. I stayed outside for 1.5 hours till my crazy friend arrived and started beating the door, ringing the bell and calling their phone(to add to a noise in a corridor). It still took her quite some time, but someone finally let us in. Hostel itself was fine though

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026A localização é ótima, perto da Casa da Música e do metro. O funcionário Daniel é muito simpático e solícito.
O quarto em que fiquei era bem apertado e com pouca ventilação. As beliches parecem frágeis, balançam e fazem barulho. Mas o pior, para mim, é que só há 2 chuveiros e 2 sanitas para atender a todos os hóspedes. Fiquei mais de 30min a espera, em fila, para conseguir tomar um banho.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Very cozy and nice hostel. Staff is extremely friendly and kind. There are many useful amenities in the kitchen, a nice terrace and living room. The beds are comfortable and the rooms in general very nice.
Bathrooms could be a little cleaner.
