Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Super clean hotel close to the airport. Suited us perfectly for an overnight stay after a late arrival and early departure the next day. Communications from the hotel were outstanding, with them responding to every message quickly. Offered a check in as late as midnight should our flight be delayed. Daria, met us and checked us in. Super friendly and efficient. Breakfast is a continental breakfast and was ok , however if you want more than the simple breakfast they offer, bring some eggs since there’s a full kitchen so you can easily prepare something more substantial if that’s what you want.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Molto cordiali e accogliente il personale. Tutto pulito, camera e bagno discreti, letto piuttosto comodo. Colazione con le solite cose preconfezionate, caffè o cappuccino da prepararsi con la macchina in autonomia, anche esternamente si presenta bene.
Il punto dove è posizionato non è il massimo, anche se soddisfatto della colazione, un po' più di scelta non sarebbe male. Non ci sono bottigliette d'acqua in camera, c'è un boccione ma poi si devono fare le scale.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026המיקום לא היה נוח לנו בכלל, חשבנו שיהיה קרוב לשדה תעופה, בפועל היינו צריכים לקחת מונית ב-40 יורו. בנוסף נמצא ממש צמוד למסלול המראה והרעש מזעזע, אבל כן סביב חצות הפסיקו הטיסות עד הבוקר. חשוב לשים לב שאמנם כתוב שיש ארוחת בוקר אבל צריך לשים לב מה מפורט בה, היא ממש דלה-צנים בשקית וכמה ממרחים קטנים ארוזים.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Ubytovanie je skvele, ponuka vsetko. Blizko je zastavka na bus a aj plaz. Potraviny su tiez blizko. Cize clovek ma vsetko, co potrebuje na kludnu dovolenku.
Mne sa nepacilo jedine to, ze ked uz nejde bus, tak transport z mesta do hotela stoji skrze Uber od 25e. Bavime sa o 5km, co je peso hodinka. Nema to nic spolocne s hotelom, len aby sa vedelo.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026The decor was very nice, the rooms had artwork representing the names of the room. The bed was comfy & the shower facilities were clean & modern.
When we booked it stated Breakfast was included but it wasn’t. The venue did provide a multi pack style croissant but it just wasn’t what we were expecting. This was not a deal-breaker for us though as we needed to get moving early anyways.

Desayunos pésimos, tuvimos que comprar pan, mantequilla, chacinas y zumos para desayunar algo decente. Entran a limpiar y apagan el aire, en plena ola de calor, llegas de la calle y te encuentras la habitación a 40 grados. La cama muy incómoda, estaba vencida por el centro y nos despertábamos a media noche uno encima del otro y para terminar, la cocina y el comedor están en la planta de arriba, q es de madera y no tiene aire acondicionado, hace cerca de 50 grados y todo el día lo dejan cerrado, allí no hay quien pueda estar, te haces la comida y en vez de comer allí te lo llevas a la habitación para estar fresquito. Una calor insoportable por todo el edificio, excepto en la habitación. Sin duda no vuelvo y no lo recomiendo para nada. Estuvimos en la habitación Bangkok.

Carlo, el que te lleva desde el aeropuerto al hotel y te devuelve allí, es un crack (no habla inglés pero entre span italian funciona excelente). Tiene desayuno buena ducha. Por el precio OK. Cumple.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026La camera era davvero bella con un dipinto originale e tutto a tema. Pulizia eccelsa, ambiente davvero accogliente. C'è tutto quello che serve, un ottimo bagno molto ospitale, letto comodo, spazio a volontà. Nonostante la vicinanza all'aeroporto di Fiumicino, non si avvertono tanto gli aerei e cmq non disturbano.
Purtroppo a Focena non c'è granché se non un mare meraviglioso. Spostarsi con i mezzi è il minimo per trovare movida. Porta vetro che lasciava arrivare luce anche di notte, per chi vuole riposare è davvero eccessivo, alla 5.30 in pratica tutti in piedi che non c'era modo di chiudere occhio. Dovrebbe prevedere anche una tenda che oscuri l'ambiente. Macchinetta del caffè non funzionante, colazione che dire scarsa è un pregio. Telecomando tv non funzionante.

Quando sono arrivata ho dovuto aspettare che arrivassero per il check -in dicendomi che avevano trovato traffico. Quando volevo pagare con il bancomat i 10,50 della tassa di soggiorno, mi è stato detto che avrei pagato 2 euro in più (20% del totale), cosa che, se avessi pagato in contanti, non avrei pagato. Nella stanza per terra c'era un involucro di plastica (probabilmente della colazione degli ospiti precedenti) che è rimasto lì anche per i giorni successivi che ho soggiornato) e nel cestino della doccia anche un flaconcino vuoto di bagnoschiuma degli ospiti precedenti (anche questo rimasto lì nei giorni successivi, chissà se ora è stato tolto) e in frigo una brocca d'acqua col fondo incrostato. Alle 6 del mattino un tizio ha citofonato insistentemente nella mia stanza perché cercava sua moglie (poi mi spiegherete perché c'è il campanello fuori al cancello di una delle stanze degli ospiti...). La colazione è con i prodotti dell'Eurospin. Con quello che costa la stanza, almeno una colazione con i prodotti di marca ce la meritiamo. Dubito che ritornerò e dubito che lo consiglierò ad altri

Tutto molto approssimativo, pagamento del posto auto interno, " prima volta che mi viene richiesto da una struttura e venuto a coscienza nel check in " colazione in confezione con articoli da discount, esterno poco curato, camere non insonorizzate " passano aerei di continuo rendendo il pernottamento quasi impossibile. Nel frigorifero solitamente trovo bottiglie di acqua sigillate in questo una brocca aperta, " meglio non mettere nulla. La mattina a causa degli aerei e del sonno mancato rimaniamo al letto oltre le 10, la donna delle pulizie stava entrando e faccio presente che eravamo ancora dentro, al rientro del secondo giorno quello che mi ritrovo e una camera non riordinata. La giustificazione e stata che la mattina la donna delle pulizie va via alle 11 " anche di questo nessun avviso". Vengo contattato la sera e faccio più volte presente che il mio fine non è uno sconto ma era comunicare i disservizi, poi chiaramente questa e la mia esperienza poi magari altre persone possono trovarsi bene.

My first taxi drive from the airport was horrible. Your place had nothing to do with it. He drove like a crazed Nascar driver.

La doccia: aveva il diffusore lento e mi è caduto in testa, fortunatamente senza conseguenze. Non ho molto gradito la colazione. Dispenser acqua non funzionante. Nel avandino della cucina adiacente alla sala colazione c'era presenza di formichine.

La posizione vicino la spiaggia ma in zona sperduto. Il fatto che non hanno indicato l'accesso dal terminale col bus e abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi a 25€ perché non rispondeva lo staff. La mancanza di pulizia della caraffa scaldo acqua.

Not on the hotel itself, but I could have chosen a better location for my travel needs.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Ecco la recensione completa con anche il riferimento al giardino: Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione di questa struttura: è vicinissima all’aeroporto e anche al mare, quindi davvero comoda. L’esterno è meraviglioso, con splendide statue che creano un’atmosfera unica, sembrava davvero di trovarsi in un altro mondo. Anche il giardino è curatissimo, con un grazioso laghetto popolato da pesci e tartarughe, che rende l’ambiente ancora più rilassante e suggestivo. Tutto è molto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli, compresa la camera, che era impeccabile e accogliente. Anche la colazione mi è piaciuta molto: oltre a essere buona, è organizzata in modo originale e simpatico. Ogni tavolino è contrassegnato con il nome della propria stanza, che richiama una città del mondo, come Roma, New York e altre ancora. È un dettaglio semplice ma molto carino che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. La terrazza è un vero punto di forza: da lì si gode di una vista mozzafiato sull’aeroporto in lontananza e sul mare. Guardare il tramonto da quella terrazza è stata un’esperienza davvero suggestiva e indimenticabile. È una struttura che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante, curato e in una posizione strategica.
Come unico aspetto migliorabile, avrei gradito trovare due bottigliette d’acqua di cortesia in camera invece della brocca da riempire, soprattutto perché l’acqua presentava un po’ di calcare. Per il resto, è stato tutto ottimo.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026The rooms were delightful with beautiful paintings of places around the world on the entire wall. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was laid out and we did not see the host in the morning, but the bonus was that there was an entire kitchen we could use to cook in and a large rooftop patio to eat at as well as the indoor space. Other travellers mentioned they walked 15 minutes to the beach and also to get food, pizza.
If all of the street parking is taken, you must pay 5 Euros/night to park in the driveway, behind the gate. We got the last parking spot on the street close by.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Nära till flygplatsen, dom kom och hämtade och lämnade oss på flygplatsen mot en liten peng, det var skönt, vi hade aldrig hittat annars. Fin takterass med utsikt över den lilla byn.
Lyhört rum, hörde grannarna prata och skratta långt in på småtimmarna. Frukost på boendet, men ingen höjdare. Lite dåligt med restauranger om man inte vill gå långt.

Camera troppo piccola per 2 persone (era la New York) e la pulizia ha lasciato a desiderare: appena aperta la porta si sentiva odore di chiuso, non sembrava ci fosse stata pulizia recente. Inoltre c'erano mucchietti di polvere un po' ovunque sul pavimento. Pulizia bagno meglio.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Nice property with nice vibes, it feels more like an Airbnb than a regular hotel when compared to the US where I’m from, I stayed in the Tokyo room and I loved it, it was well decorated and spacious, had a fridge and stove so I could cook my own food, the hotel is 5 minutes away from the beach walking, nice restaurants around it, the staff is very nice, they took very good care of me, my wife and our infant, Mirella and Silvia were sweethearts! Samuel is a cool dude too he helper me to arrange me cheaper taxi

Reviewed May 10, 2026C'est pratique quand on doit prendre l'avion très tôt. A 10 mns en voiture de l'aéroport. Le niveau d'équipement est vraiment minimal
Ce n'est pas trop le bruit des avions qui est dérangeant mais surtout le manque d'insonorisation intérieure des chambres. Des vas et viens la nuit. Impossible de dormir et pourtant j'ai un sommeil assez lourd!

Reviewed May 8, 2026Molto tranquilla e a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto di Fiumicino. Ho avuto un problema con un volo cancellato e riprogrammato e in tempi rapidissimi la signora Silvia ha provveduto a lasciare attiva la mia prenotazione anche se fuori tempo massimo
