Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich, wir haben ein wunderschönes Frühstück in einem paradiesischen Garten genossen und dabei grüne Papageien beobachtet. Die Zimmer waren sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Included continental breakfast was great! It is situated very close to Sandton making it ideal for most work trips. The room is spacious and has great garden views. The interior is rustic but not chick or distasteful.
We had some problems with door keys being misplaced but were able to find the owner to help us out.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Grace Guest House sehr genossen. Die weitläufige Gartenanlage mit Pool ist wunderschön und bietet eine perfekte Zuflucht zum Entspannen. Durch die Lage im gehobenen Viertel haben wir uns auch absolut sicher gefühlt.Die Zimmer sind geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jeden Morgen gab es ein leckeres Frühstück, das frisch und ganz nach unseren persönlichen Wünschen zubereitet wurde. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber Kathy und Mark für die überaus herzliche und familiäre Betreuung. Wir empfehlen das Gästehaus gerne weiter!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Lovely people, thoughtful, comfortable accommodation and delicious breakfast. It was freezing cold and I had my own fireplace fully stocked with plenty of wood to keep the unit cosy and warm. Such a wonderful touch.

Cathy and Mark are wonderful hosts, I especially enjoyed the fruit salad and rest of the breakfast which was delivered professionally and fast. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back if in the area again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful property with personal touch and a warm , homely feel . Landscaped and manicured gardens with outside are to have breakfast and coffee or simply have peace & quiet and watch the local variety of birds enjoying the flora . Safe and secure premises with double gates and fenced with electric cables for security . Staff are so welcoming , genuine warmth and hospitable . Lettie particularly is so good and nothing is ever too much . Hilda was also present for support .

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Super fijn rustig plekje, om eventueel Johannesburg te bezoeken. Wij waren met onze kinderen van 3 en 4 jaar oud, en hadden een heel fijn privé klein huisje. De naast gelegen prachtig onderhouden tuin was heerlijk voor onze kinderen om te spelen, en het zwembad ook heel fijn met een hekje eromheen voor extra veiligheid. Het ontbijt was heerlijk uitgebreid en op de dag van ons vroege vertrek was er van te voren een ontbijt zelfs een lekker ontbijtje klaar gemaakt zodat we toch even snel iets konden ontbijten. Zeer vriendelijke hosts!

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Gorgeous private cottage. Very neat and clean with lovely thoughtful touches, like rusks, milk, flowers, umbrella, etc, to make it extra special. The hosts, Kathy and Mark, were very accommodating, allowing us some extra time when we had transport issues due to our car needing some repairs. Lettie served us an amazing breakfast at a beautifully set table overlooking the gorgeous garden, with a wide variety of birds visiting their bird feeders. All this, combined with a great location and very fair pricing, made for an amazing stay. Just a pity, it was only for one night, on our way home from a family event. If we need accommodation in this area again, we will definitely stay here again.
