Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l'ensemble. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et l'accueil agréable. La chambre était très spacieuse.

Dommage que le frigo ne soit pas branché à notre arrivée. Il contenait des noissons( payantes) ce qui était très pratique mais malheureusement pas fraîches.

De locatie, prima korte loopafstand naar het centrum. Mooie kamer met prima schone ruime badkamer. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Iets verderop kun je uitstekend gratis parkeren.

Het is een smalle trap, waar je wel even rekening mee moet houden. En in de kamer waar wij sliepen, op de 1e etage, een irritant krakende vloer.

Goede locatie rustig gelegen, enthousiaste hosts.

Niet de kamer gekregen die ons beloofd was. Wellness was niet open en hier hadden we eigenlijk voor geboekt. De gratis parking ligt op 150 meter van de guesthouse en is een publieke parking. S morgens bij ontbijt zat de kat op het keuken aanrecht en dat is niet echt smakelijk. Host maakte s morgens lekkere eitjes met spek. Koffiezet in de kamer niet echt proper. Goede WiFi, goede ijskast in de kamer. Links en rechts nog wat kleine afwerking noodzakelijk om het perfect in orde te brengen (rekje in de douche voor shampoo, afwerking chambrangs deuren, verduistering kamer).

The host is a Gentleman, made me feel so welcome straight away letting me park my motorcycle in the courtyard which as a biker we know is paramount especially in a City ,nothing too much trouble, we had a good chat together and was very jovial ,short walk to the centre and The Menin Gate ,pubs and restaurants near by ,had a massive room with walk in shower ,huge comfy bed ,separate TV room and to top it off he personally made a fabulous breakfast to boot ,could want for a better ace to stay,will return.

Wir hatten unser Zimmer am Ende eines kleinen Innenhofes, wo auch draußen gesessen und gefrühstückt werden konnten. Das Zimmer war schön groß, eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank war eingebaut. Das Frühstück war liebevoll angerichtet und wurde uns in einem Korb gebracht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum.

Gibt nichts zu meckern. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in den drei Tagen in Ypern.

Just one very small thing-some bottled water in the fridge would have been good. Other than that - nothing!

Die kleine Loggia im Hof war ebenerdig und perfekt an so einem heißen Tag. Alles lief sehr herzlich und total unkompliziert ab. Den Abend konnten wir im Freien genießen und die Räder standen sicher im Hof. Eigentlich in der Innenstadt, aber abgeschirmt vom Trubel.

Lack of towels, no hand towel just a small bath towel and flannel each but we've come to realise this is normal outside the UK.

This property is wonderful, located in the architecturally beautiful town of Ypres. It is located within the town centre, a short walk from the Flanders museum. The property was very clean with lots of little extra touches while the bed was very comfortable. Miguel, the owner, kept in regular contact and made us the most amazing breakfast!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Prachtige locatie met gratis parkeren op 2 min. Joviale gastheer, gaf ons goede suggesties voor dineren en locale activiteiten. Heerlijk ontbijt. Echt top!

In een mooi en historisch pandje kregen wij de loft, met hoge plafonds, uitstekend sanitair en alles om thee en koffie te zetten. We werden verwelkomt door de gastheer, die ons tips gaf voor een fijn verblijf in Ieper dat bol staat van de memorabilia van de 1e wereldoorlog. Het was een warme dag, maar de airco gaf een heerlijke verkoeling. Hoewel we midden in het historisch centrum zaten was het ‘s nachts zeer rustig. Het uitstekende ontbijt konen wij bij de tuinmeubels op het terras voor de loft nuttigen. Al met al een geweldige keuze om hier te verblijven. Het was jammer dat we maar één nacht zouden blijven

Great location, friendly and helpful host, free parking in section of public car park nearby, good breakfast made fresh for when you want to wake up, comfortable rooms, very friendly resident cat.

External gate to the property is locked at some point overnight without warning preventing you leaving (e.g. if you forget something in the car), despite being given a key to the front door as well as the room on arrival.

Peaceful and quite , travelled by motorcycle and the host aloud us to park within the ex courtyard. Really pleasant stay and will visit again.

Dicht bij centrum.grote kamer,en badkamer.netfix gratis ,hij komt wel vragen voor ontbijt wat je graag wilt eten.

Te harte matras.in de zetel beter geslapen.ontbijt basic .frigo maakt veel lawaai voor slapen gaan stekker eruit trekken.te veel betaald voor wat het is voor ontbijt en het verblijf.spijtig is de sauna er niet in bergrepen.

We stayed in the 'Romantic' room which was stunning. The apartment was in a perfect location, quiet but perfectly close to the main square. The breakfasts were awesome. We loved that they were brought to our room so we could eat at our leisure. Every day there was a different (and yummy) egg dish

Niet de kamer gekregen die we gereserveerd hadden. Ontbijt heel beperkt en elke dag hetzelfde. Proper handdoeken moesten we vragen. Zeepjes werden niet bijgevuld zelf zeep gekocht. Bier in frigo vervallen

Merveilleusement bien situé tout près du centre ville de Ypres. Succulent petit déjeuner fait maison et accueil très chaleureux. Chambre spacieuse et tout confort. Très agréable terrasse.

We booked this accommodation for one night and stayed in two rooms. Both rooms looked exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms featured a nice shower and a cosy sitting area. One of the rooms also had a small kitchenette and a mini fridge, which was very convenient. Free parking is available around the corner, although it can sometimes be difficult to find an empty spot. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the centre of Ypres — yet still very quiet. The host was incredibly friendly, communication was excellent, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed fresh breads and croissants, bacon and eggs, jams and cheeses, along with orange juice and coffee. The yoghurt with fresh fruit was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again. Thank you Miguel.

The apartment was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The area felt safe to walk around even quite late in the evening.

A very small thing that was fixed the next morning - the heating wasn't working and there were insufficient blankets on the bed, so it was a little chilly.

Second stay at the location. Excellent host. Contactable at all times. Excellent accommodation. Great breakfast. Will be back in the future.

Close to the center of Ypres. Easy walking distance to many areas. Charming host who cooked an amazing breakfast. He had many relevant suggestions of what to do and see. Room was delightful. Lovely design. Great courtyard to relax in.

De prijsreductie op de wellness was lager dan verwacht. De reductie is recent verlaagd van 20% naar 10% wat het voor mij bijna niet meer de moeite maakt.

Essendo una struttura antica, le scale sono molto strette ed è impegnativo portare le valige al piano superiore. Bisogna fare attenzione a non cadere.

Could have done with having cups and spoons by the kettle because once breakfast was cleared we couldn't have a cuppa.

De kamer was verouderd, zeker de badkamer. De properheid was ver te zoeken. Het ontbijt viel ook tegen. Zeer weinig keuze.... zelfs geen water.

Un endroit plein de cachet proche du centre ville. Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Miguel. Un petit déjeuner copieux avec un chocolat chaud délicieux 😋
