No shower in my room which I wasn’t told about when booking. Bedside lights didn’t work, dirty under the bedside light on the side closest to the window. There was hot water in the bath for about 20 seconds. TV remote not there and the aircon remote batteries ran flat (this happens). The shower head where the pipe connects underneath the spout was leaking. The floors in the dining area were being mopped while we were sitting having breakfast, this should be done before or after guests are done eating.

Reviewed May 6, 2026This guesthouse is a real gem, very close to CBD but in a quiet, safe and relaxed area. It might is even much nicer than on the pictures listed on here! We had a very warm welcome by the staff, all their staff without any exception is very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and the garden and pool area invite to stay and relax. All for a very good value for money, thank you! Unfortunately we didn't had enough time to make use of the beautiful Spa. We will for sure be back if we come to Queenstown again!
We didn't like that we had only one night, for this beautiful place one will need more time to enjoy everything!

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026My stay at Ndaba Lodge was absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever too big or too small for the team — their service was exceptional. The room was cleaned every single day with fresh towels and a neatly made bed each morning. Breakfast was perfect and prepared exactly how you wanted it. They start serving early, from 7:15 a.m., which is ideal for business travellers needing an early start. They were also able to arrange delicious suppers and even organized transport whenever I needed it. I enjoyed a wonderful swim, and the spa ladies were incredible — so friendly and professional. The prices were much better than in Cape Town, so I was able to really spoil myself. Everything was spotless, tidy, and comfortable. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. It was a truly lovely stay.
