The host, Luigi was very helpful. Given the property had stairs, he helped with the luggage. He also responded immediately to any questions.

Wonderful stay. The host Luigi was incredibly kind and helpful, even allowing an early check‑in. The bedroom was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after long days of touring. The shower was amazing, with great water pressure, and the high‑quality toiletries were a lovely touch. Smart TV and AC worked flawlessly. The location was perfect for exploring Catania’s city centre. Highly recommend.

Great location, accesible to the city center within minutes walking, above a small cozy street, with some restaurants with great food and drinks. The room has a small balcony as well, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with the sound of Italy. The room was super clean and cozy as well, disposing of a mini fridge where you can deposit your drinks in a hot summer day. Luigi, the host, also a really nice guy, always willing to help and caring either everything goes well or not, helping us with choosing best spots in town! Totally recommend!

La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, vicino ci sono vari ristoranti e bar ed è vicinissimo anche al duomo. Luigi è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato posti da visitare, posti dove mangiare e ci ha aiutati con l’escursione per l’Etna. La stanza era molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort, era anche molto silenziosa nonostante fosse in zona centrale. La consigliamo vivamente.

This was a great location for exploring the city! A short walk from everything, and close to the bus stop to the airport too. The hosts were attentive and charming. The room was great, with good wifi and AC, a hot tub, an outdoor terrace, separate large bathroom, great hot water and water pressure, a nice desk and coffee area, daily housekeeping. A good value and a great place to stay.

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta. si possono raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutti i principali punti di interesse del centro storico. La struttura è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e si percepisce chiaramente l’amore e la passione con cui è stata realizzata. La camera era splendida, luminosa, impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Luigi, il vero gioiello della struttura: sempre disponibile, attento, gentile e costantemente in contatto con gli ospiti, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, and the jacuzzi is a real highlight. The location is perfect: the Opera House is right next door, and the historic old town is only a 5-minute walk away. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. Across the street, there is a great place for breakfast. Luigi is very kind and responsive. He replies quickly on WhatsApp and was always helpful. We also booked the airport transfer through the hotel, and everything went smoothly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

Café y agua en la habitación. Un buen servicio de limpieza. Todas las comodidades posibles. Además Luigi nos recomendó lugares locales como playas o lugares para comer. Un trato muy cercano.

We only stayed for one night but the owner, Luigi, was fantastic. Excellent communications before we arrived which made self check-in seamless. He made it clear where to find everything and offered storing our case on the check out day. He was welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is fantastic being close to the train station and centre. Little balcony and complimentary coffee was lovely in the morning

Fine for one night but we struggled with somewhere to put our large suitcase within our apartment that would be inconvenient if staying for longer

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Catania. From the very beginning, everything was communicated clearly and well in advance. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and the communication throughout our stay was always very friendly and professional. The apartment is located right in the heart of Catania, making it the perfect base for exploring the city and the price is outstanding for such a central location. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, very comfortable and equipped with air conditioning. The sound insulation was excellent. The biggest thank you goes to our host, Luigi. I have genuinely never met a friendlier host anywhere. He was always happy to help with anything we needed, gave great recommendations, responded quickly to every question and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. His kindness and hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations. To był zdecydowanie najlepszy obiekt, w jakim nocowaliśmy podczas naszych podróży po Włoszech! Przede wszystkim ogromne zaskoczenie – pokój był niesamowicie czysty. Naprawdę BARDZO czysty. Byliśmy wręcz w szoku, ponieważ podczas wcześniejszych wyjazdów do Włoch często trafialiśmy na miejsca, które pozostawiały wiele do życzenia pod względem czystości. Tutaj wszystko było perfekcyjne: świeża pościel, pachnące ręczniki, lśniąca łazienka i dbałość o każdy, nawet najmniejszy szczegół. Na osobne wyróżnienie zasługuje właściciel, Luigi. To jedna z tych osób, które sprawiają, że czujesz się bardziej jak gość w domu przyjaciela niż klient hotelu. Luigi był niezwykle serdeczny, pomocny i cały czas upewniał się, czy niczego nam nie brakuje. Regularnie pytał, czy wszystko jest w porządku, polecał miejsca warte odwiedzenia i zawsze był gotowy pomóc z uśmiechem. Takie podejście naprawdę robi różnicę i sprawia, że pobyt staje się wyjątkowy. Lokalizacja również okazała się świetna – wszędzie było blisko, a po całym dniu zwiedzania można było wrócić do komfortowego, cichego i idealnie przygotowanego pokoju. Rzadko wystawiamy maksymalną ocenę bez najmniejszych wątpliwości, ale tutaj nie ma się nad czym zastanawiać. Jeśli wrócimy do Katanii, to tylko tutaj. Dziękujemy Luigi za stworzenie miejsca, do którego chce się wracać i które będziemy polecać wszystkim znajomym! 10/10 – absolutnie zasłużone.

Great location and great staff. Seems to be a family owned business with two brothers being the main staff that greet you/communicate with you. They are very attentive and helpful. We had some issues getting the hot water functioning on the first day - I thought I may have done something wrong - and I messaged them asking if there was a trick to the water and one of the brothers was over straight away to fix it. They are both lovely providing many services for tourist attractions, options for airport transfers, and keeping you well stocked on coffee and water.

The only potential con of the property is that it is located right on top of some bars/restaurants so it can be a bit noisy at night. I found that there was enough of a muffle that it didn’t bother me sleeping but for those that are light sleepers that could be a problem if you’re staying on the weekend when the town is busiest.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Luigi stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung, Lage top (man hört den Platz unten, aber alles im Rahmen), self-checkin, jeden Tag frisches Wasser, Kaffee/Tee im Zimmer. Alles gut.

Everything with a great standard. Starting from localization right at the entrance to the main part of the old town, great and very responsive host (greetings to Luigi who was always there with quick and profesional help) through the appartament itself and finishing with 20% discounts at the nearby restaurants. Well soundproofed appartament with AC, that gives You a good sleep although living in the centrer.

Great location walking distane to attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and very well presented. The bothers Luigi and Contado were very accommodating and friendly. The self check in was easy having all the steps and information prior to arrival. Nice touches to the room bottled water and coffee pod.

The room is right above a restaurant so if you are a light sleeper you might need some ear plugs.

Luigi is definitely dedicated to his work. Way to go, Luigi!

Towels were replaced after the third night, but the room was cleaned every day. We were very satisfied with how clean and spacious the room was. The jacuzzi in the room was also wonderful and really helped us relax after walking around all day. The Etna hiking tour recommended by Corrado was excellent as well. What gave us the greatest peace of mind was that Corrado always responded quickly to every message and request. The restaurant located downstairs from the hotel was also very delicious, and the 20% discount offered to hotel guests made it very reasonable. Breakfast could be enjoyed from early morning at the café next door to the hotel. The location is very convenient, with Piazza Duomo, the fish market, and the main street all nearby, while both the bus and train stations are within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Catania.

Our flight, which was scheduled to arrive around 11:00 PM, was delayed even further, and we ended up arriving at the hotel close to 1:00 AM. During the self check-in process, we were shocked to find that the key that should have been in the entrance lockbox was missing. However, when we called Corrado, he answered immediately and came to help us within about 10 minutes. Apparently, another guest had accidentally taken our key as well. Although it was stressful not to have the key, we truly appreciated how quickly we were able to reach someone, even in the middle of the night. That gave us a great sense of security. Thank you very much.

Luigi was great. Very informative of how to enter the building. The bed was super comfortable, nice large room. Great location to walk over to the main square. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. They let us store our luggage until the evening of our checkout day which was really helpful as we had a late flight.

Wspaniały gospodarz, odpowiada na wszystkie pytania i zawsze chętny do pomocy. Człowiek czuje się jak w domu. Pokój bardzo ładny i czysty, łazienka podobnie. Lodówka, maszyna do robienia kawy, woda w lodówce. Lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta. Jeśli przyjedziemy kolejny raz to na pewno się tutaj zatrzymamy oraz polecamy wszystkim naszym znajomym.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Luigi. Er hat uns immer gute Ratschläge gegeben. Auch das Ein- und Auschecken des Zimmers hat super und unkompliziert geklappt. Ein guter Tip war auch die nahe gelegene Garage, wo wir eine Zeit lang unseren Mietwagen abstellen konnten.

Our stay at Cantù Suite was absolutely wonderful, even though we stayed only for one night. Everything was smooth, comfortable and very well organized from the very beginning. A special thank you to Luigi, who was incredibly kind, caring and helpful throughout our stay. He always replied very quickly, gave us great recommendations for delicious local food and made us feel very welcome in Catania. The instructions for check-in and everything else were very clear, so the whole experience was stress-free and easy. The room was clean, cozy and we truly enjoyed our short stay and all the advantages of the location. We also used the jacuzzi and it was the perfect way to relax after a long day of walking around the city 😊

Big room, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The room was clean, at the back of the courtyard which was great as it was very quiet at night. Great addition of coffee machine, coffee, tea, shampoo and other essentials. Also had a balcony which was great when having a morning coffee! Location wise also perfect, a few min walk from the centre of town and about 15min from the central station. Corrado explained self - check in (we were coming late), he was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay (extra duvet, iron, laundry washing arrangements etc). It is really invaluable to have a host who is willing to actually help you out in an unknown place and help make your stay pleasant. We really appreciate the hospitality and friendliness.

Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Allowed us early check in. Location and surroundings were great. We had apartment with a circular bed - and whole new experience 😊 They helped us arrange a morning guided tour to Mount Etna. Tour was absolutely breathtaking. Definitely recommend the accommodation and tour.

Although having a jacuzzi in our room was great, it did make the room very tight. The steps to get into the jacuzzi were in awkward place and we tripped everytime to get round the bed or go to balcony.

Romantic, big (and clean) room with lots of space in both barhroom and main room. The bathtub was big and comfortable. Central walkable area, with good access to resturants and bars nearby. VERY good and accommodating service from the host😊 We also liked that the room had a modern and well functioning AC/heater.

The location was superb. Great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Corrado was an exceptional host. Nothing was too much bother. The room was ok and the facilities were decent enough. Bed was really comfy and overall we felt safe in the apartment.

The shower was tricky. Trying to get the right temperature took a couple of goes. Gutted that the sun does not appear on the balcony we had, otherwise we would have sat outside for our morning coffee. Our room needs a little TLC.

Everything was really nice and clean. We had a great time! Corrado helped us with everything—a special thanks to him! :) We’ll definitely be back!

Contact très fluide et facile avec Luigi, qui était sur place lors de notre arrivée, et a fait en sorte que notre chambre soit prête pour un check in immédiat (avant midi). Luigi a été totalement disponible et consciencieux de notre bien-être tout au long de notre séjour. Propreté des lieux. Hébergement très bien positionné. Calme. Literie de bonne qualité. Possibilité de laisser les bagages sur place après le check out.

We liked the room the bed is big enough and the room is spacious enough we can hang all our clothes and enough room and drawers for our plenty clothes and space for our big luggages ✅✅✅ room is very pleasant and the paintings are classy. It always smells good whenever we enter our room. The terrace is also beautiful we can see the opera 😍🥰🥰 Downstairs are restaurants and cafès for breakfast. Right around the corner is the Duomo and my favorite cafè Prestipino, as well as shopping street where I bought all my leather bags on reduced price in Pucci! Luigi is very helpful and always responsive very fast to assist on all our needs. He is on standby to check if we have arrived and if we are doinh okay. He even replied late at night when we needed help with the parking. Always online so easy to reach even when I wanted supplies in the middle of the night. 🫶 Thank you for giving us a place to stay and enjoy Catania 🫶

Eccellente struttura al centro di Catania. Abbiamo dormito una sola notte. Siamo rimasti sorpresi della disponibilità di Corrado pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta e a qualsiasi ora. Consiglio vivamente.

La personne qui a gérer le Check in était parfait et très gentil avec des explications parfaite et s’assure que tout vas bien à votre arrivé, l’emplacement est parfaite, proche du centre et très facile d’accès c’était pour nous un 10/10 merci encore !

Logement très bien situé, entre la gare et le centre piétonnier . Le petit balcon offre une vue sur la rue piétonnière juste en bas, riche en restaurants, bars e belles façades. Les hôtes, deux frères, répondent rapidement et même si le check-in se fait à distance il y a moyen de les rencontrer et de résoudre toute question . Il y a un 'espace commun' (petite cour aménagée, bureau) très utile en cas de départ tardif

Vraiment un détail...odeur synthétique trop forte à l'arrivée (il vaut mieux utiliser des produits nettoyants/aromatisateurs plus doux pour les narines .
