Struttura datata e camera veramente usurata: le foto non corrispondono minimamente alla realtà dei fatti. Inoltre la finestra, scelta appositamente da su una chiostrina profonda pochi centimetri. Lo scarico della doccia era dalla parte opposta del bagno.

Reviewed May 23, 2026호이안 야시장. 모닝글로리. 안토이호이안. 소원배 오피스. 많은 마사지샵들을 도보 3-5분에 모두 도달할수있지만 조용해요. 짐을 리프트로 올릴수 있어요. 룸에 먼지한톨. 벌레하나 없고 화장실과 공용복도까지 반짝반짝해요. 아침에 일찍공항에 가야해서 반미 구매를 부탁했는데 바삭바삭하고 맛있는 반미를 2만동에 준비해주셨는데 너무맛있었어요. 8명 그릅여행이라 왓츠앱으로 귀찮게 많이 물어봤는데 호스트분 너무 친절해요.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Tout d'abord, l'emplacement car proche de tout mais au calme pour pouvoir se reposer. Très Propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie hyper confortable. De plus ils m'ont fait la surprise pour mon anniversaire et j'ai trouvé ce geste très touchant. Ils organisent également les excursions, les transferts bref pour moi l'idéal a hoi an. Merci encore

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026スパや夜市、薬局やコンビニ、ランタンフェスティバルや飲食店がすべて徒歩圏内で非常に立地が良い。朝ごはんもバリエーションが豊富で、ベトナム式の朝食を堪能できた。ホテルのオーナー夫妻も非常に感じがよく、滞在中体調を崩した友人を薬局まで連れて行ってくれたりした。ココナッツボートのツアーや空港までの送迎も行っているため、比較的安く送迎付きのツアーに参加することができた。
初日は、ベトナムの湿気もあり部屋がカビ臭かったが、扇風機と冷房で換気をすれば問題なく快適に過ごせた。

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026The staff were very nice and helpful! The room was very clean and there was warm water. We also got complimentary water bottles every day and clean towels if requested. The staff also offered to clean our room if we needed to. The location was also great. We thought it was a great value for money, extremely cheap for what you get. We stayed in uncomfortable and unclean places across Vietnam for much higher prices. Would definitely recommend this homestay!!
It was not the fault of the staff and they even tried to fix it by talking to the neighbours, but we were woken up by next door construction. The room on the ground flour is also quite humid also, probably due to the fact that there is only one indoor facing window. The pros really outweighed the cons for us though!!

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026The owner was incredibly friendly, and offered to book us rides if we needed it - and helped us practice our Vietnamese as well which we loved! He always made sure we were comfortable and had water as well. The Homestay has a great location! It's away from all the tourist spots and noise, but just a very short walk to the river and street food! We loved staying here. The room was super clean and a very comfortable bed!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026この旅で泊まった複数のホテルの中で、一番清潔に保たれていた。隅々までお掃除が行き届いていた。 備品も建具もしっかり手入れされていた。海外のリーズナブルにホテルに良くある、壊れかけや壊れそう、といった箇所がない。オーナーご夫婦の几帳面な人柄を感じた。 アットホームで、オーナーもニコニコと穏やかで優しい方だった。 旧市街や繁華街にとても近い。 タクシーがホテルの前まで来てくれる（旧市街は車の入れない道も多い）。 夜に出掛けても、安全にホテルに戻ることができる。賑やかな通りの裏なのにとても静か、穴場のホテルだと思う。
ゴミ箱とティッシュがお部屋にあると良かった。 改善して欲しい点はそれだけしかない。

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Homestay siêu sạch sẽ, phòng 2 giường rộng rãi, thoáng mát, view phố. Đi bộ 2p đến sông Thu Bồn, ngay sau lưng luôn ạ. Gần nhiều quán ăn giá hợp lý, đồ ăn ngon. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình, nhẹ nhàng. Nhà mình đi chơi về muộn nên 11 rưỡi đêm mới gửi đồ giặt, chị chủ vẫn rất thoải mái luôn. Sạch sẽ nhất trong những ks mình đã đi. Lần sau nhất định sẽ ghé lại.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026お部屋も綺麗で良かったです。 ドライヤーなどもありました。 最初、バスタオルがなかったの焦ったが、貸して欲しいと言ったら貸してくれた。 シャワーもお湯は出ましたが若干緩かったです。 旧市街からも近いし、お値段も2500円もしなかったのでお得でした。ただクレジットカードの場合は3%かかります。 またダナンまで戻る場合のタクシーの案内もしてくれました。 私は現金を持ち合わせてなかったので断りましたが、250000vdnで、grabだと相場が300000vdn〜なのでお得だと思います。
ホイアンに9時30ごろ着いたのでアーリーチェックインが可能か、もしくは荷物を預けようかと思いましたがスタッフが居らず。常に1階のレセプションにいる訳ではなさそう。 11時ごろ伺ったら、スタッフがいたのでアプリのLINEでホテルのアカウントを登録して、そこでやり取りするようでした。

The room was clean, and the owner was very friendly and doing everything he could for us (booking taxi, giving us some advice about sightseeing). The localisation of the homestay was ideal: in a street very close to the quays of Hoi An, but not loudy.
The humidity in the bathroom: but it is the case of almost any hotel in Vietnam.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025部屋はとてもよく掃除されていて、設備も整っています。シャワーの水量も、排水もストレスなく快適でした。ドライヤーも最新です。エアコン、扇風機もあり、雨が降ってびしょ濡れだったのでかなり助かりました！オーナーもとても親切かつ的確に、出迎えてくれました！
部屋が3階だったので、登り降りは少しだけ大変でした。

Reviewed Nov 15, 2025Posizione invidiabile stanza pulita con tutti i confort, montascale per i bagagli e ottima colazione a scelta tra più opzioni, rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile, fino ad una settimana fa la struttura era sotto 2 metri di acqua causa tifone, ho travato tutto come se non fosse successo nulla, i proprietari mi hanno fatto vedere il video e mi veniva da piangere mentre loro sorridevano fieri e contenti di avermi fatto trovare tutto in ordine,mi hanno dato pure una stanza piu grande e al piano più alto per farmi ancora più felice....che dire...solo da amare e prendere esempio

Reviewed Mar 13, 2025Perfect location near the night market, but very quiet on a side street, and accros the bridge to the old town. Family room is big and bright, very clean and comfortable. The owner is friendly without being pushy. He helped us with bike rental, laundry service and car to the airport at good prices. Would definitely stay again.
The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom (it's a wet room). However, the bathroom is spacious enough and the floor dried quickly after use, so it wasn't an issue.
