ZOE LUXURY SUITES

Big spacious room, very nice jacuzzi, very clean.

The place is amazing for the chilling in a hot tab, very modern and beautiful. The stuff is very friendly.

The location is close to the city center, but close to bus central station , so there might be not very pleasant people

Central zone,Michele was very responsive , professional and helpful. Very clean suite . Lots of parking space around location. We recommend this place if you want to be close to the center of Catania.Thank you,Michele.

The bed should be a real bed not just a mattress.

Ausstattung, Lage, Einfacher Check-In und Check-Out, Zimmerdesign

-

Modern and cozy room

Perhaps the glass walls surrounding the toilet could have been darker

Todo. Sobre todo las prestaciones. Jacuzzi fantástico

- It was spotlessly clean and ultra modern - The host was exceptional - provided a couple of chairs and a table to sit at when I said there was nowhere to sit in the suite!

- No Privacy - the see-through glass to the toilet and shower! Only for couples that are comfortable going to the toilet in front of one another. It was for my sister and myself and it was passable. Definitely not for new couples or friends that weren’t comfortable being seen while they did number 2’s!! . - Nowhere to sit! It was marketed as a suite! There was no sitting in the suite. The owner brought in a table and chairs which was lovely of him. - Misleading marketing photos and descriptions. There was a kitchen photographed and described that was not for guest use. There was a “refrigerator” advertised, but it was a mini-shelf fridge that would not fit a bottle of champagne . I would have NEVER HAVE BOOKED THIS PROPERTY had it had more accurate photos and descriptions. - the location was very close to the duomo - but in a very poor and run-down part of town. - the garage and parking that was advertised was dodgy looking and if you had a lot of bags it was a slug around the block - the bed on the floor was extremely hard. Great if you love a hard bed. - no hooks for towels - the jacuzzi didn’t drain - you had to walk across and through the jacuzzi (or on the edge of it) to get the robe they provided. - said it was a Luxury Suite B&B - just missing the B for breakfast

Tutto molto bello e ben curato.

Clean,.comfortable, central location. Jacuzzi is huge. Check-in is a breeze.

Transparent walls in toilet is not my cup of tea...

Erg fijn!

Niks op aan te merken.

Tutto perfetto e pulito come sempre!

Ottima location tutto davvero bellissimo

Ho trovato disponibilità, cortesia e gentilezza. Location pulita in pieno centro a Catania

Posizione eccellente, struttura nuova ,curata e molto pulita

Good location Easy check in/out Good contact with the owner

Transparent bathroom, no privacy

Location of the suite was great as there are numerous restaurants and places to visit within a walkable distance. Rooms were clean and tidy with modern sleek interior.

Bed can be difficult to access. The lifts up to seveth floor are small and stairwells up to the room are a work in progress. BUT once you get to the Zoe Suite it will not disappoint.

Limpieza e instalaciones

Good value and available last minute; coffee good; staff very responsive to any inquiries; clean and a nice bathroom area

Bed on the ground and difficult to get up; step down from bed area could cause one to trip; there were no chairs making time in the room uncomfortable for someone a bit older .

Amazingly modern design inside of an old building. Cool layout and design. Decent to lovely view from our room. Pay parking right outside/behind property you can see you car parked from the room.

Can hear other guests in hallways and next store. Sewage smell from the drains. Found this in many places in Sicily not just Palermo. Just giving a heads up. This isn’t a knock on the place of stay, but the location does have a lot of homeless and intoxicated people. Coming from NY it wasn’t a problem and we didn’t have any problems but it would be better if they weren’t around.

Facilmente raggiungibile, molto accogliente, confortevole e silenziosa.

Posizione centrale, camera moderna, pulita e funzionale. Michele una persona molto professionale, puntuale e sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente

The comfort and cleanliness were excellent, the hot tub was the icing on the cake, and above all, the host's warm welcome and kindness were outstanding.

Location

I'm an usual traveller, privately and for work. I never criticize hotel, B&B, guest house or whatever. But this time I can't avoid. It' s not acceptable a B&B with glass toilet in the room without curtain and without privacy like the big brother format. People get the room to rest and keep themselves relaxed. Unfotunately this setup, which you find out only once you get in, is not acceptable. Furthermore I don't understand how Booking can let it be without providing the necessary information to the guests. I'm honestly disapponted. I know that this claim won't get any countermeasure. I just believe that everyone should do his own job professionally, taking care about customers or chosing a different and more appropriate job.

Stanza perfetta in tutto, host molto cordiale e disponibile.

Beautiful room, lovely welcome for our honeymoon, close to all major sights; a wonderful stay!

The room was good with the special hot tub “swimming pool!” Easy access and great location to the city center and train station.

Property was in a great location.

We could hear all the conversations next door.

Struttura nuovissima e arredata con gusto, ambiente confortevole e pulizia ottima

Camera molto ampia , luminosa e ben accessoriata. Posizione eccellente.

Proprietario sempre gentile e disponibile.

Stanza ben pulita e riscaldata

1. Jacuzzi & Design I absolutely loved the spacious jacuzzi and the modern, stylish design of the suites. The lighting system is fantastic, and everything looks stunning in photos. 2. Cleanliness & Amenities Everything was very clean and extremely well-maintained. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily, and whenever coffee, tea, or toilet paper ran out, they were quickly restocked. I especially appreciated having a coffee machine right in the room! 3. Attention to Detail The attention to detail — from the curtains to the TV and the decor — really made the suites feel luxurious and comfortable. 4. Shower The shower is completely see-through, which adds a sleek, modern, playful, and sexy touch — perfect for couples. 5. Location The location is fantastic for exploring the area and very convenient for travel, just a 20-minute drive from the airport. There are also beautiful beaches nearby! A tip for tourists: be careful with taxis or local services, as some can overcharge, but you can easily take the bus to reach some stunning beaches. There’s also a Lidl and many other shops near the suites where you can buy delicious Italian goods. 6. Host Michelle is clearly a smart and thoughtful host with excellent design taste — putting a jacuzzi in the room was a brilliant idea. On top of that, he is incredibly kind and considerate. He surprised me with a prosecco for my birthday, was very understanding, allowed us to check in earlier than usual, and even gave us great tips on where to explore. It’s easy to see why everyone mentions him in reviews — he communicates clearly and responds quickly. 7. Bed The bed was very comfortable, with high-quality pillows. The size was perfect for couples. 8. Breakfast Breakfast was delightful! The pastries and croissants were fresh and delicious — the pistachio croissants were a particular highlight. I’d highly recommend trying the arancino shaped like a volcano, a true Sicilian specialty!

1. Breakfast Breakfast was fine — there was some variety, though it didn’t feel particularly “breakfasty” or very filling. The cost was €15 for both of us, which seemed reasonable. We went to Caffè Bellini (a separate café nearby), where the staff were friendly and some spoke a little English. We were occasionally unsure of what to order, and the tea was a bit cold, but the pastries were absolutely delicious and very fresh. 2. Neighbourhood The area outside wasn’t the cleanest, but this is more about the neighbourhood than the suites themselves. There was some rubbish on the streets and a few homeless people, which is fairly common in busy city areas. 3. Bed & Room Setup The bed was on the floor, more like a mattress, which felt a little unusual but was still comfortable, and the pillows were really good quality. There wasn’t a sofa in the room, so seating was a bit limited, but we made good use of the stool in the bar area and the wooden ledge by the jacuzzi. 4. Shower & Bathroom The shower also showed the toilet, which might not suit everyone, but could be fun for open-minded couples. I couldn’t find a window or ventilation system in the bathroom; there was a plug-in air freshener that was almost finished. We just bought a spray from the market, which worked well to keep the air fresh. 5. Jacuzzi & Facilities The jacuzzi didn’t have the blue light shown in the pictures, but it was still very enjoyable and relaxing. 6. Building & Corridors The lift didn’t really go well with the luxurious feel of the suites. The stairways and corridors weren’t air-conditioned, so it could get quite warm, almost like a sauna, but it was manageable. 7. Electricity & View When you leave the suites and take the card out, the electricity cuts off, so the air conditioning turns off. When you return, the room can feel quite warm until the AC cools it down again. Also, the view from the window isn’t amazing, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Tutto, molto confortevole e accogliente

L'atmosfera accogliente della camera.

Camera davvero bella e molto pulita!

Torneremo sicuramente!
