Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Good value hotel right next to a 5 star PADI dive center. They have a restaurant onsite with decent prices and an ok breakfast buffet. Very few vegetarian options, mostly just fried rice. About a five minute walk to ‘town’ where there’s shops and restaurants. Room is clean, WIFI and AC worked well. Daily cleaning provided. Staff is polite. You can go snorkeling right off the beach and easily swim to a nearby small island with some nice snorkeling around it. They provide free fins, goggles and snorkel. It’s a bit old but it works. I’ve heard of the kayaks every so often sinking so if you can’t swim, it’s your own responsibility to wear a life jacket, which they do also provide. If you can swim, even without fins it’s easy enough swimming to the nearby small island and back. You can get an excellent massage for a very good price (cheaper than in town) right on the beach. Very beautiful water.
More vegetarian food options and beach umbrellas and hammocks would be a nice addition.

We avoided sunrise beach for swimming because of all the boats. I think they congregate on pattaya beach in high season.

Reviewed May 2, 2026The hotel is very considerate when they text and ask me when I'm arriving since they are sending a ride to pick us up. With the hot weather and super tired after the ferry ride....how could not I fall in love with this hotel. The room is nice...location and vibe with the pine trees is superb! Love love the cafe with the beach vibe musics.
There are too many long tail boats parked outside making it uncomfortable to enjoy the swim in the sea.

Pláž jemný písek, tyrkysová voda, koupání při odlivu v pohodě, člověk se ale kousek projde, nic co by měl být problém. Šnorchlování pěkné, bezplatné půjčení kajaku, doporučuji po obědě, dopoledne většinou vlny.. 5 minut chůze od Walking street.

They even provided a mosquito bat, beach bag/towel, slippers, water etc. The location is perfect on koh lipe. The massage place on the property is so good. The bed is so comfortable too!

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026The location can’t be beaten. Right on the beach, a short walk to everything you need. Staff are fantastic. Everyone makes you feel so at home. Resort host, Gail, heads up a super friendly and helpful team. Housekeeping is top notch. And the massage hut right on your doorstep (at great prices) is an added bonus. Walk the island, not just Walk In Street. There are lots of little treasures to be found. Water pressure in the shower isn’t great but there are a few places for an end of stay hair wash so that’s not a problem at all. A hidden treasure. Would LOVE to go back. It’s a relaxing, restful oasis.

Detalles feos, viajamos con una niña de 2 años y estaba dormida a la hora del desayuno pero pedí llevarme un poco de fruta a la habitación para ella y me dijeron que no. Íbamos a estar fuera de la cabaña solo 2 horas y pedí que se me hiciese en ese rato la habitación y me dijeron que tampoco.

Boendet kändes ofräscht och inte så städat. Under vår vistelse på 4 nätter hittade vi 3 kackerlackor som kom upp i ett hål från golvet. Personalen gjorde inget när vi sade till.

We opted for one of the 2 level bungalows for 5 nights during Xmas and it was perfect! Our 4 year old girl felt very safe around the grounds and loved the calm swimming directly in front. The ladies who run the massage hut at the front were also great.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Die Lage ist super. Ein herrlicher Sandstrand und türkisfarbenes Wasser. Es sind genug Liegen vorhanden. Schatten wird durch Bäume gespendet. Zur Walking Street ist es auch nicht weit. Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte und Co. sind somit fußläufig erreichbar. Der Transfer vom / zum Boot ist am An-/ Abreisetag kostenlos. Das angebotene Frühstück ist okay.
Die Zimmer sind nicht gut ausgestattet. Es gibt nicht einmal einen Schrank oder eine Nachttischlampe. Die Betten sind sehr hart. Die Toiletten riechen nach Urin. Unter der Dusche verbrennt man sich teilweise, weil das Wasser plötzlich heiß wird. Kaum Ablagefläche im Bad. Wenn man geduscht hat, stand das ganze Bad mehrere Zentimeter unter Wasser. Es hat mehrere Stunden gedauert, bis man wieder trockenen Fußes ins Bad konnte. Die Handtücher hatten nahezu alle Flecken. An zwei Tagen wurden unser Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir das Türschild entsprechend an der Tür hängen hatten. Als wir das Personal darauf angesprochen haben, wurde uns unterstellt, dass wir das Schild nicht draußen hängen hatten. Was definitiv nicht stimmt. Nach Diskussionen wurde dann das Zimmer angeblich gereinigt (Haare, Sand und Dreck waren trotzdem noch vorhanden). Direkt am "Hotelstrand" liegen diverse Boote. Es ist den ganzen Tag laut und riecht nach Abgasen. Erholung ist aufgrund des Lärms nicht möglich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Für die Unterkunft ist der Preis definitiv zu teuer.

L’hôtel donne directement sur une belle plage avec un petit salon de massage. L’endroit est très tranquille et apaisant. L’équipe a été incroyable, toujours souriant prêt à aider pour tout et surtout extraordinaire avec les enfants. Un séjour parfait.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Great location. It’s right on the beach so you can walk from your room to the beach directly. The walk to get here can be tiring after your ferry ride and immigration check. At night the road to the resort gets dark but it doesn’t feel unsafe. The staff always had a smile on their face and heard all your concerns. Food at the restaurant is great. Breakfast is also good. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need at a beach resort. The owner is super sweet. She saw me struggling with sunscreen and also helped in applying the sunscreen on my back. They’re really lovely people so be super nice to them when you stay or dine here.

The sunbeds are in the shadow under the trees. Breakfast was delicious, there were western and asian meals to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious.

Huisje was erg verouderd, veel muggen binnen, douche vloer had gaten in de vloer. Entree vanaf de boot is prima te lopen, maar je komt eerst op een oud zandpad en een hoop rommel voordat je op het complex bent. Complex is wel aan het vernieuwen er staan bij het strand ook hele mooie huisjes.

Vaikea arvioida hotellissa oloa pidemmältä ajalta, koska varauksessamme oli jokin sekaannus ja saimme 4 yön sijasta yöpyä hotellissa vain yhden yön, koska vastauksemme ei ilmeisesti ollut kirjautunut hotellin järjestelmään oikein. Henkilökunta kuitenkin järjesti meille toisen majoituksen toiselta puolelta saarta.

Our rooms were quite basic considering the price, I requested a twin room for my daughters but this wasn’t available so for an additional fee they made up the bed settee which was very uncomfortable
