Room very comfortable and ensuite very clean

Too small

The location was great for my purposes, and it was a quite and safe area. The room had all I needed, and the quality-price rate was fine. The staff I met the last day were really nice, and the communication over the phone was easy.

The shower was not very intuitive to use, maybe instructions would have been good. Also, the water pressure was not enough and temperature was not easy to regulate. The wi-fi is from the coffee shop downstairs, so it wasn't that good at some moments.

The place was very clean, not far from the city centre, bed was comfortable and even when room was small, it was perfect.

Bastante limpio, puedes aparcar delante aunque está básicamente en la calle por lo que no hay vallas ni nada. abajo hay un bareto que la mañana sirve desayunos etc muy ricos.

No hay recepción ni nada, las explicaciones para entrar bastantes difíciles, tuve que llamar porque no sabia como acceder. Habitación muy muy pequeña.

We might have been unlucky but there were people staying in the other bedrooms partying and making a lot of noise until 3am.

Great location walking distance to hospital. Room tiny but adequate for what i required. Very clean

Ok for a short stay, main issue for me was that the shower didnt work and difficult to contact anyone.

Location was fine cafe next store very nice and a 10% discount which was a nice gesture.

It uses the wifi of the cafe underneath, sometimes weak signal. Other guests slammed the doors at dawn when getting back to their rooms. A little bit far from citycentre.

Room was comfortable and beautiful, a 15 minute walk to City centre and a 5 minute walk to University event

Entrance had a pile of cigarettes ends stubbed out next to it , smelled and looked awful.Dark which was an issue as arrived late at night . Bathroom was across the hallway not in the room Very hot room and unable to open the window as single bed attached somehow on top of a double bed so no access to the window . No radio or tv in the room. Would not recommend and would not stay there again . Left early as not nice .

Newcastle Road is very noisy so be aware of that.

To be honest I regreted using that facility. regardless of the location I will request a partial refund of my money. I am still in Galway for the Holiday but in anothe comfortable accomodation with same price. and free Wifi.I would never all ow those girls to serve me food. I left in the mornig not engaging with them. I got my coffee in town.

Very hostile staff with bad personalities, Snappy and telling me its not their responsibilities to direct me into the property, I should contact Booking.com. No manager around to speak with. No email or code to the entrance. Even when asked they became more unfriendly.I had to call on one of the staff to advice her on her bad customer attitude, though she did appoligise before I left.

Nothing

The bed was unbelievably squeaky, making it impossible to get any sleep. Every small movement caused loud creaking throughout the night. One of us ended up sleeping on the floor because the bed was unusable. This was by far the worst night’s sleep we’ve ever had. Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Bathroom is good. The location is perfect for my purpose.

The bed is very squeaky; I didn't dare to move. There is almost no space to move around in the room.

No tv, no kettle despite tea and coffee provided. Bed was absolutely shocking and woke up with crippling back pain both mornings. Other guests went around like wild elephants. Getting to and from the room was ok.

Overall great experience! The room, though small but big enough for my needs, was cozy and well furnished, the bed was also very comfortable. The downstairs café offers great breakfast options and the staff is very nice. The biggest advantage was the location for me - I chose this accommodation because I was in Galway for a conference taking place at the University and I couldn't have made a better choice! It is right across the street from the University entrance, plus the bus stop is nearby so you can get to the city center quite easily if you don't want to walk all the time. If you're coming to Galway for a lecture or other event happening at the University, this is the best option for you!

The only thing I would appreciate would be longer opening hours for the café - while it offers a nice variety of breakfast options and a good selection of sandwiches and other snacks for lunch, it would be great to have a dinner option as well.

Short walk to the Latin quarter. Free parking. And the room was really clean. Not one but two windows to vent the room. Staff was also very helpful.

The plumbing. The toilet didn't flush well, the hot was setting on the sink was very hot. I felt like i was giving my hands a sauna and cold plunge experience. Plus I had a sewage smell.

Location is really good if you need to be near the university or hospital. Parking at front. ok the little single room could do with a more comfortable mattress ( I'd get rid of the wardrobe also to make better use of the room and add a mirror in the sleeping space! ) Nice modern led lights and usb charging. coffee shop below opens at 8am . It was quiet, I wasn't disturbed by other guests coming and going. I would stay again .

The mattress in single room was not terrible comfortable. But I still slept ok.

We booked 2 rooms but only got a code for 1 fortunately after contacting the owner we got sorted out, bed in room 4 was comfortable but room 2 bed with a bunk on top was very creaky,

The bed was very comfortable, and the room at the back of the house, so it was quiet enough, even with a window open. The room was clean and spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower and clean towels. There was good information provided in advance on how to get in, as there is no receptionist.

The room was super basic and did not even provide coffee and tea making facilities, nor a bottle of drinking water, so I was glad to have brought in a drink and some snacks for the evening. There is no guarantee to get parking there after hours. I was just lucky but others had parked poorly and I was only just able to squeeze my car in. I had a private bathroom but this was outside my room, so i had to bring my phone when going to the bathroom, just in case I would forget the entry-code to my room. I thought the room was very pricy for what it (not) offered

The facility is very clean, the room although small is suitable for one person and very comfortable. Instructions sent on how to do self check in were very straight forward making the process a breeze. The 25 min walk to the city center is very pleasant. Local buses a few meters from the property and local supermarket very close by.

This place was very clean! There instructions on how to get into the room were good and easy to understand. The bathrooms were clean and they changed the towels for us everyday. It is also right above a great coffee shop, great for your morning coffee. There was also free parking spaces in front.

Die Lage man war zu Fuß in 15 min in der Stadt. Check in/out war kein Problem. Im Haus war Mocca in. Optimal für ein kleines Frühstück.

Es wäre schön wenn es Löslichen Kaffee gegeben hätte. Ein zweiter Stuhl wäre ganz gut.

Le lit pas confortable nous avions peur qu’il se casse tellement il grinçais.

Easy check in. Room was small, which was fine as a solo traveller. Room was clean and tidy.

No curtains! Room was bright until 10 pm and bright again after 5. As it was a hot day the room was very warm to sleep in. No tv.

The room was a bit too small for my liking, and the bathroom was private but located outside the room, which wasn’t really my cup of tea. That said, it was my own mistake for missing that detail while booking.

Der Code zum Zimmer wurde erst einige Stunden vor dem Bezug via Mail verschickt. Da war ich leider schon unterwegs. Vor Ort stand ich vor verschlossener Tür. Ohne die Hilfe einer Kellnerin im Cafe, welche die Telefonnummer des Vermieters hatte, hätte ich keinen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufnehmen können um den Zugangscode zu bekommen.

Very nice coffee shop and nice staff. The check in was very easy and parking possibilities are there.

Wasn't aware my bathroom was separate to my room. Didn't like that. Only found that out when my confirmation came through. There was damp/rusty smell in room. Sorry don't like leaving negative comments.

The bed was super cozy, the shower was great, nice to have the electric kettle...

There were dark hairs everywhere- on the bed, nightstand, floor- My partner & I have light hair so they were not ours. Kinda gross. The stick to my socks & feet when I got out of the shower.

The location was ideal for University Hospital Galway. The food in the coffee shop was lovely
