Champika Aunty was the best host. The room was well equipped for a short stay, and the breakfast was sumptuous. Aunty's kindness is unparalleled, and we truly felt well taken care of. Hope to return someday!

Beautiful house, very large villa and close to the town. The beds were comfortable

The toilet were quite dirty and there was a lot of noise at night

Really spacious villa hosted by a kind, helpful and dynamic woman.

Perhaps it could be cleaner (especially the toilet), could have better or at least more breakfast (would love to have more than 1 egg for example), breakfast could be for sure cheaper, and finally some amenities such as hair dryer or new soap would be valuable.

ドライヤーが部屋になく、髪を乾かして寝ることができなかった 他のホームステイ先は部屋に蚊避けがあったが、この施設にはなく、寝る時蚊との闘いに… 夜遅くまで周辺の音楽の音が騒がしかった

It was a beautiful home in a great location! Hosts were wonderful and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing! We have young children and she was so patient with them.

The only think I would say is it would’ve been nice to maybe have some mosquito nets over beds.

Champani and Cozy Nest is so awesome that we came back twice. What else is there to say. Best place in Negombo, for sure :)

Beautiful home, very close to Negombo but had its own slice of nature. Very spacious and airy, with air conditioning in the rooms. Champika and her family are extremely kind, welcoming and generous. Gave lots of tips for the area, particularly recommend the temple near Negombo! Angurukaramulla

Only complaint is maybe the noise from trains in the morning. But really isn’t that bad

The property was clean and spacious. Our room was perfect for us, air con, towels, mosquito nets, plenty of space for 2. There were shops walking distance to us and there was a very short, cheap and easy to access tuk tuk to main Negombo beach. Our host was amazing, so so kind, friendly and informative. We were greeted with tea and a homely welcome. We felt very well looked after. The breakfast was amazing. I would thoroughly recommend cosy nest home stay for anyone’s time in Negombo.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean, big and the hot water and the CA worked perfectly . The hostess was really friendly: she recommend us places to go and visit. By the way, thank you for the delicious home made iced tea. We'll come back!

Champy is a wonderful host offering great accommodation in her lovely home. The rooms are clean, spacious, and air-conditioned, which is needed in Negombo. The smaller bedroom is near a busy road, so earplugs are needed if you're a light sleeper. The bigger room at the back of the house is much quieter. The food is amazing, and it's an ideal place to stay for access to the airport.

One-day stay at home. Helpful family with information and transport to attractions in the city. An early morning wake-up call and a ride to the airport were also no problem for the owners.

Champi was a fabulous host. We enjoyed a very comfy room and delicious food. It was so convenient to walk to the station, St Sebastions Church and the fresh and fish markets. We highly recommend Cosy Nest Home stay.

The space is well maintained.

Despite certain issues with the bookings for which I had to call customer service to resolve, I still had other issues with the property. Firstly, as guests there is no separate entryway and the hosts must be disturbed during entry or exit. Secondly the room we stayed in had issues, while there was AC the vents above the windows were only covered with plastic sheets and had holes. We were bitten by mosquitoes all night. I'm rather allergic to insect bites and am still recovering from this incident. Thirdly, while the cost is affordable, the price for breakfast is still steep and the facility is a bit far off from the beach so the value for money is rather debatable.

Very friendly and familiar guests. The stay was very cosy and nice. The beds was comfortable and breakfast (Sri Lankan and English) were delicious. They even help us to get to our rental tuktuk and ensure we arrived save to our next destination. Felt like staying at our aunty house. We will definitely recommend this place.

We had some difficulties in our transport and arrived verry late to Cosy Nest Home, but the moment we arrived we were greeted very warmly. They had a deep understanding and was very accommodating throughout our entire stay. This isn’t our first time staying at Cosy Nest Home. We have stayed here before. And some of the many reasons we keep coming back is because we feal safe there and taken care of.

The house is very spacey and comfortable. There is a nice garden and also some small squirrels which can be seen.

Just a dream to stay here! The House is big and so nice decorated-really nice taste and just so pretty!the host champika and her husband are so nice and cordial-just amazing. they help you whatever you need and the breakfast was huge and with a lot of things (also big plate of fresh fruits!). would have loved to stay longer here.

As a full-time traveller, I can say with authority that it is one of the BEST home stays in the world. Champika and her family are so sweet and caring, and showed me the best of their country through food, traditions, and many conversations. To note, they have a grand piano! Very comfortable rooms with A/C, large beds, hot shower… everything perfect!!

Nothing bad. The house is located in central (residential) Negombo, and not in the tourist area. This is very important! The tourist area is a bit farther north, but full of tourists (and the general prices show). If you want to see and experience real Sri Lanka while being close enough to everything you want to do, this is your place.
