Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Good location not far away from everything on the island. The manager was friendly and helpful, he booked the speedboat shuttle for us, met us upon arrival and saw us off on the departure day. The room had no view but we had absolutely no problem with it. Our room was a place we could rest from the heat. We slept like logs so comfortable was the bed and the temperature of the room! Drinking water was always available. The Maldivian breakfast was delicious and very nutritious.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2024Friendly and helpfull staff. Picked me up from the harbor and helped me back there when it was time to go back to Male. They also helped with booking boat tickets. Great maldivian style breakfast. Big bathroom. No more than 10 min walk to the tourist beach. They have beach towels you can borrow.
For some reason I dont know I got a room in the building across the street and not the guesthouse itself. It was a little dated and some of the furniture had a thick layer of dust.

He told me about the island and the boats before I left and met me at the port. He recommended restaurants and organized a boat for me to return to male. He was a delightful young man and he helped me with my luggage too.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2024Najir (Nazeer) is a very kind person, he was the one to meet and greet me, it was pouring and he met me at the ferry stop. Helped me all the way with the baggage. The whole stay was pleasant and nice. The owner did all he could to provide a good non-stop working internet for me (as it was crucial due to my online work). I'm very thankful to the people and how nice they were. I also liked the guys offering free water any time I needed. The beach was also great. It was comfortable, nice and peaceful with great atmosphere there. Thank you ❤️ for everything
*The towels. The smelled bad. Like they weren't ever washed. I asked to change them but the smell remained. *Two extremely old bikes to use. It was great to use those to reach the beach, but both of the bikes were about to be broken half way 😉 it could be a great idea to change them to maybe not brand new, but at least less rusty ones *Continental breakfast was sad - 4 slices of bread, jam and butter, sausage. I always took the Maldivian after. It gave me more energy and it last longer.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2024The Bilimbi is quite new guesthouse so everything works and it's nice. The staff are so nice and superfriendly and are willing to help at any time. They are very professional and reliable. They pick you up and drop you off at the harbour. The beach is just a nice walk away around the mangroove. My stay was great at The Bilimbi. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

For visiting those Muslim countries, you need to prepare the right dress code, no bikini is allowed, must wear T-shirt and mid-long trousers except 1-2 Bikini Beach.

The bikes are cool for easy riding on the island, although I walked the other days on this small island. Free bottled water is great! Breakfast will give you a good start for your morning swim in the ocean or a morning walk around the island. Store at the corner. Very quiet. Free Netflix account, so I did not have to install my own. They also offer tours and massages. Have to leave tomorrow 😪

This kind of treatment is rare they made a feel really comfortable and they were really helpful with everything I wanted ! definitely I would suggest it as they would guide you to the small local island and you will feel the real local vibes! A bit boring breakfast. We got our clothes washed, but we had to hang it up in the room because it wasn’t dry. We didn’t get new towels after cleaning of the room.

The room didn't have a great view but it had a nice and warm illumination.
