Établissement de très haute qualité à quelques pas du centre de Furnas. Toutes les prestations étaient excellentes, petit déjeuner prêt dans la cuisine chaque jour et pain livré tous les matins. Piscines et jacuzzi dans un cadre magnifique. À recommander chaudement !

Excellent maid service, good food in fridge for breakfast

Ac was not working the first night. I called management, but they insisted it was working despite the room being stifling. Fortunately my husband is handy and was able to get the ac up and running the next day. The toilets smelled of sewage. You need to Check your septic system. And charging for tea in the room. Very stingy, nowhere does that!

Location, vibe, cleanliness

Booking states that breakfast is included and even has a ‘good breakfast’ score, however I was so disappointed to find that breakfast only included a mini fridge with eggs, milk, one type of jam, butter, and meat/cheese. There was only one type of each thing and it seemed very cheap/processed. The coffee machine also did not work and we had to end up going out for coffee and breakfast every morning. Additionally, on our last day, the cleaning staff turned our heat on (in August) and it took hours to cool the room back down.

hôtel dans un très joli parc avec une belle piscine. L’appartement était confortable et propre.

J’ai trouvé que pour le prix c’était assez décevant, + de 350 euros la nuit (mois d’août), le petit déjeuner déposé dans le frigo était de mauvaise qualité, du jambon industriel idem pour le fromage, du jus industriel, pain industriel etc. Vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Petit problème également avec le concept de l’absence de personnel sous couvert de ne pas nous déranger (argument léger). Je n’ai pas adhéré. Pour ce prix certaines prestations devraient être proposées. Et le hamam ne fonctionnait pas. Concernant la chambre, le coin salle de bain avec la porte vitrée des toilettes manque d’intimité. Dans l’ensemble je ne suis pas d’accord avec le tarif proposé pour ces prestations même si l’hôtel en soit est très joli avec un bel emplacement.

I would say that this is the most beautiful, breathtaking room I have ever stayed in my life - and I have travelled a lot and stayed at fabulous hotels around the world! The aesthetics of the room itself and the surroundings in the gardens are simply wonderful and every detail has be designed carefully, in order to create an atmosphere of relaxation, quiteness and Incredible beauty! If you travel to São Miguel island, try to stay in Landescape Furnas, it will be an unforgettable experience!

Le cadre, la chambre, la literie, le sauna, la piscine, l emplacement et Vera la housekeeper

Il n y a aucun accueil, et nous n avons pas de recu l email avec les instructions d accès ce qui nous a obligé à attendre plus d une heure devant le portail fermé. Nous avons du harceler l hotel voisin pr qu il alerte Véra, la housekeeper qui est arrivée pour nous ouvrir et obtenir les codes de la part du propriétaire. Nous avons du prouver notre bonne foi vis à vis du propriétaire qui a fini par nous octroyer un geste commercial que nous avons apprécié. Le coin cuisine est trop étroit et mal organisé. Quand il pleut aucun espace pr se restaurer. Pas de petit déjeuner a la hauteur du tarif de la nuit. Juste un peu de fromage et des œufs ds un petit frigo au on doit cuire soi même.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad del entorno donde está el alojamiento y los exteriores con un jardín y un lago espectacular.

La experiencia no se correspondió con el alojamiento que se nos ofreció ni con las expectativas generadas. No esperábamos tener que preparar nosotros mismos el desayuno y, además, la calidad de los productos era muy básica (chóped y queso en blíster, zumo envasado, etc.). Por otro lado, el servicio de limpieza fue claramente insuficiente. Dejamos las toallas usadas en el suelo de la ducha para que fueran sustituidas, pero al regresar por la tarde seguían en el mismo lugar. Tampoco se había limpiado la ducha ni se habían repuesto las toallas. Lo mismo ocurrió con el jabón de manos: se terminó el primer día y no fue reemplazado durante el resto de la estancia. En conjunto, son aspectos que nos hicieron sentir que el alojamiento no ofrecía el nivel de servicio que se anunciaba ni el que esperábamos al realizar la reserva.

A little private haven inside the forest. The proximity of the nature is beyond calming, and as there are only 5 apartments, it feels like you are alone with your partner. Even it is possible to enjoy both the jacuzzi and the sauna in the common area whenever you'd like to. The apartment is stylish and really comfortable, and its highlight is definitely the king size bed. The perfect choice for honeymoney or for just a nice, cozy, private getaway for couples:)

We had some issue with the microwave oven. No matter how we tried to make it function, we couldn't succeed. Beside that, the orange juicer placed in the apartment for us, wasn't functioning either.

Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Beautifully appointed units. Great breakfast and awesome location. We loved our stay here.

I loved everything here - no complaints! One piece of feedback: consider putting out the pool towels in the units. We did not know we could ask for them and could have used a few on our island adventures visiting beaches.

The property looks nice. The bed looked comfy

We just couldn't stay at the room. The smell of wet and mold just couldn't let us through the evening. We saw small white bugs near the kitchen which made us suspect of mold in the area. After a while in the apartment we started noticing we cannot breathe properly so we immediately contacted through booking the customer service plus the owner. The owner didn't respond at all, when the customer service talked with him/her they refused to give us our money back. This is health issue from first degree. In addition, no one came to check us, the owner did not contacted us and we left the property at the same night as we couldn't stay there at al!! This is just how owner disrespect his customers. Nothing less, nothing more. I do not recommend this place at all. The hot tub was dirty, the outdoor chairs were dirty, there were hairs in our apartment and honestly? 1.1K euros for 2 nights in this horrible place is just a theft.

check-in war total easy. frühstück war ausreichend und kühlschrank schon bei der ankunft bestückt. lage toll. sehr ruhig und von der unterkunft aus, lässt sich furnas gut zu fuß erkunden.

teilweise hat das licht und zwei jalousien nicht richtig funktioniert. kann aber auch einfach pech gewesen sein.

El desayuno te lo dejan en la nevera y te tienes que cocinar tú los huevos (desayuno muuuy básico). El baño no es muy práctico

Sehr entspannend, perfekt abgelegen aber nicht zu weit, heisse Quellen sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar, geputzt und aufgeräumt wurde bei uns trotzdem täglich, auch wenn es heisst alle 2 Tage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Sehr schöner Garten und viel Vogelgezwitscher rundherum, was ein wenig "Dschungel-Feeling" auslöst. Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer, der mir meinen vergessenen Gegenstand per DHL zurückgeschickt hat!

The location is very peaceful. There is a gorgeous little swimming pool, sauna & hot tub all included. The room has a private balcony. The toiletries were luxurious ‘Rituals’. The little kitchenette is well-equipped. The hot bread and croissant delivered for breakfast were lovely. The site feels very safe - behind code-locked gates. The bed was comfortable. Good linen & robes and slippers provided. A short walk into the village.

The room had a slightly dusty smell coming from the kitchenette.

The place allows you to disconnect and reconnect with nature. The rooms are well thought and have all the amenities required, bathrobe, slippers, ritual hand soap and cream, small kitchen with all necessary appliances. The gardens are well looked after, with a nice pool, sauna and hot tub. The views from the hot tub were superb, allowing time to relax and unwind. The bed was incredible, a super king size I believe, and great pillows. The location is great as only 10 minute walk into town. I rate this place 9/10. The weather was a little bit miserable during our stay so having this spacious room, lovely gardens and nice balcony did add a nice memory to our days in Furnas. We felt embraced and hugged by nature. Many thanks for making our stay so memorable that we didn’t want to leave.

the only thing I would improve is the breakfast as would prefer to have other bread options like sourdough and would be nice to have a book with recommendations on how to use certain things (like coffee machine or electric oven), I think this would be perfect.

Da iluminação do quarto, muito fraca. Experimentem às cinco da manhã despejar os armários, todos pretos no seu interior, e uma iluminação paupérrima. A cozinha toda a preto também é de gosto muito duvidável. O preço é um pouco elevado para a oferta. Não se justifica.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it a perfect place to relax. The location and the whole property are incredibly beautiful, with a very cozy and welcoming feel. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help and make us feel comfortable. We especially appreciated the fresh pastries delivered in the morning — such a lovely touch. Everything felt warm, comfortable, and cosy from the moment we arrived. We would happily come back again.

Ubytování v klidné části Furnas, ideální pro relax po celodenních výletech, pokoje, vybavení, zařízení - prostě nic nemělo chybu. Sauna, bazén, vířivka, vše vyzkoušeno a absolutní spokojenost. Snídani si sice děláte sami, ale ingredience máte každé ráno připraveny. Včetně teplého pečiva. To ale dostanete v 9 ráno, takže je lepší si přispat :-D

Very quiet but walking to the village, comfortable cabins.

light switches overly complicated, made for tall people as kitchen equipment requires a ladder to reach. They seem to charge for using a tea bag which is unusual. The sauna didn’t heat up. There is no one on site to help which is just odd albeit cost effective for them.

It was very private and peaceful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The manager was very responsive to any questions. We loved laying in the hot tub, looking at the beautiful scenery and listening to the birds.

Fantastische locatie. Wandelafstand van het dorp maar toch volledig afgelegen, een oase van rust. Prachtige studio's met alle faciliteiten. Heerlijke douche, fijne kitchenette. De jacuzzi, sauna en het verwarmd zwembad zijn enorme pluspunten. Zongerichte terrassen met onderlinge privacy.

De hygiëne in de keuken kon wat beter (koffiemachine was niet gereinigd - nog oude koffie erin, en een vuile spons). Ook het water in de jacuzzi was licht bedenkelijk, maar ik heb er op zich geen hinder van ondervonden. Het toilet is gewoon van de ruimte afgesloten met een glazen deur, ik heb liever meer privacy wanneer ik reis met gezelschap maar dat is persoonlijk.

Adorámos o facto de acordar com os pássaros!! É mesmo uma experiência incrível no meio da natureza. E o pão quentinho pela manhã, servido no pequeno-almoço!!

Adorei tudo, só não sabíamos como usar o microondas 🥲

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön in einem idyllischen Garten, umgeben von hügeligen Wäldern. Man ist mitten in der Natur, gleichzeitig sehr nahe an Furnas Zentrum, Restaurants und Geschäfte sowie der Terra Nostra Park sind fussläufig. Die Studios sind stylish und komfortabel, man hat viel Ruhe und Privacy. Pool, Jacuzzi und Sauna haben wir auch ausgiebig genutzt. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Velmi krásné umístění a zeleň okolo. Klid. Možnost vířivky a sauny. Velmi dobré parkování v areálu.

Světla v apartmánu byla trochu překombinovaná a nevěděli jsme jaký vypínač je na co, takže pořád zbytečně blikáte. Světlo na toaletě velmi silné, což bylo večer nepříjemné Pečivo na snídani bylo k dispozici až kolem 8:30 a doplnění kávy a čaje nebylo vždy ok. Na druhou stranu dostanete k snídani vždy místní sýr. Snídaně je velmi jednoduchá, ale je to ok, pokud na to budete připraveni. Chybí ještě pár detailů, jako třeba háčky na odložení oblečení

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön in die Natur eingebettet gelegen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und modern. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Natürlich gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die noch verbessert werden könnten, aber nichts was akut gefehlt hat.

- we paid a price of a 5* hotel in the same area, but we got the service and perks of a very standard Airbnb. - Breakfast: It was very low quatitiy: 4 pieces of small bread, 4 pieces of small tea spoon butter/jam, 4 raw eggs that you have to cook alone and 4 slices of chease. For 2 people that wasn't enough so we asked for more. And for the high price that you pay for this stay, we expected a lot more of variaty for such an amazing island. It's not a "basket", it's just a bag of stuff like we're in school camp. - we couldn't take a shower because we noticed old shampoo residue in the shower door, it wasn't clean - They provided us with used slippers and they put it on top of the bathrobes, that's very un-hygienic as used slippers can have sevarl fungus and skin deceases. So offcourse we couldn't use both and we just wanted to finish the couple days we still had. I thought this place will provide authentic local island hospitality and service for the price we paid, but unfortunately it wasn't. Fo almost the same price, we booked the next 3 nights in close 5* hotel with almost same price, but completely different service.

So peaceful, great location in town, private and comfortable!

Schnell ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt oder mit dem Auto auf dem Weg über die Insel. Es ist sehr ruhig und man hat viele Möglichkeiten, die Sonne zu genießen.

Insgesamt etwas dunkel. Konzeption des Bads etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

El desayuno. No hay variedad. Mismo fiambre todos los días y si no te lo comes el primer día, no varían tampoco. Muy escueto pero correcto.

Location was perfect, just off the main part of town with all the restaurants... So it feels a little secluded, just from walking 2 minutes down the road. Very peaceful. The design is very cool, and the whole contactless experience works very well.

We nearly forgot to visit the geysers / Fumaroles, as they were on the other side of town - do not miss these!

Superbe emplacement, près du centre ville, petite piscine, endroit très calme. Studio spacieux et très agréable, lit grand et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié (fromage, jambon , fruits, yaourt nature, oeufs,...). Il vous livre le pain chaud tous les matins.

Hébergement sombre car les luminaires ne sont pas adaptés. Il faudrait qu'il y ait des ampoules qui éclairent beaucoup plus surtout lorsqu'il pleut ou à la tombée de la nuit. Le check in se fait par des informations reçues par mail (impersonnel) et on passe du temps à comprendre comment tout fonctionne (dommage !) Prix exagéré / nuitée

loved the small exclusive feeling. The gardens are very well kept and beautiful stroll. The hot tub, and amenities in general are very nice and well kept.

breakfast is very full, but no variety if you want eggs or anything warm you have to cook it yourself. the room itself feels nice, but it is very dark.

This place was incredible! Nestled in the mountains and surrounded by forest, it offered the inner peace and deep rest I was looking for. The studios are modern and thoughtfully designed; a major plus is the pool and hot tub – the perfect place to unwind after a long hike. As a solo traveler, the breakfast was more than sufficient, and I even had enough food for my hikes. In the evenings, the studio’s own terrace provides a relaxing ambience with the sound of the nearby river in the background. I also appreciated the self-check-in and check-out with no formal process. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, serenity, and a getaway from the usual urban noise.

Budget-conscious travelers might find this place a bit pricey. If you value a peaceful, comfortable stay over the cost, this hotel is a great pick.

Desconexión total y muy buena ubicación. El diseño del hotel es precioso. El spa en el jardín con la sauna y la piscina son geniales. Ademas el equipo muy atento siempre que les escribíamos para preguntarles algo.

Warm breads delivered every morning. Cereals, fruit, ham cheese and yoghurts provided. The cleaning lady allowed us to have our room early, this was much appreciated as we left London very early in the morning. Rituals products provided which were lovely. Peaceful and pretty all around.

Cleanliness was poor. I could smell the dust and the crockery provided was not clean. The toilet light was automatic so if you used the toilet in the middle of the night, the light stayed on for a while. Very compact toilet and shower. You can tell the room is run down and needs some updating. Also black inside so I felt the room was very dark. The kitchen area is so small it’s almost non functional. I would personally pay more and stay at the octant furnas.

Nothing. Does not match the pictures at all.

It was not clean. There was no one to greet us. So called “breakfast included” consisted out of some rotten fruit, few eggs and leafs of ham and cheese, some cereal and carton of milk. All together it is much better to purchase the food on your own than leaving it to them. Balcony was full of bird droppings and pool has only 4 sun beds that were full. Coffee machine nearly exploded and was spraying hot water all around.

Probably the best accomodation we’ve ever stayed in. The place is absolutely stunning, everything ia new, you are in the middle of the nature but you can walk to the restaurants in furnas. This is the best area in the whole island actually. Super easy check in and check out, you have everything you need there. Jacuzzi was great as well
