Good sized room, king size bed (firm but comfortable), excellent shower pressure we also appreciated the face clothes, hand towels and 2 pool towels. The buffet breakfast was better than we expected. Very quiet location both during the day and night. Staff were all lovely we would happily stay again.

Some where and tear so a bit of maintenance needed.

Rooms tired, floorboards separating, bathroom small fogged up, they came and did something to aircon at 9 at night wanting us to leave, left mess in bathroom as they kept rinsing something, towels were poor quality, tv only one channel no instructions.

Uns hat die Unterkunft soweit gut gefallen. Vor allem die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Ca. 3min Fußweg und man ist in der wunderschönen Altstadt!

Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war das Frühstück. Als wir meistens kamen, war das Buffet schon sehr ausgesucht

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They cleaned our room everyday which was such a nice touch. The location is great, in a nice quiet location but close to the city centre.

The location was great. Easy walk over the bridge into the old town but on a very quiet street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was OK but not stellar and bedroom was a decent size & very clean. Pool was very small but we knew that in advance and did not actually use it as the weather was not great.

Obwohl wir das Zimmer ganz im Erdgeschoss hatten, neben der Rezeption,dem Pool , und neben dem Frühstücksraum ,war es sehr leise. Die Damen an der Rezeption haben darauf geachtet. Der Pool ist klein, aber super für eine kleine Erfrischung. Für uns war es fast wie ein privater Pool. Frühstück war ausreichend, für jeden was dabei. Auch für die Touren wurde nicht zu viel gedrängt. Es wurde alles kurz erwähnt und dann nicht mehr. Sehr herzliche Verabschiedung.

Es wird zur Barzahlung gedrängt , was leider sehr oft vor kommt in Vietnam.

We felt it was in need of some updating, electrical system kept short circuiting, tv’s didn’t work and the room safe was on the floor so it was very difficult to operate.

Loved the location. It was so convenient to walk everywhere. And the rooms were quite spacious too! The beds were very comfy. Airport pickup arranged by the hotel was smooth too. Breakfast was nice too, with good vegetarian options.

The floors were a little dusty. Would have preferred a much cleaner floor. There were indoor slippers which were helpful eventually.

Great location just a short walk from the Night Market. The staff were fantastic, especially the receptionists who helped us book tours and easily navigate the city based on what we wanted to do in Hoi An. We stayed in Suite 101 which was clean, spacious and easily fit two people with multiple suitcases. Breakfast was another highlight - the cao lầu and chicken phở were delicious, honestly as good as what you’d get at a restaurant.

Camera con odore forte di muffa. Il personale piuttosto scocciato. Ho prenotato molti mesi fa questa camera chiedendo la possibilita’ di fare il ceck in anticipato, ma nonostante alle 8 stavano pulendo la camera mi hanno fatto entrare solo all’orario stabilito. La camera affacciava su una poscina a dispozizione di tutti per cui tutto il giorno non e’ stato possibile riposare

We got poisoned by the breakfast and both rooms weren’t clean. No warm water…

The room was very nice and clean, big and comfortable beds, lovely staff, very nice bathroom with shampoo and shower gel. Would have stayed for longer if we could.

The pool was a bit small and in the shade, so we didn’t use it. No sunbathing!

The staff went out of their way to help with everything. Even suggested places to visit and offered discount on excursions booked.

The staff were lovely and gave us some lovely local recommendations
