La habitación es sencilla pero esta muy bien, el baño cumple con lo básico con lo que es más que suficiente. El desayuno es maravilloso, super completo y muy rico. La piscina no es muy grande pero esta muy bien y casi nunca hay nadie. Nosotros no hablamos mucho inglés por lo que nos comunicamos mucho con ellas a través del chat ya que traduce automáticamente y nos resulta mas cómodo y nos ayudaron en todo, respondían rapidísimo y todo fueron facilidades. Nos reservaron una van para ir al aeropuerto.

Breakfast is good

Breakfast was varied; the room was spacious enough for my wife and 2 kids; aircon wasn't that cold enough but thanks there was also a ceiling fan, pool and restroom and the restaurant are clean.

Jacuzzi part of the swimming pool was only turned on during the 2nd day of our stay. Would have been better if it was consistently turned on since the kids loved it.

Lack of cabinet for our cloth and the space is not enough for 5 people

Flor is amazing with her beautiful smile, she will do her best to help you. You can book van transfers and tours with them directly. The pool also was nice to chill in the afternoon.

Friendly and Helpful Staff. Feels home away from home.

Wifi connections was poor in our rooms. But outside was fine. Make sure to bring water. although they provide water if you are sensitive you have to prepare stomach flu meds to be sure.

The wifi was weak inside the rooms. The beach access was convenient and the beach was very nice but I decided to stay out of the water because of jellyfish warnings.

Blisko na plaże, skrótem pomiędzy budynkami ok 100 m, uwaga na psie kupy ;), Piękne zachody słońca. W sumie dobre jedzenie, wybór z menu lepszy niż śniadania.

Klimatyzacja bardzo głośna, wiatrak niewele cichszy. Pokój dla 3 osób niewielki, walizki mieściły się tylko pod łóżkami. Łazienka równie mała jak pokój. Cały czas ta sama, niestety widać że zmęczona, obsługa (recepcja, kuchnia, kelnerzy rozbiacy za sprzątaczki) Poniżej opisuję minusy których mogłem się spodziewać. - WI-Fi działa tylko w pobliżu recepcji (info na stronie) - zasieg loklanej sieci słaby (rozumiem że to są góry) - lokalizacja blisko drogi (głośno praktycznie całą dobę), prawdopodobnie tak jest wszędzie w ElNido, wąski pas mieszkaniowy i jedyna ulica blisko zabudowań. - problemy z zasilaniem (raz byliśmy bez prądu ok 10 min) problem lokalny

Lage ist okay

Das St. John Island sein Geld nicht wirklich wert. Insbesondere das Zimmer 4 ist nicht gut in Schuss und eher eine Zumutung als ein vermietbares Objekt. Es fehlt grundlegend an Grundordnung und Sauberkeit. Und mal im Ernst: was sollen die Bilder bringen wenn sie schief und unförmig an einer schmutzigen Wand hängen. Der bereitgestellte Wasserspender am Pool war während des kompletten Aufenthalts schmutzig. Bilder sprechen hier mehr als tausend Worte. Zu Zimmer 4 Die ganze Nacht brummt die Pumpe des Pools und ab morgens um 6h ist es mit Schlafen eh vorbei. Alle Gäste die auschecken laufen an dem Zimmer vorbei und schleppen ihre Koffer über die Stufen vor der Zimmertür. Die Küche beginnt ab 6h30, philippinisch typisch, lautstark mit Frühstücksvorbereitungen. Der Geruch zieht dann ebenfalls einmal durchs Zimmer. Die Aussicht aus Zimmer 4 beschränkt sich im St Johns View auf die Wäscheleine. Die Klimaanlage ist veraltet, sehr laut, nicht einstellbar und steckt in einem Holzrahmen in der Wand. Die zwei Steckdosen im Zimmer sind so ausgeleiert das die Stecker förmlich wieder rausfallen wenn man sie einsteckt. Öffnet man den Vorhang rieselt einem dicker Staub aufs Kopfkissen. Wir wollten gerne einen Roller mieten. Das angebotene Fahrzeug hatte allerdings so schlechte Reifen das vorne schon Gewebe unter dem Gummi rausschaute. Schlüssel verbleibt am Rezeption mit ungehindertem Zugang für jeglichen Gast. Aber immerhin gibt es eine Pinwand auf welcher die Namen der anreisenden Gäste stehen! Wie in Häusern mit großen Namen und vielen Sternen!

- it was overall dirty, moldy mattress, grime on bathroom walls and moldy shower curtain, smelled of urine - power outage I can understand, but no water not in a hotel - one day at breakfast, the bread served was moldy, server just laughed it off We decided to cut our stay early, as we could not stay there in those conditions for the rest of our vacation to El Nido, went to another hotel. Of course no refund or anything from the hotel, citing their "cancelation policy"..

Nice pool area. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast is pretty terrible. Sink in bathroom was blocked. Bathroom not particularly clean. Floor in room had not been swept under beds for a long period of time. As others have reviewed previously, submitted washing and items missing on return. Ultimately located the following today but only after we insisted that they look for it again.

The pool was refreshing and clean, probably the only accommodation at this price point with a pool. Our deluxe family room had a newish split system AC so it worked well. The young lady working on reception was so lovely and accommodating.

Unfortunately our ‘deluxe’ family room was anything but deluxe. The room was tiny, it’s supposed to be good for 7 pax however it was too small for our family of 5. There isn’t really anywhere to store bags except for one old wooden cupboard that barely opened. We ‘upgraded’ from a family room, the AC in that room was an older style one and didn’t really cool the room and was very noisy. The wifi is weak and 50% of the time didn’t work at all. The steel frame bunk bed was so incredibly unsupportive, it was like sleeping in a hammock. We ended up just putting the mattress on the ground to sleep - it was that bad! The breakfast food quality was appalling, it was barely edible. One morning it took over an hour to receive toast and butter. The location is not great, located close to Corong Corong beach, however it’s not a nice looking beach and not for swimming. It’s about 10 mins into El Nido Proper by tricycle. Not a lot of decent food choices walking distance.

В номере: отличный душ, новый кондиционер и уютная обстановка — всем четверым было очень комфортно размещаться. Команда великолепная — отзывчивая, доброжелательная и всегда готова помочь. Они помогли нам с экскурсиями и организацией трансфера из Пуэрто-Принцессы, что сделало наш отдых ещё легче и приятнее. Найти гостиницу с бассейном и таким расположением по такой цене просто невозможно — отличное соотношение цены и качества! Рекомендуем всем, кто ищет уютное, комфортное и выгодное место для отдыха у моря!

Hôtel avec un emplacement correct, c’est le principal point positif. Le petit déjeuner est convenable, mais sans rien d’exceptionnel

Odeur insoutenable dans l’hôtel et literie très inconfortable. Expérience décevante, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet établissement.

Nie polecam, nie miły personel, pokój śmierdzący czułem się tam bardzo nie swojo, śniadania zamawiają zjadłem tylko raz to jakaś porażka ! Nie polecam, stosunek do ceny jest słaby za te pieniądze można poszukać coś dużo lepszego.

❌The internet doesn't work in the room. They had to use an "extender." And they only configured the extender when I arrived and complained that I had no internet. The internet works perfectly at reception, the internet that the stuff use there, but for guests, an extender is placed in each room because the signal doesn't reach the rooms. Therefore, guests don't have internet access, but the people who work at the hotel and at reception have perfect access. To me, this doesn't make sense, as it should be exactly the opposite. And even when they managed to connect with the extender, the internet was terrible. ❌The room is extremely small, it looks like a dungeon. ❌There are no outlets to charge cell phones or anything. Because the only charging port in the room was used for the extender. So either you have internet or you recharge your cell phone. This is the minimum a room should offer.

Уютный отельчик в Эль-Нидо в 5 минутах от порта. Завтрак скромный, но вкусный. Персонал вежливый. Поможет с любым вопросом. Также на ресепшн можно купить морские экскурсии, что тоже удобно.

Отель давно не обновлялся. Номера и мебель уже не первой свежести) Напор воды в душе оставлял желать лучшего. В один из дней вода в принципе отсутствовала...

Barátságos, csendes szállás, kb. 200 m-re a tengertől. A reggelire való igényt az előző este lehetett leadni. Helyben lehetett a programokra befizetni.

Mivel négyen voltunk, kettő szobát kértem. Aztán mikor oda értunk, akkor szembesültünk hogy egy családi szobát kaptunk ami 7 ágyas volt , három emeletes ággyal. Egy kicsit szűkösnek tűnt.

El desayuno no era muy bueno, nos hacian encargarlo la noche anterior para que no tarden a la mañana e igualmente tardaron casi media hora en traerlo y nos teníamos que ir a un tour. El pan ni siquiera estaba tostado, y el té tenia moho, tuvimos que ir a comprar. La habitación era incomoda, y en la entrada del lugar estaban constantemente soldando y sacando chispas, super peligroso, ademas de estar lleno de cemento por todos lados.

Todo. Atencion a los huspedes. Desayuno, a la carta y buena cantidad. Habitaciones limpias y bien acondicionadas com aire acondicionado. Tienen bar para comprar refrescos y cervezas, infusiones gratuitas... Fuimos con un bebe y lo mejor fuea piscina! limpia y bien cosntruida. A 50m de Panorama Restaurant, donde hay piscina infinita y playa con puesta de sol... no se puede pedir mas! Tuvimos un problema: nos dejamos una tablet en la habitación cuando ya estabamos viajando a Coron. Hablamos con el hotel y nos dijeron que se aseguraban de que nos llegaria el dia siguiente con otro ferry 🙂

The staff was very accommodating, especially Cheryl, who really helped us book a car to make our inland and island tour more convenient—and at an affordable price.; pool was nice and a lot of choices on your breakfast.

La zona de la piscina estaba llena de ratas más grandes que un Gato que se paseaban a partir de las 18 de la tarde a sus anchas Viajamos con un niño de 8 años y la verdad es que nos pareció muy peligroso para la salud de cualquier persona que las ratas se pasearan por toda la zona de la piscina con el riesgo para la salud que eso puedo acarrear Entendemos que puede ocurrir en zonas de playa pero lo que tienen en este hotel es un problema ya que lo que hay es una plaga . Además las habitaciones no estaban limpias, olían a humedad, había hormigas , y encía cortes de luz, si le añades que además el wifi no llegaba pues una decepción total. El personal es muy amable y la ubicación buena a tan solo 10 minutos de el nido town

Pool was lovely and staff were really attentive in switching on the fountains and bubbles every time we wanted to go in throughout the day. They would change our towels when we asked and give extra toilet rolls when needed too. Location was fine although a long walk to the town proper for us with 3 young kids. It was easy to get tricycles there and back however.

Lots of power cuts during the night which meant the AC and fan had stopped working and we woke up sweating a few times with no lights or power. I am assuming this was because of the weather. There were also a lot of ants in the room which spread onto the beds. Our 3 year old didn't get free breakfast and so we had to pay for the occasional breakfast even though our room said breakfast included.

Their service was at the highest level. Well trained staff. They even served me and my family the best they could and extend it with a perfect service. They never failed ti amazed me from the reception to the stadd rhey were all great. Not to mention that owmers were very accomidating. I really love this property. Im very glad rhat i celebrated my birthday here... thank u guys ill be back for sure

Sheryl the receptionist at St.John pension made my stay more valuable. The place itself is very nice. The swimming pool adds to the experience, since after a tour, or a day out, one can come back to relax there. The place has direct access to the beach where one can hace a drink at the restaurant of the beach place.

Pool was nice, but very small. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Expensive hotel for the very basic facilities it offers. But then again, this is El Nido. Breakfast was very, very average. In fact, not very nice at all.

The room looked really nice, bigger than other places and the AC helped a lot. The staff was amazing, they helped with planning the tours for us, other activities and were very helpful when we felt sick and we needed to cancel a tour. The location is nice, close to the city but far enough to be quiet and enjoy the silence. The pool and Terrance are nice for relaxing and having breakfast or dinner, plus you can reach the beach from there. They also cooked for us and the food was very good with bid portions.

- the near beach to view sunset - staff tries and is friendly (thats why I gave a 7) - included breakfast which was simple but okay - scooter rental on site (first two scooters had some defects though, but they changed/repaired quickly)

- selling ‚deluxe doublerooms with terrace and mountain view‘ which they don’t have is a no go for me - simple rooms which are too expensive for the offered standard, it‘s okay but don‘t expect too much - shower has almost no pressure

Basic facilities, nothing special. Adequate. Staff meant well. Be very careful when booking a trip as one was cancelled and very reluctant to pay money back took three times.of asking. The location was not brilliant but meant good for a walk. Food ok again basic.

Free breakfast - lots of options that you choose from the night before. Location is good for sunset - by outpost hostel and other bars (we recommend Republica) and the hotel has walking access to the beach. It's not in the main town but tuktuks are 100PHP per person each way. Can also book tours and buses slightly cheaper through the hotel.

On the last morning we had pre-ordered breakfast for 8am as we had a 9am bus and despite asking numerous times it came out 40 minutes late. The info on tours and buses wasn't clear - the pickups were often an estimated time despite what's written so we were worried about not being picked up. The rooms are basic, and it's not particularly the fault of the hotel, but there is a real noise issue. You will get woken by next-door's cockerels from 2am - yes 2am. But then added to that, we stayed on the ground floor backing onto the laundry area, I think the owners house is here? Because we heard an alarm go off every morning at 5am that wasn't picked up for ages. It's a shame we struggled with a few things here as the hotel could do better. Also we couldn't arrive on day 1 of booking as the ferries were cancelled but this couldn't be refunded.

Staff were very helpful - especially on our first night, one of the guys there helped us with some bits from the kitchen as we were too late for dinner anywhere close by.

Laundry service was not good - my shorts were lost and they couldn’t locate them. We were also handed back some items still wet without telling us. They therefore smelt so bad when we took them out and had to re-do the laundry elsewhere!

Great place, but the best thing here was the staff! Really kind and helpful 24/7! Greetings from Poland.
