I suggest they ban smoking cigarettes from the buildings perimeter -at least 100 M -our neighbour moked on the stoep (every 10 minutes) So we could not open doors and windows

Mooie locatie met prachtig zicht op Paarl, ruime gezellige kamer en propere badkamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel el Kristien de host is gewoon top.

Exceptional views. The rooms were super clean and very tastefully decorated. The staff were really kind and accommodating. The property offered exceptional value. It was a treat to stay the night and we will definitely be visiting again when in Paarl.

There is a very steep driveway then steps to get to room from parking area. Walking up and down was fine without luggage because t if I had had heavy luggage it would have been a problem.

The view is great. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Curtains is dark for good block out. Small workspace for laptop. Breakfast was also very nice. Will stay here again.

Parking is a little tricky but enough spaces. The driveway quite steep. But the view is worth it. Nothing else.

The sounds of the water running down the mountain was a very pleasant and peaceful sound. Lovely views from the balcony and breakfast served by very pleasant and friendly staff.

There is an automatic bathroom spritz that we were aware of and it took us a full day to figure out what the “unusual” sound was!

Top Lage, alles gut

Uitzicht .. hoewel de kamer daardoor weinig privacy heeft. Er hangen geen vitrages. Wel overgordijnen maar dan heb je geen uitzicht.

Zonder auto is de accommodatie ver van alles af. Uber brengt en haalt wel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great find. Little slice of heaven - very peaceful, beautiful setting and superb location Our host Kristien was excellent and made us feel very welcome and recommended some lovely places to eat in Paarl. Would highly recommend a stay here if you're in this area.

Wir genossen ein reichhaltiges Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit einem sensationellen Ausblick auf Paarl. Ein toller Start in den Tag mit einem rauschenden Bach der am Haus vorbei führt und Vogelgezwitscher. Ein super großer Pool mit sauberem Bergquellwasser. Super nette Gastgeberin Kristien mit Team. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lovely location, nice breakfast and Kristien is a great host.

There was a refrigeration/air conditioner compressor that turned on and off during night and the automatic air freshener dispenser was also disturbing at night.

Spectacular view,. We sat outside on our balcony for more than an hour watcing the full moon as the sky darkened. Excellent breakfast. Gracious, accommodating hostess. Large bathroom with double sinks and nice shower.

One of us found the bed uncomfortable.

Everything was amazing! Location was incredible, views spectacular, and the waterfall outside was an added bonus!

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, dass auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden konnte. Sehr freundliches Personal. Und die Besitzerin Kristien war sehr hilfreich und stand immer zur Verfügung bei Fragen und Tips.

Zufahrt nicht ganz einfach, da sehr steil...

Prachtig uitzicht over Paarl en mooie accommodatie. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw en staff. Lekker ontbijt en mogelijkheid om wensen aan te geven. Prachtig en ruim zwembad Veilig en gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Te weinig stopkontakten en een beetje lastig bereikbaar achter de nachtkastjes. Op ons advies ging de gastvrouw wel meteen actie nemen door verlengsnoeren aan te schaffen met gemengde stekker-blokken. Vreemd genoeg ontbrak er body-lotion, dat zal de gastvrouw ook wel gaan oplossen denken wij.

Fabulous view over the city to the mountains to the east, infinity pool, lovely and very helpful staff and owner, great breakfast, comfortable room. Would definitely go again.

Road access was “adventurous”, quite far from shops so tended to drive everywhere, some very minor maintenance points.

Pleasant staff but the hotel needs updating in areas. Pool was lovely and the verandah. No doors on bathroom!!!

Der persöhnliche Empfang war super Herzlich. Die Zimmer sind toll gelegen und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war PERFEKT. Die Hausherrin hat alles getan, dass man sich einfach Wohlfüllen MUSS!

Lage ausgezeichnet mit schöner Aussicht auf Paarl und das ganze Tal. Frühstück sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Zufahrt recht steil (Lage am Hang), somit Parkieren eher Anspruchsvoll, aber genügend vorhanden.

The views from the beautiful swimming pool are breathtaking. The rooms are lovely and very clean and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice including eggs and bacon.

Very steep driveway and parking to navigate

We loved everything! The place is amazing, beyond our expectations. The house is located in the middle if the forest, real nature. Kristen the host is a lovely person, she gave us great recommendations for restaurants and wineries to visit in the area. That was the best place we stayed in during all our current trip in south Africa.

The views are exceptional. Even though you are still in Paarl and extremely close to all amenities, the location makes it feel like you are in a completely different world. Rooms are tastefully furnished, with great beds and full bathroom. Quiet and peaceful environment. Staff are friendly, and breakfast was filling and nicely made. Better than most hotels!

The owner of the guest house and staff (including the welcoming pets) were wonderful. Also, it was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was top notch

The breakfast is personal with a wide spread of fruit, continental and warm foods. On cold and rainy days breakfast is served in the cozy dining room, and on sunny days outside on the deck, overlooking the forest and the waterfall.

The breakfast was so delicious, well organized and prepared. We were always asked when we would like to come for breakfast and we well accommodated for our children's games.

Love staying here, it’s the only place I book In Paarl, if it’s not available I rather stay in Stellenbosch. High up overlooking Paarl, adjacent to a mountain stream that flows through forest!

Have stay at this gem on quite a few occasions now amazing location and view with exceptional host would 100% recommend!

This is truly a 5 star property where everything has been thought of and everything has been taken care of. The view is amazing and the breakfasts are amazing and the facilities are amazing. Kristien is an incredible host.

The access road was very steep and took some getting used to.

The host was friendly & flexible - we were able to check in earlier. I also loved how she treated her staff as her family. The facility is well kept & the host goes out of her way to ensure your stay is comfortable.
