Bedden waren voor ons te zacht.

Sadly there is nothing the owner can do about the noise from fellow countrymen. There was some music played until late the evening. Wifi signal is not that great but at least there is wifi.

Would have liked to have a self catering unit so I could cook my own meals. The restaurant options are limited and it's also not the type of food we normally eat. Would have liked to make my own breakfast.

Staff was unfriendly and moody, when I came in unsure whether Im in the right place to check in I said "Im here to check in" the lady said "checka in kaloku" ("go ahead and check in") in a sacarstic and rude tone, this is how I was introduced to the place which already made me feel unwelcome. Between that and the constant chatter from the lady in the room beneath mine whom I could clearly hear. When checking in there is emphasis on keeping noise levels down, the same level of amphasis must be placed on staff to not make noise.

No toilet paper. Recently painted. Fumes overwhelming. Opening doors and windows did not help. Struggled to sleep. Should never have allowed occupancy until paint completely dry. Arrived late evening, 10.30pm could not find alternate to leave premises and sleep elsewhere. Very noisy with guests moving around, banging doors, etc.
