Breakfast was very good. Informative host. Setting for the b and b was lovely.

L'alloggio è molto confortevole, circondato da giardino, vicino al centro della città. La colazione è spettacolare. Mi è piaciuta molto la finestra della stanza che si affacciava al frutteto. La signora Julia molto accogliente e disponibile. Parcheggio a disposizione nel cortile della struttura.

A lovely welcome from Julia made us feel at home straightaway. An excellent recommendation for dinner and Julia very kindly made the booking for us. Lovely garden with a fast stream running through it. Nice sitting room for guests too. Delicious breakfast.

Hinter dem Haus rauscht der Bach. Ein herrlich gelegenes, sehr gepflegtes B&B. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir würden immer wiederkommen.

The short & sweet is that we absolutely loved our stay here & would definitely come back!! I don’t quite have the words to express how grateful I am to have found this place🙏not just because it was so comfortable, beautiful, and a fantastic location for exploring Kerry, but mostly meeting the lovely Host Julia☺️ Which was a highlight itself of our trip and also chatting with Eithne ( I hope I spelled that right). We felt so welcomed, the hospitality, the delicious breakfasts, the great chats each morning were such a blessing🙏 Julia was so helpful and gave great advice & information for the area, and in helping us attend Mass🙏So thankful to her for helping connect me with a cousin in a nearby town I had not yet met🙏💞 Thank You for everything, Julia!

It’s a very cozy and nice home. Warm breakfast cooked by Juliet is superb! We enjoyed our stay and definitely will recommend it to our friends.

Lovely location, next to scenic river. Beautiful flowers, with peaceful setting. Host, Julia and staff very welcoming and friendly!

Only thing I didn't like was that we had to climb stairs with suitcases, as room was on second floor, but was not a major deal. Would not keep me from staying here again!

Outstanding! Beautiful accommodations, wonderful and informative host, large parking area, rooms were spacious and modern, excellent breakfast, walking distance to town. If you’re in Kenmare this is the best place to stay.

La casa es preciosa y tiene un jardín maravilloso rodeado por un arroyo. Nuestra habitación era amplia, bonita y cómoda. La atención por parte de Julia y Ethna también ha sido excelente y el desayuno, preparado al momento, muy rico y variado.

Julia was a fantastic, warm and welcoming host - and she cooks a great breakfast! An Bruachan was an amazing base for exploring glorious County Kerry, and Kenmare offers plenty of options for food and drink, with music on top. We loved our short stay and will be sure to book again next time.

The building and garden are absolutely charming, and the staff equally so. It is a fairly easy walk to and from the centre of Kenmare, so being a bit outside the town is not really a problem. We would definitely stay again!

Struttura super accogliente, pulita, silenziosa, belle camere, la titolare.ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza, la colazione è stata la migliore del nostro viaggio, bellissima posizione, struttura che consiglio assolutamente

Posizione comoda per fare il ring of kerry, a un km dal Paese ma raggiungibile anche con una passeggiata piacevole. Camera ampia con 3 letti comodi. Silenzio tutto attorno perchè immersa nel verde . Colazione ottima, fatta in casa dalla signora Giulia, persona squisita e ospitale

Il bagno un pò datato, soprattuto Wc e lavandino.

Chambre agréable et ventilée. Tout le nécessaire pour une nuit. Breakfast super. Des pancakes maisons. Ma fille a pris pancake aux fruits: un regal. Les hotesses so british sont trés agréables.

The bnb was at an amazing location, centre point to all tourist attractions. It also had a stream next to it which I enjoyed the sounds and views of the falls. The hosts are super sweet, made yummy home cooked breakfast for us. We also enjoyed apples from their apple trees.

Would be great if the room had a little refrigerator.

​Julia is simply an amazing host—so lovely, warm, and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay! ​The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and beyond all expectations. Julia prepares it specifically for you upon pre-order, complete with tea and coffee—and the pancakes were hands down the best we've ever had! ​The room was spotless, super cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The location in Kenmare is perfect if you’re exploring the Wild Atlantic Way or the Ring of Kerry, being just a short walk from the main street. Plus, there is plenty of parking space on site. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

​Nothing negative at all! Just a quick heads-up for future guests to plan ahead: check-in is strictly between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM, so make sure to coordinate your arrival time accordingly.

The lady of the house was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. The breakfast was lovely, especially the delicious pancakes. That said, the location is excellent—very close to a beautiful small town that’s definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

There were a few downsides, though. The bed was too soft for our liking and not very comfortable. Since the top floor is made of wood, you can hear people walking around, so it wasn’t very quiet in the morning. We also felt it was a little expensive for what was offered.

We loved our stay in this beautiful town. The BnB is comfortable and spacious and has a lovely stream alongside. Julia the owner is a legend and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy.

Julia is a friendly, lovely host who pays special attention to each individual guest. She and her staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease the whole time. The room was also cosy and clean and the breakfast was delicious.

When you meet Julia you understand why the Irish are known worldwide for their hospitality and warm welcome. She is someone who loves to meet people and get to know them, we really enjoyed our conversations with her.

La porte de la chambre en RDC donnant directement sur le hall d'entrée de la maison. Niveau insuffisant de l'insonorisation horizontale/verticale de la maison. Tous les bruits (voix, pieds, écoulement d'eau wc ou douche) se transforment en nuisance sonore.

Could hear the staff saying I'd changed my breakfast choice (an omelette) - when I hadn't even decided the night before...

Everything! The host was so incredibly kind and sweet. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were adorable and clean. The river in the back was so peaceful to fall asleep to.

Julia was wonderful. The location is a short 10-15 minute walk from the main town area. It was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious!

The property itself is great as well as the host. My only recommendation would be to have a few electric fans to offer guests. It was quite warm which I know is abnormal as we were there during a heatwave, but even when it’s not so warm, airflow is nice. It did cool off throughout the evening with the windows open. Otherwise no complaints and would stay there again even without fans

Casa deliziosa, l' accoglienza di Julia ,la proprietaria, è stata molto gentile e simpatica. Ci ha dato molte informazioni sui posti da visitare, peccato che non sapessi bene la lingua perché sarebbe stato piacevole conversare con lei. Posizione fantastica, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di kenmare. Giardino molto bello per momenti di relax. Camere comode, perfette! Colazione ottima, super abbondante! Consiglio vivamente! Consiglio anche la zona meravigliosa, da visitare in ogni angolo! Da tornare!!!!

Julia est charmante, très gentille, très attentionnée. Elle fait de super pancakes. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller visiter à pied Kenmare. Le jardin est bien entretenu à côté de la rivière

Julia was amazing! Lovely host and great person. She helped us plan our evening, and everything was very organised (breakfast time, places to visit, check in time, etc...). The room was spacious, and the bathroom was super clean, big and new. The breakfast was so tasty, with amazing homemade pancakes.

Maybe the shower could have a bit more pressure, but we didn't have any issues.

Our host Julia made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast options were really good. The location, rooms and facilities were perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great service by the ladies running the place

Location was great. Just a short drive into Kenmare. The stream running by the building was very relaxing. Breakfast was superb, with everything we could have wanted. Julia and her staff were very welcoming and warm. We had use of the downstairs lounge area which was lovely.

Shower pressure could have been better, but we were upstairs.

Nothing everything was great

Julia is such a nice lady. We felt instantly welcomed and knew that we had made a good decision choosing this place for our one-night sleepover. The building is cute, and all facilities are very clean. We had a good sleep. You can also hear the river that is close by! It's still close to the city centre. We went for a walk, pizza and a pint in the evening. A very calm and quiet place.

Water pressure was low, but the building is on the older side, so we weren't really surprised by it and just dealt with it.

Julia was a wonderful host. She gave us tips on the area, places to eat dinner and wonderful conversation. Her place was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Das Zimmer war groß, das Bad sauber und die Heizung hat auch funktioniert. Das Frühstück war klasse! Und die Besitzerin des B&B erinnert an Mrs. Doubtfire. Sehr sehr schön.

Ich hatte eigentlich ein anderes Zimmer mit Badewanne gebucht. Das war bissel schade. Denn nach der Wanderung hatte ich mich auf das heiße Bad gefreut.

Stort rum. Bekväm sängarna. Frukosten var riklig med tallrik stekt ägg, bönor, korv. Dock var yoghurt-utbudet inte lika fint som på bilderna. Rent och fint.
