Los anftriones muy amables y afectuosos. La ubicacion a unos 300 metros de los restaurantes pero en una zona tranquila donde se podia descansar. Compartir el desayuno en una mesa común con huspedes de distintos países

Pensando en algun punto negativo se me ocurre que quizas el espacio de guardado era demasiado pequeño, pero por dos noches tampoco era necesario mucho más

An absolutely wonderful stay! Carolina and her mother, Alessandra, went above and beyond all expectations. They truly care about each guest personally and are always happy to recommend where to go and what to see. The breakfast was great, the room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the location is perfect — right in the heart of Trastevere. Amazing hospitality and a lovely place to stay in Rome. I will definitely be back! ❤️

צריך לדעת שמדובר במלון דירות, אז אין שירות כל הלילה וכשהגענו מאוחר ולמרות ההסברים המפורטים, לא נוח לחפש את המפתחות ואת החדר.

We really liked the location in Trastevere and the proximity to everything we were keen to see in Rome. The hospitality of Alessandra and Carolina was amazing. We cherished their passion for Rome, and were grateful for their willingness to help us with our transport logistics and to share with us so many architectural insights of Rome.

Warm, herzlich, persönlich! Wenn ich noch einmal nach Rom komme, dann unbedingt wieder dorthin! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr nett. Es lagen Restaurantempfehlungen sowie ein Stadtplan im Zimmer bereit. Täglicher Zimmerservice.

Der Straßenlärm war deutlich zu hören,selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster. Die Unterkunft wäre renovierungsbedürftig.(Duschkabine...) Nichts für verwöhnte Reisende. Leider nur eine geringe Auswahl zum Frühstück.

Alessandra and Carolina went above and beyond to help us with our trip planning in Rome, along with other things. They really made sure we were taken care of. Very kind and helpful. We have stayed in touch with Carolina to resolve some issues we had in Rome and she has continued to help us. Location worked out great and a well equipped super market is only steps away. *this is an update. Carolina went ABOVE and beyond our expectativas for her guidance on a situation that required paperwork and time that SHE DID NOT HAVE TO DO for us. I’m so touched by this gesture of good will. Thank you thank you thank you for hospitality that i am certain you didn’t imagine having to do, but you did. Bravo, bellísima. Big hug to you and your mama!

Posizione centralissima (Porta Portese), che dà la possibilità di camminare e visitare la parte più ricercata di Roma, e tranquilla. Letto abbastanza comodo. Bagno ampio e e ben servito. Condizionatore efficientissimo. La disponibilità e la gentilezza della proprietaria, che ho anche conosciuto di persona all'uscita.

Assolutamente ovviabile e non prioritario, soprattutto quando si tratta di soggiorni brevissimi come nel mio caso, ma potrebbe essere sconveniente per qualcun altro: la TV non visualizza alcun canale.

Si había algo, se me ha olvidado con el trato que nos dieron Alessandra y Carolina.

Gostei de tudo! Carolina e sua mãe nos receberam com um carinho e cuidado muito grande! Nos sentimos muito acolhidos pela atenção e pelo apoio no nosso deslocamento pela cidade e pelo bairro. A localização em Trastevere é incrível! A hospedagem fica perto de tudo; restaurantes, comércio e atrações. O quarto é bem grande e confortável! As roupas de cama e as toalhas estavam limpíssimas. O ar condicionado estava funcionando super bem e foi fundamental em uma temporada de calor como pegamos. Café da manhã simples, mas tudo muito gostoso. Pretendo voltar, com certeza! A energia das anfitriãs é de muito alto astral e fiquei muito feliz em me hospedar lá!

Excellent treatment by lovely staff

Carolina was wonderful.

Carolina's mom is a gem. Very much like the overbearing mom you miss. Reminds me of my mum, always hoping you're comfortable and well fed for breakfast 🙂 but it's her knowledge of the city, and steering you towards less well known - but equally - awesome sites to see. Seriously, had it not been for her I wouldn't have seen half the things I should have. Trust me, take her advice when she recommends something to check out. Room was clean, location was fabulous. Outside the noisy areas of Trastevere but right on a bus line. Breakfast spread was superb and overall it very much felt like home and a place i was always happy to come to at the end of an exhausting day of site seeing

The bed. Yeah....if you're a back or stomach sleeper, it's great. But as a side sleeper...way too hard. Eventually I got used to getting my hips right in the groove in the middle but it didn't make for the most restful sleeps.

It was very clean in a nice building that was easy access the main sites of Rome. The Trastevere neighborhood was more spacious and peaceful than if we stayed in downtown. Both Carolina and Alessandra were very friendly and Alessandra, who served us the delicious breakfast every morning, was very knowledgeable about the places in Rome we were visiting.

The shower in the room we stayed in would be challenging if you are elderly or worried about balance because you had to step up into it and it's small.

The room was everything we needed but breakfast was the best! It was so lovely to be greeted by Carolina’s mom and her hospitality each morning!

The location was great. Close to supermarkets, shopping, site-seeing. If you go there by car there is an indoor secure public parking garage immediately adjacent to the property. If you go by train from Trastevere Station, it's just 10 euros by taxi. The hosts were wonderful; friendly, available and made one feel at home. The breakfast was great! Everything one could want. Taxi to Fiumicino Airport was a flat rate of 55 euros.

Not a big deal but the internet was slow at times.

We loved our hosts- so warm and thoughtful. It felt like we had been friends a long time.

The shower leaks a bit, so be careful not to slip when stepping on the tile

Le logement est idéalement situé pour venir en bus ou en tram de la gare Trastevere et pour aller aller manger dans des endroits typiquement romains. En traversant le Tibre, on peut accéder aux différents lieux touristiques (Forum, Colisée, Fontaine de Trévi, termes de Caracalla, les différentes Piazza et Basilica) Le logement est confortable, la literie impeccable, la clim nécessaire et en bon fonctionnement. Carolina et sa maman sont souriantes, de très bons conseils et réactives : un réel plaisir que de converser avec elles... en français (ne parlant pas l'italien)

Peut-être trouver autrechose qu'un rideau de douche et un rideau plus occultant dans la chambre : juste 2 petits détails..

The managers were so so lovely, they prepared a beautiful breakfast, gave us great suggestions and were incredibly friendly. The location is excellent, right in the centre of the coolest part of Rome. We will definitely return!

Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen für den Städtetrip. Das Check-in ist sehr gut durch Carolina organisiert, die telefonisch für alle Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Alessandra betreut die Gäste zum Frühstück liebevoll und gibt viele wichtige Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es gibt ein schönes italienisches Frühstück, Zimmer und Bad sind geschmackvoll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohlgefühlt.

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal. Tanto Carolina como su madre son muy agradables, siempre dispuestas a ayudar. Sobre todo estuvimos con su madre, muy cercana y siempre queriendo asesorarte acerca de qué ver o cómo moverte en Roma. También nos dio recomendaciones para comer. Se nota que disfruta con su trabajo. Nos dejó unos libros para que pudiéramos leer e informarnos mejor de los monumentos que íbamos a ver. Son agradables los desayunos compartiendo pensamientos sobre cultura, política y sociedad actual. Habla un montón de idiomas y se preocupa mucho por los huéspedes.

Carolina and her mom were very helpful with any questions. Great location, the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was the same everyday. Coffee made the day before. I prefer mine to be fresh, but that is okay.

The showers were dangerous, one had to step up about 6 inches into a small slippery square surrounded by a draping shower curtain. Shower head was at chest level.

Location was fabulous, very clean and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Las habitaciones estaban impecables, las camas eran comodísimas y el desayuno era fresco y muy completo.

Carolina and her mum were excellent hosts . Very friendly and helpful what ever you need , restaurant bookings , travel advice . Very central , we walked every where . Lovely continental breakfast . We sat around a big table for breakfast with other travellers from all the over the world , which was great .

Don’t expect 5 star hotel facilities, they do not pretend to be that . It was very homely , like staying as a guest in someone’s home . Very comfortable and safe , every thing you need .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish! The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and very convenient for getting around and visiting all the main tourist areas. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. There was no such thing

Bed and breakfast ran by a wonderful family willing to share insights and help make your visit comfortable! Gracie! Close to 🍧 espresso ☕️ and 🍝 🧡🧡🧡.. All sights are within 20 to 30 minute walk or bus ride, Uber or taxi is available. We used a 72 hour bus pass and it worked well. recommend the golf cart tour in the evening.

Wear comfortable shoes for the cobblestone streets😉

The hosts were so lovely, we felt like we were staying with family. The bed was so comfortable and the location was perfect! It's slightly out of the centre, so it's quieter, and it's surrounded by lovely restaurants and beautiful little streets.

The rooms could use a touch up and the bathrooms are very basic.

We are glad to have met Carolina and her amazing mother Francesca. She was a great host. We had lovely chats in the morning and she gave us useful tips regarding our itinerary. She was the sweetest woman we could have imagined as our host. We felt ourselves at home throughout our stay. Thank you Francesca!

Carolina, die Besitzerin, hat uns trotz fehlender E-Mail in das Haus und die Wohnung gelassen, obwohl sie nicht vor Ort gewesen ist. Das Zimmer war effizient, aber nett gestaltet. Sowohl Carolina wie auch ihre Mutter sind absolut herzliche Gastgeberinnen. Das Frühstück war mit Croissant, frischem Obst, Joghurt, Marmelade und Kaffee umfassend und gut.

Es ist etwas hellhörig zu dem Nachbarzimmer gewesen. Der Duschvorhang an der Dusche ist nicht ideal.

Bien situé dans un quartier animé et central de Rome. Hébergement calme, propre et confortable, literie de qualité. Chambres nettoyées quotidiennement. Petit déjeuner copieux et convivial. Hôtes très disponibles pour conseiller les visiteurs sur les itinéraires, les sites touristiques et les bonnes adresses locales. Accueil vraiment chaleureux.

Caroline was a wonderful host and whether it be a late check in or iron and ironing board she made sure we had everything we needed. Her mother, Alexandra, was our breakfast host, and just being around her warmed my heart. She always made sure we had breakfast, which too often meant croissants to go. I wish we had more time in Rome just to enjoy a cup of coffee with Alexandra.

I wish breakfast began at 7:30 instead of 8:30, so we had more time and weren't in a hurry most of the time.

Het is een kleinschalig familie bedrijf. Moeder en dochter zijn zooo gastvrij!! Ze geven je goede tips en vertellen vol passie over Rome. Erg attent en liefdevol. Zo stond er prosecco klaar omdat ze hoorden dat wij jarig waren.

Alles was goed. Erg schone kamers, heerlijk vers ontbijt.

De locatie was top. Het verblijf lag op vijf minuutjes wandelen van het drukke centrum van Trastevere. Een ideale locatie om de wijk en de rest van Rome te voet te ontdekken. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar steeds vers en lekker. De gastvrouwen, Carolina en haar moeder, waren enorm warm, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze communiceerden vlot met alle gasten en hebben ons veel tips waardevolle gegeven voor ons bezoek aan Rome. De moeite waard!

De badkamer was wat gedateerd. De douche was krap en afgeschermd met een douchegordijn. Ook de toilet spoelde niet makkelijk door. Desondanks hebben we ons daar niet aan gestoord en hebben we een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad!

Excellent Continental Breakfast served by a beautiful Roman woman!

The location is perfect. I love the Trastevere neighborhood and the guesthouse is quiet despite its central location. Our hosts are friendly and charming, going out of their way to make sure you have an exceptional stay. It’s like staying with friends.

The shower arrangement was a bit challenging but after the second day got the hang of it. It’s a small platform with a curtain and one easily gets water splashed everywhere. The water pressure is amazing. The towels were a bit flimsy but let’s remember we are not paying Ritz Hotel prices. It is very good value for money.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft in Rom! Sie liegt im ruhigen Teil des lebhaften Stadtteils Trastevere – Nachtruhe ist also kein Problem, und dennoch sind Restaurants und Bars in etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich zudem Tram- und Bushaltestellen, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und hell, das Badezimmer groß. Die Gastgeberinnen Carolina und Alessandra waren einfach großartig – unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets mit wertvollen Tipps zur Stelle. Besonders schön war das gemeinsame Frühstück mit allen Gästen, das durch die offene und freundliche Atmosphäre schon ein kleines Event für sich war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen!

The owners were so fantastic; they made our stay really special. The apartment is in a fantastic area of Rome, there are lots of restaurants nearby without it heaving with tourists. The breakfast was great, and beds very comfortable! We would certainly stay here again if returning to Rome.

Ontbijt was prima. Gezellige grote eettafel voor all gasten. Leuk om tips en ervaringen uit te wisselen. Hartelijke en lieve familie die het je echt naar de zin willen maken, communicatie oa ook in Engels en Frans. Locatie net buiten de drukte van het sfeervolle centrum van Trastevere. Een aanrader!

La atención de Alessandra todas las mañanas, en el desayuno es maravillosa. Es una mujer encantadora y amable, siempre de buen humor y con ganas de ayudar y hacer amena la primera hora de la mañana.

La primera noche, parecía que en otro piso estaban haciendo una fiesta y había más ruido. Menos mal que las ventanas de la habitación son buenas y aislaron suficiente. Y sólo pasó una noche, las otras 3 noches no hubo ningún problema.
