Disappointing difference between pictures (expectations) and what I found (reality).they are going through construction work and it’s really noisy during day time,construction material are at the beach entrance and then the back entrance from the road is terrifying,you have to pass through some neighbors houses to reach out. The area where it’s located at this time was isolated. No bars or restaurants but construction work all over the neighbourhood which makes it not safe nor clean. Rooms are ok. But not hot water or clean service during my stay.

Unbeatable vibe, stunning beachfront, and the best staff in El Nido! 🌴✨ I spent a whole week at Outpost El Nido, and it was absolute perfection. You literally cannot beat the beachfront location—waking up to the ocean and hanging out right by the water makes it so hard to ever leave the property. The vibe here is exactly what you want in a hostel: incredibly social, super fun, and perfectly set up for meeting great people. But the absolute highlight of my stay was the team. A massive shoutout to Jasmine, Rei, Sky, Jeff, Carlos, and the rest of the staff! They were so incredibly welcoming, went out of their way to make everyone feel at home, and completely elevated the whole experience. If you are looking for the best energy and the best views in El Nido, do yourself a favor and book this place. 10/10, I will definitely be back!

Getting bags up and down the stairs to the beach is a nightmare, above average prices

De muziek staat enorm luidt tot laat.

Struttura accogliente, bagni e camera puliti. La cosa bella che la sera l'ostello si trasforma in un party per chi vuole fare amicizie. Ti svegli la mattina con il mare che ti dà il buongiorno e il tramonto che ti saluta

Per raggiungere l'ostello devi scendere dei gradini che ti portano in spiaggia e la mattina essendoci l'alta marea non puoi passare. C'è una seconda uscita ma inizialmente lo staff non te lo dice ahahha

The single room was very spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. the beds were comfortable with a lot of power sockets and places to hang clothes. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the staff organizes daily activities. It is fairly close to town and to Vanilla beach so it is easy to reach them both by tuktuk. Beautiful views at sunset

The price was quite expensive for a hostel. The average age is veryyy young, think late teens to early 20s for the most part so if you are looking for a more mature hostel (late 20s- early to mid 30s) this is not the vibe. I wish that the beach in front of the hostel was swimmable but the tide makes it challenging and also the locals said the water there is not super clean for swimming

There's not much space to store bags, and the top bunk isn't against the wall so things can fall out easily. The restaurant is litte bit expensive.

Absolutely everything! sunsets, foods, social gatherings in the evening, tours and especially staffs are super duper cool and beautiful people. Thank you Maya and Jas! definitely come again for the cast away expedition 😙

Really fun vibe! Around a 5-10 min bike to the centre, lots and lots of socials to get involved in, food and drinks are also really good. Clean rooms and showers too!

Everything!! This place completely removed my fear of hostels having never stayed in one. The staff were amazing, they were always so nice and it was no effort for them to make us feel like family it's almost like they were also travellers just staying there with is having fun creating the vibe becoming close with everyone that came and went. It was the perfect storm while I was there of amazing travellers I've become life long friends with as well as all the staff keeping in contact online. after leaving. I cannot recommend this place enough, its so fun, lively, welcoming, always great energy, even when its night and its drinking games and loud music you can still escape in your room and hear nothing it was great so for those worrying they won't sleep when they want a quiet night, you can! I could go on and on but honestly everything was just great and I was so sad to leave, the place has become a second home and I will go back one day!

これまで泊まったどのホステルよりソーシャルで、スタッフもゲストも良い人ばかりで一人旅に最適でした！ ボートエクスペディションツアーに参加する人も多いので、毎日一気にゲストが入れ替わるのですが、それでもスタッフはゲストの顔を把握して、フレンドリーに話しかけてくれて本当に居心地がよかったです！毎日夜にイベントがあり、簡単に友達を作ることができます。特にホステル主催のボートツアーに参加すると友達を作りやすいです。 ここから見るサンセットも最高でした！しかも、無料のショットがもらえます。 朝ごはんや夜ごはんを何度かここで食べましたが、どれも美味しかったです。周辺のお店も安くないので、相対的にお得に感じました。 ダウンから遠いことが懸念でしたが、トゥクトゥクですぐなので全く問題なかったです。

朝になると部屋のトイレのトイレットペーパーがなくなっていることが何度もありました。多めに備え付けといてもらえると助かります。 エアコンは夜のみですが、充分に冷えていないこともあり、みんな暑がっていました。(それをスタッフに伝えたら部屋の温度を下げてくれました！)

The lounge area is nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Access to the beach is horrendous...especially if you have luggage! The beach is not attractive or inviting to swim. The private room is very small.

The hostel is about 5-10mins drive from town (150 pesos tuktuk). The stairs going up always kill me each time but the friendliness of the staff makes up for it. I love that they put in the effort to remember ur name. The night activities are really fun. It’s extremely social and so easy to make friends. The sunset is quite pretty from here and they do free sunset shots which is a bonus.

The staff was great, each day with a wonderfull energy, helping in all what they can. Really guys good job!

Not very walkable to town, but tuk tuks are always right outside so not bad

The staff was amazing. I was supposed to stay only 3 nights, but ended up staying for a week because i really felt like it was my home. They have such an amazing energy and are always helpful.

Great location to enjoy the sunset! Restaurant & bar are really good and not too expensive for the town. Dorms were clean & comfy. Very social hostel with activities planned every day but it’s quiet from 11pm so you can easily enjoy your rest.

Location is a bit out of the town so you need to take Tuk Tuk to go there but the sunset view is worth it.

Chambre au top avec salle de bain/ Wc privé dans la chambre , ensemble au top pour le prix , pas de bruit venant dans les chambres donc top l’isolation , ça m’avait l’air animé

l’emplacement trop compliqué pour venir avec ses valises à l’auberge , la mer qui remonte et la tonne d’ escaliers… et cuisine qui ferment tôt le soir .

Es el mejor hostel en el que hemos estado, sobre todo por la ubicación. Literalmente dentro del agua de la playa, los atardeceres que se ven desde ahí son preciosos!!! el personal es súper amable y nos ayudaron en todo momento. También reservamos con ellos los tours de island hopping y estuvieron genial.

Si llegas tarde por la noche la marea sube y te tienes que mojar los pies para llegar, pero fue lo más divertido!!

The view of this hostel is insane! I also really like the day tour I did with them.

I don’t like having a fleece blanket to sleep underneath. Also the music in the common area is very loud (like a festival), but you don’t have connection to wifi nor 4G in your room, so sometimes I felt stuck.

I loved it so much! The location is amazing, right in front of the beach, with such a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere at all times—you really feel like part of the group when they’re around. The events they organize every night are so much fun! I wish I could have stayed longer so we could party more together. The day tour I joined was also great, with a fun and upbeat vibe. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable as well.

There are no extra amenities provided in the bathrooms, so make sure to bring everything you need. The food is a bit pricey and the portions are not that generous, in my opinion, but it’s still very tasty. I would still recommend it.

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in! Me and my friend had some bad luck in el nido, she was really unwell and I got stung by a jellyfish 🤣 We were so relieved we had this place to relax while all of this was happening. The staff are AMAZING and so kind. Shoutout to Edna who treated my sting straight away and made sure I was okay the following day. The layout and location of the hostel is so stunning, if you need a chill day like my friend did you don’t even really need to leave. The food is amazing and the sunset was insane every evening. You can step on to the beach. The rooms were super comfy, cool, dark and quiet with proper mattresses and a massive storage cage under the bed. The showers were great and hot. No complaints!

The heart and the soul of this hostel are the staff team! They were all so lovely and friendly and they made sure everyone was having a good time! Even the island tour bosses were great!

Outpost is the best hostel ever! I enjoyed my stay so much and the whole staff is just amazing and so kind. Shout out to my new friend Jyrie and the other staff members Edna, Mayang, Jas, and Lemuel for going out with us and giving us the best time during our stay!

Amazing vibes and comfortable stay at the single bedroom room.

The single bedroom is expensive, however still a good option compared to the rest of the options in the area.

Very pleasant hostel with lovely, attentive staff. Located far from the centre and not very accessible from the road, but this gives it a special location right by the water! Very good food and the place is very clean.

Party hostel zonder wifi in de kamer. Daardoor in de herrie in de gezamelijke ruimte moeten zitten. De weg ernaar toe was vreselijk ivm en en vloed van de zee.

The hostel is extremely remote, and you miss out on a lot of El Nido. The beach isn't really worth it, and the hostel is overhyped.

Es ist sehr social. Super Lage zum Strand, wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang.

In die Stadt fährt man ein wenig. Es kostet 150 PHP
