B&B Florapark

From first arriving, everything was absolutely exceptional, from meeting Petra, who with her husband were really lovely, kind people. The apartment was outstanding, we felt at home straight away. Our fridge was so well stocked, we have never stayed anywhere like Flora Park before and would without hesitation stay again. Haarlem was really lovely, you didn't really need to visit anywhere else. Thank you Petra.

Absolutely nothing.

I loved everything about this place. The location, comfort, internet to work and the host. Ecko plaza was a 6 minute walk around the corner for anything you need for groceries. Food was within walking distance and coffee from Bloem was also a 5 minute walk.

The only thing that could be better is the sound. I could hear neighbors at times and walking around above me. But it would not stop me from staying again!

The host made contact with us before our stay making sure we had plenty of information about Haarlem. On arrival she explained how the flat worked and about the supplies left for us as well as inquiring about any other needs we might need. The location was very convinient for most things we did as well as being a very quiet location. Plus Haarlem is a great city to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Florapark. The separate eating area with a full kitchen, dining table, couch, and chair allowed our local family living nearby to visit us. The host generously provided a fully stocked fridge that was much appreciated upon our late arrival. She responded to all our inquiries very promptly and even had bicycles and umbrellas for us! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely, centrally-located accommodation.

Petra is a great host and has created 2 wonderful basement apartments. Beautifully decorated, with modern kitchenettes stocked with plenty of food. Clothes washer & dryer.

We can only agree with other guests' positive reviews. Everything was just fine, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, super clean and modern apartment. VERY friendly and helpful hostess and there were plenty of breakfast products in the fridge SUPER. Haarlem is a very pleasant city with many attractions. We can only recommend Florapark........

The host went out of her way to help us, including following us back to the car rental when we returned our car.

The apartment is fully equipped, super clean, the host is very kind and helpful. The location is also very nice, inside Florapark, at 15 minutes aprox from city center. It is also close to the bus station. We also appreciated that we had private secured parking with roof. The accommodation has a very nice terrace as well, part of it is covered so it can be used even if it is raining. One last thing, BREAKFAST was very variate and a lot. Host has prepared for us more food and variations than we have expected. I highly recommend this stay!

The accommodation was spacious, clean, well equipped and in a good location for the sights of Haarlem. Buses and trains provide easy access to visit other interesting places nearby and further afield. .

Superlocation, supercomforable, anything you would like in a B&B, host very welcoming and friendly giving great advice, perfect private parking in the middle of town! Highly recommended!

The unit's kitchen was fully stocked with everything I could possibly want for breakfast from breads (different kinds), cereals, milk, butter, eggs, cheese, fresh fruit, and spreads. I've probably forgotten something - it was excellent. I couldn't ask for more.

I can't think of a single thing that could have been better. The location was superb; with a park across the street, and a lovely 10 minute walk to shops, with a further short walk to the historic heart of Haarlem. The area was peaceful (lots of car and bike traffic during the day, but very quiet during the evenings and at night), and the accommodation itself was very comfortable and superbly clean. A lovely terrace was a great place to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink later in the day. Loved it. The owner couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice that we could prepare our own meals. Our kitchen was fully stocked and well-equipped. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to the beautiful park and walking distance to downtown. Kind and helpful hosts.

Lovely apartment with every convenience. Generous provision for breakfasts. Lovely garden furniture to enjoy a glass or two in the sunshine. Petra made us very welcome and was happy to provide information to make the most of our trip. Use of the electric bikes was also a great bonus

Location was excellent - easy to get around Haarlem by bike or bus or on foot. Amsterdam very easy to get to by train or bus. The place itself was clean, comfortable and of such a high standard. The owners were incredibly helpful and provided a well-stocked fridge as part of the service.

Loved this accommodation. Very clean and spacious. Lots of breakfast food left for us in fridge, much appreciated. Near to restaurants and easy walk to Haarlem centre and railway station. Would definitely stay here again.

The self-contained apartment is part of a grand house near the centre of Haarlem. It is light and airy with every facility and comfort you could wish for, including a fully equipped kitchen, really nice shower, a comfortable living dining area and laundry equipment. We drove from London and found the house easily- it has it’s own parking which was really helpful. Though quite close to a fairly busy road, surprisingly it is very quiet and the large bed is really comfortable- we slept very well. The owner Petra is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and she left a really nice selection of food for breakfasts and a bottle of Prosecco which was an added treat. The restaurants, bars and shops of Haarlem are only a pleasant 15-20 mins walk away. We decided to try Haarlem as it has become harder to find places to stay in Amsterdam and it is only 10 mins away on the regular trains. The pretty town of Haarlem has a lot to offer with some nice restaurants and bars-we ate really well there. We couldn’t fault Florapark and would not hesitate to return.
