Bikes and Breakfast, City Farmer Amsterdam a Guesthouse with Free Parking

Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage der Unterkunft. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut, und der Amsterdamer Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar. Besonders praktisch war außerdem der private Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft.

Etwas umständlich empfanden wir die Situation mit dem eigenen Badezimmer. Zwar stand uns ein privates Bad zur Verfügung, dieses war jedoch nur über einen Gemeinschaftsflur erreichbar. Gerade auf dem Weg zur Dusche ist das wenig komfortabel und entspricht nicht ganz der üblichen Vorstellung eines privaten Badezimmers. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns jedoch das Frühstück. Die Brötchen waren Aufbackbrötchen vom Discounter und mussten von den Gästen selbst im Airfryer zubereitet werden. Das wäre für uns grundsätzlich noch akzeptabel gewesen. Leider kam es beim Frühstück zu einer sehr unangenehmen Situation: Wir sind zwei ältere Menschen mit unserem erwachsenen Kind und hatten jeweils zwei Brötchen aufgeschnitten und mit jeweils nur einer Scheibe Schinken belegt. Dennoch wurden wir vom Gastgeber auf Booking.com angeschrieben und beschuldigt, den Schinken der anderen Gäste genommen und sogar Lunchboxen damit zubereitet zu haben. Diese Anschuldigungen waren für uns völlig unverständlich und sehr enttäuschend. Anstatt den Schinken für die anderen Gäste einfach nachzufüllen, wurden wir dafür verantwortlich gemacht, alles aufgegessen zu haben. Das empfanden wir als unangemessen und inakzeptabel. Wir hätten uns einen freundlichen und respektvollen Umgang gewünscht, zumal es sich lediglich um eine kleine Menge Schinken zum Frühstück handelte. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aufgrund ihrer guten Lage und des privaten Parkplatzes praktisch. Der Umgang beim Frühstück und insbesondere die Art und Weise, wie mit uns über Booking.com kommuniziert wurde, haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch leider deutlich getrübt.

Wir sind immer gerne hier. Reiny ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Man ist in 12 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle und noch 12 Minuten dauert die Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof. Wir kommen wieder!

Este frumos,curat, a scris și altcineva faptul că după o zi petrecuta in oraș este așa liniștitor când ajungi la cazare!!!!! Baia este privata dar in afara camerei. La 15 minute de mers pe jos de stația de autobuze care vin unul după altul, nu am așteptat mai mult de un minut. Se poate plati cu cardul in autobuz. Este o statie până la stația de metrou din oraș. Magazin alimentar eu nu am văzut dar am cumpărat din oraș tot ce am avut nevoie. Se ajunge ușor de la aeroport cu metroul și autobuzul.

L'emplacement de ce petit havre de paix est un réel atout : situé à la campagne, à quelques kilomètres du centre ville d'Amsterdam. Nous avons laissé notre voiture à l'hotel et effectué tous nos déplacements avec les transports publics. Un arrêt de bus est situé à 1 Km de l'hotel et permet de rejoindre le centre ville en quelques minutes. L'hotel est particulièrement bien équipé : tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner sur place. Le paysage atypique est selon moins le point fort puisque cet hotel est situé sur une exploitation agricole, offrant la possibilité de visiter la ferme. La gentillesse du personnel également, très disponible, a été particulièrement appréciable. Nous avons adoré nos deux nuits au Bike and Breakfast City Farmer.

Ideal base to explore this part of the Netherlands! Right in-between two bus stops so easy to get into Amsterdam but also just as easy to get up to Edam and other places. Rook was big and comfortable with a mini kitchen and lounge/dining area in it so felt like we had an apartment. Perfectly clean and the hosts were easily contacted if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Tolle Lage um Ausflüge nach Amsterdam und in die Umgebung zu machen. Das Familienzimmer ist gemütlich. Die Gemeinschaftsküche kann mit genutzt werden. Sehr einfache Fahrräder können ausgeliehen werden. Nette Besitzer. Wenn die anderen Gäste auch ruhig sind, ist es sehr ruhig.

Man kann im Familienzimmer nur ein Fenster öffnen. Das ist nicht so schön.

De ligging tussen stad en polder en het logeren op een boerenbedrijf. Fijne plek op fietsafstand van Waterland. De kamer is ruim en compleet ingericht.

Die Lage war gut, einige Kilometer außerhalb von Amsterdam. Die Stadt war mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen.

Andere Mieter schlossen und öffneten die Türen am Morgen ständig so laut, dass es störte. Der Vermieter kann dafür natürlich nichts.

The property is beautiful and the hosts are very welcoming. We would definitely come back here for the stay. The property is highly recommended.

Η τοποθεσία είναι φανταστική , αλλά έξω από την πολυκοσμία της πόλης αλλά ταυτόχρονα βολική για τη μετακίνηση σου σε αυτή είτε με αυτοκίνητο είτε με μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο γίνεται πανεύκολα σε μόλις 30 - 40 λεπτα. Τα δωμάτια είναι πάρα πολύ άνετα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με ότι χρειάζεστε . Επίσης το κατάλυμα διαθέτει δυνατότητα ενοικίασης ποδηλάτων και πραγματικά είναι κρίμα να βρίσκεσαι σε αυτό το υπέροχο περιβάλλον κι να μην κάνεις βόλτα με ποδήλατο . Ηταν όλα υπέροχα και σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά. Ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία !

The location was peaceful, quiet and easier to get to than expected. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Rustig gelegen en toch niet al te ver bij het centrum vandaan.

Op zich hebben we geen klagen, enkel het ontbijt vond ik persoonlijk dat er wat weinig beleg was voorzien, een sneetje hesp of salami had welkom geweest.

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación cercana a paradas de autobús, desde las cuales puedes ir tanto a los pueblos como al centro de Ámsterdam en nada de tiempo. Habitación muy bien equipada. Camas cómodas. Personal muy amable.

La verdad que pocas cosas puedo añadir aqui. Se me dijo que el perrito iba a estar siempre disponible para ser acariciado y no lo vi más que el primer dia 😜

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und engagiert, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Eine gemeinsame Küche und gutes Frühstück zusätzlich angeboten. Alles prima und empfehlenswert. Besonders praktisch ist auch die gute Verkehrsanbindung: Nach etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die Bushaltestelle, von der aus die Linie 11 direkt zum Amsterdamer Centraal Station fährt.

Ich möchte nicht meckern – die positiven Aspekte überwiegen deutlich. Kleinere Mängel gibt es zwar, diese fallen jedoch angesichts der vielen Vorzüge kaum ins Gewicht.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Das Apartment hat alles, was man benötigt und liegt sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle ist sehr zentral gelegen, wodurch man in kurzer Zeit in der Stadt ist.

It's essentially a farm near Amsterdam, but with excellent public transportation links to the city: about a 10-minute walk, then a 7-10-minute bus ride (which runs quite frequently) to the train station, and from there the city center is within walking distance. The room is clean, spacious, very comfortable and well-appointed, and the hostess is very friendly. The bathroom is quite large and recently renovated, although it's a bit inconvenient because it's located outside our room and you have to go out into the hallway to use it. But these are minor details, and I highly recommend this place.

Everything was good, nothing to complain!

Reiny a été très accueillante et disponible. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, le B&B est très propre et bien équipée, et à 10min à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui mène directement en ville. C'était parfait, merci beaucoup, je recommande vivement !!

Lovely location (its a milk farm near Amsterdam), super kind hosts, super clean, big accomodation, they answered to all our questions, messages immediately (like in 5 minutes). The city centre can be reached by bike or bus in 20 mins. They offer breakfast if you need it. All in all super guesthouse, with super hosts😊

Bikes are a bit old ones but worked well anyway.

The location was exactly what I was looking for. Being outside the city center, it offered a quiet and peaceful environment, and I slept very well during my stay. Despite its chill setting, there was an excellent bus connection to the city center, making it very convenient to get around. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the shared kitchen, which was exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and had everything I needed to prepare breakfast. Having a private refrigerator in my room was also very convenient, as it allowed me to store food and snacks easily. Everything was well organized, with clear instructions for using the kitchen appliances. My tip is to visit the nearby beautiful small city - Edam. It's just a short and easy bus ride from this location. Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money, and I would gladly stay here again.

Quiet and nice location outside of Amsterdam. The place can be reached by bus (15mins from the center + walk). The apartment was fully equipped with coffee machine and toaster. We got a welcoming package as well and could use the laundry service (for a reasonable price). During the night it was dark and quiet so we had good sleeps.

It was quite a long walk from the bus station (12-15mins). Be aware that this room actually has a twin bed with two separate mattresses.

Aslında herşeyi sevdim diyebilirim. Çok güzel bir çiftlik evi ama hayal bile edemeyeceğiniz kadar güzel detaylar vardı. Tek tek anlatmak istiyorum. Öncelikle tesise ulaşmak için otobüs durağında indikten sonra 1 km kadar yol yürüyoruz eğer ki büyük bir valiziniz yoksa bu yol o kadar huzur verici ki sağ sol tamamen yemyeşil ve leylekler den tutun her türlü farklı kuşlar , sabahları uçsuz bucaksız tarlalarda inekler , su kanalında ördekler kazlar , yol kenarlarında çiçekler o kadar güzel ki bu yol her gün huzula evden çıkıp eve giriyorsunuz. Daha sonra Eve giriş yapınca hemen ayakkabıları çıkartıyorsunuz ve karşınızda çok güzel bir piyano var . 2 aşağıda 2 yukarıda oda var bizim odamız aşağı da ve sol taraftaydı. Yataklar çok rahat ve oda tertemiz di . Oda da saç kurutma Makinesi kahve Makinesi ekmek kızartma makinesi vardı. Lavabo da da şampuan duş jeli vardı. Ortak kullanım alanında ki mutfak da da ne isterseniz var , bulaşık makinesinden airfreye kadar herşey bulunmaktadır. Ev sahibi meyve ve köy yumurtası ikramında bulundu sağolsun :))) çok lezzetliydi hepsi de Reine ye ve Jan a çok teşekkür ediyorum 🥰 çiftliğin içini gezmemize izin verdiler Hollanda ineklerini görmek isterseniz eğer gezebilirsiniz. Mutfak da ki tabaklar da ki detaylar da mükemmel di bu arada . İnek figürlü tabaklar ve kupalar çok çok güzeldi :) Herşey için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar gelsem burda kalırdım...

me assustei num primeiro momento quando chegamos. Pq nao imaginava que seria no meio do nada....a fazenda. a anfitria mto atenciosa, explicou tudo sobre o quarto. ficamos no maior da casa, mas o reves era que o banheiro era fora do quarto, de resto tudo ok. cozinha compartilhada mto limpa e com tudo que precisavamos. localizacao longe da cidade, tinhamos que caminhar por mais de 1km para chegar no ponto de onibus para pegar. Apenas disso, curtimos a experincia de ficar dentro de uma fazenda de criacao de vacas.

no nosso quarto o banheiro era fora do quarto um pouco longe da cidade - mas como pegamos tempo bom sem problemas para caminhar tanto na ida quanto na volta da cidade.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire du logement ainsi que de la ferme laitière. Un super accueil, une hôte très gentille et aimable. Le logement est très spacieux et très bien équipé, et la cuisine commune est très cosy. Très agréable d'avoir des animaux de la ferme autour du logement. Bref, un très bon logement calme et reposant à 15 min d'Amsterdam. Je conseille.

On aurait aimé y rester plus longtemps.

La colazione era ottima e ogni giorno c' era una novità, un prodotto locale. Vengono inoltre offerte uova fresche e burro veramente ottimo. La signora è veramente gentile e disponibile. È possibile anche,su richiesta, visitare l' azienda agricola,la stalla,gli animali e assistere alla mungitura. La casa è immersa nel verde e circondata da animali al pascolo.

Per raggiungere la casa è necessario fare un tratto di circa 1 km a piedi, se il tempo è bello è una meravigliosa passeggiata, se piove e si hanno bambini forse è meglio raggiungere la struttura in un altro modo.

La granja está genial. Sitio muy tranquilo y muy bien conectado con el autobús al centro de la ciudad.

Le bruit de la route

The stay at the bed and breakfast was a lovely experience. The room was beautifully made and the bed was very cozy. The hosts were very kind and friendly especially with giving directions to get the city. Overall it was a very welcoming environment.

Honestly there wasn’t very many complaints overall with the stay. Besides the weather being not the best which can’t be helped there wasn’t really much issues.

У сімейному номері душ та туалет окремий від кімнати. Потрібно йти через загальну площу готелю.

Great location. Convenient to the bus stop and public transportation, and also convenient for doing day trips outside of Amsterdam.

Miły gospodarz. Duży, czysty pokój z częścią salonową i sypialnią i jadalnią. Przy oknie z widokiem na bezkresne łąki była część jadalna. Obiekt jest na autentycznej farmie, więc jak ktoś lubi takie klimaty to będzie zadowolony. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze zaopatrzona. w pokoju mieliśmy swój ekspres (była też kawa i herbata - dziękujemy), kuchenkę, lodówkę i naczynia, Parking jest na terenie. Do centrum Amsterdamu dojeżdżaliśmy autobusem około 10 minut. Ponieważ jest tam kilka linii nie czekaliśmy dłużej niż 2-3 minuty. Do przystanku ok 4-5 minut bezpieczną ścieżką. Przez cały pobyt nie używaliśmy swojego samochodu. Stado ptaków rano 2 metry od łóżka za oszkloną ścianą - bezcenne.

Das Zimmer ist riesig, ein Tisch, sowie Sessel, Stühle und eine kleine Küchenkombination sind vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön aufs Land.

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört leider alles(!) von den weiteren Gästen. Die Lage ist zwar ländlich und ausserhalb der Stadt, leider aber gleichzeitig auch direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse. Die Zimmer (Bade- und Schlafzimmer) sind mässig sauber, sehr viele (alte) Spinnweben. Das Frühstück ist massig unter den Preis-Leistungs-Erwartungen.

El camino al hotel era precioso, la habitación súper cómoda, la cama más quisiera tenerla yo en mi propia casa.

Por poner una pega... No tenía microondas

Es ist ein Bauernhof, (sehr) abseits und daher ruhig gelegen. Durch die Bushaltestelle ist man schnell in der Innenstadt von Amsterdam. Parken hinten im Hof beim Kuhstall. Die Inhaber sind freundlich und gelassen. Uriges älteres Haus mit nett eingerichteter Gemeinschaftsküche. Frische Hühnereier vom Hof waren gut. Äpfel und Bananen im Korn. Fahrräder am Hof ausleihen unkompliziert (aber lest euch die Bedingungen dazu auf dem Zimmer durch).

Das blaue Zimmer im Erdgeschoss konnte nicht gelüftet werden, da die Fenster fest verschlossen sind und es nur einen Lüftungsschlitz gibt. Dadurch war es klamm im Zimmer (Raumbelüfter und Heizung aber vorhanden). Das Waschbecken im Bad war winzig und eher für ein Gäste-WC geeignet (Wasser lief schlecht ab, wir haben Bescheid gegeben). Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist im Landhausstil. Für 25 Euro/Tag für 2 Personen (eigentlich 30.-) sind wir als Vielreisende von einer anderen Frühstücksqualität und Essensangebot im "Bed & Breakfast" ausgegangen. Es gab nur Aufbackbrötchen (selbst im Airfryer aufzubacken) und abgepacktes Brot , 2 mal den gleichen Aufschnittkäse. Frischen Fleisch-Aufschnitt gab es überhaupt nicht! Nur abgepackte kleine Leberwürstchen. Auf anderen Bauernhöfen bekamen wir auch oft selbstgemachte Marmeladen, hier Erdbeer und Aprikose-Marmeladenglas aus dem Supermarkt. Kaffeekapseln waren nicht leicht zu finden und zu wenig Frischmilch (0,5l für Müsli und Milchkaffee zu wenig bei 2 Personen). Unser Tipp: Lieber selbst für das Geld einkaufen gehen und die Gemeinschaftsküche zum Frühstück zubereiten und Kochen nutzen. Dann ist es auch okay, selbst zu spülen und die Spülmaschine einzuräumen (darum wurde gebeten). Der Preis fürs Frühstück war in dem Preis-Leistung für unser Empfinden und im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften zu viel.

Posizione tranquilla, piacevole

Recomiendo este alojamiento. Es grande y con todo lo necesario para cocinar si lo necesitas. Tiene nevera, cafetera y café. Muy buena ubicación. Puedes dejar el coche en la granja e ir al Centro de Amsterdam muy fácilmente. Andando a la parada de autobús más cercana 10 minutos, pasan muy a menudo.

Que el baño estuviera fuera de la habitación pero ya lo sabíamos y no supuso un problema ya que está al lado mismo de la habitación y es privado.
