Lit trop dur, eau chaude qui fonctionne à moitié et la pression trop faible

La proximité avec le centre, le personnel de l’hôtel était très agréable. La proximité avec les taxi boat ( 2 minutes à pied sur la plage ) pour aller sur Koh Adang. Le restaurant était bon ( ouvert que le midi )

Nous avons avons été globalement assez déçu de par notre logement. Le rapport qualité prix n’était pas au rendez vous : on nous montre un logement vue mer avec baignoire magnifique et au final impossible de profiter de tout cela car la chambre est placée juste en face du restaurant. Beaucoup de passage, les gens s’assoie juste à côté de la fenêtre donc au final obligé de fermer tous les rideaux et rester dans le noir en journée. Notre « terrasse » était une chaise déposée devant l’entrée avec une petite table et un tuyau pour se rincer les pieds: au final tout le monde lave ces chaussure ici donc beaucoup de passage devant la porte d’entrée du logement et c’est toujours trempé. Pour finir, nous avons eu la présence de plusieurs blattes/cafard dans le logement. Nous ne recommanderions pas de séjourner dans ce logement pour le prix. Privilégiez plutôt les chambres de cet hôtel plus abordable, sans vue mer mais qui offrent plus d’intimité.

L’hôtel était situé en bord de mer, et le restaurant bénéficie d’une très belle vue. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon. Le personnel est très gentil. Une navette gratuite vient nous récupérer et nous déposer au port

Les équipements sont très vieillots et les chambres pas très grandes. Personnellement nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit, et c’était largement suffisant. J’estime que c’était cher pour ce que c’était

Lo staff non parla una parola di inglese, anche quello alla reception, ed io posso capire non perfettamente ma che non capisci una parola è inaccettabile. Avevamo con noi una bambina che dormiva sul nostro letto, ci hanno obbligato a pagare 8 € al giorno di colazione extra per lei sia se la facesse sia no, obbligatoriamente e 8 € in thailandia sono uno sporposito di soldi per una struttura di livello modesto. Non era scritto da nessuna parte fra l'altro ma anzi c'era scritto che I BAMBINI SOPRA I 12 ANNI PAGANO COME GLI ADULTI (mia figlia ne ha 9 e comunque non si è richiesto letto aggiuntivo ne colazione ma siccome per noi era compresa ci hanno obbligato a pagare per lei 8 e extra appena arrivati anticipatamente sennò non ci davano le chiavi della camera - abbiamo scritto anche a booking subito nel servizio clienti ma non mi ha mai risposto)

Right on the beach, staff super friendly. Breakfast included from 8-10 which can be convenient if you're rushing off to something mid-morning.

Bed incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Shower head not in good condition so water trickles out the sides, water also has strong foul smell when first run through the shower so you need to let it run for a bit first before the smell goes away. Feels like it doesn't deserve 8.1 stars like booking gives it.

The front of property was tucked in the back of some neighborhood and backed up to the beach front. Once, on the beach front at their restaurant, it’s beautiful. Near the entrance to the walking street. Plenty of food places and good hidden coffee places

Customer service is lacking, 1)Mostly kids (problem solving will have to be learnt eventually) 2)Breakfast isn’t great but edible 3)Our AC wasn’t properly working, so we let the front desk know after check in. After a 5 plus boat ride to the island, we needed to get something to eat, and came back to our room fully opened and maintenance cleaning our AC. Opening the locked door without my permission didn’t sit well with me. Gave them the opportunity to move us into another open room next door, testing young ladies customer service skills. Nope, didn’t happen. So, we just waited…

The location on the beach front. So close to the sea and all the boats. You could swim amongst the boats.Beautifuk to sit there in the evening but the restaurant closed at 5.

The big king size bed was hard against the wall in the superior room so one person had to climb over the bed to get in and out. The bed was very firm The shower squirted all over everything in the bathroom.

Die direkte Lage am Meer war der einzige positive Aspekt, und das Frühstück war okay.

Wir können diese Unterkunft unter keinen Umständen weiterempfehlen. Eine derart schlecht geführte Einrichtung mit derart inkompetentem und demotiviertem Personal ist uns in Thailand noch nie begegnet. Die Betten waren hart, es gab einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch und Schimmel im Badezimmer. Es gab auch keinen Schrank, oder Ablagefläche, man musste quasi aus dem Koffer lebein Moskitonetz war nur auf Anfrage erhältlich, ein Safe fehlte gänzlich, und die Eingangstür ließ sich mit stärkerem Druck öffnen. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich äußerst schwierig, da kaum Englisch verstanden oder gesprochen wurde. Die Strandhandtücher waren stark abgenutzt, wiesen Löcher und Verfärbungen auf und hätten eigentlich entsorgt werden müssen. Bei der Abreise wurden wir wie Diebe behandelt und erst zur Fähre gebracht, nachdem das Zimmermädchen per Funk die Bestätigung erteilt hatte, dass keines der alten Handtücher fehlte. Wir waren bereits oft und mit vielen verschiedenen Stationen in Asien unterwegs und haben stets die extreme Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit erfahren, jedoch nicht in dieser Anlage. Wir werden uns beim nächsten Mal nicht mehr auf die Bewertungen verlassen, da wir uns nicht erklären können, wie hier eine sehr gute Bewertung zustande gekommen ist.

We stayed in a family room close to beach on ground floor. Clean and well kept rooms, bathroom might be considered not up to standards, but everything was clean, functional and no bugs. Airconditioning worked good, and beds were comfortable. Good breakfast, both buffet and ala carte enjoyed "on the beach" Friendly and calm staff. Nice and relaxing atmosphere.

Additional charges for use of kayak, and we had to "order" cleaning of the room(free of charge). Not a problem, but nice to know.

Lo único bueno fue la ubicación.

Las fotos no representaron lo que era la habitación en realidad. Eran casitas administradas por la gente local, tod rústico e informal y muy por debajo de lo que esperaba de un hotel. Mucho olor a humedad, muebles viejos y detalles descuidados en general de toda la habitación e instalaciones. Me dijeron que iban a devolverme la mitad de la estada y aún no lo hicieron porque dicen que haga el reclamo por la web y no tiene página. Elevé el reclamo a Booking y no tuve respuesta.

The bed was to hard.

Bello il vialetto che porta alla spiaggia. Comodo il servizio navetta. Bello il ristorante sulla spiaggia.

La camera puzzava di fumo. Il mio bungalow era l’ultimo e minimale. Non hanno lettini sulla spiaggia. Il personale parla poco inglese. Solo in paio di ragazze erano piu chiare.

The terrace in front of the room. The room and bathroom are clean.

Everything! The hotel agreed with an early booking(through booking.com) but once I was there they refused the early booking and let me wait for 2 hours. They didn’t want to admit they accepted the early booking, didn’t even want to look into it. After two hours waiting they let me into the room. One hour before official check in time. Yessss! The bed was really hard. The shower had no pressure. The lighting was horrible. The sea is covered with long tail boats. Almost no spot to swim safely. The beach was dirty. And because of all the reviews I was almost too scared to use the towels. Made pictures of everything before using them. Hahaha. That is ridiculous.

Bungalow un peu rudimentaire mais le cadre est si incroyable que ça compense amplement.

Der Strand war wirklich unfassbar schön, der schönste auf der ganzen Insel. Direkt vor der Tür mit ein paar Schattenplätzen. Walking Street ist auch direkt ums Eck, daher eine Top Ausgangslage um auch den Rest der Insel zu erkunden. Das Restaurant / Frühstück ist auch direkt am Meer. Gute und lokale Frühstücksauswahl. Süße Bungalows mit einem Außenbereich.

Die Betten waren sehr hart, das Türschloss bestand nur aus einem Schieber mit Vorhängeschloss, was wir sehr unpraktisch fanden. Es ist extrem hellhörig, man hört alles was rundherum so passiert. Die Kommunikation war schwierig, da Englisch nur begrenzt verstanden wurde und Gespräche anschließend in der Landessprache ohne Einordnung fortgeführt wurden, sodass unklar blieb, ob an einer Lösung gearbeitet wurde, das Thema gewechselt wurde oder was konkret besprochen wurde, was zu Verunsicherung führte. Trotzdem war das Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Café du déjeuner : je ne suis pas fan de café, mais celui-ci était presque imbuvable. Pas de pain au petit-déjeuner, sauf dans les menus avec des œufs. Pas de nettoyage de la chambre ni de changement des serviettes de bain, à moins d’insister à plusieurs reprises. Chambre avec une lunette de WC endommagée. Moustiquaire également abîmée (nous avions peur qu’on nous en tienne responsables, mais ça a été. La prochaine fois, nous prendrons des photos dès l’arrivée pour éviter tout problème). Boissons / shakes / jus très chers au restaurant de l’hôtel. Connexion Wi-Fi inexistante dans la chambre : il fallait aller sur le balcon pour capter le Wi-Fi du restaurant (et se faire piquer par les moustiques). Bref très cher pour ce que c’est, et pourtant j’en ai fait beaucoup des hôtels en Thaïlande depuis 4/5 ans.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with comfortable beds. The location is perfect — close to the city center, yet wonderfully quiet, so you can enjoy peace and relaxation. The breakfast was exceptional and offered a wide variety of delicious options. We recommend staying at this hotel.

Forse un po' troppe barche ormeggiate davanti alla spiaggia del resort, con un andirivieni frequente. Migliorerei la colazione, passando ad un servizio completo a buffet, senza bisogno di scegliere un'opzione "servita"

Les lits sont durs , et le contenu du petit déjeuner très léger , et sans intérêt .attention de ne pas y aller trop tard (au delà de 8h30) , il n’y a plus grand chose au self ! C’est dommage ! Beaucoup à faire sur la qualité du p’tit dej !

I liked the transport from the ferry and to my next accommodation.

A short list : - no lights at night to get to the room - the water from the bathroom smells terrible - had insects in the bathroom (never opened any windows) - the ac is just in front of the bed and kind of tricky to stop/lower - no little lights or power outlet close to the bed - the bed is rock hard (pillows included) - the breakfast included is poor Sorry but for that price it’s not okay.. I get that your paying for the location and it’s on a small secluded island but they surely can do better..

The restaurant too early which is 6pm. And the breakfast start too late at 8am. With the nice location the restaurant must be open at least till 8pm for us to enjoy the beautiful environment.

5/5 Sterne Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Sea to Moon Lipe! Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben sich wirklich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert 😊. Die Lage war perfekt, alles war super erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Das der Kühlschrank immer aus war, wenn ich das Zimmer verlassen habe.
