De locatie was goed, midden in het centrum van Haarlem. Geen last van buren of jeugd buiten. Appartement en entrance is mooi, schoon en goed onderhouden. Met de link op je mobiel kom je snel binnen, fijn ook dat je deze link kan delen met anderen, wel belangrijk dat je een mobiel hebt met voldoende batterij ;-)

Er zijn weinig kasten in het appartement aanwezig, geen lange spiegel, alleen 1 in de badkamer, hierdoor kan je niet een kledingcheck doen. En in de badkamer was weinig ruimte om spullen neer te zetten. Voor de 2 dagen dat wij er waren geen onoverkomelijk probleem, maar als je er langer verblijft is het niet handig. Je moet wel 2 trappen op, mensen die slecht er been zijn, is het geen handige locatie voor.

La struttura si trova nel centro città di Haarlem, una deliziosa cittadina a 15 minuti di treno da Amsterdam. La città è viva ma non caotica quanto Amsterdam. L’alloggio dista 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione per il treno. Ci sono anche diversi ristoranti, bar, e negozi nei dintorni. La struttura è accogliente e tranquilla

L’aspetto più critico riguarda una mancanza di trasparenza nella comunicazione della proprietà per quanto concerne il terrazzo. Anzitutto, dalle foto sembrava che il terrazzo fosse ad uso esclusivo, quando in realtà è condiviso - per quanto concerne l’appartamento F - con un altro appartamento. È semplicemente mal separato da dei vasi di fiori finti. L’altra grande critica è che sul terrazzo è vietato fumare. Questa cosa non è specificata nella descrizione di Booking, ma la si trova solamente nel loro regolamento che ti mandano una volta prenotato l’appartamento. Avevamo scelto questa struttura appositamente per il terrazzo e siamo rimasti MOLTO seccati dalla policy. Il terrazzo, inoltre, era sporco. Preciso anche che manca privacy, in quanto le persone dell’altro terrazzo avevano vista diretta sulla nostra cucina/soggiorno. L’unico modo per avere privacy, era tirare una tenda oscurante. In quattro giorni non ci si è stato offerto alcun servizio di pulizia. Si vede inoltre che l’appartamento è stato rifornito da qualcuno che non ha mai provato a viverci dentro. Mancano stoviglie comode per due persone (padelle, pentole di piccole dimensioni, tazze piccole per caffè). Trovo inoltre assurdo che manchino alimenti di base come sale, olio e zucchero. Inoltre, ci sono state fornite 4 capsule di caffè per 4 giorni, nemmeno una capsula al giorno a testa. Per il prezzo di 250€ a notte, lo trovo veramente da pezzenti Inoltre, la camera da letto dell’appartamento F era proprio sul vano scale che portava ad altri appartamenti. In diverse occasioni siamo stati disturbati da rumori molto forti di persone che salivano le scale e camminavano sopra di noi, sembrava di avere degli elefanti in casa

Central position. Clear and fast communication.

There are four apartments but one apartment - unlike the other three - doesn't have a washing machine. This is not clearly communicated during the booking procedure. Because it is an older building, you hear all the steps and closing doors when someone is walking in the apartment above you or even closing the main door.

la terrasse : on avait une terrasse équipée pour l'apéro mais pas pour le petit déjeuner( petitte table au raz du sol et fauteuil pareil) et la terrasse était sale à cause des fientes des goëland) donc on a pas pu profiter de la petite terrasse :(

A perfect location, really friendly support staff and the appartmemt was amazing, everything we needed for a family of x4 people, really quiet appartmemt even through located at town centre, also having access to our own outdoor space directly from our kitchen was a real bonus, also having x3 air conditioning units was so nice in the heat, nothing to suggest as a change, everything was perfect for our family

Alles was tot perfectie geregeld. Ondanks dat er geen personeel op locatie is, toch servicegericht. De telefoon wordt snel beantwoord, dus service is niet ver weg. Ook wordt er gebeld of alles goed is gegaan met inchecken.

Een lichte rioollucht in de badkamer.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem.

Die Küche ist kaum ausgestattet. Es gibt weder einen Toaster noch einen Wasserkocher. Der Wasserhahn war defekt und ist ständig abgefallen. außerdem ist das Haus extrem hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort und jeden Schritt der anderen Gäste über dem Apartment. Die Türen sind sehr laut, und wir wurden mehrmals in der Nacht davon aufgeweckt.

Best location, very modern style apartment.

Our apartment (A) was a bit noisy at night time. Other apartments headed to the other side, so did not have the same problem.

The apartment itself is clean and has a Nespresso machine which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the seating in general was not sparse. I liked the small terrace.

The lack of front desk and steep staircase was not that great. Their luggage storage is down the street, about a 5 min walk on a very busy street, with luggage. They don't do early check-in at all which meant I had to wander around after a long red-eye.

Great location. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near by. Unit was clean and easy to access with their digital key. Unit F (where we stayed) had access to a small outdoor space, shared with another unit. Full size cooktop and refrigerator was good for travellers who cook meals. Nice to have a washer dryer for laundry.

A couple of inconveniences to mention. There were limited supplies for our 5 night stay - specifically, for the coffee machine and laundry. The unit had a coffee machine that took Nespresso pods however we were only supplied with 4 pods, 2 sugars, and 2 creamers AND no there was no laundry detergent offered. Management indicated the coffee's were a "welcome package" and that detergent tended to be based on personal needs. In our experience, accommodations tend to supply sufficient coffee supplies (usually even more than needed) and detergent for their units - travellers can use supplies if desired. People do not travel with coffee supplies and detergent - we did not expect to purchase these given the cost for the accommodation. We used the kitchen to prepare many meals - the unit had limited kitchenware (utensils, plates, bowls) which meant we ran the dishwasher twice each day. Also, there was only a small black plastic cutting board at the time of our stay; we noticed small black flecks of plastic in our food when using the board so decided not to use. This last point was mentioned to management (they did not respond), so hopefully the cutting board has been replaced for others. We arrived during a holiday period (Ascension Day plus weekend), and just prior to arrival we were informed management would only be available by phone and would not respond to messages or calls through WhatsApp. Fortunately we had no issues with the digital key, however the limited communication options seemed unusual based on our stays elsewhere.

Great location, and lovely apartment. Everything was very clean, great shower.

The extra tv in the bedroom was not necessary and got in the way a bit, as there wasn't much room to get past it.

È situata in un’ottima zona, molto centrale e ricca di servizi e attività da fare. È molto moderna e confortevole e ha una ottima terrazza dove poter fare i propri pasti (oltre alla possibilità di farli internamente alla casa) Suggerisco però di sistemare la serratura della porta del bagno, che non si chiude.

Il check-in troppo complicato. Sarebbe semplice ma in assenza di wifi non si riesce in alcun modo ad entrare in casa, se non chiedendo ai vicini di darti la password del wifi per poter contattare Booking. La pulizia è molto migliorabile, è infatti presente molta polvere sul tavolino del terrazzo e sotto ai letti. Ps: inoltre se si tira troppo verso il basso la maniglia della porta blindata della camera, suona l’allarme tutte le volte.

Nice and quiet apartment close to shops, restaurants and town centre. Comfortable beds, good shower and kitchen with everything you need for your stay.

Electronic key was great

We had difficulty with internet connection that delayed our ability to quickly access the building from the street. That is likely our issue since we are not technically savvy

The location was great close to everything.

There was a beautiful lamp over the dining room table that I would have wanted to turn on at night or a rainy day. I like to paint to relax after a busy day which is one reason I chose an apartment with a good sized table and (what looked like) a fantastic light! One night, I wanted to stay up late while my sister wanted to turn in early but the light bothered her. I could not turn the light off in the hallway because it was the only light available! I texted Alex a few times, even provided photos, but I did not get a satisfactory answer. I think the host should go to every apartment and get familiar with everything to be a better host. I never did use the lamp. Also, since this is an apartment, there should at least be some salt and pepper, oil - just the basic kitchen spices available to guests. It is so impersonal. The plastic flowers don't quite say "welcome". It was very clean but not very cheery or homey at all.

Posizione top. Personale gentile e disponibile. Per qualsiasi domanda siamo stati ricontattati velocemente. Camera spaziosa. Letto super comodo. Bello che ogni due/tre giorni si ricevono degli asciugamani puliti.

Le chiavi digitali. Per chi non ha Wi-Fi (tipo me) diventa difficile. Si può utilizzare la chiave solo con una connessione Internet, se no la porta non si apre. Pulizia non molto buona. Nonostante il personale di pulizia sia passato due volte durante il nostro soggiorno, a fine vacanza, testando di non aver dimenticato qualcosa, abbiamo trovato una confezione di preservativo sotto il comodino. Non ci sono le posate. Per il resto la cucina è ben fornita.

La ubicación es excelente, en el centro del casco antiguo y muy cómodo, porque la avenida esta a menos de media cuadra para tomar el taxi con las maletas ( muy valioso cuando te hospedas en el centro de un casco antiguo de una ciudad)La zona maravillosa, llena de comercios,restaurantes y servicios ( a pesar de estar en el centro el edificio y el apartamento muy tranquilo y no se escucha nada )El apartamento está totalmente remodelado, cómodo y moderno ( la recamara #2 estaba arriba y abierta tipo loft y solo esta la cama y la escalera es de caracol, importante tenerlo en cuenta ) para nosotros No fue un problema, solo lo dejó como información.

Lo que no me gustó no se puede mejorar y es que hay que subir una primera escalera bastante inclinada con las maletas y después hay una segunda escalera más inclinada para llegar al apartamento y fue muy común que las escaleras sean así y la falta de ascensor en nuestro viaje familiar en los diferentes lugares que nos hospedamos

Pas assez de lumière, sur la table de nuit, au dessus du miroir de la salle de bain. Pas assez d’armoires pour les habits. Pas de place pour poser les articles de beauté ou autres produits. TV et télécommande difficile à utiliser, 2 fois une personne est venue, pour “réparer” mais un invité a actionné un faux bouton, puis plus de télé par hdmi. Les 2 étage très hautes. Calamités quand on a 75 ans! Pour les manuels d’utilisation, informations par app, avec lien à leurs marques.

Great apartment, centrally located, nice furniture, bathroom and kitchen. Very comfy bed and great to have a washing machine.

Cooking was difficult since there weren’t any baking pans (just cooking pans). So we ended up ordering food, where we had hoped to cook ourselves.

Locatie middenin Haarlem was perfect. Bedden prima, fijne douche met heerlijke producten.

Het was erg koud bij aankomst, een warmer ontvangst zou fijn zijn (overweeg het aansturen van de thermostaat op afstand, voor een warm ontvangst van gasten). Inrichting was erg minimaal, het geheel oogde kaal en meubels hun beste tijd gehad. Qua prijs-kwaliteit is het aan de prijs.

The apartment was very clean. Good facilities in the kitchen eg Quooker tap & coffee machine. Lovely big shower and comfortable bed. Excellent location.

More towels would have been helpful. I wasn’t aware that there were cleaners arriving on the Sunday but they were friendly and swapped out towels for clean ones. The sofa in the living area is a little uncomfortable and would have been nice to have some blankets! These are just minor things, overall very happy.

Comfort, location, cleanness and spaciousness of the place. Also the host was extremely nice and was also able to extend our stay slightly to pick up missing items with no extra costs.

Everything was great, the only small thing was a missing ventilation in the bathroom, could be fixed. Otherwise, no complains at all!

I loved everything about this apartment - absolutely beautiful decor & furnishings. We were very comfortable. All the cooking amenities one needs. TV's in every room for leisure. The beds were to die for - uber comfortable! Getting in and out of the apartment was very, very easy & accessible with digital keys. Fast wifi; able to do some work as well. Bathrooms super clean and nice space. Lots of cupboard space. The hosts were super kind and helpful, and extended a hand when needed (like to hold our bags for a few hours before able to check in and check out). I am blown away! A Must! Have to go check it out!

Nothing really. The one thing there wasnt a kettle or like a hob kettle either - so could only heat water up for tea and coffee with a pot - still works fine. Other than that (and that's being being real knit-picky) - I was blown away!

Huoneisto oli melko viileä kun saavuimme ja kesti melko kauan ennenkuin lämpesi ilmalämpöpumpulla. WC:stä puuttui peili ja tuli vain kylmää vettä käsienpesualtaaseen

The location was right next to the main square and buses to airport and Amsterdam. Main train station to The Heague and other locations is just a short walk away. The Market Square was full of deliciousness! Th accommodation was bright and had ample provisions for the two of us. It was quiet-ish, some other guests maybe forgot they were in a multi-accommodation block.

Location was excellent!

Bland, boring decor with cheap cooking and serving utensils. Felt very cold and corporate. Most importantly, there is an interior staircase running alongside the wall of both bedrooms with a window on the same wall. Curtains blocked the windows but didnt keep out noise or light very well.

Super central on the main shopping stop and less than 100m to the beautiful where there is always something going on.

The bunk beds in the second bedroom were very rickety so that every time someone moved the whole structure moved. I think it should be specified that they’re bunk beds not two singles. Also it doesn’t have a washing machine which I was under the impression when I booked that it did. We are travelling from Australia for 5 weeks so washing machines are very important.

The lift was broken the day we arrived. Fortunately it was fixed by that evening but still had to carry bags up 3 flights of stairs.

We have stayed at these flats before because of the location. As usual it was spotlessly clean and comfortable with regular fresh towels. We even had a small Christmas tree delivered which was a nice touch. Liked having a separate shower and toilet and the bed was comfortable. Facilities were great having the dishwasher and washing machine and plenty cleaning materials.

We struggled with the quoker tap which we couldn’t seem to get boiling water from so purchased a cheap kettle ourselves to get decent tea. Also there was no frying pan so again purchased one so we could have a fried egg and also tortillas.

Dass man in einem der Schlafzimmer keine Frischluftzufuhr hatte. Dass sein der Toilette keinen ordentlichen Abzug gab und es deshalb roch.

Top locatie, heel ruim, nooit keuken en badkamer. Zeer schoon.

De slaapkamer beneden heeft geen raam naar buiten maar naar de gemeenschappelijke gang. Die kun je dus niet openzetten ‘s nachts want dan komen er af en toe andere gasten thuis en schiet eveneens het ganglicht aan. Ook niet overdag voor frisse lucht. Voor ons in oktober geen groot probleem maar ik zou hier zomers niet voor kiezen. Er is wel een airco in de kamer aanwezig voor koele lucht.

This apartment was absolutely spotless, with beautiful decor and excellent facilities including a washer and dryer. There is a QR code for instructions to everything in the apartment which is ideal. The kitchen is well equipped including a nespresso style coffee maker. I have to also mention the hotel quality linen and I loved the steamer iron as well. We loved the location in Haarlem. It is a beautiful town not far from Amsterdam with a stunning main square and cathedral which becomes a very buzzy hub on weekends and warm evenings. The apartment is quite close to the square but not too close to have any noise. We enjoyed escaping hectic Amsterdam in the evenings and also used Haarlem as a hub to travel to other towns. We accidentally left a piece of clothing in the apartment. The Finest Apartment team responded immediately, found the piece of clothing and worked to arrange a return. They were so polite and helpful and totally exceeded our expectations.

We couldn't figure out how to access the terrace as the door was locked. I should have checked the instructions - perhaps it was explained there.
