Eileen is very warm, kind, and attentive to our needs, and the "full course" breakfast is so delicious! We loved everything about this B&B.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026It was a nice place to stay at, a very good breakfast, too. Nice location a bit out of town, quiet and peaceful. The rooms were nice, and the bed was comfortable, a very nice garden in the front of the house, very nice view to the mountains. A very good starting point for exploring both the ring of Kerry and the ring of Beara, with the town of Kenmare itself offering plenty of options in terms of restaurants, cafes, shops.
Maybe it was just a bad luck for us to be there during a strong heat wave, so we were missing a small fridge in the room to store some water and drinks, so that to keep ourselves fresh and hydrated. On the day of arrival, there was a problem with the wi-fi and the TV programs, but these were solved within an hour or two, so when we were back from having dinner in town all was fine. Having a small table in the rooms would be great, too. Otherwise our stay was nice and pleasant.

Nothing really, except that it is hard to find. Perhaps, as a suggestion, put the postal code in the address, so a GPS can locate the residence a little easier.. My GPS in my rental car could not find the place.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026TUTTO! location stupenda, la casa si trova in un angolo tranquillo e sa proprio di "casa": accogliente, curata, pulita e con una padrona che sembra essere uscita da uno dei film dell'infanzia, in cui la dolce signora si prende a cuore i protagonisti della storia. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, il bagno un po' piccolo ma niente di particolarmente ingestibile (a meno che uno non fosse alto 2 mt). Colazione eccellente, abbondante e in una verandina stupenda!

Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch und komfortabel, alles da was man braucht und supersauber! Frühstück ein Traum, besonders der frisch geschnittene Obstsalat. Lage sehr ruhig, zum Essen muss man halt fahren, aber wenn man Ruhe will, perfekt!

Es war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Kurzer Weg mit dem Auto nach Kenmare. Direkte Lage am Ring of Kerry. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Objekt je malo udaljen od centra nekih 2,5 km pa je potreban auto. Sobe su uredne i čiste, domaćini iznimno ljubazni i dragi, doručak iznad očekivanja, jednostavno kraljevski. Od voćne salate, domaćeg jogurta i pekmeza do kompletnog pravog irskog doručka, plus kava i čaj. Parkiralište besplatno ispred kuće. Pogled iz naše sobe bio je za pamćenje, zelenilo i brdašca. Jednom riječju divno!!
Nemam primjedbi. Sve je bilo super.

La chambre était très confortable dans une belle maison dans un cadre verdoyant et idéal pour un départ direction le Ring of Kerry. Le petit déjeuner servi dans la véranda était aussi délicieux que copieux. Un vrai coup de cœur !
