The person who welcomed us was very rude. At 6am the mosque woke up us calling the people to pray. Then the inside birds from the tree don't let you sleep they don't stop until 8am. You can't sleep.

Tout le monde est adorable et respectueux, les lits sont confortables, la literie propre, et on s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Un immense merci à Loubna, Sana et Abdou, toujours à l’écoute, disponibles et bienveillants. C’est un vrai plaisir de les retrouver chaque matin et chaque soir, avec le sourire. ❤️ Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The property is lovely. The staff is super nice and helpful. They made sure our stay was safe and fulfilling. There is an open airy courtyard with an orange tree in the middle. A nice break from the bustling Medina., it was quiet as well. The staff also arranged a late night transport to the airport which was super helpful. The air condition worked really well!

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026we have stayed in Riad Dar Marhaba for 2 days. The location was great. even though it was very close the the main touristic square it was very far from the chaos of main square. You fork from the main routes to silent and little dark streets then you come to the riad. even though it makes you feel little unsecure at first, then you see that there is nothing to be scared of after you get in and get out. Please note that the area and Morocco is generally safe for tourists.The garden in the riad was very peacefull and refreshing. some riads we have noticed, have gardens but their top is closed, but this one is open and we really liked it. it lets enter the fresh air to the riad through this nicely decorated garden. I am from Turkiye and interestingly it reminds me my grandmothers old house. you wake up with the 50-100 birds arguing and singing in the garden early in the morning. our room which was in the second floor have the view of tangerine trees in the garden. the room was clean. not narrow but not so wide. the desk in the room was really helpful to put your staff you carry. The room decor was also nice. My family and I stayed 3 different riads and this is the one we really enjoyed. The staff was also great and helpful. The night guy AbdulRahim was awesome person to talk, Sena and a sweet Lebanese lady was also great and their breakfast was wonderful. Thanks to all them.
While you are arriving there with your luggages and with phone with maps open, there are some young locals try to help you to find the place. They really help you, but they ask for tip. And when you tip, they dont like the amount you give. So kindly reject their help in the begining or bargain at first. They try to make money through this task. The google maps shows the exact location, but that location doesnt show you the entrance. it shows you the center of it. And there are 2 different streets near that location. One has the entrance, and the other one doesnt. if you dont see the entrance in one street, try to reach to the other street that is on the other side of the riad. Hope this helps.

L’accueil de Loubna, Abdou et Asmé a été particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné ; ils étaient toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Les petits-déjeuners étaient excellents, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée et se reposer au cœur de la médina. Nous avons beaucoup partagé de très beaux moments avec toute l’équipe, toujours souriante, dynamique et bienveillante. Nous avons apprécié les échanges et l’ambiance conviviale qui règne dans ce lieu. Nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit pour passer un séjour agréable et authentique.

We booked 2 rooms almost for the same price, one room was very cosy (1st floor), the other one on the ground floor not really, just basic to sleep 1 night and go. The main yard of the riad is shabby, not well taken care of.

Appena arrivati Sena e Loubna sono state così accoglienti che sembrava di essere arrivati a casa e per tutta la nostra permanenza hanno avuto moltissima cura nei nostri confronti. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole immergersi nella frenesia dei souk e poi dormire in un posto tranquillo in cui non arrivano rumori sebbene le prime bancarelle si trovino dietro l’angolo. La colazione è stata decisamente una delle migliori, la camera è accogliente e pulita. Super consigliato!

Reviewed May 1, 2026Se trata de un alojamiento típico de Marruecos. Partiendo de esa base, nuestras habitaciones estaban bien equipadas cada una con baño en su interior. A la llegada, cogimos el taxi que nos proporcionan desde el alojamiento, todo un acierto. Nos dejan en una calle peatonal y nos recoge el propio personal del riad, para acompañarnos hasta nuestra futura casita en los próximos días. La realidad es que el trato del personal fue fantástico, Abdú y Lubna (perdón si no se escribe así) nos han tratado de maravilla, siempre atentos y pendientes de nuestras dudas y necesidades. Lubna es maravillosa y nos preparaba unos desayunos estupendos! Se esfuerzan mucho para que estés a gusto y eso es de agradecer! Sabemos que hay otra trabajadora que estaba de vacaciones, pero seguro que era del mismo corte! Muy recomendable. Gracias chicos!

L'accueil et la gentillesse de nos 2 hôtesses étaient parfaits, avec le traditionnel thé à la menthe de bienvenue (accompagné, bien sûr, d'une suggestion de produits à vendre mais c'est le jeu). Les chambres étaient vraiment très propres et avec beaucoup de charme. Quant aux petits déjeuners, ils étaient tout simplement gargantuesques ! On recommande, tout simplement.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et suffisamment copieux. La chambre était comme attendue, propre et avec le nécessaire.
Les chambres donnent sur un espace central donc les personnes qui circulent et qui parlent un peu fort s'entendent assez fort depuis la chambre

Although we were leaving before breakfast, he prepared us some quick breakfast food to eat on the way! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We wanted to stay for another night when we got back from our tour but unfortunately it was all booked.
If you have large checked suitcases it may be difficult to get through the souks. We had rolling carrying ons and it was a little difficult in crowded areas.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable et cuisine très bien. A disposition un salon en terrasse en roof top et un salon marocain. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
